Respected sir,
I am Rajesh soni, resident of 40 k block, Sriganganagar. Last year, in November I have transferred my agency From Bikaner Division to Rohtak Division. So my all my computer agency data has been forwarded from Sriganganagar to hisar. I have also given business in Punjab & Rajasthan. But I am not getting my commission from Punjab & Rajasthan Branches, only Hissar commission I am getting only that premium which is paid in Hissar branch. So, due to transfer I am not getting my commission. I have also complaint to SDM Rohtak, but no decision has been taken till yet. So I request to suggest me some advice how I can get my commission.

    Since last 8 to 10 months, whenever someone calls my bsnl number, frequently hears
    that "the dialled number moved out of coverage area"
    This happens anywhere and anytime.


    Why so inferior service? Is there any technical problem ?
    How long will they take to solve it?

    BSNL Cellone — Non receipt of in comning calls

    My cell no.[protected]. I am not receiving any in comming calls from 20/01/2010 time 09.00am.My complaint lodged on 21/01/2010 at 9.22am Complaint no. 3541802. Till date 22/01/2010 time 12.21am my complaint has not been solved. Please look into the matter urgently as I am not receiving any incoming calls & huge loss for the business as no customer are able to reach me.
    I don't get the network in my bsnl cellphone in Rajkot city.

      Sub: Surrender of Jivan Dhara policy bearing no.[protected].

      Dear Sir,
      With due respect, I would like to draw your kind attention to the matter that I submitted the original policy bearing no.[protected] along with form nos. 5074, 3510 and application duly signed and filled along with bank a/c no. for surrender of the same at your branch office in the month of March 2008. But it is very much unfortunate that I have not yet received the payment.
      As understood, this delay has been done because of miss-concept of surrender value calculation for Jivan Dhara Policy by your concerned department.
      If you are unable to discharge the payment, please furnish me a letter for the same within 5 days or I shall move for strong legal action against the deficit of service.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        This is Aruna from Chennai. Last year I have taken 3 LIC money plus policy on complusion of the agent Mr. Narasihman Mobile # [protected]. After that he became very irresponsible and hesitate to come and collect this year premium, making me to go in person to pay the payment which makes my life miserable due to hectic work. Always he lies that he will come with in 30 mins but he never turns up. Please be aware of him. Is there any way to lauch a severe complaint against him?

        Respected Sir,

        I invested Rs 50000 and Rs 40000 in LIC Money Plus - Growth fund through
        the agent Mr.P.C. Sakthivel Thiruchengode Branch Tamilnadu on 27.06.2007. He had
        given a statement that it is a LIC Money Plus Single premium Policy .No need to pay
        Yearly you can withdraw money at any t ime with balance.I also agreed and handed
        ower the money to him. After investment we got a bond from him later I enquired him
        Regarding the money on the date of market value but he did not respond to us properly
        So I enquired in LIC branch office and development officer told that “your two investment are in regular premium growth fund you did not pay for two years premium
        So it was lapsed then only realised that LIC agent had cheated me because invested
        my money is regular premium. Then I had given complaint LIC branch office Tiruchengode and grievance e rederseal office Division office Salem and ombudsman Chennai on date 18.01.2009 till now I did not get any response from them . So please
        Kindly Consider us and make arrangement to get my full monetary amount without
        Any deduction.

Now i would like to know that what amount of claim i shall receive ? I dont want to opt pension option.

                  On persistent pursuance from LIC Agent, I purchased a Policy last year. The Agent earned handsome commission on the same and gave regular visits for 2/3 months for collecting premium cheques. But now the agent is disappeared and instead asks to deposit the premium at the the nearby LIC offices.

                  I wish to take action against the Agent and wish terminal of all benefits to him being accrued by him from the payments being made by me to LIC. I would even welcome cancellation of his agency membership from LIC and deprive of all benefits he may be getting on the premium being paid by me on my Policy.

                  Please suggest the course of action against such unscruplous Agents. Is there any action that will curtail their irresponsible behavior?
                  I understand your problem you are misunderstand him. you will contact directly with him, afterwards speak about agent.If he is a cheater then you will be complaint by him.

                      I am holding policy No.[protected] with Life Insurance Corporation at Baraut, Distt.Baghpat U.P. I requested for transfer of this policy in April and I was told that this policy will be transferred in Gurgaon .
                      I contacted at Gurgaon office but till date it has not been transferred . I have been contacting Baraut office at phone No.[protected] and no one is picking up the phone of the last one month. The other no.is[protected] . On this phone I am being told to contact phone no.262293, as concerned person sits at phone no.262293.

                      There is hardly any discipline and office decoram in LIfe Insurance Corporation at Baraut office.

                      I am sorry to report you that for the last 1 month my brother saurabh kumar have been following up with your dept. to get the required details.And I too had reported the issue on the LIC portal since last one and half month for my policy status as currently I am in Tokyo Japan the same has been taken care by my brother he has been moving from dept. to dept. in your JEEVAN PRAKASH BUILDING 25 KG MARG and other branches in Nehru place Delhi.
                      I have been calling to india for the LIC premium certificate but your dept. says the policy has been lapsed

                      Case 1 For 2008 Feb premium refer to Complaint No: 226938 Date: 18/01/2010 on LIC portal and as given below for your reference

                      I have made the payment from my ICICI bank account but how come you people work in such casual manner when I have provided the bank stmt. also even then you are telling that the premium has not been received.After repeated call and follow up it was recovered that the policy payment has been done. There is no professionalism, you people only need the policy payment on time but there is no security wether it is safe or not,Still in the LIC portal the status shows that my policy has been lapsed.From Jan 2010 onwards I escalated the issue on LIC portal for my premium receipt for submission in my office for TAX saving but I coludnt.I and my brother has wasted his time and money for this issue.He meet Madam Anita at your office but after few follow up so went on leave and threre is no body accountable for resolving the issue.
                      What a nice system you have in place?

                      But now after more than 1 and half month my brother found from your dept that the payment has been done to some other policy account

                        Regarding subject in verbal many time asked to related officer and regional manager at Noida office. They respond every time in verbal that after some time you shall receive.
                        But after too much later we had written a letter to Branch Manger on date 20th Sep.-2007 and submitted in LIC office at Noida. After submitting the letter to LIC office, we have only received a letter on date 21st Sep.-2007 that cheque amount INR-5488/- But there was not enclosed any cheque with this letter.
                        We went again to LIC at Noida office and meet dealing officer about my cheque against received letter. But he gave reply me, I don’t know about your cheque.
                        Again I send a letter by speed post to LIC on dated- 03.10.2007. And after one year again we got a letter on date 28th August -2008 that cheque amount -5491/-. But there was also not enclosed any cheque with this letter.
                        We went again to LIC at Noida office on date 30th.August-2008. I meet to Manager and dealing officer, but they couldn’t give satisfy reply and told me you will search these cheques yourselves, because our not any responsibility for it. Our duty only sends to policy holder on his address.
                        And asked many other things by me if you have send according period wise money back cheques to policy holder, please clear for cheques which bank n account credit this cheque amount
                        I would like to draw your kind attention towards again about our pending payment since 1998, 2003 and 2008. Please arrange my pending payment ASAP.

                          A very important document was sent to me from PF Deptt, Eastern Zonal Office, LIC of India.The RL No was U 5172 dt 17.06.2008, as per telephonic confirmation from PF Deptt. The address sent to was LIC of India, Chakradhapur Branch, W.Singhbhum, Jharkhand.
                          I have not yet received the parcel.

                            sir,
                            I applied for housing loan of Rs 1500000 in march 2008 and all the required documents were provided. Further various documents were demanded and were given by me. during the last months now they are demanding unrequired documents which dont have relevance with the loan.There is inadequate delay in loan and my project has suffered . Upon asking -why they are not providing sanction after so many months, official say there are two alternatives . 1- keep on giving documents forever. 2- 5% of sanctioned money demanded by officials

                            after listening this i had no other alternative except to complain.

                            Now i have complained to RBI, ministry of finance and u.
                            so please take the required action

                            Their customer care found to be very poor as told by one of my colleague yesterday.
                            One of colleagues cleared the entire loan but the documents are not being returned by the LIC Housing Finance Limited, Maitrivanam, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. When he informed them that he will write the same to the higherups about their indifferent attitude, they told him "you are at liberty to do so but the documents will be returned by us only after one month". This clearly speaks about the indifferent attitude and negligence of the LIC Housing Finance Limited. Does it require one month to return the documents? Or is there any motive behind this?

                                sir, my son late vikash agarwal died on[protected].There was two policy on his name with policy no[protected] and[protected].it was jiwan anand and jiwan mitra policy.We are the recident of patna but after this accident we shifted to kolkata.My son has been murdered and investigation still going on.Its been more then 1 year and 9 month since his death but hadnt recieved any response form lic though we have completed all the formalities.We only received assured sum by lic but accidental benefit is still due.At lic patna branch 3, nobody give the responce or tell the current status of file.I hope at least u would respond to this complaint.

                                I too have a death claim of my father outstanding from LIC since 2006. Inspite sending all the documents I have yet to receive a reply and claim amount from LIC branch no 111, pension cell

                                  Sir,

                                  I have tried to pay my premium on line first time but while checking the banks name I got that the name of Indian Bank is not mentioed in your list whereas this bank is also a nationlised bank. I have my account only in Indian Bank.

                                  I have also obseved that you accept only city bank Debit cards whereas the Credit cards should also be accpeted by LIC.

                                  Kindly advise How I should pay the premium On Line in future because this is best way to pay the premium.

                                  Kindly also let me know how the receipts can be obtained for income tax purpose.

                                  You reply in this regard will be appreciated.

                                  Send me the url address to my mail id..
                                  It is as much astonishing & cumbersome as frustrating to find out that such a richly dependable Company as the LIC of India has been tarrying behind other private companies in providing latest safest and fastest modern technology i.e. making payment online. If any such facility exists only God knows where it is. It must be made easily approachable keeping in view all safety measures. But for the sake of general public which still has faith in you. But how long one can carry on with his faith only without availing of any comfort and facility. So please act fast.

                                    policy number:[protected]money back policy of LIC India, NR Square branch, Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

                                    Policy matured on 31-05-08. Repeated request to send the cheque for the last 25 days with the claims department, the chief manager has drawn a blank. The claim by the LIC that the cheque has been registered posted does not seem to hold good, the relevant post office at Marathahalli claims no mail received in the claiment's name. On enquiry with LIC to furnish the registered mail number has again drawn a blank. The claiment is at the wits end and seems to hit a dead end. To any enquiry with the LIC, NR Square branch, the standard reply being-"we will get back to you". Request immediate attention and direction to LIC to release the cheque.
