[Resolved]  Loop Mobile — Wrong Bill amount, Demand for payment

Ihave been a customer of BPL since 1995 and the only reason I have stuck with them is because of my no.

I have always had trouble with my bill amounts and wrong activation of services.

I had activated a Rs, 1000 unlimited plan for the Blackberry services and due to an error at their end the 499 data plan was activated.

Due to this change in service at their end, a bill amount of 5000 was generated and they demand payment when the true bill amount must be 1600.

I have made several complaints and was informed that a new bill would be generated with 2 days . Its been 2months now n i have received nothing.

I get calls everyday from their representatives demanding payment and my grief has been communicated but has had no response

I urge every Indian who uses Loop mobile, to throw it out of the window and change to another service provider once we have number portability by the end of August. Its a fraudulent company that charges clients without their consent and wrong airtime usage.

This is shweta paretkar, i am facing a problem while accessing your site from 1st week of may as i have to pay the bill. Earlier it is showing balance of Rs 169 instead of Rs 938, so i have made the payment of Rs 169 on 12th may 09, then after some days it is showing balance of Rs 769 that too i have made payment online itself. The total of 169+769=938 which is my april bill . And since from last week my outgoing services are barred. I am calling since from 4 days to activate my services but it has not.

A very pathetic services has been provided. if your systems are not working properly that is not a mistake of customer. if this is the service we are getting from loop mobile. then it is better to disconnect the connection.

I have been using two post paid Loop Mobile Nos. [protected] & [protected]. Since for the last four months I observe that in one of the above connections i.e. [protected] your service department is activating GPRS Smart Pack service without my knowledge / my consent and consequetnly demanding for immediate payment towords exceeding usage limit, and thereafter some time your service dept. have de-activate my out going calls. The matter has been already taken with your executive of custemer call service centre. However, to avoid frequent complaints with your C.C.S.C. I request you NOT TO ACTIVATE ANY VALUE ADDED SERVECES wihtout my written request / E-mail to you. Please make note of the same and mark in my Monthly Billing portfollio.


Further, I have been assured by your Loop Mobile Gallary, Sion, that from the next month onwards bill in respect of above moble I will get discounted Rs. 50/- every month till SiX month, so for your billing department has not fulfilled the same. Please look into this matter immediately.

I have been a customer of BPL since 2005 and till customer because I want to avoid to inform new number all near and dear. I have always had trouble wrong activation of services. I have not activated any service/plan but I prepaid balancehave been reducing since one week.

I have made several complaints and it was informed that a service will be dactivated within 2 days . but it was not done even after 5 days. Every day I am getting SMS that my request can not be processed at this moment. When I telephoned to customer service center it was told that service was deactivated. Still my balance is being reduced byRs. 5 to 10 daily. I am not able to recharge as it will againreduced.

I urge each and every Indian users who are using Loop mobiles, Kindly throw it out on the face of loop galaries and change to another service provider once we have number portability by the end of August. Its a fraudulent company that charges clients without their consent and wrong airtime usage.

I was observed that loop service department was activating GPRS Smart Pack service without my knowledge / my consent and consequetnly reducing my balance. The matter has been already taken with nodal officer of custemer call service centre. I request you NOT TO ACTIVATE ANY VALUE ADDED SERVECES wihtout my written request / E-mail to you. Please make note of the same and stop reducing/charging uncalled calls .

Please look into this matter immediately.

i absolutely agree with you...loop mobile is indeed the worst service provider in the world...thsse activated my GPRS smart pack without my knowledge and when i refused to pay Rs 550 for that GPRS pack, they disconnected my service...so lemme see now once the no. portability comes into the picture, ...wht all wd they be able to do///...lets see
