on my number wrongly activated ANTAKSHARI offer by loop mobile. & they deducted Rs. 30/- for 2 months Dec 2010 & Jan 2011. please deactivate that offer & please stop all msg & calls of promotional offers such like 'ANTAKSHARI offer'. i don't want any calls & msgs of your any promotional offer.

    As far as the mobile number portability rules
    Any subscriber can change the operator if he is associated with his current operator for more than three month
    Sir I have been associated with loop mobile for more than three month I had applied for an mnp of my mobile no [protected]
    From loop to Videocon but the loop had rejected my application as they state that I am a lifetime validity card holder for the following number so I cannot change my operator
    Sir I had not seen any such rule in mnp policy and loop service provider are making their own rules against government policy
    Plz requesting you to look forward to this issue
    If this is not the right place to complain about this issue then plz
    Suggest me the government site where I can complain

    From loop to vodafone but the loop had rejected my my porting request application no. LM 156345 dt.03/02/11 stating that I am a lifetime validity card holder for the following number so I cannot change my operator. I had called end no. of times to loop but of no use.
    Sir I had not seen any such rule in MNP policy and loop service provider are making their own rules against government policy.
    Plz requesting you to look forward to this issue

    Loop Mobile seems to be making their own rules.
    When I tried to port out, they are rejecting every time with the reason that "Contractual obligation Violation". When I tried to speak to their manager, he is telling that the per secon plan I took is 12000 seconds free and therefore it is contractual obligation violation.
    The funniest part is that any body can switch to any plan and there is no restriction of minimum commitment time or any thing like that.

    I have sent mail to their redressel forum but still no reply.

    I am planning to move consumer court for this.

    This not only the problem with loop mobile
    i am using currently Idea service [protected] <pune> ( I am facing a network problem in my office from last one year so want to switch to vodafone service as MNP).

    I have raised a porting request thrice but every time my request has been rejected with some different reasons.

    Reasons :

    1. the first request has been rejected by saying some contractual obligation ( I am using idea barclays corporate service and want to switch to vodafone corporate service ).If I am switching with in the same corporate plan then why its contractual obligation and even my most of the friends has been switch from airtel to vodafone and vodafone to airtel with in the same corporate with out any problem.

    2. Second time they send me a sms defining exact date and time to complete my MNP request but then in middle a person came from idea to my office to take a signature on a form by asking the reason to sign he descibe that he need this sign to close ur idea service before you switch to vodafone but then later I came to know that sign was to cancel my MNP request

    3 .Third time again they raised the 'contractual obligation violation' and rejected my request.

    Please help me out as I no more want to continue with this hell service.

    I had applied for Mobile Number Portability(for my sim [protected]) after getting UPC from Loopmobile to Vodafone. This was rejected by Loopmobile stating ongoing contract violation. I had approached Loop Relationship Manager for me, Anand, who assured me that if I apply again, he will port me out.
    I therefore applied second time, but again this was rejected stating the same reason. I went to Loopmobile gallary at Inorbit Mall, Vashi and met Sonali who gave me a request put up by her to port me out. She told me to ask Vodafone to relogin and it will be done. despite this , my second application was rejected by Loop.
    I again went to Loopmobile gallary at Vashi who talked my RM and raised the request to Level 2. They also generated a UPC for me and asked me to go to Vodafone store and request to send the rejected form once again.
    I did so and on 4th March, I got the message that my MNP request was once again rejected by Loop. I then went to Loop Gallary on 13th and gave a written complaint.
    This is becoming horrible and I need some forum to protect the interests of common people like me.

      I hope I at least get response from this Forum.

      I have been using Loop mobile for years inspite of their bad service, call drops, unwanted service phone calls, etc just for the sake of retaining the number as i have circulated this number to many people.

      But recenty the serive has gone way down from "worse". Last 2 months they are deducting 99 Rs from my prepaid balance for service i never asked for. They agree it is mistake on thier part but they refuse to give my money back. Why should i pay money for their mistake?

      The have recently started to give docket number to all complaints, but is the use if that forum doesnt solve any complaints. I wonder if there is anyone appointed to take care of these complaints and if there is someone appointed then they are not working properly.

      From last 2 months i am calling customer service to get differnt answer each time. The senior never comes on phone.

      Besides from past few months they are cutting more money for my money then my actual call charge.

      From yesterday they have blocked my messages, I am getting only uncessary mails from Loop. They have harrassed me by increased number o[censored]nnecessary calls since yesterday for which i am sure they have some trival reason to state.

      Hoping for a response.

        I have been using Loop Service For almost 2yrs since now before i had not faced any such problems form their side but since last 3months they have been deducting balance from my account for unwanted reason the total amount of balance they have deducted is Rs 80/-.I have been sending consumer complaints through mail on the email that is <[protected]@core.nic.in>,from last 4-5days and i have not yet received any confirmation from their side regarding my balance also i had spoken to the customer care but they don't tel the exact reason to why they have deducted the balance and also when you ask them to transfer they calls to their Floor Managers they disconnect it.Please do something about this and give me justice you can contact me on [protected].

        my mobile no. is [protected], i m using this no. from 3 to 4 years. before 2 week i have request to Loop mobile customer care executive to stop service which were by default activated, they promise me that this service will be deactivated by them. but service is not deactivated by them. again i request them to stop the scheme, then they told me that please send 1 sms to deactivate the scheme. i send sms, eventhough that plan is continued till date and everyday from my account 50 paise deducted. please help me.
        I am using loop from last 5 yrs. But from last 4 week I am facing problem of balance deduction list 2week back 20rs deduct my A/c n this time again 34Rs deduct .           I hv done 222 refile on my cell no:-[protected] after 2 mins i received the msg my bal. Is dedicated i hv call to customer care they are saying that balance cutted for internet browsing u say that if zero balance their how can a person can do the surfing.and more than 200 msg i hv received that minimum balance . again i hv done 30 rs recharge after 1 mins i hv received the msg your balance is dedicated . I asked the reason to exceutive they are saying that balance is dedicated for surfing.
          i request u take some action .

            instead of loopmobile or bplmobile the better suited name is [censored]mobile service provide i am going to go to the consumer forum...i have recieved an mms via sms i want to retiieve it but the mms webtop2 does not work at all and the big fools at bpl/loop dont even know if there was a link like mms.bplmobile.com:9091/webtop2,,, its a shame...and when i send the mms the money is properly deducted....

            Mobility/mms services — Site is not working

            I got an sms from my friend with passcord, having MMS because MMS facility is not activated on my number. but that site doesnot exist, airtelworld.com

            I also had some problems with some of the services of Loop Mobile and was looking for a proper platform to get my queries solved. Finally I tweeted about my problem on their Twitter handle and well. they responded pretty quickly and told me to DM my number to them.On giving my number I was contacted by a very helpful executive of the services team and he ensured that my problem would be solved immediately.In the next 48 hours my problem was solved and also they gave me a complimentary gift in return.One thing has to be said Loop Mobile have seriously revamped their customer care service recently and hats off to that executive.

            I totally agree with the writers comments.What is the use when I do not get the service I want and yet pay for it.I think this matter should be taken up with the Directorate of Consumer Affairs.They really do a good job & have a good experience with them.
            I agree with the complainant in totality.We are charged for no service.Better to take up the matter with the Directorate of Public Grievances where they sure do a good job.I have personally availed their services and the cheating company was brought to book and my money refunded in 21 days flat.

              For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to get GPRS & WAP settings for my Samsung GT - B6520 mobile. Everytime I am promised that it would be sent, I also get a message intimating the same. But till date it has never reached me. I am disgusted at the service levels and am on the verge of cancelling all my loop connections. The whole purpose of investing in a business phone has been defeated as I am unable to use it's features like mail, internet, etc.
              Will someone provide justice please.
              i am too facing the same issue, , did u get any success...

                I had received an SMS from loop mobile on 8/12/10 to set free caller tune & list of tunes was given.So I activated the caller tune from the list. But Rs 15 charges were deducted from my balance. I had made complaint in loop mobile website 3-4 times, but my complaint is unatended yet.

                My mobile no is [protected]. I had activated Free 200 local SMS pack at Rs-11 on 9th OCT 11, for which I have also received confirmation that this pack has been activated. However after that for every single message I am being charged, which is just not acceptable from my side, because even in past iI have faced this kind of SILLY mistakes from LOOP MOBILE.

                In spite of contacting customer service several times, I have neither received satisfactory response nor my balance back. This is worst Mobile service I have received till today. I have spoke to many of your executives..like Ibrahim Khan.

                I am not requesting you to refund my TT, but I am ordering you to refund..because this is our right.. We can not tolerate this kind of treatment anymore.

                This is the height frustrating customer..Stop harassing customer like this!!!

                  To loop mobile,
                  A service called mantra was activated by the company without any notice to us and we have lost balances close to around Rs 200.
                  it is a kind of cheating done by the company with us...
                  i request the company to refund us the balance deducted at the earliest...it sounds very cheap to know that the company is earning revenues at the cost of trouble and cheat to the customers...

                    I generally buy recharge card of Rs 30.
                    First i used to get around 28 rs talktime, but now I get only rs 24 net talktime.
                    Now lets split it up and see where LOOP MOBILE IS FOOLING PPL:

                    rs: 24 talktime + rs: 2.80 service tax + rs: 2 rental + rs: 1.20 scheme charge(local+national SMS frm 11pm to 8am, validity 3 days)

                    Now my COMPLAINT is they are forcing us to take this SCHEME OF rs 1:20 SMS un-necessarily. I dont use this scheme!

                    rs: 1:20 matters for me because they deduct 6 rupees from rs: 30 recharge.
                    This matter has to be taken up seriously,,, otherwise in future they might deduct 10 rs for scheme who knows...

                      I Have called N number of times to the Loop Mobile customer care to unsubscribe my caller ring tone which i have not activated by n e chance. They give me 24 hrs time and the issue is not resolved since 1 week now. I do not understand y it takes soo long for a complaint 2 b resolvd. Its very irritating and not at all professional to have caller tunes on the phone especially a tone PROMOTING Loop Mobile services which is very bad.... Need a resolution ASAP. Thx.

                        I was charged Rs. 50 on Dec 12 for some 'Hungama' Pack which i have not subscribed. Then after for each day the Loop mobile has deducted Rs.5. I have lost my Rs 70 because of this.

                        After realising this deduction when I called up the Customer service center they refuses to give the refund. They told me that they will stop this pack within 24 hours.

                        I wrote a mail to their customer support center stating all this matter but they didnt even replied to the mail.

                        The mail is as follows:
                        Dear Sir/ Madam,

                        My Mob No: [protected]

                        Complaint:
                        On December 11, 2010 my account balance was showing Rs.70.
                        and suddenly on Dec 12 the balance was reduced to Rs.20
                        then after for each day they have charged me Rs.5 from my account.
                        So, on Dec 17 my account balance become Rs.0

                        The above deduction details was told by one of your Customer care executive on Dec 17 (when i called up after realising balance as Rs.0).

                        This deduction was for some "Hungama" Pack (Which I have not subscribed. You may see from my records that I have't used that service).

                        When I asked for the reimbursement to your Customer care executive, he refuses to do so.


                        Please look into the matter & reimburse the amount. I have lost my Rs.70
                        Do revert back.

                        After 2 days on Dec 20 again Rs.5 deducted, when I asked they were unable to answer (according to them the information was not updated & he cannot give me the detail of deduction).

                        This is very irritating as I spend only Rs. 60 to 70 every month.

                        deducted money from my a/c on the name of tashan service,my num [protected]
                        I WANT TO DEACTIVATE SOME SERVICE WHICH IS FORCEFULLY ACTIVATED BY LOOP MOBILE WITHOUT ASKING TO ME.THEY ARE CHARGING ME 5 RUPPES PER EVERY DAY. IT WAS ACTIVATED BEFORE LAST 20 DAY ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER CARE & FROM LAST 10 DAYS I'M COMPLAINING THE SAME THING TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION. THIS IS VERY WORST SERVICE PROVIDER COMPARING TO ANY OTHER.

                        What this loop company doing???

                        How many times more should i call you to deactivate the plan when i didnt started it???
                        It takes less than 2 minutes to any plans...then why it takes 4 days to deactivate???
                        Stop fooling loop!!!
                        Atleast ask for some donation or chariy as you people want to earn, i would contribute happily, but dont steal money in this way...
                        Better shut down your company if you cant make profit like uninor, aircel, etc..

                          Loop Mobile — cheat / fraud

                          Dear sir / madam,

                          last month i lost my mobile. got new sim card from dombivali store they told me that i need to pay rs 100 at that store and will not get any further charge on bill for reactivation and i did that.
                          now when i got the bill i've been charged Rs. 100/- as activation charge and the customer care (what care bloody careless) told that they both are right and they cant get any complaint registered against ombivali branch
                          Hi, I am using BPL/Loop mobile from last 4 years but i do not agree with loop any activities. Now they are saying No 1 Network in GSM, No my friends they saying it by their mouth we dont belive. They issue new call drop refund service but it also worthless because they are not ready to give any one for call drop challange. Second thing i am using dus ka gang plan from last 4 years in this plan Loop to Loop call is 30ps but they charge me 50ps for Loop to Loop call also. They cheating with consumer Kick them as soon as possible.

                          sms service has been stoped for [protected] number.so i can not send sms to 1900 for porting my loop number. its request to start my sms service for one day.

                            Loop Mobile Billing — Same Bill Issue

                            Firstly ur Customer Support Sucks as they dont hav an Ans of the Question asked to them the only thing they r trained 4 is to Say call after 2 Days and you will get a solution for your querry. . . As if they think we have all the time in this world for them. . . Secondly one can never trust on your bill as its never true every company earns some thing extra out of billing service provided but Loop can never be compared with any company and has already lost 50% prestige on this one. . . As now i dont have much time or else wud have made a book of complaints. . .

                            Loop Mobile — Network issues/No follow up/Billing Problems

                            I am customer using the services of the telecom company, Loop Mobile since the past nearly five years. In September, 2008 we were informed(via telephone, when complianed about networks and also via post, through a letter with my bill) that BPL Mobile(now Loop) is undergoing an upgradation and any inconvenience caused on account of the same is regretted. The wait for a desperate change in the services started in September, 2008 as there were terrible network problems like:
                            • Cross-Connections
                            • Messages getting delivered 5-6 times(The same have been charged)
                            • Call-drop(The opposite person fails to hear my voice)
                            • Fluctuating Network, etc.
                            Since Loop Mobile customer care executives had mentioned about the upgradation, I decided to wait. But things just got worse. In November, 2008 I registered a complaint with them. However, there was no sought of response from their side. Again, I registered a complaint with them in November, 2008. This process of complaints went on till July, 2009 with no follow-up. In July, 2009 I decided to go to the Loop Mobile Gallery at Chembur. Within 10 days(approx.) the network improved but again this wasn't a permanent relief. A month back I started facing the same problem again(sms & network). I complained and spoke to the customer care executive([protected]), Mr. Jeet. Mr.Jeet told me to change my handset or check the phone software. This reminds me that roughly in January/February, 2008 a customer care executive mentioned that Loop Mobile doesn't support my handset(Nokia 7210). How is this possible? Continuing with the saga, I decided to speak to the Team Leader present at the call center, Ms.Shaili Brahmpat and registered a complaint with her on 14th October, 2009 at 11.55 a.m. pertaining to the network issues faced by me since November, 2008. The complaint number/docket number is[protected] and[protected]. At the same time, I have never been a defaulting customer and have always made full payments of my bills regularly before the due date. However due to such pathetic services I haven't paid the bill for the last month and have informed them that I would so only on getting compensated for the trouble caused. I urge the consumer forum to treat this matter with utmost importance and you may verify the above with Loop Mobile and take the necessary action at the earliest.
                            I totally agree with Mr.Shah. LOOP should be sued.
                            Mr.Shah should be compensated for the same. LOOP MOBILE is pathetic
                            When I was in India, I used BPL/LOOP, and it was horrible. No network, nothing.

                            loop mobile assistant are really cheating us.My sms package is active.On 3rd january i got msg from loop.It was as follow LM-MCM "Get Loop calls @ 10p, local SMS @ 10p & all other calls @50P for lifetime.First call/SMS of the day will be charged @ Re1.just recharge with Rs3 or sms <MCM> to 50505.Whwn i talked about this scheme with ur executive Mr.Swapnil he told that my sms package will Be active with MCM scheme.When i activated MCM scheme i have been charged for sms.When i talked with another customer care assistant they told that ur sms Pack will not be in active state.I want strict action against Mr. swapnil.PLs dont give fake information to the customer.Pls activate my sms pack & deactivate My MCM scheme...
                            This complain is about service I recently received from a loop customer service representative named Shailesh Solanki

                            I called mobile assist shailesh solanki to find out how to deal with a problem I’ve had with service. After I had been on hold for several minutes, Shailesh solanki came on the line. I had to explain my problem to him several times because he did not seem to be listening and therefore asked me the same questions repeatedly. shailesh solanki put me on hold for several minutes, and then returned to say he could not help me. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated.

                            I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more time on this problem, I am cancelling service immediately, and I expect a full refund. I will be informing my friends and family about this experience.
                            NO PROPER SEVICE NO PROPER TALKING MANNER BY THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES.

                            Hello my name Savio Shah and i am a user of loop mobile [protected] form past 4 years but now its happening to much since from last month there is deduction in my balance without knowing to me, on 9th Sept, 2011 there was again deduction in my balance, I wanted to deactive my dkg28 plan wchich i hd it ealier and when i hd call 4 customer care 4 the same the gave me an msg and that was an wrong information provided to me to again active it form an executive, this is to much now i called several executive n also spoke to some senoir exuctive named vijay gaikwad but no one is trying to help me so kindly look into this and give me a proper information as to get my refund back.
                            my 2 mgm card no.[protected], [protected].this no.card to card free but at this time is chargebal & that both no.are zone 02.plz tell me rezan

My number is [protected] and [protected] .and asking me about my name without informing their identification and i say them first tell me your name but still she is not her name and disconnect the lineand after few hour mobile is disconnect.with out informing me . is this the way to talk with customer and gine service.
                            Loop customer care is the worst service provider they dont have answers why deduction took place and the only answer they know is hung up they hung up call on 3-4 times saying that they are transferring the call to supervisor... Late Mr. Dhirajlal K.Unagar had fill the application form at your Goregaon (w) branch, station Rd., on 6/10/2012, for changing the name and plan.My mobile no.[protected] is activated on my father's name who was dead. so I had submit my fathers true copy of death certificate along with my colour passport xerox copy and a photo on 6/10/2012. I had paid September's bill Rs.200/- against Rs.199/- bill and also paid Rs.60/- for October months 6 day uses. After that October months remaining bill come which was Rs. 187/- which I had already paid on[protected]. I had complain to gallery about this 2 to 3 times, but they had not taken any serious action against this.Today on 3/12/2012 I went to gallery because one more bill for the month of November 2012 is issued to me, and there is no kind of changes had made for what I mention above, and the guy at gallery who had filled my form told me that because of his mistake my all documents misplaced, and to paid the bill till today(3/12/2012).

                            The mistake was done by loop mobile's assistant at Goregaon(w) branch.There is no kind of a mistake done by me, then why should I pay the November-2012 bill which is Rs.225/-.I want action for this mistake and do the changes as I requested.
                            My current tariff plan is "NEW POSTPAID 174 PLAN".and I want to change it with some Rs.99 plan.

                            Please do it as fast as possible otherwise I will complain about this to the consumer court.

                            I have been facing call drops due to which exuberant bill amount. The amount is very much infavourable to the calls I make per day. Moreover, as suggested by one of your loop customer executive, I have already changed my handset and sim card. Despite of these changes, I have experienced an unsatisfactory result.also loop mobile has been charging me late payment fees.
                            I hereby request you to take some actions and bring a solution to my problem..

                              How your company activates any services without any intimation. That’s why totally Rs 15 /- and Rs 2 that is for daily 1/- Rs balance got deducted on 25th Nov.
                              i has been complaint to customer care regarding the game activated but now i deactivated this game.I want refund my balane 50 Rs.
                              i has been complaint to customer care regarding that first decativate my loop wap service i have call so many time they have given wrong information that your service is deactivated but their information is wrong they have nt deactivated n then my bal is deducted 64rs plz give me refund my money ok the they have given wrong information to me n telling that on net surfing bal has gone plz look on it

                              there is a deduction of 1 rs daily on the following no : [protected] .conectivity of customer care number is not avail .i m trying to call last from 4 days but unable to connect .

                                Actually I was very happy with your service, but unfortunately from Monday, I am very fed up with your service. Without pressing any key or activating Caller



                                Tune how your company activates my caller tune without any intimation. That’s why totally Rs 15 /- and Rs 2 that is for daily 1/- Rs balance got deducted on 22nd



                                November 2010 at 10.05 am approximately time. And my caller tune activated from your side directly. This is the main reason for that I am not happy with your service. I



                                do highly use of talk time for outgoing calls if You see my call history. If you are deducting my balance in this way, then why should continue with your service. So please



                                deactivate urgently my caller tune from your side and refund my Rs 17/- total in my account immediately, else I am really very upset from your service and I will surely



                                leave this time your service. If you do refund on my Account then only I will continue with your service, and will be happy, I don’t want to waste my time to deactivate it



                                from my side, so please do this help from your Side and help me from this issue.





                                I called up to your customer care on 22nd November 2010 at something 10.15am , the lady whose name is Ajita Shirke, she picked up my call and



                                She told me that still not updated in your system that for which reason balance got deducted. But she told me that Rs 15/- balance deducted but don’t know reason



                                For that she told me to call back. I told her I will be busy in my work I will not get time to call your customer care again. So I want the resolution at least now in your



                                System it may show that Balance got deducted due to Caller tune, If I wanted to keep caller tune then I can activate it I know the procedure. But I don’t want to waste my



                                Money in this caller tune services. Before I was activated but now I don’t want and it was activated from your side directly without intimation. So please solve this issue.





                                Hopefully, you will see all the details about this balance deduction which is done wrongly from your side and will help me from this issue.



                                I know you will make every customer happy, if you do this, I will also do by my word of mouth procedure that Loop service is really good service provider and even I will



                                Continue with your service. So within 24hrs I want the resolution from you. Please help me; I will wait for your reply

                                  i am using loop mobile since 1year, but have suffered a lot. there where many problems from which i was suffering during my use of this GSM service
                                  firstly, i was charged for callertunes for months which i have already changed, when i complained against it on costumer care number i was told that there is a cart system for callertunes, once you pick up a tune then that is added to your cart a when you change it you willl b charged for the recent tune as well as the 1 u used earlier, and i was not informed about this cart system of callertunes earlier, this is not even published in terms of callertunes of official website of loop mobile.
                                  secondly, during my free us of wap in night time, i was charged 10rs. this started occuring from 2nd november'10 and when i complained, was told that i have activated some scheme of wallpaper on indiagames.com but i have not visited that site in that period of time nor did i download any wallpaper, i tried complainig again and did the same for 1 week but was always given a doc number and my problem was not solved at all, i stopped using wap but still paying for the thing which i have not even downloaded.
                                  thirdly, had network problems during roaming, i was not able to make calls while roaming, not even on costumer care. then after recharging for roaming after two days my service was activated. also came to know that loop mobile is not available out side maharashtra, but still the give messages saying that its no1 gsm in india.
                                  fourthly, when no action was taken against my complaints on costumer care services, i tried complaining through official website of loop, but the complaint page doesnt work properly, it asked me to re-submit my form again and again, even when i tried doing it after 3 days, it was the same.
                                  after all this problems, i am still paying for wap problem and almost 200 rs. is deducted from my account, they promise to solve the problems of costumers within 48hrs, but its more than 2 weeks that i am still paying for it.

                                    I am not able to access opera mini though i have the wap settings. I am using Micromax Q75 and it has pre-installed opera mini. When i try to open opera mini, it prompts to check the internet settings or contact your service provider. And then 1p is deducted every time i try to access opera mini. Please help.                                       maine mere mobile may last recharge 111ka kiya tha usmay muje full talktime mila uske 2din batd mere mobile se 45rs dedect kardeye mine koie plan chalu bhi nahi kiya tha sirf maine 5rs vala gang card chalu kiya tha... uske bad maine customer ko call karke pucha phir bhi mere ko kuch answer nahi de rahe hey customer care vale jis function may gaye bhi nahi koie msg bhi nahi kiya direct balance dedect kiya....koie to action le leje plzzzzzzzz mera no hey [protected]
                                      after buying new handset(black berry 8830 W E) i went to nearest loop mobile gallery(vidya vihar)near krushal tower, for new activation of black berry services where i met mr mohsin and shankar who help me out with 399 plan for free browsing and downloads after that i left around 3 or 4 hours time, i was unaware of manual sttings to my handset and was waitin for support call but after a day i tried 800 for support but nobody was there to properly assist me with my issue and yesterday they charfge me 50rs for nothing and said that i have dounloaded somthin wen the settin is not done properly how can i to do so and the activation is done for unlimited download and browsing then how cud u charge me for is either u refund me back or send me a proper details to my email add [protected]@yahoo.in

                                        I, Nilesh Madhukar Jadhav Loop Mobile Custumer my mobile No is [protected].My service was barred because of crossing the credit limit. My service was barred on 12/11/2010 and thenafter on 13/11/2010 i made payment of Rs.450/- at around 11.30 a.m in Dadar Loop shop there the executive of Loop Mobile said that your service will be activated within 2 hours for this i am waiting since 5 p.m even though my service is not activated hence i call to custumer care they told me further made payment of Rs.350/- so that your service will be activate. As per the direction/ instructions i had made payment of Rs. 350/- in Fort Gallery near CST Station where Mr. Imran said that your service will be activate wihin half hour still my service is not activate.
                                        so, i pray through this complaint direction may be given to activate the service as early as possible . Not only that as per the advertisment of Loop Mobile that 1800 Miniutes free to Loop to Loop. But, in actual they charg on free calls also because my credit limit is 1000/- and they charge 50 paisa over the free calls also .sothat if i decide to enjoy the free calls my bill will be 900/- it means i have only 100/- Rs to enjoy. so how could i enjoy/ used the free calls.Free Means without any charge. for this i compaint in the gallary and i talk to executive about the same problem but they said that your free calls amount will be deduct or reduced when your bill is generated and thats why my line was barred again and again. Hence i made payment 3,4 times in a month. After generating the bill my excees bill amount used by the company and said that, that is the policy of company.
                                        so, according to me Loop Mobile Cheated the public under the introducing the scheme of 1800 Miniutes free Loop to Loop mobile.
                                        so, i pray through this complaint to take promp action against the company otherwise great prejudice will cause to the public.
