I HAVE TOLD LOOP MOBILE CUSTOME CARE SO MANY IMS BUT STILL I HAVE RECEIVED. THE LOOP MOBILE COMPANY IS HARRASSIN ME MENTAILY. PLEASE TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS AND PENALISED THE LOOP MOBILE CO.     Dear Sir,

    I have a Loob mobile postpaid connection since 1998-99. I have been trying to port out to Airtel Since 24 Jan 2011. I have been rejected by Loop Mobile on 3 occasions,citing a different reason every time.
    Eg: UPC code not valid (2 times), Breach of contractual agreement(1 time).

    I spoke to my Relationship Manager and Nodal officer. My relationship manager told me that there is nothing call any kind of contractual obligation problem in my case and even there is credit of Rs.255 in my account. They assured me that next time they will clear the Application. It means that last three times it was rejected deliberately.

    I have send a mail at mobile.[protected]@loopmobile.in and redressal.[protected]@loopmobile.in on 03.03.2011 asking the reason and its meaning in writing for rejecting my MNP application 3 times. I aging send the reminder to this mail on 07.03.2011 but I have not received any reply from them.

    It is my sincere request to you to please look in the matter. One can check the recording of all the conversation I have made with them and can get the clear cut idea how they are cheating their own customers.

    I once again request you to take the necessary action in order to protect the interest of the innocent customers. Please let me know if you requires any information on this matter from my side.

    I wanted my Loop Mobile number to be converted to Vodafone. When I submitted my documents to Vodafone Store near Malhar Talkies, Thane for processing, I received the response from Loop that the number cannot be transfered to as my mobile number was a "LIFE TIME CARD".

    I wanted to change my Service provider as Loop has a poor network.

    Kindly guide us how can i convert the service provider with same mobile number

    My cell number is [protected] and operator is Loop Mobile, Mumbai. On 20 January, 2011 itself I sent an sms to port this number. I got UPC code which is LM132824. I submitted all the documents required for porting my number to vodafone. 2 days later I came to know that loop mobile has rejected this transfer, citing wrong UPC code. I went personally to Loop Mobile, Ghatkopar Gallery, on 26 Jan, 2011 to ask them why they gave wrong UPC as the reason whereas they themselves had sent the UPC code sms to me and the code written in the transfer form was absolutely correct. They verified in their system and even agreed that nothing is wrong with the UPC code but they said they can't do anything about it. In fact they said that why was I porting and forced me to stay with them.
    I again went to vodafone and have explained them the tricks played by Loop Mobile.
    But still my number is not ported and I guess there is no authority to check these kind of false tactics played by Loop Mobile to prevent their customers from porting.
    Why is this MNP process so weak such that mobile service providers like Loop Mobile can freely harass customers. I want to port as soon as possible but just don't know what to do.
    Is TRAI listening? Please help me.
    I am a LoopMobile subscriber in Mumbai. I requested to port out of Loop Mobile under the new mobile number portability scheme. I have been informed by LoopMobile that since my sim card is a company number, it cannot be ported out, despite my company agreeing to the porting. Is that correct? Can number portability be done only if your sim card is on an individual's name?

    Loop Telecom Limited — Rejection of Number Porting

    I have applied thrice for porting out my mobile no. from Loop Telecom Limited to Idea Telecom but my request got rejected all three times without stating any valid reason!!! on visiting their center assurance is given from their side that next time your request will not b rejected and they request to reapply!! on reapplying again they reject request stating reasons which is not acceptable!!! please look in the matter and do the needful at the earliest. my details are as below

    currently i am using Loop mobile and plan is per second pulse.
    one day i sent sms with PORT to 1900, but i receive a message with WRONG CODE.
    then i called to customer care to resolve this problem.....he said that first you have to convert into our basic plan, then after 3 months completion of basic plan you are eligible to port into any other telecom service provider. i think this is not the way they are talking about.....
    if i want immediate MNP then what i will do....i am using the current mobile service from last three and half year.
    so, i am already eligible for that.....so pl. confirm it to me as per TRAI is there any rule that, if any body is using some plan other than basic plan of any telecomm company, is it require to change into the basic plan..?
    then only he is eligible for MNP...?
    i think its not.
    pl. help me get rid of this stupid thing...!

    Dear Sir,
    please advise i have a loop mobile number [protected] from October 2011, intially it was a post paid plan but there were network issues and also no 3g service hence i decided to port out, the first it was rejected under the pretext that it is a post plan and it cannot be ported unless it converted to prepaid with 90day waiting period then after 90day completion of prepaid plan you are eligible to port into any other telecom service provider. I did as asked in the first week of March 2013
    i completed the ninty days period
    now when i have requested to port out the same is rejected citing contractual obligation violation and that i have to give 60 day advance notice only then my porting request will be considered
    please advise is there any way i can bring this issue to the notice of TRAI or consumer forum to get out of this harrasment by loop mobile

    Now Loop mobile have started a new tactic.
    I put in a request of porting for my number [protected], and got to know that the loop mobile has delibeartely changed my name in the database so that my porting from the new operator gets rejected.
    I have made numerous calls to the helpline in the past two years but not a single time did they tell me that my name is wrong but suddenly after putting in a request my name and address changes.
    Now they tell me that I have to put a name change request which means I have to convert into postpaid.
    Please sort this issue otherwise the only option left is to approach consumer court and TRAI.
    I have a SIM card post paid from Loop Mobile and wanted to change my service provider from Loop Mobile to Vodafone as I had bought an iPhone 5. Loop mobile does not have 3 G (which I was not aware of and was not informed by Loop). Without 3G I am unable to use my iPhone to its optimum. I have on 15 November 2013 sent an SMS for porting out. I received the port out number from Loop Mobile. Vodafone contacted me and took my documents as well. I received a phone call saying my Vodafone application has been accepted.

    Today I receive an SMS from Vodafone that Loop Mobile has rejected my application for porting out as "there are subsisting contractual obligations from the subscriber agreement"

    I HAVE NO OUTSTANDING BILL. IN FACT I HAVE CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT OF APPROX. RS 700/-.

    When I would shift to Vodafone I would have had to give up this amount to Loop and would have gladly given up for getting a SIM card compatible to my phone.

    SO I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS IS ABOUT?

    loop customer support always ignore our call when we dial toll free no 800.

    Also suggest me if i dont get appropiate responce, how can i complaint to:
    1) TRAI
    2)Consumer Forum.
    I am using Loop Mobile from Last 10 Years, I have submitted request to PORT My Number [protected] from Loop Mobile to Idea before 29 th November, 2014 but Loop Mobile have not released Number so my number is still with Loop Mobile. I had only this number from last 10 years so i had tried to visit all the Gallery but all Gallery was closed down i need my same number to get released from Loop and PORT to other service provider.

      HI I HAVE LOOP CONNECTION FROM LAST 3 YER I RECHARGED MY LAST BALANCE BY 30 BUT DATED 06 MARCH 2011 LOOP DEBITED MY 49 RS AS I WANT TO ACTIVATE ONE SMS PACK FOR LOOP BUT I ENTERED WRONG CODE FOR THE SAME SO THEY DEBITED 49 RS AS SMS ACTICATION CHARGE BUT PACK IS NOT ACTIVATE AND ACTUAL PACK SMS PACK VALUE IS 21 I TRIED TO REVERSE THAT BALANCE BUT THEY ARE SAYING IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.

      Loop Mobile — wrong sms pack activated

      I, have i activated for sms 11 pack which gives me 110 local sms free for 30 days but instead of this i hav got 200 sms with only 7 validity. i hav activated by seeing this pack from *555# & their still shows the same pack.
      my mobile bpl card no.[protected] last date.1/10/2011.my balance is 22000second i will call 2/10/11 660second.tane my a/c balance is only 6800second.i complained loop mobile costemer care but i dint get any response.
      my bpl card no.[protected]...loopcard service is very bad i will complaint costemer care service but any person not responsibel for any answer...sevice is very bad.

        I am a prepaid subscriber nos [protected] with Loop telecom & have applied for MNP to shift to another operator.but Loop has rejected the request saying that ,after i a have shifted to base plan ,i cannot port out of their service for a period of 90 days.On inquiring with other mobile service providers ,they say that such a rule does not exist.Hence please suggest a way out.

          i monthly activating sms 27 scheme,this time also i send msg sms27 for reactivate scheme..but there was a message from loop mobile that sorry your request cannot be accepted..so i do recharge of 27..and this is how i activate it but now they have cut 27 rupees from my balance also..i did call to customer care but they are not ready to credit my balance.this is how they providing services to their customer...i m requesting you people please refund my balance otherwise stop making people fool ...

            I have requested for number portability on 21.02.2011 and the said request was rejected due to contractual obligation. I have comolied with the above recomendation given by the service provider (i.e i have sent SMS to come out from the DUS KA GANG PLAN). Further i have confirmed on 02.03.2011 from the service provider that i can use the portability services from the service provider andon 03.03.2011 I have sent the message again for the number portability and i have got a call that i cannot opt the said service for another peiod of 90 days.

              Please advise me on what legal ground my PORT request has been rejected. I have received a message from 50991 that LOOP mobile has rejected my port out request because of “contractual obligation violation”. Please let me know where it is written in TRAI or DOT laws that I can not PORT out because of I am life time customer of your service.

              I have every right to rid off from your poor services.

              I hope I will get the response of my above query in reasonable time limit. Failing which, I will knock the door of consumer forum and will file the suit of Rs. 1 LAC for all the mental stress you people have given to me.

              Apart from the above I have also learned that LOOP mobile is making all unfair mean to retain the customer by rejecting the PORT out requests. Do you don’t think that, 35% of our population is still not literate and they go what ever you communicate to them and hence it is observed that deliberately you are making fool out of them and hence it is my moral responsibility to take up this matter to court and also I will send copy of this mail to leading news papers.

              I am having a prepaid connection of loop mobile. I have been upgraded by the company to life time prepaid. I want to change my service provider but the company says that it cannot be changed as you are lifetime customer. When i did not opt for life time why did the company need to upgrade me.
              I have submitted documents to LOOP mobile gallery on 10th February,2011 for portint in from AIRTEL. It is now 11 days and the process is still incomplete. I have recd an SMS from loop that my documents are verified and my line is active. Still, Airtel simcard is active. I visited LOOP gallery twice but to no avail. They always say wait for another 2 hours. Really a very bad first time experience.
              The difficulty is that I do not have any balance in my airtel sim and I can not access LOOP sim.

              I hope loop administration will take up the matter as soon as possible.

              I had opted for a MNP on the very 1st day when the facility was availble from Loop to Vodafone.
              And for the last 1 month I have been following up on the same. No actions so far.
              I am being told my forms have been rejected due to contractual reasons and have been asked to send emails. Till date I have sent them 5 emails atleast called them 25 times atleast.
              All my emails go unanswered. When I call them they have no solution and promise a call back - they never do.

              Atroctious and pathetic customer service.
              I am more inspired to move out of Loop for this kind of disgusting attitude.

              Please guide in helping me port out.

              Same problem for me too. I have 2 loop mobile numbers and want to port them to vodafone. I have done all the procedure correctly but still my porting request is rejected. MNP is a lame process and TRAI is using loop holes to help such players.

              My name is Mr. Aarzan Mistry from Mumbai and recently I applied for Mobile Number Portibility (MNP) from Loop Mobile to Vodafone. I SMSd Loop Mobile and got UPC # 399656 on 26th May and I went ahead and filled all the required details wioth proof to Vodafone gallary at Fort.
              All was excepted and I was given a new SIM which would be activated within 10 Days.

              But, on 31st May I got a SMS from Loop saying that my request for MNP is rejected due to "Contractual Obligation Violation". So, I called up Loop Customer care at around 08:30 PM and the reason was:-
              1) Since I was on 1p/per sec scheme on Prepaid account, I had to shift to Base plan (i.e. Re 1/per min plan.
              2) Deactivate DNC.

              Since I had no option I had to request them and change what ever was required.

              I have been with Loop Mobile for appros 10+ years.

              My question is are these rules made by TRAI or GOI. If not then are respective Service providers allowed to make such rules and harres the customers.

After paying the due bills and some extra amount I submitted application for porting my no [protected] to Idea cellular. Had given the application a few days before 29th November. Idea cellular has finished verifications but the number is still inactive. Upon getting in touch with Idea Cellular customer service, we were told that they have not received noc from you ie Loop Mobile to port the number.
              We have been using the said number for business purpose for a long period and the same is important to us.

              We submitted documents and form for porting Mobile No [protected] from Loop Mobile to Idea Cellular on 24th November 2014. ut Still my number is Started. I have enquired from Idea office, they informed me that they already did all activities of port from their side and only clearance from Loop mobile is needed to start service.
              I had also sent a letter explaining the same to Loop Mobile office ( address mentioned for sending cheque payments for pending bills post closure ) No one from Loop Mobile has bothered to address to said issue or replied saying the same cannot be done.
              The number is very important to me as I have been using the same for more than a decade.
              We had also paid extra amount towards pending bill if any as per Loop Mobile guidelines.

                Subject:Very very poor network coverage.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I am having loop mobile number [protected], prepaid service provider user since last 3 yrs, more 5 to 6 connction are there we all are not getting proper n/w. However since few month we are facing a severe network coverage problem in my area Khotwadi, Besant road, santacruz (w). I also lunch a complain on helpline help line no. but still no action has been taken, the complain no-[protected]. The signal strength is very weak, almost every call gets dropped and voice clarity is very poor.

                We have called and sent numerous mails to your helpdesk with no fruitful results. It has been over one month and this problem of network is affecting my professional life.

                So, I kindly request you to investigate and take immediate action.

                I too am facing the same Neywork problem in Goregaon (w), M.G. Road area. I absolutely have no Network when i'm at home & keep on missing calls. I tried complaining about it but they say they look into the matter at the earliest. Hopeless service provider. Why don't they sell the company to a better off provider. I vouch for the MTNL dolphin services.Extremely cost effective, first one to introduce 3G in mumbai.

                There is no problem in my SIM card & Mobile(I checked)& not also in my Phone message setting & message inbox is empty...
                I had done many complaints to mobile executives, but they not giving my resolutions, they many people giving me wrong information many times & different different statements about my problems.
                They making me angry by disconnecting my calls.
                Now they are not taking my complaint about SMS problem.
                Pls take strict Action against that people who want only FOKAT KI SALARY..

                  I have been using a Loop mobile number for the past 2 years or so. But I wished to change my service provider and so I applied for mobile number portability on 20 February 2011. I was asked to deactivate any special services on Loop by sending an SMS 'Base to 50505' and I was informed that after 7 days, my number would be ported.
                  After doing so, I was being charged Rs.1/msg and Rs.1/min for local calls. I received a text message on 26th February 2011 by Loop saying that my request has been rejected. I called customer care several times and each time I got a separate answer and false promises. On the last call, they told me that I have to use Loop on premium charges for 90 DAYS to get my number ported.
                  For a brand who markets itself as providing the best customer service in Mumbai, Loop Mobile is abysmal. Their staff is terribly confused and each have contradicting answers to the same query. I think asking someone 3 months to get their number ported is cheating. All they want is for me to use their services on premium charges to increase their profits and they should be penalized for this. I would strongly advise everyone to NOT USE Loop Mobile.

                    My Name is Nilesh Shinde, Resident at Mumbai and my no is [protected]. I'm a Loop mobile subscriber (BPL mobile AKA).
                    Loop mobile service is horrible nowadays and i am fed up of loop's service quality.

                    This is to bring to your notice that Loop Mobile is harassing its user and not allowing them to move to other network even after all the outstanding bills has been cleared in time before the due dates.

                    Over and above first time they rejected saying outstanding due, which then i paid before due date and second time as Contractual Obligation violation.
                    I really don't understand when did Loop signed contract with me. I guess this is just another fraud of Loop mobile.

                    Now, the relationship manager named Mr. Ziad ([protected]) is not at all answering his phone since a weeks now even after sending smses and reminders.

                    Please suggest how can i get out of this.

                    Is going to consumer court now a must situation for me and should i ask for compensation/police complaint for this kind of harassment.

                      I am loop mobile prepaid customer since almost more than 2 years, but i am really pissed of by the service provided by Loop mobile.

                      Recently i lost almost like Rs. 120 /- without any reason. (20 Rs. daily for 5-6 days).

                      I called up Customer Care and asked for explanation, they said that you have activated Weekly pack....which i am not at all aware about.

                      They just said that, while surfing web from your mobile, you must have click any unwanted link which in turn activated your weekly pack.
                      Boss....I am not computer engineer and not so novice that i don't know where to click and where not to.

                      No when i asked customer care person to deactivate the weekly pack, he took my service request and assured me that this pack will be deactivated shortly.

                      Within next 24 hours, again my 20 Rs. was deducted from my account....What the hell?

                      Again when i called and explained them whole scenario.....he said....i assure you your balance will not be deducted any more?

                      And this is not for the first time.....Before this in month of dec- jan i lost 75 Rs....by just saying that i have activated Hungama Pack or Mantra Pack every day...even without my knowledge.

                      Can you please explain why is this happening?

                        I am Krunal Panchal. I have been using Loop Mobile since nearly 4 yrs. I used to face network problems at my residence; since this phone was provided to me by my company; i had to continue with Loop Mobile. Since now the Number Portability System came i planned to change the service provider.

                        On 03/02/2011 i received the following msg from Loop Mobile & the number was - [protected] at 9.55am.
                        The msg Stated - Welcome to Gold Club of Loop Mobile, as a privileged Customer you have been assigned a dedicated Relationship Manager.SMS RM to know your RM Details.

                        On the same day i received one more sms from the same no.
                        The msg stated - Welcome to Gold Club of Loop Mobile, as a privileged customer you are eligible for Montly 1000 local sms free for next 1 year. SMS OK to 50800.

                        I replied on the same day OK on the same no.

                        On 05/02/11 i opted for number portability at 1.56pm.

                        i received the an sms loop mobile stating - Hello! Your Unique Porting Code is LM171355. This code will be used as reference during porting and will be valid till 20/02/2011 01:59:37Pm.

                        On 11/02/2011 i recevied an SMS from 50911 stating the following:
                        MSISDN : [protected]
                        Message Type : Port Out
                        Message : [protected]
                        Rejected by Reason : Contractual Obligation Violation.

                        When i contacted Loop Mobile what contract did i sign; they said the 1000 sms pack which i replied OK was a contract. They even said that when i replied OK for the 1000 sms they sent me an sms stating that it's a contract for 1 year. I have not received any msg mentioning about the contract; else i would not have opted for the same.
                        I want to change my provider but they are forcing me that i have to use it for 1 year.

                        I dont want to use the service of Loop Mobile.

                        Kindly help me out. The number of my relationship manager is [protected] & his name is Prashant.

                        He is not able to help me out. As you can see the msg did not contain the contractual details neither did i recevied an sms after accepting the 1000 free sms.

                          I am holding a Loop Mobile mobile no [protected]. I is in the name of my Uncle Pradeep. S. Jain.
                          Loop mobile network coverage is extremely poor. Hence I applied for No portability to Vodafone. My porting request was denied since there was a spelling mistake in the name of the owner of the mobile no. I contacted loop customer care and was asked to visit the loop gallery to get the problem solved. I visited the Malad gallery on 3rd or 3th Feb,2011. I gave them the documents, the name of the owner my uncle is Pradeep Sardarilal Jain.
                          I was told that the changes would be done in around 3 days around 7th Feb,2011 my billing cycle date. On 8th Feb I called Loop mobile customer care to confirm the rectification of error, I was surprised that Loop mobile had now changed the billing name as Pradeep Sardarilal Patel. I was told to send a mail to mobile.[protected]@loopmobile.in. I was told that someone would definitely contact me in 48 hours from receipt of the mail.

                          Today is 15th Feb,2011 and no one has yet contacted me. I called up Loop customer care and spoke to Mr Riyaz Shaikh and told me to visit the gallery to get the problem solved. He also told me that Loop considers only 8 hrs as working per day and hence my 48 hrs is still not up from 9th Feb,2011 even though today is the 15th Feb,2011.

                          This is absolutely disgusting. Firstly loop wrongly puts the billing name, then I have to go to the gallery to get it rectified, then again they wrongly put the name, now again they want me to go to the gallery. Why should i be visiting their gallery again and again to rectify the mistakes which they have been doing.

                          My loop mobile no. is [protected] and i have started so not disturb services provided by loop mobile. but after some days i got started receiving sms from no. 50606 for some wallpaper download link. i talk with loop mobile executive about this prob and they told me me to register complain and done that. and still i m getting the same sms and talk with them so many time but didn't help me and always giving me short of information and trying to misguide me. and one time one of their executive told me that i can manage my dnd(do not disturb) service from net also. so when i start that i got some prob and call at customer care no. and now they told me that u can do that. so now i want some proper feedback from them and want to take some strict action against them for misguiding me.

                            I got one GPRS service msg from loop, it was taking too much time to open so i cancelled that message automatically service activated & daily 5 rs deducted.
                            So i called Customer care they told u have service activated from "Hungama site" so i called hungama they told u never accessed hungama site. So i again called to customer care first time they disconnect call & second time they were telling u activated daily top up. But i never register any service. This happens 2nd time. Loop having software & technical team they cannot identify the event occured on Keypad. So never go for Loop mobile.

                            So stay away from loop mobile.

                                  I am having Android 2.2 based mobile phone and I am not able to access android market via my Gmail Account.
                                  I have called Loop Customer Care and I was told to activate GPRS instead of WAP service.
                                  I activated GPRS then also i was not able to access my Gmail Account then again I called customer service and I was told to call them from some other number so that they will transfer me to their technical department.
                                  I called them from Reliance Number but they told me their Technical Department is busy and will revert back.
                                  Is this the service given by such a big company.
                                  They are not able to solve my problem from last 7 days.

                                  Loop Mobile — Unsatisfactory Service

                                  To Whomsoever this may Concern,

                                  This is to highlight the fact that I've never been with such a degraded Service Provider Other than Loop Mobile. Ever Since BPL changed to Loop the service has gone from worst to even pathetic. I had earlier complained about the Mobile Internet pack that didnt de-activate after several requests via text. On calling the contact center the agents, Supervisors (who are not capable of doing anything) even couldnt do it with just an excuse that they dont have any access to the system that can do this. Somehow I wrote to redressal and got things fixed. Terror striked me once again when i wake up and get a message that some amount of money has been deducted from my account towards Mobile Internet. All I asked from the agent was to de-activate it again and revert me back my money. Again the same streak continues. When asked for a Supervisor the line was transferred for long and then disconnected (Nothing new). I wonder if anything is ever going to happen. As a matter of fact Im clueless. Any help would be appreciated.

                                    I am having 2 numbers {[protected] & [protected]} with Loop Mobile which are under Corporate plans and Bills are being paid by me on time from last 2 years.
                                    When I put request for MNP from Loop to Vodafone, My request was rejected stating Porting Code is wrong and while checking with Loop Customer Service desk, it was told that They wont allow direct MNP from Corporate Plans.
                                    Also After I had put request for transferring plan from Corporate to Individual plan, Loop Mobile team is saying this plan can not be availed by me which is available on their site that to with no reason.

                                    Even, I am facing same problem. They have rejected PORT change saying .They will not allow as the number has a vaidity til 2014. When i asked under which clause section of TRAI guidelines it is mentioned . Then the CC guys said TRAI has called them and informed. Funny thing which difficult to believe.

                                    Calling them regularly and after that they saying they will allow now . I am asking reason for rejection for first time. Noodal officiers are hiding and not responding. We should sue this company for sure . They are harrasing the customer for no reson.

                                        Hi
                                        Sir, myself Vijendra Dhage using Loop Number [protected], and I want to change service from Loop to Videocon, I go to videocon Gallery at Naupada and Submit necessary document and fill CAF form.

                                        but on 26/Jan i got SMS from Vidocon that "your porting request has been rejected by your current operator because of 12003, so i call for detail then the Loop Mobile Executive on call me says "you unable to Change Service coz you are Life time Customer".

                                        Is That true, if not then Suggest what should I Do?

                                        Becouse I wanted to change the service From Loop to Videocon
