I have, activated the unlimited mobile internet scheme for Rs89/- by sending a message. the money got deducted on the spot but i did not get the settings for my mobile aven after calling so many times. I've some conversations with the Team Leader recorded in my cell. can anyone pls suggest how can I get my money back as they said they cant refund the money and they are not providing the phone settings either.

sir i recharged my number 12 may also same time calling to customer care said them to activate my net scheme of 75 rs 1 month my money was detected but no net scheme was activate message also came about that Ur scheme has been activated but when i used my net my money was deducted so kindly activate my scheme as money have been detected but scheme has not been activated n pls return me refund my amount which was taken that is 15 rs

    Kindly note that Yesterday I recharge Plane of 273.00Rs.,but we don't know how many have STD, Local,loop to Loop minutes free ? as well as when I call to 800 ( customer care no) ,every time they told me plz call me after some time due to technical problem, Ok I agree, But I can get the code of short cut key - *101# for loop to loop free minutes, So I can check my loop to loop free minutes, But *102# for free sms count , But When I dial that time Show to me that your free sms count is 0.0, How can this possible? Because as per scheme we have approx 200.sms free.
    same thing happened about *103# for check to free local calls 0.00 & *104# for check to Std minutes these show to me 0.0. also.

    after all I don't know If as per Tariff plan ( 273.00 Rs) I must get 450 local minutes, 200 loop to loop & 50 std minutes free. So I one more time call to costumer care no. they told me if you want every balance details of Free minutes, so you must call to us.
    But I ask to them that if your service provider provide to us shortcut key *101# *102# *103#*104#, So why would to call you every time to check up free balance minutes, that is your end problem to not show me to free minutes on above mentioned numbers, so why would call to you every time? you solve your technical problem, not told to me call me every time to customer care .

      Sir,

      I am prepaid customer of your loop mobile service mobile no.mention undersign, since last 3 days Rs.5/- chargers deduct from my prepaid account for downloading game which I have never register & download anything. I have give a call daily customer care unsubscribe this service but they told it is not possible.

      I am using loop mobile since last 12 year i never get this kind of problem.

      Kindly expidite the matter urgently.

        MY OFFICE AT MAHIM WEST ( MUGAL LANE),MUMBAI FROM MARCH'09 ONWARDS I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY CALL AT MY OFFICE EVEN MOBILE SHOWING FULL NETWORK COVERAGE, I HAD COMPLAINT THE SAME THINGS TO (CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER) IN MARCH HE GIVE ME ASSURANCE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITHIN 24 HRS. AND HE GIVE ME COMPLAINT NO BUT AFTER THAT MY PROBLEM WAS SAME AND I AM UNABLE TO RECEIVE CALLS AT MY PLACE BUT I PAID MY BILL BEFORE THE DUE DATE. AGAIN IN APRIL 1ST WEEK I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE AND TALK TO EXECUTIVE SHE GO THRU MY COMPLAINT AND TOLD ME TO RECTIFY THE SAME PROBLEM WITHIN 2 DASYS, BUT SIR DUE TO THE SAME I HAD FACED HEAVY BUSINESS LOSSES BECAUSE THE ABOVE SAID MOBILE No IS MY ONLY BUSINESS CONTACT No AND ALL THE CUSTOMERS/DISTRIBUTORS IN INDIA & ABROAD CONTACT ME ON THE ABOVE SAID No SINCE 4 YEARS.

TEJAS FROM LOOP MOBILE TOLD ME THAT WE ARE SORTING AND SOLVING YOUR PROBLEM I HAD CONTACT PERSONALLY TO LOOP MOBILE GALARY AT MALAD WEST, THEY CHECK MY SIM CARD AND HANDSET AND TOLD ME THAT YOUR SIM CARD IS OK WE WILL SORT OUT YOUR THE THINGS WITH YOUR AREA TECHNICAL STAFFAND SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM AT OUR EARLIEST.I HAD TAKE ACTION AND FORWARD MY ALL CALLS TO A LAND LINE No.SO I WILL GET MY ALL CALLS ON LANDLINE BUT IT IS SO EXPENSIVE BECAUSE LOOP MOBILE CHARGING CALL FORWARDING CHARGES IN MY BILL.THE SAME TIME I HAD RECEIVE MY NEXT BILL WHICH I ALSO PAID BY ME IN TIME.

RAHUL) BUT THEY ALL ARE GIVING ME FALSE ASSURANCE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.THE LAST TIME I VISITED THE GALLRY IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2010 & HAVE ASKED THEM TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH THE FULL PAYMENT MADE SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING FOR THE CLOSURE OF THE ACCOUNT & THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE FROM THE EXECUTIVES THERE SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE VISITED THE GALARY TO SORT THE PAYMNET STAUS WITH THE DEDUCTION & ALSO REQUSETED THEM IF THEY WANT ANYTHING IN WRITING I CAN SUBITT THE SAME & THE SETTELMET CAN BE MADE AFTER THAT I HAD STOPPED THE PAYMENT OF MY MOBILE BILL OF APRIL. I HAD RECEIVED A CALL FROM LOOP MOBILE AND MS. ANUMEET FROM LOOP MOBILE ASK ME THE PAYMENT OF I TALK TO HER AND TOLD HER THE PROBLEM FACING BY ME FROM MARCH'2009 AND ALSO DUE TO THE SAME I HAD FACED HEAVY BISINESS LOSS SIR I HAD TOTALLY FADE UP FROM LOOP MOBILE SERVICE AND STOP THE PAYMENT THEIR BILLS.           Hello this maaz here i am using loop mobile service from last 4 years ...but now i wan to leave you are company because of you customer care service ...for you are kind information, there were one service name cricket score update ..i does't active this service on my number([protected]).but it activeted automatic .i was face this problem from last 15 day..5 time i was deactive .but again&again it actived really now i am decided to switch to VODAPONE .i will really thanx to my government they are launch mobile portibility services because my number can't change...i hope you understand my problem ...

          i am sachin vayash i am using loop mobile service from last 4 years ...but now i want to leave your company because of you customer care service ...for you are kind information, there is network issue in your loop network and i called to customer care but they told its a normal problem and they had not help me out from this problem. solve the problem as soon as possible otherwise i have change the network.

            I had three loop numbers. Two of my purchased/paid numbers[protected]rs, [protected] - 10000rs are recycled and sold to some one else. [protected] - 1000rs, without using the number there is a bill of 5000 over it. The loop people calls hundred times for a fake bill projected by them to clear the payment, and before recycling paid expensive numbers there is no confirmation. Even visiting the loop store for ump number of times there isn't any action taken. It is my humble request to please take any action. I can't bear a loss of 36000rs without any mistake.

              I Had A Scheme Activated SUBWAP89 On My Account And Had A Validity For 30 Days...
              In This Period My Talk time Was 0 For Few Hours ,i Refilled With 60rs..After Recharging I Called Customer Service To Cross Check If My Internet Plan Is Still Active ..CSR Assured Me No Deduction Will Be Done From My A/c internet plan is active...I Called One More Time To Make Sure Reply Was Same..
              I Started Surfing On My Phone After Few Hours I Saw My Balance Was 0 ..
              i called Customer service again they hung up on me 6 times and were very rude on call its was 2.45am Dated 21th-sep-2010
              they are not ready to listen anything this is how they serve customer..
              An Advise To LOOP MOBILE..I[censored] Guys Cannot Run Business BETTER SHUT

                I had subscribed for GPRS services and paid 29 Rs as monthly subscription fees, but till date i am unable to use the services. I had called 100 times to customer service team of Loop mobile and spoken to teamleader as well as Asst Manager "Mr Mayur" but my problem didnot got resolved nor i got the call back from "Mr Mayur" nor from " Mr Bhavin Shah" Manager Operations. May i know when my problem will resolved.
                your problem will never be solved as i have already gone through all of this. it took them 2months to send me the GPRS settings and it still doesn't work properly. And of late, the network is getting bad to worst. In the last week, I have been struggling to get any network at quite a few place. anyone who can solve this problem, call me.

                  Loop mobile is charging the advance tariff fees when we change the tariff plans but it does not inform us the we will be charged the advance tariff fees which is refundable only while closing the account and the total accumulated advance fees is not mentioned anywhere in the bill nor the loop mobile call centre people are ready to tell us . why the money is not refunded immediately.why is the customer not informed about this kind of refund system .why that amount not told to the person bloody who"s paying it.want a immediate reply from loop mobile excutive

                      i have fooled my a sales person name HEMAL VASANI of loop mobile , i took 4 post paid connection from him & he put 09 connection on me .

                      now i have recived bill of all the 09 connections wich 04 bill wich i am using i have paid .

                      Now , rest of the cards wich i havent used , & the SIM cards are packed in the company seal packet .

                      the sales person had switch offed his mobile from last 2 weeks .

                      i will not pay the bill .

                        I am complaining to loop mobiel about their poor network services. I am constantly in touch with their authorities ( customer care then nodal office and then appelate authorities) and there is no response in terms of work, they just giving me time it will be looked into from past 3 months.
                        I am facing serious problems from their services. I am facing a problem of no network coverage, call drop, one messages balance is deducted two times. Loop mobile technical executives are have visited my residence and checked all requirements and found out that there is network issue.
                        In midst of this i am paying without using the services of loop mobile. When i am at home call drop problem has cause damage to my impression in front of others and have to call back people again and again and there is not peace due to the same.
                        Even after saying i will take my complaint to next level they are not concerned about as if law does not take it course.

                        Kindly look into the matter. Looking for positive reply.

                            i am very upset about the services provided by the customer care and the store .... i can rate them as pathetic ......... i have had alot many problems and i thought of reporting it now because i have had alot of it .............let me give you some examples i have got a number [protected] i get a message on the number stating that the rental for the services has been deducted when i call up the care team i get a reply stating that we dont know what is it for ........... so i guess my balance is getting waste for no reasons and moreover i dont even know where ............ i've got one more number [protected] the phone was lost and i wanted a duplicate sim card and i called the cx as the person under whose name the sim card is was not in town ..... asking cx thrice i get the same answer that you have to take the FIR pan card xerox and the address proof ....... and than i ask the details for the store i was given the address which is already shut and there is a notice which says that the shop has been shut a month ago ... than when i go to a store in crawford market a guy name Imran who is a supervisor was not at all professional ....... i asked him i need the SIM card and the person is not in town and as informed to me by the Cust care i got the documents ........ he started arguing and told me to move out as i am not the account holder and would not like to speak to me at all ........... is this what is expected from a supervisor at the store????????? than i have an issue i have the number [protected] it was not under any ones name till the previous month and my services were stopped for a months time and was asked to submit the documents after a year of purchasing the sim card ......... i might have submitted the documents nearly 10 15 times at different LOOP Stores but i dont know how suddenly now it is showing under my name when i have not submitted my documents ............ and not the last but last which i am very unhappy with ..... LOOP has launched with a new SMART 320 plan .......... i called up the cust care twice i was told that the voice mail service when somebody leaves me a voice mail and if i want to listen to it i will not be charged for it ......... and this was told to me twice and was also told that that validity of this voucher is 30 days so after 30 days i'll be charged for voice mails 50p a day and if i want to listen to it ill be charged @50p per min.............. than when i called the voice mails i was charged for it and i got to know when the call got disconnected as there was insufficient balance in my account and than when i call up the cust care as soon as i told my query the call is disconnected by the advisor ........ than when i call us the cust care again i get a new story that the calling charges are 60p per 30secs ...... now when i called up the voice mail number i spoke for 4mins and i was charged 2rs for it so waht are the actual charges ??????? and even on the website it says

                            and when i speak to supervisor in the Cust Care i was told that the charges are 50p per min .......... now tell me whom should i trust and what should i believe .......... is it only me who is getting misinformed every time and if not than why have i got so many instances of me getting misinformed so many times??????????? and i dont understand why i have to suffer always for the mistakes done by the cust care ......... i got the plan activated as i was told that the voice mails are suppose to be free .... now because of the mistake by cust care i'll have to bear the charges for it and i am not get any compensated for it nor are the charges for those calls are going to get reversed .......... i would just like to know that are you going to do about it ...... and is always that i will have to suffer for it ........ am i going to get something in return for it ????????? i would appreciate if i get a reply and the action taken against this ....and please get things cleared what are the actual charges and why was i miss informed????????

                              I am owning a Loop Mobile number - [protected] since more than a decade. I traveled to China and Hong Kong between 10th April and 19th April. My phone calls were diverted to a Mumbai number.

                              When in China from 10th to 18th April, I was charged Re 1 per diverted call. On 19th, I was in Hong Kong. I
                              was charged Rs 75 (incoming charges) + Rs 150 (outgoing charges) for every call.

                              I was not informed of this policy nor was any sanction taken from me for this charges as required by TRAI.

                              I seek a complete waiver of all charges and taxes for these diverted calls.

                                I m using [protected] BPL /LOOP Mobile from Past 3 year ..having 2 connection with me...
                                but I am facing a very very very bad network Problem..at my Office at Rolex Shopping Centre, Station Road, Goregaon(W), Mumbai-62.
                                I cant receive or make a single call from my office, Bcoz there is no network..
                                There is no problem in my SIM card & Mobile(I checked)...

                                i am not getting network properly in Ghatkopar(w) bhatwadi area where location on mobile is showing SAIKRUPA tower. i am getting sppechcut & voice listing problem. so do the needful earlier

                                Please note my cell no [protected]. This no. is registered in the name of Alka Ganpat Naik and the Billing address is Worli Police Camp, Bldg No.9, Room No. 12, S.P.K.Road, Worli, Mumbai : 400 030. Tariff plan: Mumbai Police.

                                I am using [protected] BPL /LOOP Mobile from Past 4 year ...having 2 connection with me... one is Prepaid & one for Billing in the billing I am facing a very very very bad network Problem… at my Office at 12 Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate Dr E Moses Road, Worli Mumbai 400 018. Can’t receive or make a single call from my office, Bcoz there is no network. As per your independent serve say you people having No.1 Network Secondly there is no problem in my SIM card & Mobile (I checked)... please sort out the Problem & revert back ASAP.

                                  I uday khanvilkar, using loop mobile sim no [protected] wish to bring to your notice that bill statement for period 11/05/10 to 19/05/10 shows usage of GPRS starting from 12:12:59/15:05:10 to 10:25:42/16:5:10 only.
                                  I have never utilised GPRS facility on my mobile in the past nor this time. You can verify this from record therefore the data shown by you is as used by me is not correct and those must be some mistake at your end. you are requested to make necessery corrections.
                                  the mobile service is provided to me under police plan.
                                  extra charges are (66) including in bill payment.
                                  already 125 rupees is my monthly rental...

                                    hi i am shanil mehta and i have no [protected] which is already disconnected as i havnt paid my bill of rs 1800/-because of the calls whcih is coming to me from no 40907741 and the girl named namita is using so abusive language saying that tera baap bharega bill and all other then that she had used bad words whcih i cannot write over here. also she has called alll my relatives and even my enlaws and the way shge talks to my enlaws is like tumara jamai bhikari hai...... this is the way how you talk with customers and that is the only reason i am not making the payment.

                                    i want the address from where this no is coming i will go over there and explain this everyhting.i am so much irritataed that once she comes in front of me i will bang her seriously

                                    i think that you people should take a legal action toward this kind of people and why loop people hires this kind of people .

                                    kindly i request you to look under this matter as so many people are geeting calls from this no and they have registered compalints also for the language.

                                    i hope that loop takes this conversation further and takes some steps.

                                    hi this is deepali here my number [protected] which is already disconected has a pending bill of rs 1600 which
                                    i couldnt pay due to inconvenience as i was out of town and when i came back am ready to pay and told the
                                    girl that am paying by cheque at your lokandwala shop she is just abusing froma number [protected].
                                    am here to pay my bill i want a fast response to this or i will give a police complaint as i have got the recording
                                    of the abusive talk i had and the harrasment am going through . plz do the needful and revert me back.
                                    so i clear your dues.

                                      I have a BPL loop mobile number [protected] and for the last one year I am facing and getting frustrated because of the unwanted calls from BPL (around 8 numbers) probably from the customer services.

                                      When i attend the calls, I listen to some music or advertisements on promotions etc and i have been debited from my charge. The calls have gone to such extend that I get calls in the middle of the night or early mornings.

                                      I am a senior professional and this is creating a lot of problems for me.

                                      I wish to take up this at this level or else, i will be forced to approach the consumer court for this stuppid unwanted calls

                                        Dear sir , In my mobile no [protected] bill they charged wrongly for international sms which I have not done , but they were not agreeing fact , after some days I got the call from company and they told me that they know how to recover the bill and disconnected my mobile , after that in next bill they have deleted the wrongly charged amount for SMS .but till there they have charged me some interest as well as late payment charges . which i have requested to delete .I also requested the to give me in writing that why they have disconnected my number. After some days I and my family started getting calls like Gunda type of persons whom we requested not to call us at home , any thing will prefer in writing , they started threatening me and my family . Before 2 days a lady named Neha Joshi from legal dept called started talking rudely with my son , i told her to go legal, she started calling the people whom i was making call through mobile and started saying that i am not paying there bill and asking them to pay. Please guide me in the matter, and do needful.

                                        my mobile no. is [protected] & i have complaint that i am not getting my mobile bill from 3 to 4 months. i got message on date 20-10-10 that your bill has delivered vide POD no. 1193942 but i have not received bill on that date . when i enquired about that on coustmer care, they told that your sign. is there on POD & time is 3:20 pm but i am doing general shift at kalyan rly. police stn. & i was there at that time then how should i got the bill. so you deeply investigate the matter. from my point of view your courier co. has doing duplicate sign, & sending duplicate POD to you. so reply me for that soon
                                        i am not receving mobile bill at home from 3 to 4 months & i got the message that your bill has delivered vide POD 1193942 so please check that courier co. has signing a duplicate on POD & sending to you

                                        I did not use any kind of value added services yet every month I had charge for value added services.
