Dear Sir
I am a LOOP Mobile user from last 8 years my number is [protected]
I had done online refill on 1/10/2009 for rs 1000 twice ie total Rs 2000.00 which did not credited my account within 4 days as written on the website of my bank
as per the rule if the amount is not credited to my mobile the amont has to be refunded but after 14 days ie on 14th i received an SMS saying that your account is credited with 1000 and balance is 5Rs which was more supprising to me as i was waiting for my refund.
After sevveral followup with the LOOP call centre they said they dont have any records and will not be able to help me and do anything FORGET the case
I visited their galary and came to know that they have put this amount in some scheme of 1000 Refill each ie 2000 rs was put in some scheme where i will get LOOP to LOOP free call and some sms which is useless to me I asked for the refund of my money and they always said they will call back and give me the answer but till date i was waiting for their call, They argue that they have give me the scheme and moeny will not be refunded.
I have only 2 question
A) If the online transcation is not completed within 4 days then the moeny should be refunded in any case . I will not wait till they come back to me.
B) How can they assume and put me in a scheme with LOOP to LOOP calling free minutes what will i do when i need to call other people in the world sit and look at my phone...

In any case i am under no fault and would like to have my refund
Kindly look into the matter if possible

i want to mention that last Aug 2009 my cell no [protected] which i had personaly stop due to roaming charges as i moved toward bhayender, with my lakhs of request loop mobile countiue my bill as i fad up and i change my no.then few days after they came to my house and ask the no. of my parents from neighbour and they had given no. to their recovery dept which they talk very cheap and dirty, we cant imagine that loop mobile had select the staff so low category like they came from bar. One of the lady name Namita nair talk so dirty and gives bad words to me, my wife and my mom and also speak wrong things about my family to all my friends for the no.which they gets from bill.Fie=rst i had talk to there executive for bill settlemnts on Nov2009 when my bill was 2300/- and i like settle in 1500/- but they trasfer to recovery dept and now Apri2010 my bill which was not use from Aug2009 goes to 5344/-. I had logged the complaint against Namita Nair for torchur my fly in vakola police station.My mom says me to clear the bill and was also ready for the payment but when that lady (Namita nair)speak about my 5yrs old daughter to sell her and make the payment that was the last and final which i free say her that until and unless you say sorry for ur words in present of police, media and loop mobile chairman i will never ever the bill

    Hi All,


    This is poonam here having a loop mobile connection since the last one year but to tell you all this is the worst network of all ..

    They have no proper service and no attention and responsibility towards their customers..


    I would suggest all of you to not choose LOOP MOBILE but any other connections.

      I am holding a LOOP Mobile which i rechaged through internet on 1/10/2009 as per the terms of internet within 4 days if the amount is not refilled it should be refunded back
      the same was not recharged and on 14th October i received SMS that my account is rechaged with 1000 Rs with some of their scheme with LOOP to LOOP free calling and SMS which is not required to me
      I had made several complains but the people are arogant and non co-operative from Last 2 months i am moving around for my 2000.00

      Wanted to know am i going to get my money back or not...?

      I had complained you about my prepaid balance in mobile number [protected]. I had a balance of 56rs and now the balance has cut down to 0. I had not activated any time caller tune or any 58888 activate deals. I had complained 3 times in last three days. So please credit my balance in my account immediately otherwise we will take some action against you.

        i anup triphati have been facing the problem as follows......

        when ever i top-up my loop mobile,they always reduce Rs.5 on each top up or E-Recharge..

        Inspite of complaining many times,no result have been provided to me...

        Please help me in this regards.
        I fahad mukadam have been facing the problem for more than 3 time

          RESPECTED SIR,
          I NITU TRIPATHI OWNER OF A LOOP MOBILE SIM CARD VALIDITY HAS BEEN FACING PROBLEMS SINCE 8TH DECEMBER.
          I HAV NEVER SUBSCRIBED FOR CRBT CALLER TUNE SERVICES EVEN THEN IT WAS ACTIVATED AND MY BALANCE BEEN DEDUCTED SINCE 8TH DEC.IVE CALLED UR CUSTOMER CARE ON 14TH DEC AND SPOKE TO MS.LUBNA WHO TOLD ME IT WAS DEACTIVATED.AGAIN ON 15TH DEC I SAW MY BALANCE LESS BY A RUPEE.I AGAIN CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND SPOKE TO CERTAIN MR.SANJAY PILLAI WHO TOLD ME IT WAS STILL ACTIVATED.INSPITE OF MY REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO MAKE HIM REALISE HE FAILED TO RESOLVE.HE DIDNT EVEN TRANSFER MY CALLS TO SENIORS AND ASKED ME TO SEND MESSAGE UNSUB TO 55666 AND TOLD ME IT WILL BE DEACTIVATED.NO ASSURANCE OF REIMBURSEMENT WAS DONE.I RECEIVED NO CALLS FROM ANY TEAM LEADER INSPITE OF THE ABOVE EXECUTIVE TELLING ME SO.NOW ON 17TH AFTER TWO DAYS OF SENDING UNSUB MESSAGE I STILL SAW MY BALANCE DEDUCTED ON DAILY BASIS AND AGAIN CALLED CUST CARE.I SPOKE TO CERTAINMR.MAHIPAD PARMAR IN HINDI DEPT.THAT GUY WAS RUDE AND INSULTED ME.HE CUD NETIHER UNDERSTAND NOR TRANSFER MY CALL TO TEAM LEADER SAYING THAT TL's WERE ONLY TO ADDRESS TEAM NOT CUSTOMERS.HE MISBEHAVED AND SAID HE CUDNT EVEN SEE THE MESSAGE I SENT ON 15TH.AFTER MUCH PERSUASION HE DID TRANSFER TO UR SENIOR EXEC MR.PRAFUL MAHESHKAR IN ESCALATORY DEPT WHO ASSURED MY SERVICE WILL BE DEACTIVATED IMMEDIATELY AND I WONT B CHARGED ANY AMOUNT FOR 18TH DEC.TODAY I AGAIN SEE THAT ITS DEDUCTED.IT MEANS EVEN HE WAS LYING ABOUT THIS.             Hi

            This is really very pathetic to write you guys about the awful service that you've offered me from last the many months. Though I got an assurance about the best customer service will be provide to me is all just fake & a scam statement that you guys give to me to settle down the problem.

            Coming to the point, is that today that is 15/12/2009, I called your customer service on 50555 at 8:00 pm, Mr. Kartik, one of your customer service advisor, who really have every bad communication to speak, my call was regarding about my account balance that was Rs. 132.00 or above till yesterday & today when I checked it’s showing only Rs. 32.00, I enquired him about this details, so he asked to be on a hold but didn’t specified for how much time, then suddenly he must have realized that he have kept me on a hold, so he came back & said that the systems are slow & then I asked him for the TAT to be provided for keeping me on a hold, then he said just more 30 seconds.

            Then he said that I’ve downloaded a game from Indiagames.com, that is why I’ve been charged Rs. 99.00 for download a game, I asked him which date I’ve did this, he kept me on a hold again & when he came back, he replied on 13th December 2009, I asked him what time he said 9:30 no idea whether it’s am or pm. Then I asked him to get me a team leader on the call or a floor manager, because, this is really very bad time for you guys that your offering me such a weird service for being a long term & a loyal customer. I said him that I on 13th I was in my office & no chance that I’ve downloaded any particular game from this site, because, if I download then this 3rd party website alerts me with the download charges normally & I do have those sites details which offers me free download, so it’s a fact that I’d not use these kind of websites via mobile.

            He didn’t understand this & kept me for a long hold during a call & when I really lose my patience, trust me I’d have fired him on the call only, so I frankly requested him to transfer my call to his TL or FM, again on a long hold & then my call suddenly disconnected. Really this time I won’t tolerate this king of nuisance things from you guys, every time why only me that I’ve to suffer from all these things??? Really I’m mentally harassed with all these things that have happened & now I want you to compensate me with appropriate credit or offers excluding my Rs. 99.00 from my mobile account.

            I’ve not downloaded any of the games & I’ve not visited this India games website via my mobile browser & I strongly recommend about this. If now nobody will contact me on Thursday for this issue to get resolved, then trust me I’d take this case & my previous complain emails to the court & will look for a legal actions to take place & as well as to sue you all guys from this customer service industry. I’m really feeling bad about to say that I use Loop Mobile service, which is really a grimy service that I’ve ever seen & experienced in this Customer Service Industry.

            If you still think that I should continue my business with you, then really a humble request for you guys to resolve this issue & apply my Rs. 99.00 back to my account & also a compensation for rising my Blood Pressure to talk with your silly guys on the customer service. If this is really not done & an appropriate feedback with a call on Thursday that is 17/12/2009, then I’ll really take a legal action & the next time my solicitor will deal with you guys about this appalled service & also I’ll go in Media too.

            They really don't care for their customers & only looking for the benefits but no one is ready to handle & resolve the issues or any problems.

            Mr Sandip Basu, I should have kick after a being a loyal customer, today I really feel to kick ya! bloody ... Damn! sheet you & fellow company employees are...

            Such an disgraceful service, No respect & value for the customers, Advisors doesn't allow us to speak the truth & raised their hands & they say they provide with the excellent customer service. Huh!!

            Pathetic Customer Service in the Call Centre industry... Guys don't go with this Loop Mobile service, because, in it's company's name there is already a huge loop in terms of every service.

            TRAI should cancel the license of this Telecom provider with such a bad future prospect & who really makes their loyal & a long term customer fools.

            Please, don't believe in any in any commitment given from the company, because they never amend it. & people who are not well educated, they don't treat them properly & make them fool as well.

            Awful & A Cheating telecom company shame on you Mr. Sandip Basu to give third grade level of service to your long term & a loyal customer service. Disgusting!! huh!
            totaly agree to wht these guys have to say.. never seen such kind of service bfore
            The guys provide witha wrong information.. and if dnt have a answer then the system is dowm..i m from dubai would never recommend any of my freinds to goin for LOOP..

              Respected Sir,

              I have been receiving loop mobile bills on my name and address for the number [protected] and [protected] since october 2009. These numbers are not been used by me. Two months back I had lost my purse in which i had my driving license & photographs. I had filed a police complaint, also i visited the parel loop moble gallery and spoke to the executive and submited the application and police complaint copy to disconnect the said numbers. but this month also i have received the bills for these numbers. I request you to take this matter seriously before these numbers are misused or used for a huge amount which will be a loss for your company.

                I AM USING BPL MOBILE NO- [protected] SINCE DEC'2000, AND FROM THAT DATE ITS WORK VERY GOOD NETWORK TILL MARCH,2009, BUT IN MARCH'09 BPL CONVERT INTO LOOP-MOBILE AND FROM MARCH,09 I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THEIR NETWORK COVERAGE.
                MY OFFICE AT ELPHINSTON ROAD(W),MUMBAI-400013 FROM MARCH'09 ONWARDS I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY CALL AT MY OFFICE EVEN MOBILE SHOWING FULL NETWORK COVERAGE, I HAD COMPLAINT THE SAME THINGS TO MR. RAJESH (CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER) IN MARCH HE GIVE ME ASSURANCE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITHIN 24 HRS. AND HE GIVE ME COMPLAINT NO[protected]. BUT AFTER THAT MY PROBLEM WAS SAME AND I AM UNABLE TO RECEIVE CALLS AT MY PLACE BUT I PAID MY BILL BEFORE THE DUE DATE i.e.-26/03/2009. AGAIN IN APRIL 1ST WEEK I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE AND TALK TO MS.                 AFTER ONE WEEK I HAD RECEIVED ONE CALL FROM LOOP MOBILE AND MR. TEJAS FROM LOOP MOBILE TOLD ME THAT WE ARE SORTING AND SOLVING YOUR PROBLEM AND IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME SO YOU DO ONE THING YOU DIAL **62*55705# AND ALLOW SO AFTER THAT U WILL GET MISS CALL ALERT ALSO SMS THE SAME TO CUSTOMER CARE, I DO ALL THIS THINGS BUT I CANT RECEIVED ANY MISS CALL ALERTS FROM LOOP MOBILE, DUE TO THE BUSINESS LOSSES I HAD CONTACT PERSONALLY TO LOOP MOBILE GALARY AT [censored]LA DEVI TEMPLE ROAD, MAHIM (W), MUMBAI, THEY CHECK MY SIM CARD AND HANDSET AND TOLD ME THAT YOUR SIM CARD IS OK WE WILL SORT OUT YOUR THE THINGS WITH YOUR AREA TECHNICAL STAFFAND SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM AT OUR EARLIEST.I HAD TAKE ACTION AND FORWARD MY ALL CALLS TO A LAND LINE No.SO I WILL GET MY ALL CALLS ON LANDLINE BUT IT IS SO EXPENSIVE BECAUSE LOOP MOBILE CHARGING CALL FORWARDING CHARGES IN MY BILL.THE SAME TIME I HAD RECEIVE MY NEXT BILL WHICH I ALSO PAID BY ME IN TIME.
                SIR DAY BY DAY MY PROBLEMES GOING HIGH FIRST DAILY AT THE TIME TO ENTERING ELPHINSTON ROAD AREA I HAD TO ACTIVATE CALL FORWARDING AND AT THE END OF THE DAY CANCELLED THE SAME IT IS NOT A PRACTICAL THINGS TO DO,
                I HAD TALK SO MANY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES OF LOOP MOBILE (MR. KISHOR MARATHE/ MR. ANURAG/ MR. RAJESH/ MR. RAHUL) BUT THEY ALL ARE GIVING ME FALSE ASSURANCE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. AFTER THAT I HAD STOPPED THE PAYMENT OF MY MOBILE BILL IN JUNE. AFTER THE DUE DATE OF MY FIRST UNPAID JUNE BILL i.e.[protected] I HAD RECEIVED A CALL FROM LOOP MOBILE AND MS. ANUMEET FROM LOOP MOBILE ASK ME THE PAYMENT OF MY JUNE MONTH BILL OF RS.-362/- I TALK TO HER AND TOLD HER THE PROBLEM FACING BY ME FROM MARCH'2009 AND ALSO DUE TO THE SAME I HAD FACED HEAVY BISINESS LOSS SO SHE TOLD ME TO SENT ONE e-mail TO mobile.[protected]@loopmobile.in AND IN SUBJECT YOU WRITE "SURVEY" AND GIVE ALL THE DETAILS, SO WE WILL SEND OUR TECHNICIAN TO YOUR PLACE TO FIND OUT AND SOLVE YOUR PROBLEN WITH IN A WEEK. I DO THE SAME BUT NO ONE IS ATTEND MY PROBLEM.
                SIR I HAD TOTALLY FADE UP FROM LOOP MOBILE SERVICE AND STOP THE PAYMENT THEIR BILLS. BUT NOW LAST TWO MONTH INSTEAD OF SOLVING MY PROBLEM THE LOOP MOBILE STAFF HARRASSING AND ABUSE FROM PHONE NO.[protected] AND THREAT ME WITH VERY BAD LANGUAGE.
                KINDLY TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST LOOP MOBILE.

                Loop Mobile — abusing sms

                I have been receivng abusing msgs from the no [protected]. I cant figure out who the hel is that guy. plz help me with this, its really frustrating me.
                the guy is a loop mobile user, frm India. On request i will provide u with my details.
                This guy is calling on my number and making me frightened all day and night from number [protected] i am very afraid coz if i'll say it to my parents then they will become tensed and hopefully discontinue my freedom as well as also not allow me to go college. please help me and do reply the add and name of the guy on my EMail add as soon as possible. I AM IN A SOUP please help me.
                I am receiving unwanted SMS & calls from customer services of loop mobile all the time.
                Though I have complained two times in do not call registry around 6 months back but still I am getting these calls & SMS...

                hi i am shanil mehta residing at navi mumbai the thing i was using my cell phone no [protected] and i havent paid the the billl because of the abusive language which is used by the female named namita from loop and the call is coming from 40907741 saying that "tera baap bharega bill and all and aslo she has spoken very bad words which i cannot write over here so yo must undersatnd waht she must have said other then that she had called my enlaws and saying that your jamai is bikhari and all .

                if i get the address from where this no comes then i will explain this everything and the language which she is using from that i can say that here mom dad has not given here manners to talk .

                i want loop people to take legaal actiond against these [censored]y people.

                  i asked loop mobile care abt all details hw to start the service n i did just as they tld me
                  but my balnce got cut frm the 7 th day onwards i.e. 1st of nov...
                  n wen tried calling loop mobile care again i got no response frm them..
                  so i went to the loop mobile store at naupada, thane n dey do not hv the details of my call n rather they r tellin me dat i did nt calll loop mobile care..

                    I have a prepaid card with Dus Ka Gang Scheme being activated since last 3 years. Now I wanted to change one of the old numbers from my Gang list and feed the new number. But calling up the Loop Service Operator 1000 times, they have still not worked on it. This is forcing me to change my service provider now.

                      My Loop Mible No. [protected]. It is registered in my name Rajul Ashish Shah. At the time of Dewali Loop Mobile diconnected services because of none payment. I was on tour. When I came back I sent them my Bank statement where I had already paid there bill on time. They realised their mistakes & restart my mobile now I asked them to waves the penalty which they have charged in their bill but they are not sending me fresh bill & asked me to pay the amount with penalty & again disconnected my out going calls. They have harresed me as I did not made any mistakes on my part. They do not want to listin. Pl. do the need ful.
                      Plz Checked my all call records of yesterday night between 10pm to 1pm
                      Many(near by all) loop mobile executives are Maaadarchodd, bhen k lode, As_hols, Mother [censored]rs
                      because they asking me my problems, then i told my problem to them, then they disconnect my call many times.


                      I m using [protected] BPL /LOOP Mobile from Past 2 year ..having 4 connection with me...
                      but I am facing a very very very bad network Problem..at my Residence at Wadia estate, Bail bazaar, Kurla (W), Mumbai-70.
                      I cant receive or make a single call from my home, Bcoz there is no network..
                      I have to go out side my society to do the same...even cant recv SMS also & many SMS are loss/laps by your system, They blocked my all incoming sms
                      (SMS problem is From 05/01/2010 to now)..
                      There is no problem in my SIM card & Mobile(I checked)& not also in my Phone message setting & message inbox is empty...
                      I had done many complaints to mobile executives, but they not giving my resolutions, they many people giving me wrong information many times & different different statements about my problems.
                      They making me angry by disconnecting my calls.
                      Now they are not taking my complaint about SMS problem.
                      Pls take strict Action against that people who want only FOKAT KI SALARY..

                        Hi,

                        There is a problem with the Loop Mobile Network since last 17 hours.
                        Despite of calling to the customer service center the issue has not been resolved till now and have received the information that still more than 24 hours will be taken.
                        I just have the problem that will a mobile company take more than 40 hours to resolve a network problem? which is saying that its the best service provider company?

                        Kindly do the needful.

                          The service which Loop Mobile claims as one of the best service in Mumbai is not liviing upto the customers expectation. Inspite of giving lot of complaints to their customer service provider they do nothing to improve the network.

                          Problem started one and half year back when they were BPL Mobile, and they started upgrading their MSC in Mumbai from R12 to R13. I had launched complaint since then. But after one and half year now their network is still the same. I face frequent call drops and CONNECTION ERROR while placing a call.

                          I request consumer forum to take appropriate action againts LOOP MOBILE.

                          Loop Mobile — worst service

                          It provides very bad service, suffering from Network problem in dombivli west. This company does not provide new offers for one second plan customers; as compare to Other Telecom Operators. It gives only 50 sms pack per day; where Reliance gives 500 local sms offer at just Rs.25 per month. No special offers i received yet i.e. Recharge Rs.10 & get Rs.20 talktime. It does not give any special offers. If gives any offer it's not profitable
                          Even i face the same problem of pathetic customer service. I have called several times for MIDAILY, but still i didnt get that service activated in my mobile however the charges has been deducted from my account. I dont understand what these people are trying to do. contact no.[protected]

                          NO service the whole day today on 2 numbers

                          Family has two loop mobile connections . No service on both of them the whole day

                            sir,
                            i hv bn yr consumer since 2002 n nevr changed the no. i suggested so many of my friends to b yr consumer n they did also the same.
                            bt nw whn i myself have so many grievances, hw cn i suggest or recommend yr service to my friends. resultantly i with so many of my friends hv decided to discontinue wth yr service if immediately u dont give proper attention towards my problem n solve it.

                            1. i ws under 499 plan n after completing one year i hv changed my plan to simple 90. therefore i m nt going to pay rs150/- as advance rent whch u hv charged in my bill. kindly credit the amnt.

                            2. whnevr i make call to the no [protected], most of the times the phone gets
                            disconnected after 3 min 1 sec & i pay for 4 min. for this i hv made so many complaints bt u hv nevr paid attention.

                            3. my std bills r enough & especially whn almost all the service providers r giving the facility of 1 paisa per sec or 50 paise per min, then tell me the reason why i should pay re1/ 90 paise per min and rs90 rent also.

                            these r some of the reasons due to whch very shortly i m going to discontinue

                              I have activated my GPRS Setting on my nokia mobile 3600 slide and the settings are also done, but i cannot access any website on my mobile, inspite of the fact that the amount is deducted for the setting. I am a prepaid mobile user. On calling the mobile assist, i was not transferred to the technician. Please help.

                                Calling between these 2 numbers was free
                                But I was never informed that I would be charged for calling between 2 numbers in roaming area of Maharashtra @ re1 by taking customer care neither this info is given on the loop website

                                  Hi Loop Team,

                                  I am utterly disgusted and angry as I type this email. You would have no idea how Irate I am. My call keeps on getting DISCONNECTED when I call your call centre on 50555.

                                  I just called to check what was the cost to send an SMS to Dubai, as I had to send an urgent SMS there. I had to call FIVE times, yes you read it right, FIVE TIMES; but still did not get the information I wanted.

                                  I spoke to Vipin, Dev and Imran; but the call got disconnected every time. The last advisor I spoke to, Imran Tak, also promised that he will call me back on my alternate number if the call gets disconnected, but he did not.

                                  I tried to speak to two Team Leaders and call got disconnected while doing so. Don't you have the courtesy to call the customer back if he has been calling repeatedly?? Could not have Imran or his TL have called me back as promised? By far Loop Mobile has been the most pathetic and the worst customer service centre I have ever experienced (Even MTNL is better).

                                  I had called the Loop Mobile Call centre between 02:00 a.m. and 02:30 a.m. If you have any calls recorded, please play them to understand what all your customers might be going thru. Also what sort of training is given to the advisors as they don't understand what needs to be done and they dont speak in a language that is comprehensible?


                                  I need to know what is the normal acceptable quality standards as per point 5.1 on your TnC?
                                  Also, I need to know what are you doing about the calls getting disconnected whenever I call the Loop Mobile Call centre?
                                  Why do your advisors don't have the previous notes, from last week, on my account?


                                  As per your time frames, I am giving you 7 days to have my issue resolved, failing which I would be contacting the media and possibly the Consumer Court.

                                      I am a resident of Navi Mumbai. There is a very serious issue I want you to know. Basically, I am using Loop Mobile Postpaid Card for my mobile. I regularly pay my phone bills. Now, it was since last 3 months that the network availibilty of Loop mobile is very less. Also, the customer care always saying (since last 6 months) that their System is on upgradation please call after 1 Hour.
                                      I got very frustrated because there were huge losses in my Business i had because of them.
                                      However, then I went to loop Mobile Gallery in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai and told them My problem. However, they said me to come later as it was their Break. After 1 hr, they said the manager is on Leave please come after 4 Days. I asked them for a feedback form, they said "Why do you want it?" and to their question, I replied that "Because I want to share my Experience "...However after that they said "We dont have Feed Back form". I was very much embarrased and dont know what to do now. Then, I asked that person's name and He said "Why, what you want to do with my name ??" (in a laughing tone)
                                      Now help me out...

                                        HEY I M USING LOOP MOBILE FROM LAST 4 YEARS CONTINUOULSY AND IS A POSTPAID CUSTOMER. FROM LAST 2 MONTHS I M CALLING THEM AND TELLING THEM THAT I M GETTING UNWANTED CALLS FROM CREDIT CARD AND NEARLY 2 UNWANTED PROMOTIONAL SMS FROM VARIOUS COMPANIES it starts from knorr soup to recently candidates of various political parties. I AM FED UP FROM THIS. I HVE PUTTED THE COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS TO LOOP MOBILE BUT ALWAYS THEIR RESPONSE IS THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS GETTING UPDATED. LAST MONTH FINALLY I GOT A SILLY RESPONSE THAT I HVE TO INTIMATE THEM ABOUT THE SMS SENDER EVERY TIME I GOT THE SMS. HEY DONT U THINK IT IS A SILLY EXCUSE, I GET NEARLY 5 TO 6 SMS & SOMETIMES MORE THAN THAT. SO HOW TO INFORM THEM EVERYTIME ABOUT ALL THE SENDER. I M REALLY FRUSTRATED FROM THE SERVICES FROM LOOP. I AM THE LOYAL CUSTOMER OF THEM FROM LAST 4 YEARS BUT NOW I THINK I HVE TO SEARCH FOR SOME OTHER OPTION.

                                        This is regards to unwanted promotional calls which i am getting in odd timing even midnights ex 2.45 am.i have allready communicated this to loop mobile customer care but according to them it will take 45 working days to solve this problem my question is why promotional calls on "midnight"
                                        dear sir just imagine you work 12 hours in a day & when you go to sleep u get the promotional calls & after that you are not able to sleep for whole night is that the service is??

                                        I fully agree with Mr. Raj. I mysel[censored]se Loop mobile, and I face the same problem. Along with unwanted calls, I also get several unwanted smses. The network is also very poor as compared to other connections. Everytime I have to come to the balcony to attend a call. The only option which I see now is to change the network, to get rid of all these problems.
