This is really very pathetic to write you guys about the awful service that you've offered me from last the many months. Though I got an assurance about the best customer service will be provide to me is all just fake & a scam statement that you guys give to me to settle down the problem.
Coming to the point, is that today that is 15/12/2009, I called your customer service on 50555 at 8:00 pm, Mr. Kartik, one of your customer service advisor, who really have every bad communication to speak, my call was regarding about my account balance that was Rs. 132.00 or above till yesterday & today when I checked it’s showing only Rs. 32.00, I enquired him about this details, so he asked to be on a hold but didn’t specified for how much time, then suddenly he must have realized that he have kept me on a hold, so he came back & said that the systems are slow & then I asked him for the TAT to be provided for keeping me on a hold, then he said just more 30 seconds.
Then he said that I’ve downloaded a game from Indiagames.com, that is why I’ve been charged Rs. 99.00 for download a game, I asked him which date I’ve did this, he kept me on a hold again & when he came back, he replied on 13th December 2009, I asked him what time he said 9:30 no idea whether it’s am or pm. Then I asked him to get me a team leader on the call or a floor manager, because, this is really very bad time for you guys that your offering me such a weird service for being a long term & a loyal customer. I said him that I on 13th I was in my office & no chance that I’ve downloaded any particular game from this site, because, if I download then this 3rd party website alerts me with the download charges normally & I do have those sites details which offers me free download, so it’s a fact that I’d not use these kind of websites via mobile.
He didn’t understand this & kept me for a long hold during a call & when I really lose my patience, trust me I’d have fired him on the call only, so I frankly requested him to transfer my call to his TL or FM, again on a long hold & then my call suddenly disconnected. Really this time I won’t tolerate this king of nuisance things from you guys, every time why only me that I’ve to suffer from all these things??? Really I’m mentally harassed with all these things that have happened & now I want you to compensate me with appropriate credit or offers excluding my Rs. 99.00 from my mobile account.
I’ve not downloaded any of the games & I’ve not visited this India games website via my mobile browser & I strongly recommend about this. If now nobody will contact me on Thursday for this issue to get resolved, then trust me I’d take this case & my previous complain emails to the court & will look for a legal actions to take place & as well as to sue you all guys from this customer service industry. I’m really feeling bad about to say that I use Loop Mobile service, which is really a grimy service that I’ve ever seen & experienced in this Customer Service Industry.
If you still think that I should continue my business with you, then really a humble request for you guys to resolve this issue & apply my Rs. 99.00 back to my account & also a compensation for rising my Blood Pressure to talk with your silly guys on the customer service. If this is really not done & an appropriate feedback with a call on Thursday that is 17/12/2009, then I’ll really take a legal action & the next time my solicitor will deal with you guys about this appalled service & also I’ll go in Media too.
They really don't care for their customers & only looking for the benefits but no one is ready to handle & resolve the issues or any problems.

Such an disgraceful service, No respect & value for the customers, Advisors doesn't allow us to speak the truth & raised their hands & they say they provide with the excellent customer service. Huh!!

i want to mention that last Aug 2009 my cell no [protected] which i had personaly stop due to roaming charges as i moved toward bhayender, with my lakhs of request loop mobile countiue my bill as i fad up and i change my no.then few days after they came to my house and ask the no. of my parents from neighbour and they had given no. to their recovery dept which they talk very cheap and dirty, we cant imagine that loop mobile had select the staff so low category like they came from bar. One of the lady name Namita nair talk so dirty and gives bad words to me, my wife and my mom and also speak wrong things about my family to all my friends for the no.which they gets from bill.Fie=rst i had talk to there executive for bill settlemnts on Nov2009 when my bill was 2300/- and i like settle in 1500/- but they trasfer to recovery dept and now Apri2010 my bill which was not use from Aug2009 goes to 5344/-. I had logged the complaint against Namita Nair for torchur my fly in vakola police station.My mom says me to clear the bill and was also ready for the payment but when that lady (Namita nair)speak about my 5yrs old daughter to sell her and make the payment that was the last and final which i free say her that until and unless you say sorry for ur words in present of police, media and loop mobile chairman i will never ever the bill
