For the recharging of my prepaid loop mobile I paid Rs 222/- online through ICICI bank on[protected] vide payment ID : [protected] . but during the procees by mistake I mentioned mobile no[protected] insteed of [protected]. if possible pl do the need full so that, either the ammount is credited to my icici bank account or my mobile no [protected] is rechrged.

I will herein like to inform that recently there were charges to the tune of Rs.38/- that were deducted from my prepaid account saying that I have subscribed to some LS mantra services. But to the best of knowledge I have not given any formal acceptance from my end to start this services. Also when I complained at the customer care services (who informed me aboot the nature of the charges) said that there is no formal call that is being made from the customer care centre. It is an automated computerised call wherein you are supposed to press certain keys for acceptance of the services. I have not even done that. However this are kind of calls that you keep getting like 5 times a day. I am not sure how come the services were activated and the charges were deducted without my consent. Now when I ask the company to give some kind of a proof for my acceptance they say its an automated service call and that there is no proff for the same. Neither are they ready to refund back the money.

This is like a complete breach of customer trust.

sir, m ramesh gharge my no. is [protected] and my balance account is locked,means i cant call or sms anyone also.when i check my balance it showing that ur account is locked

My father took a new Prepaid Sim card from Retails outlet after 2 days they stop in outgoing & thrid day they stopped the incoming aswell when enquired in Loop Mobile Gallery at Chakala they said the Document of my father was not correct again he submitted the document & it was again Rejected Then the store manager asked me to give My Details Document, After giving my document it was activated after Three days, Total Days it took was more than a week 10 days. Which is very bad service & the reason behind document not getting register was Photo was not clear of my Dad.

I am using loop mobile post paid connection and I had activated the caller tune service, they say that caller tune charges are Rs.30/month but its not as they for charging for CRBT song Rs.15 even if we have not changed the CRBT song. So this comes to Rs.45 and if we include taxed it comes to Rs.50. Loop mobile is cheating customers by saying Rs.30 caller tune charges but actually its Rs.50.

When I called them they say that all service provider are charging in the same way, but I have checked with Vodafone & Airtel they charge only for Caller tune charges Rs.30 they charge extra if we have changed the song.

Loop Mobile is the most retarded company in India and probably in the world. I called them to enable GPRS today and they said that they don't provide GPRS on prepaid mobiles. But they apparently provide a great WAP package. Its 2009 ... WHO THE HELL USES WAP ..They are a bunch of losers...

Since the past 6 months I have been facing network problems - ie the call goes blank, frequent call drops and break in network... I have complained but no resolution provided... Recently since past 3 days I am facing the worst of nework issues - i own 2 nos. with Loop mobile... [protected] & [protected]... we are unable to make calls and are facing call blanks... If I get through the call drops in 15 secs... i have been relentlessly trying to get this resolved by asking for a manger but it seems after shift working hrs ie 10am to 6 pm no manager is available... I have been told that the complaint has been made and given docket no:[protected]... but i have not received any call or solution to the same...

I have taken a pre paid service card for my father as he is hart patient so i need to keep in touch with him but for few months my father facing the problem related to network in my home only.
my home is located in kandivali (w) area. i have try to resolved the issue by making lots of complaint to the service provider but nothing happen. can you please suggest what i need to do in this regards.

i have been calling the customer car service. ... for the wap settings for my mobile.. motorola V360.
but wheneveer in by chance if they pick up de call there is alwayz. a common statement made frm ther side is that. THERE SYSTEM IS BEEN HANGED OR UPGRADING

I have called customer care no. they told that their system is on update so they cannot provide Internet settings,

then I went to their Gallery at thane in naupada, the told me that the person who was involved in this has left the job,

then I went to website, settings are also not available here

I the user of bpl/loop mobile service wants to complain about the rapid deduction of my balance in ma account.
i recharged on 24th july night at around 10 pm and then i switched off my cell, when i turned my mobile on and check da balance it gone down suddenly to Rs1.09.i had not done any call after recharging or sent messages.
so please help me sir!!!

on 29th June, I get a sms saying thankyou for subscribing for Mantras, which I had not subscribed for and Rs 34/- have been deducted automatically form my balance. I give a call and one 'Mr Bukhari' who is a mobile customer care executive says nothing can be done about the balance. but we can deactivate the service for you. I asked, who activated the service in first place and by whose authority. If this is the way they are going to loot every other person randomly, loop mobile is theiving on easy money!! with millions of people at subscribers end, loop mobile is making a large theft profit without anything that can be done. shame on you Loop Mobile your days are over soon. I URGE YOU PEOPLE OF THIS NATION STOP SUBSCRIPTION TO LOOP MOBILE.

they have started my hello tune service without my permission and that to they have changed the songs without my permission and now when i called him they are saying that u will be charged and the money cant be refunded and when i told them that let me talk to the head of the department they just keep on hold and disconnect the call

This is to inform you that how loop mobile system works and how there customer support works.

On 19th june my 20 rupees were deducted without any information...

So i gave a call to loop mobile asst (50555) one of the executive attended the call i gave him each and every information bout the issue.
That time he told me that one of our server is having some updation, so i agreed for that thinking that it may have!!! He told to give me a call
After 4 to 5 hours then we will be able to give you the information.

But i gave a call after 24 hrs, at that i made a word with some girl she told that still our server is not updated so please call us later, so my
Mind got sucked with this reasons, and i told her to transfer the line to your team leader and then the line got transfered to team leader (Mr divyesh nair)
It was a long conversation of 45 minutes, he was just apolozising for the server updation.. And he was also saying me the same thing that call after 4 to 5 hours
I will be able to solve your problem.. Ok then i agreed thinking that he is team leader he may knowing the exact sla, and the same day on 20th i told him to cancel
My crbt, he told that dont worry i will do it from my end and he told me that my crbt will be cancelled within 48 hrs, so i told him ok no issue but it should be done,
And then again i told him if its not done then what should i do, so he told me that no need to worry if its not done then directly you
Can speak with me.

And then on 21st june i gave a call by following his policies. I called to loop mobile assit i spoke with amit that guy was very ir-responsible
For speaking with the customer as if he was speaking in slum english and hindi language, i just told him that please transfer the line to
Your team leader he told that no one is there on the floor, i again told him please transfer the line to your team leader and if he is
Not there then you can transfer it to your floor manager. He told me in simple language ""bola na nahi hai"" that means all the executive

One day have been passed and then i gave a call on 23rd in the evening time one girl recieved the call (Monika) she asked me about the
Problem, so i told her about the issue of crbt, she told me that till now your request for cancelling the crbt has not yet taken, and she told me
Please hold the line so i will make a request from my end...

I told her dont do it and i want to speak with your team leader, she placed my call on hold and on second call i got a call from divyesh nair ([protected]). And straight away i told him
Kya tu mujhey chutiya bana raha hai kya. Because i was frustated. I told him that that day you told me within 48 hrs of time my crbt was going to be cancelled, he told me yes it was.
But when i told him that monika told me your request is not registered till now so it was going to be close, he reply me i am sorry i accept my mistake, i forgot to do the same.
I will do it rite now and with in 4 hours it will be cancelled...

That means the customer who are using loop mobile service are fool...

This is the way they treat there customers...

If team leader himself dont know how to work then what the agents will???

First give the training to your team leader so he can explain it to there agent how to speak...

And 5 days are gone till now your server is not updated and i dont think that server will be updated...
Because you business in profit

I. E if you are having the problem with 50000 customer with the same issue you will be earning in lakhs

See the profit, its good business tactics to earn the money in the short cut...
