I use a BPL connection and inspite of telling the service provider to make us available with network reception in our building the complaints have fallen onto deaf ears....

Non credit of extra talk time committed

I am holding Loop Mobile phone No.[protected]. The company vide their SMS on 26.03.2010 as special offer talk time of Rs.375/- on recharge of Rs.333/- & stated that extra time will be credited within 36 hours. Offer was valid till 31.03.10. My No was recharge with Rs.333/- vide ID Transection No. [protected] on 27.03.2010 at 11.30.55 am. But till today extra talk time of Rs.42/- is not credited to my account

I had purchased a Loop prepaid Sim Card from a dealer at Kalina on 10th March 2010 and submitted all my documents. However my outgoing services were barred from Sunday 14th March 2010. This number belongs to my cousin Mr. Sameer Lawand. I am using this number since last two year.
But for last two months the billing information is not correct.

Changing of Postpaid connection to Prepaid

I took a Loop mobile Sim card and Post paid connection (Yearly Rs. 500/- I am paying and bill as per using) from Loop mobile gallery, Vashi, Sector -17, Navi Mumbai. But they are cheating at the time of billing. Full month I am in offshore where I am not getting any signal and my mobile is switched off, still they are sending bill of some amount and they are not showing me bill details also. I went there four times but they are not changing...

harreshment for new activation

ALTHOUGH ALL SMS WAS IN ITS LIMITS OF 160 CHARACTERS.
I HAVE REPEATEDLY CALLED LOOP...

automatic activation of caller tune & deduction of Caller tune Charges

i have loop mobile connection no[protected] & without my knowledge they have activite caller tune & starting deducting rs.1 per day and when my balance wash out due to this deduction they have discontinued the service at that time i come to know why my balance reducing daily

when i complain to their help number they say that you had activited the service through sending us SMS

caller tune code not available

i am searchintg caller tune code for so many hollywood albums but its not there.
then i started looking for bollywood stuff and there also we have limited stuff.
now finally i have decide not to have caller tune t all these loop service provider is playing some loop theme which is very annoying
pls help.
i wanted caller tune for - i just wannna spend my life with u from niel n nikki

caller tune & service calls

i have called the center noumerous times on the matter of service calls and messages... i dont mind it if they come at day time.... but i have been repeatedly geting service msgs at odd times.... eg 2-3am.... i am dissapointed that nothing has been done about it yet...

Secondly plz add the following song to your caller tune list... song- 'Amazing', artist- Kanye West, album- 808 & Heartbreak....

phone disconnection

Suspension of service

I got sms from Loop mobile at 8pm 7/01/10. " As per DoT directive ,submit the TNC , photo & documents at Loop Mobile store with in 5 days to avoid suspension . Earlier when did Loop mobile informed customers to give these documents to store ? and why we should submit these papers again when we had given it while purchesing new sim card from BPL ( Loop ).

News papers have never said anything about it . We must...

harresment from LOOP with additional Amt Taken
