i had given the request to convert my nos from postpaid to prepaid on 28th feb 2010 and has given the photo, kyc and form as per the executive mahendra but the request has not been forwarded and the 2nd bill was generated which shows excess payment of Rs 62 which means the amount which was communicated to me was more than the normal.

after repeated follow also the nos was not converted and was told will get back but there was no revert.

Finally has given the request for cancellation as the 2nd bill has been generated and i have to pay Rs 530 .

if they can't service the customer why they are increasing there numbers?

Bplmobile — conversion from post to prepaid

i live in lokhandwala area and my fone number is[protected]. i went to lokhandwala gallery to change my fone from post paid to prepaid. i went to the gallery on friday eve at 6.30. A girl there sent the request. but instead my fone got disconnected after a short while. i went again to check ,i was told by a boy, sarfarz,that by mistake instead of pre to post it got disconnected . will be o.k. by morning at 10. i went at 11 but another excuse till 4. i went at 4 the another excuse till 8.right now it is 7.30 p.m sat. my fone is still disconnected. you cant imagine my plight. i am working with film ,t.v. and keep getting calls but no call since last eve. i am lost. who will pay the loss. i will go to consumer court. very tensed. none their know their work.

    Sombudy HELP me Please

    Checked my all call records of this month.
    Many(not all) loop mobile executives making angry by disconnecting my calls..
    they asking me my problems, then i told my problem to them, then they disconnect my call many times.they are not giving resolution of my complaints..

    they told they will give call back but they are lying me..
    I m using [protected] BPL /LOOP Mobile from Past 2 year ..having 4 connection with me...
    but I am facing a very very very bad network Problem..at my Residence at Wadia estate, Bail bazaar, Kurla (W), Mumbai-70.
    I cant receive or make a single call from my home, Bcoz there is no network..
    I have to go out side my society to do the same...even cant recv SMS also & many SMS are loss/laps by your system, (many SMS are not reaching towords to me..)
    (SMS problem is From 05/01/2010 to now)..
    There is no problem in my SIM card & Mobile(I checked)...
    I had done many complaints to mobile executives, but they not giving my resolutions, they many people giving me wrong information many times & different different statements about my problems.
    They making me angry by disconnecting my calls.
    Pls take strict Action against that people of loop mobile executives & network department who want only FOKAT KI SALARY...

    Nitesh Gautam, Poonam manchanda, zyed shaik, this executives are [censored]s because without any reason this people disconnect my calls.
    I m using [protected] BPL /LOOP Mobile from for the past 2 year but I am facing a very bad network problem.at my office situated at World Trade Centre, Centre 1, 13th Floor, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai 400005.

    I cant receive or make a single call from my office, Bcoz there is no network available or the network is very poor.
    I have to go outside my office to get the network. I even can't receivv SMS & many incoming calls on my mobile. There is no such problem either in my SIM card & Mobile which I have checked. Kindly look into it very seriously and get back to me as early as possible.

    Loop Mobile — Signal problem in my area

    i have problem in my area with regard the signal strength of my service provider i.e Loop mobile and I have logged 4 to 5 compliants and few emails nbut no major resolution has be sought.

    I am unbale to make good quality calls to people and the same is there from their side too.

      I am holding Loop Mobile phone No.[protected]. The company vide their SMS on 26.03.2010 as special offer talk time of Rs.375/- on recharge of Rs.333/- & stated that extra time will be credited within 36 hours. Offer was valid till 31.03.10. My No was recharge with Rs.333/- vide ID Transection No. [protected] on 27.03.2010 at 11.30.55 am. But till today extra talk time of Rs.42/- is not credited to my account

      LoopMobile — no talk time given

      Here by I am registering a complaint against you . I have made a recharge voucher of rs 17/- as per your message of getting talktime of 170 minutes (tran. no [protected] ) on 6/8/10. After six hours I contcated on tollfree no and talked with Mr NILESH.I was told that there was no such recharge message received by the company.He directed me to talk to my dealer.Today on 07/08/10 my dealer showed me the transction was complete and successful.Your are hereby told to look into the matter personnaly and discharge 170min immediately to my account for the next seven days.I would just like to remind you that in a similiar case I had to loose Rs 100/- a year back for the same reason.Please update your software or else it will be taken for granted that you people are running the organization by looting customer

            my gang — deduct 50 paise on every idea call 24 hours

            sir my no. is [protected] when i doing outgoing calls then my balance is deducting 50 paise per call on my gang to my gang number 24 hours but it should be deducted 5 pm to 10 pm 50 paise and which remaining 19 hours deducting 10 paisa my gang to my gang.

            Loop Mobile — lose my balance

            i lose my blance more time that's y i call the coster care but thye was not intrested in my complaint so i recweset you pls co-opreat me and y your syestm was down my number was [protected] or [protected] pls chek and reple me...
            Please note that I have been opted a Scheme for the last 8-9 months ago, under which certain Loop to Loop Mobile calls are absolutely free, for which Loop Mobile is charging me about Rs.20/- per month.
            Till yesterday, I was happy with the services and using the same without any interruption.

            Today, when I made a call to Loop Mobile No. [protected] at around 4.15 p.m, I was shocked to notice that I have charged Rs. 6/- for the same. I do not understand why the deduction is. When a called the Helpline No. I was told that the scheme is expired this month and it will be automatically been renewed by next month.

            Everytime, when the scheme is expiring, I was used to get a reminder call from the Loop mobile regarding the same. But regret to inform you that this this this was not happened. I failed to understand the reason for the same and without any reminder or intimation they had directly deducted Rs. 6/- from my prepaid card.

            A response from your side is highly appreciated and request you to reverse the amount deducted from my account immediately.

            BPL Mobile — reduction of balance

            the every time i add up the balance thr is a reduction of 5 to 10 rs frm my account,nd by calling the coustmer care ther answer is that ther system is in updation.Nd there answer is SORRY FOR THE INCONVINENCE.......................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

            I m a bpl user since last so many years there was no complaints about thier service. but nowadays bpl services is very poor. there is always deduction or rs 10-15 every alternate day. when i call to customer care i get only one answer that system is slow, there is no updation why the balance has been deducted. u plz call after 48 hrs .

            Loop Mobile - Recharging — Charging is not done

            I paid Rs.300/- on 25.9.2009 and Rs.200/- on 5.10.2009 through ICICI Bank internet facility for recharging Loop Mobile No.[protected] which is kept at Kalyan in Thane Dist of Maharashtra. However, the amount was not added.

            I wrote to ICICI Bank and they confirmed having debited the above amounts to Loop Mobile and asked me to get in touch with Loop Mobile i.e. service provider.

            Please look in to this and revert.

            Pathetic Customer Service in the Call Centre industry... Guys don't go with this Loop Mobile service, because, in it's company's name there is already a huge loop in terms of every service. TRAI should cancelled the license of this Telecom provider with such a bad future prospect & who really makes their loyal & a long term customer fools.

            Please, don't believe in any in any commitment given from the company, because they never amend it.

            & people who are not well educated, they don't treat them properly & make them fool as well.

            Loop Mobile — Not credited recharge amount in my A/c

            I Have recharged pre-paid mobile by icici netbanking for loop mobile but i not received any re-charge message and not credited amount in my balance

            I am a very good customer by paying my mobile bills regurlarly,loop service sucks big time,most recently i shifted my base in my state,but the service was so pathetic,that i had to reach out my hand outside the window & speak on speaker,serveral complaints was registered,but with no remorse,loop never did anything & never called back,fed up with the service i swicted my service with a better bussiness company,paid my mobile bill.....that was it...

            Now suddenly I am getting calls from [protected] harrasing me for a payment of 1500 which I had paid in the first place. there was no written notice sent,the debt colltector who calls today was nasty person,used profanity,called me names,yet forgets that she gets her paycheck from clients as such,who was not aware of any bills after 7months....I also promised the lady that i will check with the nearest galary to see what the problem is, however that lady just kept calling for money and also threteaned to send legal notice and goons to collect money.I told her i will pay the bill on 1st she agreed,then she calls again by asking for my address & then tells me to pay tody (which was not possible),and kept saying to pay 1000 & that she would get the credit.....this was again harrowing for me,not understanding why she would say that....i still said i will pay on the 1st & then threatens me by saying that she would send some goons & pull me to court,,,i wll finish this service & also will continue sending messages to all people using loop or to those who intend to take their service....That loop mobile has bad service & more than that illeterate CSR who dont even understand the national language,anf should discontinue their service....

            i am realy very frustrated of forwarding complaint everyday and speaking to your customer care executive whom 80% disconnect the call without solving the problem and i am having the recording on my phone and i forworded before also but still no action was taken regarding this as is customer are fool and they have to suffer because he had payed for the service any how he have to use it well my problem was the from last 2 month my balance was deducted for some weekly subscription pack Rs.20 a week and i lost some Rs.80 and after that some tashan and hungama pack was activated without my acknowledgement i lost some Rs.50 in that every day i make call to customer care but no action was taken and promises was made i have recording also of the executive who cut my call and forwded the complaint

            Sub :Charging for his value added service like Antakshari but I am not using this kind of service, when I called to loop mobile customer care they told me that i m using internet, after some days they told me that Antakshari service is activated on my number. Both services are i am not using at all. After that they told me that i have to visit Loop Gallary after then i will get refund from Loop Mobile Gallary. at Loop Mobile Gallary they told me they can not refund me my money. which is mistake is from your side.
            How its possible if I am using any of services offers by company they should the details of all. Please stop all this service calls & msg on my mobile no.

            jaadu 61 activ last 4or 5 month i had not activate the service. i stopped the service before 2 month ago at chembur gallery. then fort gallery 1 month ago. then i do massage on 50505 to UNSUBJAADU61 three times therefor charges 61 for jaadu61

There was a Astro pack subcribed by me in the month of June 24rd 2011, on july 23rd I went the loop gallery at andheri east ,next to macdonald,and got my Astro pack ' unsubcribed ' by ' Vaishali ' then on 24th july Rs 20/- was diducted from my account, on 25th again I went to the gallery and I spoke to ' Taufik ' I told him about the diduction, and he told me to take the dnd service, for which he gave me a request no.is Doc - sr - [protected]. but taufik did not take my compalint for balance diduction. and I was told by taufik that my balance will refunded in 48 hours, after that day till 11th of Aug. when ever I called at the costmer care the reply I got was that my balance will be refunded in the next 24 hours ,48 hours and so no, until yesterday when I spoke to rahul he told me that I wont get my diduction. Now you tell me inspite of going the very next day to give the complaint,my balance was not refunded,and the reply that I was getting was it will be done,still it is not done, this is a mental stress for me, what is your reply. I am waitting for it.......

            loop — Balance deduction

            a balance of 100rs has been deducted from my a/c on 19th march, i hv called the customer care to complain but they dint had the update of it, so they dint took the complain. n i was been told 2 give the complain next day. n when i gave the complain i was been told that they will refund the balance in 48hours. but after 48hours i was been told that i will not get the refund because i hv complained after 24hrs after deduction of the balance, bt they dint took my complain within 24 hrs after reduction. even though its their fault they are not giving me the refund of balance. so i m very disappointed with loop mobile. n hope i get my balance of 100 rs as soon as possible.

            Loop company — Not giving balance as per schemes

            On 28 june 2012 I have received sms from loop that on doing recharge with rs.30 i will get full talktime. Also to confirm the same i called to loop customer care and the executive there also told me that i will get full talk time if i recharge with rs.30. But after i had done the rechg i have not got the full talk time. Now when i am calling to customer care they are telling that their is no such scheme.             I keep getting a message from some group named INDGAM that some service has been activated and that an amount of Rs 5 has been deducted. Wen I spoke to the customer service regarding this problem, they said they would provide me with a refund and that this problem won't continue in future. But unfortunately these messages don't stop.               I had purchased a Loop prepaid Sim Card from a dealer at Kalina on 10th March 2010 and submitted all my documents. However my outgoing services were barred from Sunday 14th March 2010. I again resubmitted the documents on Tuesday 16th March 2010 at the Loop Mobile Store in Malad-West and I was assured that my services would be activated within 24 hours latest by 11 AM. However even after expiry of 24 hours my number is still not activated and when I called up the contact center I am being told that it will take 16 more hours. I am a field guy and have no access to Landline so everytime I need to make a call I need to search for a STD PCO shop.
              Can you please help me against the company as this is mental harrasment for me and also loss for my company as half of the time is spent on searching for STD PCO shop

              I had subscribed for Loop Mobile No [protected] as a post paid customer and was assured that i can migrate to prepaid after 2 billing cycles. I cleared all my dues and after 2 billing cycles and applied to migrate to prepaid. I went to Loop Mobile Gallery at Fort Mumbai.I was given the form and told to submit certain documents. The next day I filled up the form and took the required documents. Then they ask for the original passport and the original PAN card for verification. The very next day I provided them with the same and was told that my No. will be converted to prepaid in a few hours.My no. was converted to prepaid by the evening and I went and refilled it. As soon as the cheque of my second bill as a post paid customer was cleared from my bank my out going call where bared. I have visited the gallery 3 times after that, every time they assure me that my outgoing will started within 2 hours.It has been 3 days now and my line is still not started. They Loop mobile assist people say that my documents have been rejected as there was no dealers stamp on it.I had taken the form from Loop Mobile Gallery Fort It is their duty to Affix their stamp, and if my application is rejected then why am I a prepaid customer now?. The application was to migrate to prepaid and if that is rejected then I should continue as a post paid customer. I am fed up of visiting their gallery hence this complian. Can you Do something about it?

              There is no problem in my SIM card & Mobile(I checked)& not also in my Phone message setting & message inbox is empty...
              I had done many complaints to mobile executives, but they not giving my resolutions, they many people giving me wrong information many times & different different statements about my problems.
              They making me angry by disconnecting my calls.
              Now they are not taking my complaint about SMS problem.
              Pls take strict Action against that people who want only FOKAT KI SALARY..

                    Hello,

                    This is regarding the WORST customer service experience I have always had and recently had with BPL Mobile.

                    I have been using the # [protected] for more than 5 years. Recently, I received a message from Loop Mobile asking me to submit the documents to verify my identity and to prevent the suspension of the number.

                    I can certainly understand that in order to prevent the misuse of cell phones, the Director of Telecommunications requires the proof of identity for cell phone subscribers. As mentioned earlier, I have been using this number for more than 5 years now. Approximately 3-4 years back, I received the same messages from BPL Mobile (it was not “Loop” at that time J) and I had submitted the proof of residence & identity at the BPL Mobile Gallery, Naupada Branch, Thane[W].

                    I was surprised and upset too to see this message once again from BPL Mobile on my cell phone and contacted the phone support for help. The representative over the phone could not provide any reason as why I was asked to resubmit the documents. The person just read the message on his screen which was exactly the same message I had received from BPL Mobile. I was kept on hold several times and the person ended up stating that the “photo I had submitted last time was unclear and hence I had to resubmit the documents”. How come the documents were accepted at the BPL Mobile Gallery, Thane 3-4 years ago if the photo was unclear? Do you find any reason for this answer?

                    I had to then rush to the BPL Mobile Galley, Thane on weekend [spending the only time I am able to give to my family] to resubmit the proof of residence / identity. Once again, there was a wait time of approximately 20 minutes before I could reach to the counter. The lady over the counter was quite helpful.

                    Here are some of the concerns in addition to the above mentioned WORST experience with the Customer Service over the phone:

                    1. Please arrange for more chairs / improve the existing sitting arrangements at the BPL Mobile Gallery, Naupada Branch, Thane[W] as many customers have to “stand” waiting to reach to the counter. Though the LMS, Thane closes at 8 pm[to my knowledge], the shutters were pulled down before 8PM and some of the customers had to argue with the security to get in the store.
                    2. I have been receiving a lot o[censored]nwanted / marketing messages from various numbers on my cell phone. PLEASE STOP MY PHONE NUMBER BEING SPAMMED TO THE MARKETING LIST.
                    3. The only thing that BPL Mobile has done from past 5 years is the monthly rate has been downgraded to 50 paise/minute whereas other providers offer 1 paisa/second billing. The only reason I have stuck to BPL Mobile is all the other service providers have the same story when it comes to offer something important called as “Customer Service”. I am surely waiting for the day when BPL Mobile will have the prepaid subscribers on 1paise/second plan.
                    4. The day will come in the near future when cell phone subscribers will be able to port their phone numbers to other providers and this will be a very good LESSON for ALL cell phone service providers who have loyal customers like me waiting and waiting and waiting to hear something positive about the service.

                    In short, you care [censored] about your customers.

                    I hope that some one in the higher management carefully goes through this email and that this email does not go through the L1 so called “customer service representatives” who are expert in only copying and pasting. I also hope that necessary steps are taken to ensure that this type of situation does not occur in the future.

                    I would like to receive a written apology from Loop Mobile regarding this matter.

                    Loop Mobile — Terrible Service and cust service

                    Respected Sir / Mam,

                    I, Delwyn Vaz, have been a consumer of Loop mobile for 2-3 yrs. And in these years, I have faced many problems with them, like call drops, messages not being sent or recieved. But I managed to bear with the problem, and thankfully it was sorted out, after much of effort arguing with their cust service.

                    Now, since a couple of months ago, the service has really degraded to an unbearable extent! Ive faced tremendous call drops, even to international nos. and how much did they credit me back for a call drop that cost me rs.11, Rs.0.50! and the issue still continued. No one from the cust service team helped me, nor were ANYONE willing to let me speak with a supervisor. On 1 occasion, i was promised a call back from a supervisor in 4 hrs, and i didnt get a call back from anyone even after 2 days. And still no one would let me talk to a supervisor. So I ended up giving up.Of late I purchased the unlimited internet pack, somewhere around the 12 of Feb. It was pretty slow but at least it worked. But since 3 days ago, it just stopped working. Unable to use the service at all! Ive called the cust service, but to no avail. They have said that a person will call me from the technical team in 4 hrs. Which once again, no one did. I got a call the next day. And they asked me to wait for another 2 days as they will need to check this. I asked for a refund of the internet money, if not in cash, atleast give me the balance, and id use to for calls. They said it is not possible. and Didnt let me speak to a supervisor. And each and every time I call Lop[ i end up being on the phone for min 30mins and either being cut off, or very dis satisfied!

                    I am approaching you as I am a very dis satisfied cust. Please see what you can do to get justice to the public.

                      loop — Loop Wrongly Billing

                      There was no imitation from loop for my earlier plan being getting expires and on 11th month of the plan the same has been charge wrongly for new plan without any intimation or options.

                      In my current bill you have to give the credit for rs.15/- of the adv. tariff rental S.T. and surcharge begin wrongly charged to me. please do the same at earliest.

                      And why rs. 25 + S.T. and surcharge being charges as adv. rental.

                      Do give the immediate credit for the same i.e rs.15.45+25+2.57=43.02.

                      Also it very much disappointing calling you and making chat and explanation for the same at your call center.

                      Also many customre being charges like this adv. money + s.t. going on who's pocket companies.

                        I took a Loop mobile Sim card and Post paid connection (Yearly Rs. 500/- I am paying and bill as per using) from Loop mobile gallery, Vashi, Sector -17, Navi Mumbai. But they are cheating at the time of billing. Full month I am in offshore where I am not getting any signal and my mobile is switched off, still they are sending bill of some amount and they are not showing me bill details also. I went there four times but they are not changing my connection from postpaid to prepaid with same number.

                          I Mr Eshaan qureshi has taken a new activation for postpaid connection on 10th February 2010 i got a call from the dealer of loop mobile name Dipika number -[protected] / [protected] i have given all my relevent information like my Drivers licence, Ration card, 2 photograph & Rs 300 in cash the number which was allocated to me is [protected] is till date a dead sim.

                          Since then no one has turned up for the verification from loop mobile.When tried contacting those dealer again no one is borthered to response the call and after calling them from different number they just hung up the call listening our name and its really a tough time to deal with this kind of dealer so kindly look into the matter and solve the problem at the earliest

                            ALTHOUGH ALL SMS WAS IN ITS LIMITS OF 160 CHARACTERS.
                            I HAVE REPEATEDLY CALLED LOOP AND EMAILED THEM BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE.
                            THE ACTUAL SMS CHARGES IS 15 RUPEES PER SMS IN INTERNATIONAL ROAMING.
                            MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected].
                            I HAD SEND ABOUT 15 SMS IN THAT PERIOD.
                            and now the customer care is not replying to this cause and complaint they say they will give me a call in 2days but they dont and when i call back angain they say there is no complaint logged.
                            neither is the gallary taking my complaint.
                            they them self its of no use .so now where should i go
                            please do add your comments on this...

                              i have loop mobile connection no[protected] & without my knowledge they have activite caller tune & starting deducting rs.1 per day and when my balance wash out due to this deduction they have discontinued the service at that time i come to know why my balance reducing daily

                              when i complain to their help number they say that you had activited the service through sending us SMS

                              when i am not interested in such matter, why i do so

                              they are not ready to refund amount deducted by their on mal practices

                              i have also complain i received 8 - 10 messages daily from their marketing department & disturb in my daily activity due to this many time i am not able to give attention to my important masseges

                              Loop Mobile — Never subscribe callertune for Loop mobile

                              Plzzzz never subscribe Loop mobiles callertune service... I subscribe one callertune for which they charged 15 rupees twice in a week and also they set another callertune without intimating me for which they charged additional 15 rupees. So for callertune service for a week they charged me aggregate 45 bucks and now I want to unsubscribe the service but it's not happening. It shows 'Invalid Code'. Customer service is not meant to resolve complaints, they are not at all helpful. So I am requesting you use only phone service of Loop it's good but never go for any value added services or face nuisance for sure because I heard this kindaa experience from so many people...

                              something similar happened to me i tried to activate net scheme by calling on 800 but instead they activated other service n neither refunding money nor starting my net scheme i called up customer care but they do nothing but only make u hold phone

                                i am searchintg caller tune code for so many hollywood albums but its not there.
                                then i started looking for bollywood stuff and there also we have limited stuff.
                                now finally i have decide not to have caller tune t all these loop service provider is playing some loop theme which is very annoying

                                  i have called the center noumerous times on the matter of service calls and messages... i dont mind it if they come at day time.... but i have been repeatedly geting service msgs at odd times.... eg 2-3am.... i am dissapointed that nothing has been done about it yet...

                                  Secondly plz add the following song to your caller tune list... song- 'Amazing', artist- Kanye West, album- 808 & Heartbreak.
                                  please remove the callertune of my prepaid mobile no. [protected] & stopped charges u r taking

                                    hi, . i currently have a loop mobile service on my cell phone. i had activated my bill-desk facility [ its the loop name for electronic clearing facility ] wherein every month, at around the due date, my mobile bill gets directly debited from my bank account. unfortunately even after having this facility activated, loop mobile has disconnected my services 2 times this month, under the pretext that i have over-shot my monthly usage. when asked, they say the monthly max usage will be 1000/-,. my last months bill was about Rs 760, this months usage is only abt 400. they disconnected my cell informing that its not the monthly usage that is 1000/- , but its is the cumulative unpaid bill. i had paid a part payment of Rs 250/- hoping they will reactivate my cell till the bill is deducted from my account, but today they again disconnected my cell saying i have overshot the allowed usage by Rs39/-
                                    the ECS facility it seems is making me a complete fool. i thought it is as good as a post dated cheque, and they can withdraw money from my account on due date. on enquiry with the help line, they replied, that they would have not asked me to pay , if i had given a post dated cheque, but are asking me to pay since it is a bill desk facility. seems loop mobile network feels a person will cheat them with a bill desk facility activated, and a person giving them a Post Dated Cheque will never do it.
                                    i hope some action is taken over Loop mobiles for the inconvenience they have caused to me and possibly numerous consumers, by not informing them that the monthly usage actually means the cumulative unbilled usage, and extorting money from unsuspecting consumers by forcibly disconnecting their services

                                        I got sms from Loop mobile at 8pm 7/01/10. " As per DoT directive ,submit the TNC , photo & documents at Loop Mobile store with in 5 days to avoid suspension . Earlier when did Loop mobile informed customers to give these documents to store ? and why we should submit these papers again when we had given it while purchesing new sim card from BPL ( Loop ).

                                        News papers have never said anything about it . We must know the purpose of this information . Whether it is a Govt. directive ?

                                        I also received the same message pertaining to that.. have been the BPL customer for 7 to 8 long years and now this kind of messages are being received from the LOOP service center
                                        It is not the first time that such changes in the network have taken place... for eg; orange to hutch, hutch to vodafone... but no such documents were asked from them... if this is the situation then no doubt i have to change my mobile service station...
                                        Kindly expedite on this matter at the earliest

                                        Loop Mobile Service — Hijack of talktime on the name of weekly subscription service.

                                        my Rs.50 talktime is hijacked from my talktime on the name of weekly subcription service without any pre information via SMS. after sending unsubtru49 to 50505 on 06/03/2011, I kept my mobile switched off. even during this period it was deducted. there was no any money pay service was activated or allowed by me on the internet . please attend & stop this kind of wrong (corrupt) attitude of my service provider. & Let me get my rs 50 talktime back.
