1) My Name is Vishal Pakhare, my Father Pandurang Dattu Pakhare purchase one sim card of Loop Mobile in 2008-09. They submitted all required documents. In Jan 2011 due to some service issue we call Loop Mobile Executive for my issue, that time mobile executive told me this sim is not register in your Father name (Mr. Pandurang Dattu Pakhare.) We already given complaint in Loop mobile store, but not geting any response form there end.
2) On 12th May 2011 we saw in my Fathers mobile [protected] Rs 5 is deducted, we given one complaint in customer care, but they not provided any resposnce. Finally 18th May 2011 custome care executive told me your complaint is register in over side this facility will be disactive on 20th May 2011, but still this service is not disactivate form there end. Every day they deducted my account for Rs 5, then after call they refunded my money, but 24th May 2011 me not call to customer care so they not refunded my money.As per there side problem they can refund me money, i am totally unhappy with this Loop Mobile service provider.
I am totally unhappy with this servioce provider so please lodge my complaint agaig this Loop Mobile serive provider & get some penalty to loop mobile service provider & give that due to giving me this problem.
