Hi, I had applied for international roaming for my mobile [protected]. The service provider M/s Loop Mobiles also confirmed the activation. However, after I landed in USA on 24th Apl, the activation is either withdrawn or stopped. I am unable to use the mobile, preventing me from pursuing my business and personal activities. I have already lodged a web complaint. The company's automated response is sent as if I am still in India...

I have a complaint againt loop mobile ,that is,

i was using loop mobile number,and 1 day i got a call from a person who said me all the details first that you are staying at this place (exact address) ...i said yes..and then he started abusing me with slang words...

The point is that how he got my all the information..?how the company can give my full detail to any ordinaory person .br...

I requested MNP from my Loop Mobile prepaid to Vodafone on 3rd April 2011 and got unique porting number LM296752
Today I got an update from Loop saying that the request has been rejected because I have lifetime plan activated.

I had already sent SMS to deactivate the lifetime plan and still Loop Mobile rejected the port out. Not just that, they now say that I'll have to wait for 90 days more for MNP.

I have submitted a MNP (port out) request from loop mobile to vodafone but the same has been rejected twice by Loop mobile.
Kindly note that the two requests have been rejected on account of subsisting contractual obligations. However as per the loop mobile helpline there are no pending contractual obligations on this mobile number.
