sir i am parchesing new sim card loop mobile, i have submited the doument but my outgoing call locked
company say submit the doument ones again and i am submited but my problem not swal

i purchased a loop card from dealer on 17 /2/13 and he told me after 3 days card will activate but till today it doesnt activate. i tried calling customer care no (198) but cannt get any answer (as call cannt connect to 198)
