My number is [protected] and i have recently migrated from prepaid to postpaid and where I am using Super Value 99 plan which has 200 minutes and SMS free and 1 GB GPRS free. Now my credit limit is set as 750 by loop mobile. Exucutive from loop mobile care has said that all these free bees will be charged initially and then settled when the bill is generated. I have used 60 MB of free data and my 90% limit is already elapsed. Now if I use 10 MB more data my services will be discontinued. Also if I settle my unbilled amount now and I want to use 1GB free data I will have to pay 10000 rupees to loop mobile which will be blocked because loop mobile has set my credit limit very low and because the system is faulty.
I am not going to pay unbilled amount for the free bees and end up blocking 10000 rupees. Please correct your system or increase my credit limit. Also as Aiyappa was not able to help me , I asked him to connect to seniors but he said they were busy so I asked him to register a call back on which he said he has registered a call back and I will be communicated in 4 hours but it never happened. Its very poor service loop mobile is providing their customers

        Hello Sir,

        For my bill dated 14/8 is showing Amt payable Rs. 6386.5 which is 6 times more than my average bill till date.

        1. Last year also I hv faced the same problem but after taking up the issue with RM, He, with great efforts, had arrange to return me Rs. 1200/- of excess payment . You can check the history for that.

        2. Since last 12 years I was using loop mobile service and now I hv stated using internet service from last 1 year and my total average bill coming to Rs. 1000/- only.

        3. While checking with my usage time, when I notice the excess amount of generation, immediately I called up on 800 (customer call center)but I was asked to wait till bill generation date which is 14 of every month.

        4. So i was waiting but, suddenly I m getting message to pay Rs. 3750 immediately for over usage. Again I contacted 0n no 800 and same excuse I was recd and advise to pay the amount in advance if any excess amount is there den it will refund later on. so I forced to pay Rs. 500 in advance.

        And now I got the bill of Rs. 6386.50 which is too too high for me. If the company is charging me like this den it will be very difficult for me to use your service at this charges and even you ask me to pay it in advance.

        5. While complaining abt this, they said that we hv checked ur account and its all charges against ur usage only so I hv to pay all this charges.

        5. They, then blocked my SIM card and calling my brother every ten min, whos no i hv given as reference / alternative and harassing him for non payment.and saying that I hv switched off my cell.


        Pl help.

            On 16 th oct i recharge with rs 11/- at 11pm but in next morning check the bal it was only 0.27. How it is possible. I didnt make any call without that bal was deducted. My mobile no. [protected]
            Sir,today in morning my balance was rs.63 and my daily free internet plan was activated.on 10.00 am i have removed my sim and checked the balance it was 63 but when at 4.00 pm i have putted in sim card and checked my balance it was 41.00.i have called customer care two times they have said that there system failure so call later,but i have called again and this time the person have said that you have used surfing so the balance have been deducted.he said that your daily internet plan was deactivated at midnight on 17.10.2010 due to unsufficient balance,but i have rs.66 at that time and the plan was forwarded with cutting my balance rs.3.they are not listening to my complaint sis please help me my name is gajendra chauhan and my number is [protected] and i have dus ka gang plan activated but because of this i have put my new no. [protected] in use till this problem solves and i will get my balance back

Hence: i need a refund as soon as possible please dont cheat me regarding refund matter.                 Kindly go throw the below trial up mail for my graveness.
                On my very first mail dated 18th Aug 2012, I received a call from your side explaining me on my uses, after a short conversation the lady told that she will get back to me on the same. Since then I was waiting for the revert. On 25th Aug 2012 I received an E-mail saying I need to pay the whole amount, I dint agree to this and so I replied… (Kindly refer the trial mail for the same).
                At last I received a call from your end on my mail dated 8th Sep 2012. I had a healthy conversation with the leady representative… again this I was promised that she will get back to me.. but till date I dint received any mail or call from your end.
                My requests to you hear is
                 To settling this issue at the earliest.
                 Since my service is deactivated I should not be charged for this month.
                 And most importantly I should not be panelized for the late fee .., as I am still waiting for your final revert.

                Loop Mobiles — unnecessary charging

                my no is [protected], and i have activated SMS44 pack on my no. on 2nd december, 2010 and still i am geting charged for sending a SMS.
                I have given complaint to customer care more than 5 times but has not go any respons from them.
                I am tired of calling cusomer care and they are giving reason that their senior will call me but i not received any call back from them.

                Loop Mobiles — rs 48 cut from prepaid account cell no 9821911784

                my cell no:-[protected] is prepaid loop mobile sim card. my account was debited with rs48 on wrong information given by mr. ajay on customercare 800. to activate twosecond per paise plan iwas told to sms ACT ONE to50505.& only rs2 will be deducted from my prepaid account. so isms same on 3rd november but found rs48 was cut from my account. so i immediately call customercare800 & told the same. but vidya ku customercare told me the sms given to u by ajay customercareon 2november was wrong. so i request loopmobile to pls credit my prepaid accound with rs48 which was deducted by loopmobiles customercares wrong information given to me. pls do the needful as fast as possible. & oblige me. thank you.
                Even though i am in 10 ka gang for every sms to gang group is charging me Re1/sms ans Re1 per 60 1 min call. I have several times complained to deactivate any of the services.but the customer care members always gives wrong solution and say their database in not working now.

                    I had purchase 3 connection loop Mobile in the month of may 2012. From the first month i Recd. More bill for value added service, games pack cricket pack and more another packs for which I didn't ask for or sending request to the loop mobile. and for that the are charging me more. most of the times I spoke with the executive of the said company after that i went to the gallery and ask them to deactivate the all services which is charging extra. loop mobile is sending me message that deactivating of services and the very next day I recd message that my cricket pack has been activated and charging me Rs. 30 for 30 days. I didn't Understood that why company forcibly activating the service and charging. that's why customer is not going for postpaid connection. Pl. do the needful

                    dear sir my mo. no is [protected] in the same no. dnd srvices is activated than also i got all the pro. ms from loop side after given the no of complance the problam is not resolved the fist complan given on 24 feb 10doc no is[protected] i am regularly recived the sms of LM- MANTRA & other serv like lm- net, ipl, lm-cri, , lmkck, , lm vod, , lm-info, the last complan given on 12 mar10the doc no is[protected] &[protected]&[protected] & no of doc no are thare but still i am recived the sms fromloop side many time talk to customer care spook to ANKET& IMARAN are given the cometment the problam is resolved with in 7 days but still i am recived the same sms in daly the frq. of sms is 7-8 per day .my first com. is on 24 feb & last is 17 mar 10 but till the pro. is not resolved.

                    my mob. no is [protected]. loop services are continuously disturbing.for ring tones etc e.g..on dt.31/03/2010at 17.05hrs a call from kalyan was receivd telling her name as NISHA & incharge name as MAHESH DESHMUKH NO [protected] She was laughing unnecessarily. so pl. stop the unnecessary calls. I have not demanded any such types of service so I SHOULD NOT BE FORCED FOR ANY SMS/CALL TO STOP THESE UNNECESSARY CALLAS. THAT SHOULD BE STOPPED BY THIS EMAIL ONLY. it is your duty as a renowned company like yours.

                      My mobile number [protected] has been disconnected twice for the reason address negative in a period of 1 month. When disconned first, I called the customer care and got address verified and the line got connected. Again the same reason and phone got disconnected and this time the same reason. Asked why the address got negative in short period of one month and when the same card is old as much as 4 and half years old. Line was disconnected by customer care.

                        Respected sir,
                        I have been using Loop Service For almost 1 n half yr since now and before i had once
                        faced similar such problem form your side of money deduction from my account without my
                        consent which had stoped in between but since last month i have been again facing the same
                        issue of deduction of balance from my account for unwanted reason by auto activating
                        certain packs without my consent. Nor had i received any such alerts or messages
                        from loop service telling me about the deduction information and activation of new pack.
                        the total amount of balance they have deducted is Rs 44/- by re activating my
                        sms pack without my consent. also my rs 5/- have been deducted for some international
                        message when i hadn't done any such international message. i tried complaining
                        many a times to customer care about this fault of loop and have visited the
                        near by loop gallary of prabhadevi for the same but all have turned deaf ears to my problems.
                        also when you ask them to transfer their calls to their Floor Managers they disconnect it.
                        the only thing that i am receiving in return is 'sorry' and mere 'neglegance'. I guess loop
                        company only works on this 'sorry' and 'neglegance'. if not then i atleast expect this email to
                        work out for me and inreturn get my refund of total rs 49/- as soon as possible. i have already
                        wasted lot of my time on this and really expect you to pay attention to this.Please do
                        something about this and give me justice you can contact me on [protected].

                          Dear sir my loop number is [protected], 2 months have passed i have registered my num
                          in DND services , but then too i receive unwanted calls and unwanted sms like from LM-
                          6520252 sms is as follow " Hi dear call karo na aur mujse dher sari baatein karo, main shalu tumhare call ka wait kar rahi hun. dail 52052 milao " and many more this kind o[censored]nwanted sms daily . Many times i had word with Loop Customer care Excutives , but still now no improvement.

                          DND — UNWANTED SMS FROM LOOP

                          Dear sir,
                          my mo no is [protected],[protected] i have recived many pramosnal sms from loop. (talk time related& new offer) pl stop all smsm on the same no .

                          Loop Mobile — unwanted calls received

                          it has been observed that i have been receiving calls from loop mobile twice in a day and 3 to 4 times in a week in spite of my request not to call again in this no where i do not need there service also i found this was repeated even after lodging complaint to there managers,

                            I am Jayesh Devadiga, 24 years of age , lives in mumbai.
                            I have been trying to contact Loop Mobile since the last 3 days, might have called almost 20 times in the last 3 days, not only thru my number buh from my sisters number also , every time when i ask them to transfer the cal to the technical department, dey ask me to hold the line and then it gets disconnected, m so frustrated with this behaviour of loop mobile ,
                            I have couple of DOC # as follows , SR- [protected], SR- [protected], SR- [protected], SR- [protected], SR- [protected], SR- [protected].
                            these are the couple of registered # that's i have called from my number , i have also called from other # [protected],
                            i totally frustrated by the services renders, dey also have activated my Internet scheme buh i cant use them as the Internet is not activated by their end,,
                            I wants complete resolution for the problem that i have been going thru since the last 3 days ,,

                              Subject: Complaint against Loop Mobile

                              I am Nitesh Sangar Mobile No. [protected]

                              I want to register a complaint again telecom service provider LOOP MOBILE.
                              I have mistakenly activated SPARSH-ILSF plan in my no.[protected] on Date-22/07/12 for which i have charged Rs.3/3days.and this continuously charging me from last 15 days.
                              Hence i have deactivate it by the message many times but it wont work.I also visited loop Gallery for the same and register complaint but still it will not be deactivated.

                              for same i had spoke with the Call center and register a complaint DOC-SR[protected],Dated 04/08/2012 & again the complaint DOC-SR[protected],Dated 06/08/2012, but every time they said, we'll deactivated your services in 3 days.
                              But yet they not deactivate my service and they still charging me Rs.3 on every 3 days.

                              Please look into the above matter and guide me as to how do I go about resolving my issues.I have already complaint in LOOP mobile gallery.

                                Hi am currently a prepaid subscriber of Loop mobile in Mumbai. Recently, I had submitted a request to port out of Loop. I was informed that since I had the Dus Ka Gang plan activated I am not allowed to port out. I will have to first change the plan to a base plan and then after 90 days am I allowed to port out of Loop. I dont understand why I am forced to use Loop for another 90 days when the plan that I had automatically got when I had purchased the sim about 4 years ago was Dus Ka Gang. Please do something about this as this is very unfair and biased.


                                I went through the TRAI Guidelines on the official website of TRAI and found following Matter:

                                Grounds for rejection of porting request by Donor Operator.--- A request for
                                porting of a mobile number shall not be rejected by a Donor Operator on any ground
                                other than the following grounds, namely:-
                                12
                                (a) there are outstanding payments due from the subscriber by way of pending bill or
                                bills, as the case may be, issued as per the normal billing cycle but before the date of
                                application for porting;
                                (b) the porting request has been made before the expiry of a period of ninety days
                                from the date of activation of a new connection;
                                (c) a request for change of ownership of the mobile number is under process;
                                (d) the mobile number sought to be ported is sub-judice;
                                (e) porting of the mobile number has been prohibited by a Court of Law;
                                (f) subscriber has applied for inter-service area porting;
                                (g) the unique porting code mentioned in the porting request does not match with the
                                unique porting code allocated by the Donor Operator for the mobile number sought to be
                                ported;
                                (h) there are subsisting contractual obligations in respect of which an exit clause has
                                been provided in the subscriber agreement but the subscriber has not complied with such
                                exit clause:
                                Provided that where the Donor operator rejects a porting request on the ground of
                                subsisting contractual obligations, he shall indicate the full details of such contractual
                                obligations.


                                There is no Contractual Obligation in a Prepaid, it is Pay as you go service.
                                The UPC code (LM638915) is valid till 10th October 2011.
                                The reason for Rejection is not valid. Kindly Help me.

                                    I am writing this complaint against loop mobile service due to illegal balance deduction.This deduction happened on Saturday 07/07/2010 between 10:00am to 12:pm on the number [protected].I had approximately 47 rupees in my mobile and when i tried to call it said that i had insufficient balance for this call and when i checked my balance it was 0.06 paise.When i called the customer care it gave my silly reasons that i had surfed internet and the fact is that since one week loop packet data in my area is not working due to network issue and i had also complained about this in the customer care and its complaint number is DOC-C[protected].So obviously if the packet data is not working how can i use the internet on my mobile,therefore the reason given by the customer care executive (Hemant.S) was absolutely silly and was a lie.This is the first time in having this problem with loop and i think the balance deduction of rs.46 was fraud.I also went to the gallery and they said that their system is down and they cannot give any information about this deduction.This is very annoying as the company is harrasing the customer simply.Please help regarding the same and i hope to get your response asap.Thanks and regards.

                                      Recently i purchased LOOP SIM it activated after 15 days(even i submitted document on the time purchasing SIM card) ...and after that in next week it's disconnected..when i called on customer care i got answer like..u r documents are rejected.but why???????? even i submitted.,correct document i.e driving license.,photo id prof...it's get rejected.,,, also activation is done after 15 days....is it accepted from any customer to activate his SIM card after 15 days..in toady's competitive market.....????????what kind of service u r providing to customers...?????

                                        I want that money back,
                                        I mailed this matter to mobile company, but they denies to refund.

                                        My contact no is [protected].My name is Mitesh Parmar.I have activated the sms plan(Sms 27) as on dated 6th of aug 11. But i have charged for every msg from my main balance. n i had registrd N of complaints in the concerned companies which left with barred hands.
                                        Send UNSUBSMS44 to 50505
                                        maybe you wont get the 44 back, but atleast no money will be deducted on monthly basis from now onwards. Sending this sms to 50505 will deactivate your monthly pack, I have also started the sms pack today, and they have mentioned it on their website that the pack will be auto renewed every month.. so its really not their fault, they had mentioned it.

                                        I am loop mobile user from 4 years...now it was very bad to say that I am going to stop using this service bcoz of its more charges of sms pack first we are getting 3000 sms in 51rs pack and now just 300 and after that 15paise will be charged in local and for national extra tarif so I am not understand why it has been happen bye to loop mobile from my side...
                                        now this is worst.. loop have to change the current plan of sms pck to previous one of rs 51 in which we use to get 3000 sms...

                                        rather i am planning to change the service from loop to aircel..
