Loop mobile deducts Rs.44 every month from my account for SMS44 pack without any instruction or prior information.
I want that money back,
I mailed this matter to mobile company, but they denies to refund.
I feel I have been cheated by mobile co.
in category there is no name of Mobile service...

On the name of internet pack, rs.11 has been deducted from my account despite of the fact that no message asking for my confirmation to renew such pack was sent to me as per company rules, nor was i informed that this pack will get auto-renewed.

one of the customer care executives after having a talk with me, accepted that it was mistake on part of company.
