Ref :- Disgusting Customer Service Given, and Uneducated Employee Hired.....
MY MOBILE # [protected] ; Being a LOOP MOBILE CUSTOMER I Had Called the Customer care of Loop Mobile at 01:50 AM of 28/12/2011 to complaint for the pack activated by the LOOP MOBILE without my Consent.
There was a customer care representative answered the call & did'nt spoke for atleast 2mins then when i said "Hello" he replied "Ha Bol kya kam hai tere ko , i asked him were you sleeping he replied HA, Kam Kya hai Bol, i asked him to transfer to his supervisor, he replied supervisor nahi hai , tere ko kam kya hai. then i asked him as so said tht youare salman khan so can you transfer to Shahruk Khan, he said tht woh nahi hai soo raha hai, Amir se baat karenga kya, i asked him to transfer to any one other than him which he refused to do so & hung up. Then again i called back at 01:52 AM of 28/12/2011 i spoke to [B]Chandan Kumar,[/B] i informed him this is what happened , and i asked him that as the balance is getting deducted from my available balance, without me been authorised to activate so i need my Rs 30 reversed back that LOOP MOBILE had Deducted so far, he refused to accept the fact,and when i asked him give the name of the person who answered this call prior to him he refused to give his name , i requested to speak to a supervisor he refused to get the call transfered saying that there is no supervisor available.Then when i told him that i will be taking it futher to consumer forum, he put me on hold for 15mins and no supervisor the call was disconnected from their end. This is an Apauling Customer service LOOP MOBILE is Providing.
I Need the name of the person who answered before Chandan Kumar & misbehaved also need LOOP MOBILE [B]to Terminate that Representative within next 24hrs as this Apaulling customer service that is been Provided by that Representative [/B], which i return spoiling the name of the company, who is now claiming to be the number One Service Provider , which a bigest Lie. [B]I also need by Balance of Rs 30 Reverted Back to my Prepaid Account and an Appoligy Letter from LOOP MOBILE for this kind of customer service that i got from LOOP MOBILE .
NEED LOOP MOBILE (DISGRACEFUL SERVICE PROVIDER) TO REVERT BACK AT THE EARLIEST.
And Mr Sandip Basu being a CEO i assume you should be aware of Six Sigma, and hope so you need your management also know about SIX SIGMA.

BPL Mobile — EXTRA CHARGES
I had activated a service called VPOWER which deducted 5 Rs. per day for net and free sms,subsequent to which MIDAILY was activated along with VPOWER for FREE Net deducting further Rs.3 per day.
The overlapping deductions of Rs. 8 per day continued for about 2 months inspite of DAILY REPEATED REQUESTS of DISCONTINUING BOTH the services. INSPITE OF CONFIRMATIONS FROM THE CALL CENTRE THAT THE SERVICE HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED IT WASNT.
Whats more is that inspite of the free net service deduction when I used the NET from phone NET USAGE CHARGES got levied and my balance of atleast Rs. 200/- 300/- was wiped out in all this.
Really FRUSTRATING and INSPITE of repeated complaints in CALL CENTRE NO RESOLUTION.
The Serivce has finally stopped but No Refund given, or apologies seeked from der side. :(
