Customer service is & this wallpaper service is forcefully activated by loop mobile on my no.[protected], which is totally unfair on their side.also i talked to their customer executive in mumbai branch multiple times & his reply was disgusting. Daily from many days they are reducing my balance by 1 or 2 rupees. After stopping this service also they are charging me. This is .

    Am Facing A Lot Of Problems & Inconvenience due to your Poor services.
    Without My prior permission 2plans are activated by your side & my balance is deducted by Rs.74.
    1st plan is of Live Aarthi for Rs.44 & 2nd Plan is of Antakshari for Rs.30..
    This is Not the First time that my balance is getting deducted but its my mistake that I'am reacting so lately.
    AND now When I'am talking with your assistants they are telling me that they CANNOT give me a REFUND because it is a Rule that after 48hrs of activation they Cannot give my BALANCE REFUND...
    Sir, I would like to know that in which RULES it is written that WITHOUT CUSTOMERS PERMISSION YOU CAN DEDUCT THEIR BALANCE & now you are teaching me these Stupid RULES...
    Do you Think that Am a Ideal person sitting over here to check my balance each aND every minute & fight for the balance.
    Its your duty to call your Customers & take their permission before Activating any plans directly from your side or at-least seND a Message for Conformation before deducting the Balance.
    Your Executive Abhijeet Mangle has asked for 24hrs & he was supposed to even Mail you For the Same if I don't receive a positive response from your side then i will Sue your company & your Executive whose name i have already mentioned before...
    I Want My RefuND For Rs.74...now its your look out that how you are going to REFUND.

      I am a Loop Mobile Customer since 2008 and My Number is [protected]. Loop Mobile has been very inconsiderate from the outset, and I have faced a number of balance deductions in my account due to no fault of mine. Services are pre-activated without any intimation and the balance is not even refunded. Recently, I have faced 2 deductions worth Rs. 20/- due to no fault of mine. I had unsubscribed the SMSD10 pack on[protected]. But the pack was renewed on[protected], even though I had unsubscribed it 3 days ago. I faced a deduction of Rs. 10/- from my account. It was not even refunded even though the complaints were lodged for the same. I again unsubscribed the pack manually on[protected]. But again I faced a deduction in my account balance on[protected] amounting to Rs. 10/- I launched a complaint for the same on[protected] at 1 am, the Docket No. for the same being DOC-C[protected]. But they have closed the complaint and have inserted comments like :- "Please ignore the Case as no Refund would be granted." Now what sort of Logic is this? I am hellbent on getting a Refund this time and would see to it that I sue the necessary Loop Mobile authorities in case my Complaint is not considered, and Refund is not granted.

        Their Plans are made up to cheat people. They offer plan like press *121# and opt for the plans. If you opt the plan then your money gets deducted automatically. But no credit (as offered in plan) given for that plan. Once you go to complaint, even customer support people do not understand & they keep you on hold for long time (most of the time keep you on mute, so you disconnect the call automatically) they always give you one answer call after some time as there is a technical problem going on. Number of time you call, they give same reply for lodging complaints and solving it.

        It is requested never to go for Loop Mobile Services.

          This is reference to lodge a complaint against loop mobile shop in parel which is selling inter calling conection free sim card for rs.175 but its actual cost rs.104 (sim cost.rs 10 plus 1st recharge rs.94)

          BPL Mobile — EXTRA CHARGES

          I had activated a service called VPOWER which deducted 5 Rs. per day for net and free sms,
          subsequent to which MIDAILY was activated along with VPOWER for FREE Net deducting further Rs.3 per day.
          The overlapping deductions of Rs. 8 per day continued for about 2 months inspite of DAILY REPEATED REQUESTS of DISCONTINUING BOTH the services. INSPITE OF CONFIRMATIONS FROM THE CALL CENTRE THAT THE SERVICE HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED IT WASNT.

          Whats more is that inspite of the free net service deduction when I used the NET from phone NET USAGE CHARGES got levied and my balance of atleast Rs. 200/- 300/- was wiped out in all this.

          Really FRUSTRATING and INSPITE of repeated complaints in CALL CENTRE NO RESOLUTION.

          The Serivce has finally stopped but No Refund given, or apologies seeked from der side. :(

            Loop Mobile has rejected my porting requests to VODAFONE for varied and vague reasons. and their customer service executives are bold and adamant enough to say that they will not allow me to port under any circumstances.
            Respected Sir/Madam,

            I Mr. Sanjay Joshi. I am using the service of LOOP MOBILE from Past more than 2 years. My Mobile Number is [protected]. Now I want to change my service Provider from LOOP MOBILE to another servicer provider. Company not Porting my number and giving me the reason that you have life time validity so you are not able to porting your service.

            Sir my question is now every service provider providing connection with life time validity and every service provider giving porting to customer to switch their mobile with other service provider. Why this company hold my number with this reason. I don't like them service and I am not happy with the service providing by them.

            Please this is my request to you that kindly take action as early as possible against the Company so I can port my number with other service provider.

            I have been wanting to use the Number Portability which is part of service offered to facilitate the citizens by the Government. However, we are unable to use this service, due to complete non-cooperation from our service provider, which has forced me to write below mentioned email (after all the requests made by us to LOOP since past 2 months. Yet we stand today with no result)

            As mentioned, I have been requesting LOOP for past 2 months but no one seems to reply correctly. I have been made to run from Pillar to Post with no fault of mine and to date with no reply from LOOP. This has now become harassment to me.

            I would like to State the Facts of My case and am here asking for Justice:

            1) We have been Loop users for number of years but Bad Network, Call Drops, Connection Errors has forced us to move to other service provider. HOWEVER LOOP IS NOT ALLOWING US TO SHIFT

            2) For all these years we have NEVER DEFAULTED NOR HAVE DELAYED ANY PAYMENTS TO LOOP. And for this LOOP has given us the status of PLETINUM member, HOWEVER WE ARE IN NO WAY TREATED LIKE PLETINUM MEMBERS

            3) We have already applied 3 TIMES to LOOP for releasing our numbers. Every time our application is rejected with different reasons. Reasons like contractual obligation, (where as we have NO contractual obligation). Sometime they say NON Payment (whereas, WE HAVE NEVER DELAYED, NOR DEFAULTED ANY PAYMENT IN YEARS, AND THAT’S WHY WE ARE PLETINUM MEMBERS)

            4) Lastly I was asked to submit a letter, which also has been submitted. Attached is the copy – YET NOTHING FROM LOOP.

            5) Below mentioned is ALSO the trail of email I have exchanged with Loop

            NOW The New thing:

            Since they have nothing left to say,
            My Last Email (as mentioned in below chain) in not answered by LOOP and Since last 2 days my relationship manager ([protected]) is not answering my calls. I called

            1) Yesterday at 10.09 AM (6th March)
            2) Today at 3.08 PM. But no answer. (7th March)

            We are just been knowingly ignored and delayed and being harassed for no reason. After applying 3 times to LOOP, Even now we are still in the dark and am just being taken for a ride with ABSOLUTELY NO FAULT OF OURS. This is what we are getting in return from LOOP for being Prompt Pay Masters & Genuine Customers.

            I really would like to know if there is something like number portability and can we use that service? As per the behavior of my service provider (LOOP) I don’t think they are willing to release my number.

            If there is Number Portability I would like to know what more should I be doing to avail this facility for my numbers mentioned in the attached letter.

            To whomsoever it may b concern,
            I been using my number [protected] registered on name Jaspreet singh Manchinda , on which service provider is loop mobile. I wanted to port my number to vodafone .
            I applied for poring on 6th of feb and my number is not yet ported , even i deactivated all ma contractual obligation services on my number . On 1st porting request loop mobile stoped my by saying that i have not completed my 90 days with loop mobile , nut ma number is activated on jan 2010 , and on second porting request the company ie loop mobile stoped my porting by saying that some plans are activated on my number ,but as mentioned earlier i deactivated all my services and my number was on basic plan even i confirmed with the loop customer care , even the company de activated all my services i was not abel to make and receive calls or send and receive messages because of which i missd my important meetings and had face many problem .
            please kindly consider the problem mentioned and take strict actions against the same

              Ref :- Disgusting Customer Service Given, and Uneducated Employee Hired.....


              MY MOBILE # [protected] ; Being a LOOP MOBILE CUSTOMER I Had Called the Customer care of Loop Mobile at 01:50 AM of 28/12/2011 to complaint for the pack activated by the LOOP MOBILE without my Consent.
              There was a customer care representative answered the call & did'nt spoke for atleast 2mins then when i said "Hello" he replied "Ha Bol kya kam hai tere ko , i asked him were you sleeping he replied HA, Kam Kya hai Bol, i asked him to transfer to his supervisor, he replied supervisor nahi hai , tere ko kam kya hai. then i asked him as so said tht youare salman khan so can you transfer to Shahruk Khan, he said tht woh nahi hai soo raha hai, Amir se baat karenga kya, i asked him to transfer to any one other than him which he refused to do so & hung up. Then again i called back at 01:52 AM of 28/12/2011 i spoke to [B]Chandan Kumar,[/B] i informed him this is what happened , and i asked him that as the balance is getting deducted from my available balance, without me been authorised to activate so i need my Rs 30 reversed back that LOOP MOBILE had Deducted so far, he refused to accept the fact,and when i asked him give the name of the person who answered this call prior to him he refused to give his name , i requested to speak to a supervisor he refused to get the call transfered saying that there is no supervisor available.Then when i told him that i will be taking it futher to consumer forum, he put me on hold for 15mins and no supervisor the call was disconnected from their end. This is an Apauling Customer service LOOP MOBILE is Providing.
              I Need the name of the person who answered before Chandan Kumar & misbehaved also need LOOP MOBILE [B]to Terminate that Representative within next 24hrs as this Apaulling customer service that is been Provided by that Representative [/B], which i return spoiling the name of the company, who is now claiming to be the number One Service Provider , which a bigest Lie. [B]I also need by Balance of Rs 30 Reverted Back to my Prepaid Account and an Appoligy Letter from LOOP MOBILE for this kind of customer service that i got from LOOP MOBILE .
              NEED LOOP MOBILE (DISGRACEFUL SERVICE PROVIDER) TO REVERT BACK AT THE EARLIEST.
              And Mr Sandip Basu being a CEO i assume you should be aware of Six Sigma, and hope so you need your management also know about SIX SIGMA.

              I am user of Loop mobile. i have samsung e141 mobile i am asking for gprs setting from loop customer care but they are not providing same. they are just giving message , I said that error is voming they say that try after some time u will be able, i am trying since 15 days and no result. can anyone help
              i have not receive wap monthly deduction msg from loop.so i can't know when my wap charges will be deduct from my a/c.

              Kindly go throw the below trial up mail for my graveness.
              On my very first mail dated 18th Aug 2012, I received a call from your side explaining me on my uses, after a short conversation the lady told that she will get back to me on the same. Since then I was waiting for the revert. On 25th Aug 2012 I received an E-mail saying I need to pay the whole amount, I dint agree to this and so I replied… (Kindly refer the trial mail for the same).
              At last I received a call from your end on my mail dated 8th Sep 2012. I had a healthy conversation with the leady representative… again this I was promised that she will get back to me.. but till date I dint received any mail or call from your end.
              My requests to you hear is
               To settling this issue at the earliest.
               Since my service is deactivated I should not be charged for this month.
               And most importantly I should not be panelized for the late fee .., as I am still waiting for your final revert.

              Why the service for my number ([protected]) was cut off without intimation???

              Again I repeat my words, if you guys wish to disconnect the service then do the same for both the numbers ([protected]; [protected]), send a fresh bill for both the numbers and please share the port number so that I can use the same number with some other service provider.

                I am using Loop Mobile No :[protected] since more than three years.I came to Gurgaon in October which comes in natioal roaming .
                I wanted to know roaming call rates( incoming /Outgoing),so I called customer care and asked about the same ( i told executive that I am in Delhi-Gurgaon).According to customer care executive incoming calls are free.So i continued using my card.
                When monthly bill come I was shocked that Incoming calls were charged ane they were around Rs.104/-.
                It is all because wrong information given by customer care executive.
                I want that Rs.104/- should be reversed .

                  I am Shailesh Jadhav, In the month of march 2011 one of loop
                  mobile's agent Vijay Gupta(cell no-[protected]) from Jogeshwari visited
                  me, he explained various postpaid plans to me, I thought of buying one
                  loop mobile sim and next day gave him my documents i.e one Driving
                  licence zerox and one photograph. Till date I have not received any
                  loop mobile sim and I started receiving calls from loop customer care
                  that your bill amount is pending for 5 Sim cards.

                  I have not signed any documents for issue of this numbers and
                  I don't understand why can't company give a verification call before
                  starting service to 5 sim card numbers, this seems to be a fraud done
                  by more than one person and fraudulently got numbers issued in my
                  name.

                  After around a month when I got first call from loop mobile
                  about bill payment, I have clearly told them I am not using a single
                  card and someone else is using all 5 cards are fake so please
                  disconnect services to those cards, than also sim cards were not
                  disconnected and now after crossing credit limits they have finally
                  disconnected and now they are calling me for payment of the bills.
                  Every now and then there is call from customer care regarding pending
                  bills, many a times I have provided details of the agent who issued
                  fake cards on my name to the customer care executives.
                  Company should find the persons committing such frauds and
                  punish them.
                  these kind of elements are destroying public image of the company.

                  please look into this matter as early as possible.

                    i wanted to register a complaint against Loop mobile sales person i.e Mr nasir his mob no:[protected],
                    i interested loop mobile postpaid connection, so he call me and take my documents & money but due to roaming reason, i can't activate the connection and next day i call him told the roaming reason and he is ready to returns my money & documents, but 15 days after he is not return my money & documents he done a fraud with me,
                    even he is not accept my call last 4 days, now i am getting frustrated about documents i think he will misuse of my documents, so i requested to you pl take strict action against him & tell him to return my money & documents as soon as early possible otherwise i go to police station & register fraud case against him. hope so u will be contact me very soon.

                      I done the recharge of Rs 200 on 16th Nov but didn't received any balance it is suppose to rs 220 in my account By dialing *110# it shows zero balance transaction id ( [protected]) then on 21st i done the recharge of Rs 60 again balance doesn't came in my account i log the complain in loop for both but i got unresponsive response from loop on the matter call centre people always give the reply that our server is down so plz call after 2 hr i am not able to access your account. I don't know they can say that they are number one service provider.

                            I have been requesting Loopmobile to allow me to port out my prepaid sim [protected] for the last 2 and half months but they have been coming out with some excuse or the other by not allowing me to portout. They claim that I had opted for some scheme which I did not as I just recharge my sim by paying cash. They have been charging me Loop to Loop service, every month for almost 3 years and I had gone to BPL galleries several times to get it discontinued it but they have still been deducting Rs.20 every month. On top of it, they have started deducting Rs.30/- every month for caller tune which they have put it without my concent. This have been going on for the last 6 months.
                            I am fed up with their service and my request for porting out has been rejected three times. I am having mental stress for this kind of treatment to senior citizen and I really wish to demand compensation.
                            I sincerely hope my complaint will be registered and due response will be given.

                              Do you use net from ur mobile?? it could be the case that while using net the balance got in negative and when u recharged it cut the balance.
                              If this not the case then go to loop website and there you wil find a no. of email ids of all the senior authorities. Send an email to all of them telling ur problem. Also call some of them.
                              Hope ur prob is resolved.

                                on 2nd november i was told by ajay on customercare 800 to activate one paise per two second plan.pls sms ACT ONE & send to 50505 only rs 2 will be deducted from ur account.on 3rd november i sms as directed by customercare. but i found that rs 48 was cut from my acount. so immediately called on 800 & talk to vidya ku .she told me that the plan which you want is already activated. but u should not sms ACT ONE for that plan. iwant to bring to ur notice that i was given wrong infromation by customercare on 2nd november for that i was charged rs 48. so why should i suffer for the wrong information given to me for the plan by customercare of loopmobiles. so i reqest u to pls credit my account with rs48 which was wrongly cut from my account. pls do the needful & oblige me. thank you.

                                        I am Loop Customer for almost 2 years. From last few day i have been frustated and harrasted due to the unneccessary follow up with the BPL customer care. i have observed they are not at all helpful or the excetive that often help the cutomer. The services get automatically activate and are not even cancelled after sending the cancellation request and the amount gets automatically deducted from the account without using or activating this services. Company doesnot accept the mistake commited by them nor refund the deducted amount. Therefor I would like to deactivate loop Mobile service and switch to different service provider with same mobile number.Kindly help.([protected])

                                        i had charged my mobile on 21 Aug for Rs 1000 through ICICI bank. i was not given the talk time. instead i was given a scheme of some local calls and sms's. i do not need that. i need to know from loop mobile that how can they force a sceme on someone without telling its detail. the link to loop mobile on ICICI bank says that recharge can be made for any amount. so while i charged my cell to be used in delhi, i was given some local calls. i need my refund please.
                                        and surprisingly the complaint e mail id of the company returns all the mail saying that pleasae contact the call centre. and the call centre says please contact the company on that id.
