I had recharged my mobile with 111 Rs as i recieved the offer of getting full talktime. But when i recharged it they gave me only 96 Rs and told that the remaining balance will be given after 36 hours. I am regularly calling the loop mobile executives for 10 days now but they give several reason that server is down..Please help me in this case.

    MY COMPLAINT IS REGARDING LOOP MOBILE NO.[protected]. I HAD TAKEN A LOOP MOBILE FOR RECHAGE BUSSINESS AND HAD A BUSSINES OF RS[protected] PER MONTH . MY DEMO WAS DEACTIVATED BY THE COMPANY IN THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION .ON ENQUIRING WITH THE DISTRIBUTOR HE SAID AS THERE WAS NO TRANSACTION IT IS DEACTIVATED.THERE WAS NO TRANSACTION FOR 15 DAYS AS I HAD BEEN TO MY NATIVE PLACE DURING THIS PERIOD .I HAD A TALK WITH ASM OF MY AREA IN THIS REGARD AND HE SAID HE WILL RESTORE MY SERVICE MY SERVICE WITHIN 2-3 DAYS . THIS WAS ON 20 TH OF SEPTEMBER TILL THIS DAY THERE IS NO ACTIVATION OF MY DEMO NOW HE HAS STOPPED ANSWERING MY PHONE CALL ALSO.
    I REQUEST TO REFUND MY MONEY E-RECHARGE AS WELL AS MY BALANCE .
    THEY SHOULD STOP EXTORTING MONEY IN THIS WAY AND MAKE HEFTY PROFIT BY FULLING THE CONSUMER AND TRADE.

      I had a Loop mobile connection ( earlier BPL ) which i had disconnected in month of April and what ever amount they told me to pay during that time have already been paid and then after few months i get a call saying payment is not paid when we ask for details they dont have any neither any bills are sent when i tell them the connection is disconnected and also sim card is not been working since then they say would get the same rectified . Again after next 3 months again i get a call for the same and when i tell them connection is disconnected and all payments have been made they say they need to check the records . Then i ask them for bill they say bills are not sent.They are taking customers for a ride and should not beleive them as they say something and do something. Also the phone is disconnected from the time i have given an application to disconnect the service so for what should i pay ?????????????

        since sept 6th im registering my complain at d loop mobile cust care 198....
        for deactn of a servc called wallpaper...
        but der has been no pisitive response from d employees...
        my entire balance has been deducted automatically...
        evryday im calling d cust care...n wen i ask dem to connect me to higher authorities dey cut d fone...
        is dis the way to treat d customers?????
        its due to customers like us...the services r wrking!!!!
        i want sm immediate action against dem...n also all my money bak as refund....

          I activated TruNET49 plan for getting the GPRS activated on my prepaid Loop Mobile connection on 06/09/11. I followed the settings given for the Android based handsets on their website however the internet did not work.
          I called their service centers more than 5 times only to hear that they have sent the settings and I should be getting them in 15 mins. I never got the settings even once. Then I decided to visit the Loop Gallery and meet the so called Mobile Guru there.
          At the Vashi Gallery in Inorbit Mall the Mobile Guru was not present as he was on a sick leave yesterday. I went again today and the mobile guru there today did the same settings which I had already entered in my cell (LG Optimus One). There were 3 other customers with android based handsets facing the same issue like me.
          The Mobile Guru said that the settings are correct and that the network may be down. One of the guys there took out his Nokia N90 and said that the network was not down since he was able to browse the internet on his N90. The issue was escalated to a representative at Vashi named Saniya. She quickly went through the settings and said that they are correct. She took down our phone numbers and said that the issue will be resolved as she will be emailing the back end team to work on getting the internet working on our cellphones. She also added that she will personally call us by the end of business today. I haven't received a call from her so far. I hope the others have received a call from her with some solution.

          So much for claiming to be the number one service provider in Mumbai. Shame on you LOOP. You deducted the money but the service is still pending....

            Main rakesh Nashiba aapko suchit karta hu ki, mera loop(BPL) number 13 August 2011se number mobile mein insert sim card dikha raha hai. Main aapke loop galary means ke Hanuman Road, Vileparle (E), Mumbai - 57. Yahan jake maine mera sim card block ho gaya iss bare mein bata diya tha, to muzhe wanhase pata chal gaya ki [protected] ye mera naam par nahin hai, yeh number dosre ke naam par mojud hai aaise muzhe bata diya, halanki yeh number mere paas August 2008 se mere paas moujud hai.
            Maine [protected] yahi number ka replacement manga to muzhe aaise aapke staff ne bataya ki pehale aapka naam transfer karna hoga phir badme aapko replcemet sim card diya jayega ! is ke liye aapko pehle F.I.R karna hoga aur baad mein orginal duc lane honge. To maine 23/08/2011 ko F.I.R. karke aapke loop galary maein submission kiya. baad maien muzhe aapke galary se phone kiya ki aapka aur ek signature baki hai to aaj 31/08/2011 mein gaya to unhone kaha ki aapka number aapko diya jayega ki nahin yeh aapko agale Thursday (08/09/2011) ko bata diya jayega !
            Muzhe sirf aapko kehana hai ki jab maine yeh number liya to maine mere doc dealers ko jama kiye they to usme usne who doc upar niche kiye to meri kya galti hai !
            Main aapke staff aur aapke seva se bahut santusht nahi hun.

              blocking of mobile number portability
              I am a prepaid subscriber no. [protected] with Loop Mobile & have applied for MNP to shift to Vodafone but Loop has rejected the request saying that I have some dues pending on post paid which is not possible as I am prepaid subscriber. Inspite of explaining this to their representatives on their call center nos it has been not resolved and is pending since 22.08.2011. Please suggest a way out. My porting request number is LM 566343.

                I am Dr Keerthika.My Loop Mobile number is [protected]. Balance got deducted from my prepaid account on 31 july 2011 and on calling the customer care number 800 they told me it was due to activation of caller tune which i had not done from my end. I sent an e mail to Loop Mobile and the reply from Mr Nikhil Hate states that balance has not been deducted. Also i have been recieving OBSCENE messages such as "download images of hot sexy babes and models" for which I visited the Loop mobile gallery at InOrbit Mall Vashi and Ms Sonali registerd a complaint for the same, the docket number of which is DOC- SR[protected] and assured me that the menace would stop in 3 days. But the trouble still continues. I have called the customer care repeatedly asking them to stop sending such messages but nothing has been done. Loop Mobile should apologise for the same and provide a compensation. I request you to do the needful at the earliest.

                  when i call on 800 (call centre no) they told me that our system is under upgradation & we cant help you now u call after some time so i called later but i got same reply. With in 4 days i have called for more than 10 times but they are telling me that you will not get your money back.
                  it was not my mistake than also why u r not giving me my money back.please see that i receive money back.

                      I am Yash Shah. I am a prepaid customer of Loop Mobile past 3 years. Currently I have been using the Blackberry Services of loop for a month now. I have subscribed to 199 BIS LITE pack. This plan includes free Mail and BBM with no internet access. During this month unnecessary balance is getting deducted. I don't know why my balance's been deducted. So is the poor Customer Care support. Each time I call them, their servers are down and I get no support. They don't even talk well. I have atleast 3 complaints in the Customer Care and 1 in the technical department. However no help yet. They give a call back promise within 4 hours but the complaint's been overlooked for a month now. Moreover lately they hold you online and cut you off the line. Recently I have talked with ASHWIN and CHETAN from the Customer Care department but no response.
                      My last DOC-SR is [protected].
                      I have atleast lost Rs. 100 as deductions and being a student can't afford this unnecessary deductions.
                      They just started cheating customers now.

                        my name is SURYAKANT NIKAM, i m using ur PREPAID service from last 3 to 4 years,before 3 months i dint have any problem with ur service i always recomend ur service to my freinds,RELATIVES but from last 1 month i dont know what happen to this Mumbai's No.1 Network(?). u r deducting balance like anything,without my convern & for WHICH i havent taken from u. IT IS NOT MATTER OF MONEY,IT IS MATTER O[censored]R IMAGE ,I KNOW THAT U WONT FACE ANY PROBLEM I[censored] LOSS 1 CUSTOMER,

                        in the month of july <date=18> u have deducted my Rs.15 for changing the callertune infact i dint changed my callertune from last 18 to 20 months.i called ur customer service THAT TIME,told about this scene.
                        In the reply they told me we will get back to u but i asked them i want file complaint & they accepted my complaint(The Docket No. [protected]) but after that they never get back to me, i also forgot bcoz i m busy in work.
                        AGAIN IN THIS MONTH (9TH AUG 4.25PM) I DONE RECHARGE OF Rs.333 IN WHICH I GOT 333 TT & Rs43 ADDITIONAL BALANCE FOR USE OF 4 DAYS*(*IF I DO ANY CALLS,SMS WHITHIN THAT 4 DAYS U WILL DEDUCT BALANCE FROM Rs.43 TT ). I CHANGED MY CALLERTUNE AT 6.50PM THAT TIME U HAVE DEDUCTED MY Rs.15 FOR SELECTION AFTER THAT AGAIN I CHEKED MY BALANCE AROUND 9.30 PM THAT TIME AGAIN U DEDUCTED Rs.15 THIS TIME I IGNORED BUT AGAIN ON NEXT DAY(10 AUG) WHEN I CHEKED MY BALANCE AT MORNING THAT TIME AGAIN U HAVE DEDUCTED Rs.15. SO I TRIED TO CONTACT UR CUSTOMER CARE NO.(MORNING BETWEEN 9-11AM) FOR 1 HOUR AFTER THAT LINE IS CONNECTED , I TOLD EVERYTHING TO UR EXECUTIVE HE SAID I CANT HELP U RIGHTNOW BCOZ OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN U CAN CONTACT AFTER SOMETIME(2HOURS).

                        Loop Mobile — Unnecessary Balance Deduction

                        On Saturday, 6th August 2011, 40 Rs. were deducted unnecessarily.I complained in customer care, my problem is not yet solved.Loop mobile is unsatisfactory network. I have faced numerous such problems, which are unsolved.
                        I had recharged my no. [protected] by INR 222 today noon. and athen gone for sms pack of 27. But 54 got deducted. When called at customer care. they say that the server is down n system is getting updated and all things. After calling 5 times at last they told me the reason that the package got renewed. the amount that was deducted was twice the actual amount. when asked to take the complaint the agents say they cannot launch the complaint and the amount cannot be refunded. please help me i am a lower middleclass person and even 27 Rs is a amount for me. the agents who wasted my time for the cause were Dhiraj/Niraj, Sher ali, Arjun, Dharmendra and some senior. Please help me with my money.
                        Loop mopbile company not ready to take the complaint also.,

                          my name is dhruv ashar. my mobile no. is [protected]. i have just received my mobile bill for the month of july 2011 billing cycle (07/07/2011 - 06/08/2011) in which they have charged me roaming charges of Rs. 266.50/- stated as roaming chargesfor the following dates 29/06/2011, 30/06/2011 & 01/07/2011 for "Kerela". I had already been charged for this roaming in my June 2011 billing cycle (07/06/2011 - 06/07/2011). i have called the help line many times but i have not got any response from them. i also emailed them my complaint for which they called me and told me that the overcharged amount was correct. As per my understanding and as per any normal human understanding the period 07/06/2011 - 06/07/2011 covers the date 29/06/2011, 30/06/2011 & 01/07/2011 are covered under this june billing cycle. Thus i dont feel i need to be charged anything extra for my july bill cycle and i feel i am being CHEATED by Loop Mobile company.
                          i had never expected such kind o[censored]nproffesional service from loop mobile and due to this approach from them i am thinking of changing my service provider.
                          kindly do the needful asap as such kind of service is not expected from loop or i have no other option to change to vodafone.

                            My self is Hanumant shastri , I am useing loop mobile conection last 10yrs , in which they are providing me caller ring tone service, I am useing caller ring tone at a time one song , they are charging me 15rs , if I change the song they chargeing me extra 15rs per song , since last few year I have changed 21 songs , they charged me per song , and also they are chargeing me stored in liberary 21 song per month ,almost 300 per month they are charged me , which hiden cast , since last this option they never ever explain me at all , without knowing such hiden things , they are charged me. plz help me out.

                              Applied for Port Out from Loop Mobile vide UPC no. LM 493218 two weeks ago. First Loop rejected it for some trivial reason and made me fill up another form at Vodafone for PORT IN. After 11 days of the submission nothing has happened. The helpdesk refuses to give a clear answer and keeps me on hold for hours. The Vodafone gallery at CD Barfiwala Road, Andheri west says "system is not updated, call up the helpline!" So I am going in circles.


                              I have contacted TRAI to inform how these two operators are thwarting the MNP system. If there are others with similar complaints please mail me so that we can collectively do something.

                                I had activated the SMS44 SMS Pack of Loop Mobile Prepaid. Later I got the sms that it had been activated. Yesterday, I had got a Sms regarding another Promotional Scheme called SMSD10 (500 Free Local and National SMS). The Co. claimed that Info would be provided after smsing SMSD10. I did just the same after activating SMS44. But nothing happened. Later, when i called up Customer Care, they said that the scheme got deactivated. I haven't even sent a single SMS out of my SMS44 Pack. But the Pack's deactivated and I haven't received any refund for the same. Please register my complaint against Loop Mobile for Fraud, and make necessary arrangements for the Refund of Rs. 44/-

                                  I am complaining regarding Loop mobile's caller tune service.
                                  Firstly i haven't requested for activation of caller tune but still they have activated and deducted Rs 15 and daily Rs1 after while complaing they said they will deactivate it within 3 days but its been 10 days still its not been done.I am fed up of calling again & again as half of the time there call centers servers are down please help!!!! & do the need full.
                                  I want my money to be refunded,caller tune to be deactivated and my do not disturb to be activated so as to avoid any offer calls.

                                    on 30th june2011 at 8:30 pm my amt has been debited by Rs 20 & wen i call on same date to customer service provider around 9 to 10 pm they told that till time ther is no updatation is available plz call us after 24 hrs. wen i do that also they told that our system is down sir call us after few hrs, again i tried that then also same reply & wen i told that transfer my call to ther senior, while transfering the call in between they just disconected the line from ther end...i hav tried that to fight continue from 1st july to 4th july & i told them also the TAT is over, so kindly raised my copmplaint then they say we wont able to raised the complaint bcoz the detail of my amt was not ther from 4 days.
                                    And on 23rd july 2011 again they had just debit my a/c bal from Rs.30 with any service activated by my end & wen i called them again same revert was ther, ur detail was not updated.
                                    sir u can ask them for the call to provide the recorded call then u can come to knw it is injustic with me.... plz kindly refund my amt from this chit company.....

                                      Sir,

                                      Inspite of repeated complaints and reminders of poor service and poor network coverage for the mobile service, there is no improvement and releive and any improvement in the network area.

                                      I have been a customer of BPL Mobile Service ( now Loop) since about 2003 or so and have additional three mobile nos incuding my wife and my father.

                                      We have tried to write to them BPL Mobile service on several occassions but there is no improvement at all.
                                      It is not only surprising but a shame that the BPL doesnot care for its clients at all .. and we are now loosing on our business since the calls are totally lost.

                                      I would like to complaint about them and also the TRAI, who is not monitoringthe quality of the service provider and would possibly like to sue them in apporpriate courts of law.
