Dear sir/madam
my name is SURYAKANT NIKAM, i m using ur PREPAID service from last 3 to 4 years,before 3 months i dint have any problem with ur service i always recomend ur service to my freinds,RELATIVES but from last 1 month i dont know what happen to this Mumbai's No.1 Network(?). u r deducting balance like anything,without my convern & for WHICH i havent taken from u. IT IS NOT MATTER OF MONEY,IT IS MATTER O[censored]R IMAGE ,I KNOW THAT U WONT FACE ANY PROBLEM I[censored] LOSS 1 CUSTOMER,
in the month of july <date=18> u have deducted my Rs.15 for changing the callertune infact i dint changed my callertune from last 18 to 20 months.i called ur customer service THAT TIME,told about this scene.
In the reply they told me we will get back to u but i asked them i want file complaint & they accepted my complaint(The Docket No. [protected]) but after that they never get back to me, i also forgot bcoz i m busy in work.
AGAIN IN THIS MONTH (9TH AUG 4.25PM) I DONE RECHARGE OF Rs.333 IN WHICH I GOT 333 TT & Rs43 ADDITIONAL BALANCE FOR USE OF 4 DAYS*(*IF I DO ANY CALLS,SMS WHITHIN THAT 4 DAYS U WILL DEDUCT BALANCE FROM Rs.43 TT ). I CHANGED MY CALLERTUNE AT 6.50PM THAT TIME U HAVE DEDUCTED MY Rs.15 FOR SELECTION AFTER THAT AGAIN I CHEKED MY BALANCE AROUND 9.30 PM THAT TIME AGAIN U DEDUCTED Rs.15 THIS TIME I IGNORED BUT AGAIN ON NEXT DAY(10 AUG) WHEN I CHEKED MY BALANCE AT MORNING THAT TIME AGAIN U HAVE DEDUCTED Rs.15. SO I TRIED TO CONTACT UR CUSTOMER CARE NO.(MORNING BETWEEN 9-11AM) FOR 1 HOUR AFTER THAT LINE IS CONNECTED , I TOLD EVERYTHING TO UR EXECUTIVE HE SAID I CANT HELP U RIGHTNOW BCOZ OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN U CAN CONTACT AFTER SOMETIME(2HOURS).
THEN AT 5 AM(11AUG) I CONTACTED AGAIN TO UR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE HIS NAME IS AMIR
I AGAIN TOLD EVERYTHING TO AMIR ,HE CHECKED MY ACCOUNT DETAILS & HE TOLD ME," YES THERE IS DEDUCTION OF Rs.15 THREE TIMES IN UR ACCOUNT BUT I CANT TELL U EXACTLY FOR WHAT BECOZ OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN SO CONTACT AFTER 2HOURS", I TOLD HIM I WANT TO DO COMPLAINT SO HE DENIED HE SAID I CANT TAKE THE COMPLAINT COZ SYSTEM IS DOWN.
AGAIN AT 9.30AM I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THIS TIME I SPOKE WITH KIRTI TARU ,I TOLD HER EVERYTHING SHE TOLD ME U CAN CONTACT AFTER 5 HOURS BECOZ OUR SYSTEM IS RUNNING SLOW,I SAID HER I WANT TO DO COMPLAINT SO SHE TRANSEFERED CALL TO THE TL ,I TOLD EVERYTHING TO UR SYSTEM'S TL, WHAT HE HAD DONE A THING=HE SAID JUST BE ON LINE FOR 1MINUTE & HE HUNG UP ON ME ,
AFTER THAT I TRIED TO CONNECT CUSTOMER CARE AFTER 30 MINUTES IT IS CONNECTED MR.KHAN HAD ANSWERED MY CALL I ASKED HIM TO TRANSFERED THIS CALL TO KIRTI'S TL BUT HE REFUSED,I ASKED HIM TO FILE MY COMPLAINT HE REFUSED & SAID OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN CONTACT AFTER 2 HOURS BUT I DINT UNDERSTAND THIS THING SINCE ""10AUG MORNING 9AM MUMBAI'S NO. NETWORKS 2HOUR'S IS NOT COMPLETED YET ?"" DEAR SIR/MADAM WHENEVER UR 2 HOUR'S WIL BE FINISHED JUST KINDLY REPLY ME ON suryakant.[protected]@ibibo.com ,
WHEN I AKSED MR.KHAN IF I WANT TO COMPLAINT I AGAINST YOU WHERE SHOULD I GO & HE PROVIDED ME THIS CONSUMER'S SITE & SAID "SURELY YOU CAN COMPLAINT AGAINST US"
IT IS VERY HUMBLE REQUEST TO RESPECTED SIR/MADAM ,IMPROVE UR STAFF ATTITUDE & I WANT REFUND OF MY DEDUCTION
