[Resolved] Loop Mobile — SMS Pack | |||
Loop mobile deducts Rs.44 every month from my account for SMS44 pack without any instruction or prior information. I want that money back, I mailed this matter to mobile company, but they denies to refund. I feel I have been cheated by mobile co. in category there is no name of Mobile service Was this information helpful? | |||

Send UNSUBSMS44 to 50505
maybe you wont get the 44 back, but atleast no money will be deducted on monthly basis from now onwards. Sending this sms to 50505 will deactivate your monthly pack, I have also started the sms pack today, and they have mentioned it on their website that the pack will be auto renewed every month.. so its really not their fault, they had mentioned it.

I am loop mobile user from 4 years...now it was very bad to say that I am going to stop using this service bcoz of its more charges of sms pack first we are getting 3000 sms in 51rs pack and now just 300 and after that 15paise will be charged in local and for national extra tarif so I am not understand why it has been happen bye to loop mobile from my side...
