still i have not recd.any feedback fr.your side, pl.take fast and strict action against this fraudelent corporate people.
they misguided me, they fraudelently mislead me and ported my no. from vodafone to loop by offering lifetime inernet facilities, isd packages by convincing on mobile and this people cheated me.
i request to pl take urgent action on corporate office peoples.their names are 1.sheetalmadam, 2.priyamadam. 3.megha. their mob.no are.[protected], [protected].they r seems to be corporate agents as i saw their visiting card.
i have also complaint to nodal officer of loop mobiles on landline .no.28440800. i spoke to ms.dimple raval and mr.wasim khan. but they have not taken any action, even they didnt care to give me call, inspite of several request, so pl.take fast action on all of them.
it seems that modus operandy of all officers are fraudelent.
i have explained to dimple raval and wasim khan (sr.nodal officers), but even though they didnt care at all, they even not repling, not giving any feedback.
i request you to pl.port my no. to again vodafone immidiately. bcoz i cant deal with such fraud people at all. i dont want loop service, they r as good as mafia people.
today i wasted my min. 3 to 4 hours.for complaints, explanation .but nothing happened.
pl. take fast action and give me min.of 5000.00rs.for mental harrasment.and give them lesson not to do fraud with small people like us.
i am also writing to cnbc awaz channel, and also consumer grievances forum to take urgent action.

this is to inform u that i ported my 2 mob.no fr.vodafone to loop.as per your corporate agent.nd so many sms sent to me fr.ur corporate off.no. [protected],[protected].naming, SHEETAL, PRIYA, MEGHA, DIPAK.
AS PER PROMISES GIVEN TO ME THAT 4 THE PLAN 199.00, I WILL GATE 1000 LOCAL MINUTES FREE, 1000 SMS LOCAL ND NATIONAL FREE, STD @NOMINAL 50 P.P MINUTE, INTERNET @99.00 P .MONTH, THAT TOO LIFETIME. THAN ISD WITH EXTRA PACK @VERY ECONOMICAL RATES, T.E 3.00P MINUTE.ROAMING WHICH IS OF MY MAIN INTEREST @60 T0 70 RS.P MONTH.(EXACT I DONT REMEMBER).ROAMING FR IMMIDIATE EFFECT WAS CLEARLY TOLD TO THEM.
MY MOB.GOT PORTED ON 29 TH OCT, 2013. I TOLD UR CORP.OFFICE TO START ROAMING PACK IMMIDIATELY BCOZ I WAS HAVING PACK WITH VODAFONE REGULARLY. BUT ON 29/10/13, THEY DIDNT START MY PACK, INSPITE OF SEVERAL CALLS.
I CALLED THEM MORE THAN 10 TO 15 TIMES FR.NASIK ALSO THEY DIDNT PICKED MY MOB.
THIS IS TO TELL U THAT UR PEOPLE MISGUIDED ME, THE WRONGLY.FRAUDLENLY PORTED MY MOB.TO LOOP, THEY DIDT CARED TO PICK MY PH., NOT INFORMED ANY DEFAULT SYSTEMS, NOT GUIDED 4 SERVICES, ALL 3 MADAMS CHEATED ME. EVEN UR CUST.CARE DIDNT TRANSFER PH TO SENIOR, THEY DUDNT LODGE ANY COMPLAINT, UR PEOLE R REALLY USELESS, ND, MAFIA TYPE MODUS OPERANDY.
I AM NOT INTERESTED IN UR BOGUS, FRADLENT SERVICES,
U MUST TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST UR CULPRITS. I AM ALSO WRITING THIS GRIEVANCE, COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER GRIEVANCE FORUM, ALSO EMAILING TO CNBC AWAZ CHANNEL. ND ALSO LODGING POLICE COMPLAINT FOR CHEATING, 420 BISHI, HARASSMENTS, WASTE OF TIME MONEY ND ENERGY.

    since last two months Rs.50.00 charged in my mobile no [protected] without my request for this service.please reversed this, last month i have paid Rs 288.00 against Rs 337.94 (after deducting Rs 50.00) vide receipt no [protected] dt. 8/10/2013 please note that infuturedo i do not require this service and do not charge for this service. thanks mahendra gandhi

      To The TRAI Authority Mumbai & To CNBC Awaaz Mumbai Dear Sir I, Hitesh Pathak had given the Port out request for my Mobile No [protected] by sending the request on 1900 'PORT [protected]' and accordingly received the Code for Port out and I had filled up the form for Port in to the New Service Provider i.e. to IDEA Mobile with the PORT OUT CODE received from LOOPMOBILE (THE BIGGEST BIGGEST CUNNING COMPANY). I had taken the total PAIN AND INSURED MYSELF that the PORTOUT SHOULD BE SUCESSFULLY DONE and I was assured on 15.10.2013 by LOOPMOBILE Customer Care Officer that your PORTOUT WILL BE SUCESSFULLY DONE ON 17.10.2013 BY 10.00 PM AS TEHRE IS NO PAYMENT OUTSTANDING INFECT WE HAVE ACCESS AMOUNT IN YOUR ACCOUNT AND SAME WILL BE RETURNED BACK WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER PORTOUT FROM LOOPMOBILE. ON 17.10.2013 AT 8.00 AM I RECEIVED THE SMS FROM LOOPMOBILE STATING THAT YOUR PORTOUT FROM LOOPMOBILE HAS BEEN REJECTED DUE TO 'CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION VIOLATION'. I CALLED THE LOOPMOBILE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER WHO INFORMED ME THAT YOU HAVE VIOLATED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS I.E. YOU HAVE TO INTIMATE THE LOOPMOBILE 60 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO PORT OUT FROM LOOPMOBILE, WHEN I TOLD HIM OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER DO NOT HAVE SUCH CONDITIONS THE OFFICER TOLD ME THAT ONLY ONLY "LOOP MOBILE" IS HAVING SUCH CONDITIONS AND HAVE YOU NOT READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN YOU SIGNED THE FORM OF PORT IN TO LOOP MOBILE. WHEN I ASKED THERE IS NO SUCH CONDITIONS IN THE FORM FOR SIXTY DAYS ADVANCE INTIMATION OF LOOPMOBILE, THE LOOPMOBILE OFFICER ARGUED TO ME TO OPEN MY EYES WIDER AND READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THERE IS CLEARLY WRITTEN IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I IMMEDIATELY RUSHED TO LOOP MOBILE GALLERY KEEPING THE COVERSATION GOING ON WITH LOOPMOBILE OFFICER AND ON REACHING THE LOOPMOBILE GALLERY I ENQUIRED WHAT IS THE FORMAT FOR SIXTY DAYS ADVANCE INTIMATION PLEASE PROVIDE ME, THE LOOPMOBILE GALLERY OFFICER TOLD ME THAT SIR THERE IS NO SUCH ADVANCE INTIMATION TO BE GIVEN, I IMMEDIATELY TOLD THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER WITH WHOM MY CONVERSATION WAS GOING ON THAT THE LOOP MOBILE GALLERY SAYS THAT THERE IS NO SUCH CONDITIONS, HE AGAIN STARTED THE SAME STORY AND I HEANDED OVER THE MOBILE TO THE LOOPMOBILE GALLERY OFFICER AND ASKED HIM TO MAKE THE CONVERSATION WITH THE LOOPMOBILE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER, THE LOOP MOBILE GALLERY OFFICER ON HEARING THE SIXTY DAYS ADVANCE INTIMATION SLAPED VERY SWEETLY TO THE LOOPMOBILE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER THAT "PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANY WRONG INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMER AND WHERE IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS IT IS WRITTEN FOR SIXTY DAYS ADVANCE INTIMATION WE ARE HEARING THE NEW CONDITIONS FROM YOUR END SO PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THE WRONG INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMER. THEREAFTER HE HANDED ME THE PHONE BUT STILL THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER STILL ARGUED WITH ME SIR YOU HAVE TO INTIMATE SIXTY DAYS IN ADVANCE TO LOOP MOBILE IN WRITING, I TOLD HIM OK I AGREE TO YOU THAT I HAVE TO GIVE THE INTIMATION FOR SIXTY DAYS OK BUT NOW I CHALLANGE YOU THAT YOU PROVIDE ME OR SHOW ME THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHERE IT IS MENTIONED FOR SIXTY DAYS ADVANCE INTIMATION TO LOOP MOBILE FOR PORT OUT. YOU SHOW ME THE CONDITIONS FOR SIXTY DAYS I WILL NOT PORT OUT FROM LOOPMOBILE ITS AN OPEN CHALANGE TO YOU DEAR JUST YOU SHOW ME THE CONDITIONS, BUT THE OFFICER AGAIN STARTED TO ARGUE THAT WE CANNOT PROVIDE YOU THE SAME AND THEREAFTER HE STARTED THE ARGUMENT ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF "TRAI" THAT THERE IT IS PROVIDED YOU GO AND READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF 'TRAI'. I THERE AFTER HAD TAKEN LEFT AND RIGHT AND TOLD HIM YOU ARE CHANGING THE TOPIC, WHEN THE LOOPMOBILE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER LEARNT THAT NOW HE CANNOT ARGUE WITH ME, HE STARTED THE NEW ARGUMENT THAT SINCE YOUR SERVICE OF ITEMISED BILL IS ALIVE WE HAVE TO FIRST CANCEL THE SERVICE OF ITEMISED BILL THEN ONLY YOUR PORT OUT WILL BE DONE. I WAS REALLY SURPRISED TO HEAR THIS AND I TOLD THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER THAT I HAVE PORTED OUT THE SAME NUMBER I.E [protected] FROM RELIANCE TO MTS AND FROM MTS TO TATA DOCOMO AND THEREAFTER FROM TATA DOCOMO TO LOOPMOBILE BUT NO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER HAS GIVEN ANY WRONG INFORMATION AS YOU ARE GIVING TO ME, EVEN MY BILL PAYMENT WAS PENDING TO TATADOCOMO BUT STILL THEY HAD PORTED OUT MY NUMBER TO LOOPMOBILE. HERE I HAD NOT KEPT ANY OBLIGATION PENDING ON MY END AND ALSO I WAS INFORMED ON 15.10.2013 THAT YOUR PORTING OUT WILL BE DONE SUCESSFULLY ON 17.10.2013 THEN WHY MY PORT OUT IS REJECTED. THE LOOPMOBILE OFFIER REALLY INSULTED ME AND HAD RAISED MY BLOOD PRESSURE TO EXTREME LEVEL AND BANNED MY PHONE STATING THAT HE WILL ARRANGE THE RETURN PHONECALL BY HIS SENIOR WITHIN 24 HRS. BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PHONECALL FROM LOOP MOBILE FOR 72 HOURS. I ONLY RECEIVED THE PHONE CALL FROM LOOPMOBILE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER WHEN I SEND THEM THE MAIL AND ALSO MARKED THE CC TO TRAI AND CNBC AWAAZ. BUT STILL NOT RECEIVED THE SATISFACTORY REASON FOR MY PORT OUT REJECTION. I HAD THEREAFTER VISITED THREE TO FOUR GALLIERIS OF LOOP MOBILE WHO INFORMED ME THAT THERE IS NO SUCH CONDITIONS TO GIVE THE SIXTY DAYS ADVANCE INTIMATION. THEREFORE I REQUEST TO TRAI TO CANCEL THE LICENCE OF LOOP MOBILE AS THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER HAS SPOILED MY HEALTH BY RAISING BY BLOOD PRESSURE TO EXTREME LEVEL, AS LAST WEEK I WAS JUST TAKING ONE MEDICE FOR MY BLOOD PRESSURE BUT NOW I HAVE TO TAKE THE MEDICINE THREE TIMES JUST FOR THE WRONG INFORMATION AND UNNECESSARLY REJECTING MY PORTOUT. DEAR TRAI AUTHORITY OFFICER AND DEAR CNBC AWAAZ I THEREFORE BEG TO CANCEL THE LICENCE OF THE LOOPMOBILE OR ADVICE ME WHERE TO MAKE THE COMPLAIN FOR THIS FRAUD LOOPMOBILE COMPANY WHO GIVES WRONG WRONG WRONG STATEMENTS WHICH IS NOT AT ALL MENTIONED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.           Hello Respected Sir, I myself Sayed Mumtaz hussain, my number is [protected] postpaid.From last few months extra charges of Rs150 is added to my bill for special numbers, when i talk to customer care they told me that some service is active on ur number but i didnt get any activation message. They are sorry but said cant give u money back as it is large amount of Rs150 they told me to send u this mail.. I am ur very old exsisting customer, my this number is as old as12-15 years.I also activated DND service when its not common for everyone... Few months before also this happen to me some fashion world is active on my number when i called customer care they gave me assurance that ur charge will be deducted in ur next bill.. Please sir do needfull help whatever is possible n whatever u can do... Thanking You

            I have Ported in Loop Mobile since January 2013 after submitting necessary documents(My first Bill was raised in January 2013) . I have been using the services since then and making all the necessary payment of the Bills. Suddenly they have suspended my SIM since 9th Oct. 2013 till date for reason ' No Physical Documents received.' Earlier this has happened on two occasions but SIM was activated on complaining to helpdesk. But this time even after me submitting the documents once again at the Lalbaug Loop Gallery on 9 th Oct 2013, my services have still remained suspended. Pls. look into the matter. This is pure harassment to me for no fault of mine. Also i would like to recover one set of earlier documents which i had submitted with Loop Telecom, else they can be misused by anyone.

            As per my complaint with Loop Telecom, my SIM has been activated since today Morning ie. 15 Oct. 2013. I had communicate with CEO & MD Sandip Basu of Loop Telecom via Email. I had also asked for financial compensation of about Rs. 30, 000.00 for Mental harassment and Loss of Business, since my SIM was deactivated for a total of SIX DAYS and that too for no fault of mine. Loop Telecom is fully responsible for deactivating my services and that too without any prior notice or intimation to me. I need an explaination and financial compensation as mentioned above. Also I rightfully inform Loop Telecom to locate my earlier set of documents submitted during Port In, since Loop now has 2 set of Documents with them (second set which i submitted recently to the Lalbaug Loop gallery to get my SIM services activated - [which i am not supposed to submit actually]. Please help me regarding this matter

              I was promised free intercalling to 10 numbers so I got my family numbers ported for free intercalling but didnt receive the service. In face I have got my office phone for making calls. So I call form my office cell but still the bills are more than expected. Well I cant fight on that point and I dont want to as I dont keep a track of each and every min or second I Made calls Or Sent Text. Plus the networks are great, I have to always search for windows to make a call. Net is super fast takes nearly 1 mins to download a 10 KB file. 'LOOP IS AWESOME'. I am a victim of the LOOP's SUPER SERVICE. Its TOO ADVANCED FOR ME, I CANT HANDLE IT. So I thought about porting out of this SUPER NETWORK. So I had been trying since June 2013. I had forwarded documents to Vodafone (03 Vodafone outlets have collected the documents all rejected). Bills were clear, No Value Added Services no pending amount, in fact I had paid an Amount of Rs 200 extra in case they reject in terms of bill not cleared. But the forms were still rejected. No specific reason known till now for the rejections. now I have given the documents to AIRTEL. again it got rejected twice. I would request anyone who is portin in loop to kindly think a 1000 times probably more times the better before portin in to LOOP MOBILE. Customer Care really helps Us In LOOP. Anything you ask.. Only one Answer. SIR, YOU WILL HAVE TO VISIT OUR LOOP MOBILE OUTLET. Funny isnt it, If I had to visit outlet for all silly reasons then Why to waste time calling the So called Customer HELPLINE.

[protected] I am trying to port my number in vodafone from 21st of september 2013 1st time request rejected and i got msg from vodafone that your current operator rejected porting request then i paid advance bill of rs 300 . last day i got call from loop n i havent received due to some reason then i called in customer care they told u will get another call from loop in next 24 hours still i am waiting for call ... no call no response loop mobile has stopped taking complaints from there website . customer care executive not responding call ...

                  Hi, my name is Khushbu Pasad and my number is [protected]. I had gone online for recharge, where there was a option for manual amount punching for TALKTIME recharge. The amount got deducted from bank account and i didnot receive the amount and instead INTERNET plan got activated, where initially I already had a problem where the plans where getting activated automatically and money was deducted also. Also i have 10 ka gang loop card, where i am getting only 6 numbers. The loop mobile service providers are not registering my complaints nor are they providing me any extra service nor mine any loss compensation. I have visited several times in gallery and also called the customer care number but none of them are replying nor are taking any action to solve the problem. They are not ready to compensate my loss nor are they giving any solution to solve. The people working there have very bad behavior and arrogant way to talk and straight forward they deny to accept the complaints and solve the issue.

                    respected sir I am a bpl customer since more than 7 years but in this period i got very poor service from your Fort BPL gallery on 3 october 2013 at 12: 20 pm your customer assistant her name shown on her name plate as HITESHI she realy considered me as a begger and mistreated me actualy i went to the gallery with an approach due to poor net work faced in our reident area kamothe( new mumbai) but she is argued with me that it was not because of network but problem due to use of old sim card. i agreed to her point, thus removed my old sim and handed it over to her . on which she provided me a new sim card saying it would be activated in an hour, after an hour i experienced the same old problem after reaching my resident area around 6 : 00 pm its my humble request to the compay to take control of your staff and train them how to treat customers. customers too are part of company or else changing my service, getting a new connection aint that hard today. Please do the needful . Thanking you

                      I am Suraj sarule Loop Mobile user from Last 4 years. My loop Number is [protected]. Before two months i had Postpaid My no with plan of 99 rental. I am not satisfied with your service. last month they are given to Rs. 345 bill. I'll pay this amount before due date.In this month my bill generated with the amount of rs.826 on17th sep. In that Amount they have charged rs.548 for value added service. I am not using this service. Please kindly Reverse this Additional amount before my Due date It will help me for pay my bill before due date.

                              Hi.. its been 2 months and I am constantly complaining about a service called india games VAS service which got activated from august and i am been charged rs. 5 for every 5 days and yet the services is getting auto renewed inspite of me complaining about it to the nodal desk. today again I have been charged for the same and when I send a msg of deactivation I receive a msg staing that no such service is activated in this no. Yet my balance has been deducted.

                                My name is Ayush Rungta and my number is [protected]. I have been Loop mobile's customer for the past two years. Last week I generated my UPC code for porting my number. I have contacted Loop on various occasions in the past two years and my name is always told to me correctly. Today when I visited the Loop gallery I came to know that my name and address has been changed in the database suddenly and without my knowledge. Now my porting request will be rejected because of this. Kindly sort this issue and restore my actual details for which I have submitted my documents otherwise I have to go the Police and Consumer forum both for mismanaging my information and consumer harrasment.

                                  My Mobile no is [protected], I had given the Port Out Request and received the UPC Code and the same was submitted to Reliance for Porting Purpose, After 6 Days I received a message that "THE MNP IS REJECTED DUE TO AGREEMENT CONTRATUTUAL VIOLATION" ON MAKING AN ENQUIRY I WAS INFORMED THAT U HAVE TO GIVE THE INTIMATION 60 DAYS BEFORE PORTING OUT HENCE THE SAME IS REJECTED, WHEN I ASKED THE SIGNED COPY BY ME THEY TOTALLY AVOIDED THAT THE SAME CANNOT BE PROVIDED WHEN I ASKED THEM THAT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I AM PROTING OUT I HAD PORTED FROM MTS TO TATA AND FROM TATA TO LOOP NOW WHEN I AM PORTING OUT FROM LOOP THAT ALSO AFTER USING THE SERVICES ABOVE 8 MONTHS I AM ELEGIBLE TO PORT OUT FROM LOOP MOBILE AS PER TRAI REGULATIONS THEN WHY THE PROTING IS REJECTED BY VIOLATING THE CONTRATUAL AGREEMENT NO OTHER OPERATOR IS GIVING THE ABOVE REASON. HOWEVER I WAS ASSURED THAT WE HAD TAKEN YOUR REQUEST AND WE ARE PUTTING YOUR CASE AT 2ND LEVEL AND SIR PLS DONT WORRY YOUR PORTING WILL BE DONE BY 7TH SEPT 2013 AND YOU WILL BE ENJOYING THE NEW SERVICE PROVIDER SERVICES, I WAITED AND WAITED BUT ALL IN VAIN TODAY WHEN I ENQUIRED I WAS GIVEN AN REPLY THAT THE BACK OFFICE HAS AGAIN REJECTED BUT NOT ABLE TO SAY THE REASON. NOW AGAIN THEY SAY THAT GIVE THE PORT OUT MESSAGE AND WITHIN 4 DAYS YOUR PORTING WILL BE DONE. THE TRAI HAS ALREADY PROVIDED THE BELOW GUIDELINES AND NOW THE LOOP MOBILE IS UNNECESSARYLY CREATING THE PROBLEM FOR THEMSELVES AND INCREASING MY BLOOD PRESSURE BY JUST GIVING STUPID REASONS. Update: A Delhi Court has sent summons to Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular and Loop Mobile for rejecting MNP port out requests, violating the guideline laid down by the TRAI, reports The Times Of India. The Court has said that it had summoned the top executives of the telecom companies, since it has enough documents to proceed with the case which relates to an offence punishable under section 29 of Trai Act for violation of Regulation 12 of the Telecommunication Mobile Number Portability Regulations. Earlier, March 19, 2012: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has approached a Delhi Court, with a complaint against mobile operator, Loop Mobile, the company’s Managing Director, Sandip Basu and Chief Regulatory Officer, Harish Kapoor for rejecting MNP (Mobile Number Portability) port out requests from its subscribers, preventing them to switch over to other service providers, which is a clear violation of TRAI’s regulations, reports The Times of India. In its complaint, the TRAI has alleged that Loop Mobile rejected several port-out requests on the basis of the ‘act of God’ clause and few on the grounds of ‘contractual obligations’ and ‘outstanding payment dues’, even though the rejection clause in the mobile number portability regulations doesn’t allow telecom operators to reject porting requests on these grounds. The operator had replied to show cause notices sent by the TRAI saying that the rejections were due to some technical error, however, it had rejected the authority’s demand for further information including documents related to contractual agreements with customers. We noticed that when it comes to mobile number porting, subscribers face difficulties in switching, since telcos make sure that the entire process is anything but smooth. The TRAI should take steps to ensure that the process is made easy and transparent for subscribers. Previously, the TRAI had directed telecom operators not to reject porting requests on flimsy grounds i.e. if the outstanding due amount from the subscriber was less than Rs 10, which the service provider may include in the subsequent bill of the subscriber without any penal charges or on the grounds of contractual obligations. In November 2011, following several complaints from Vodafone subscribers, it had also directed to Vodafone to not reject porting requests of its subscribers on grounds of contractual obligations if the customer had not entered into a contract with the company. In February 2012, TRAI had issued a directive asking donor operators to not reject MNP porting requests on the grounds that it has received a cancellation request from a subscriber through SMS, voice calls and in written form, after observing a high percentage of porting request cancellations from these donor operators. It was indicated that the operators might be incentivizing the subscribers to withdraw their porting requests, following which they were canceling porting requests by themselves, which is against to the TRAI’s MNP guidelines.

                                    i have three loop mobile postpaid connections. on my [protected] always extra message charges are applied whereas i have 200 message free per month, same happened with my another number [protected]. and even after requesting for deactivation of m & g RLH pack this VAS is always charged in my billing and is not yet deactivated.

                                      Dear Sir, I have Mobile Number [protected] it is a pre paid number on base plan Mobile number porting request is denied on ground of contractual obligation violation. the reason for porting is LOOP Mobile is unable to provide 3g services this number was a post paid connection initially and was converted to prepaid for porting purposes as porting was denied for the postpaid connection even though the bill was paid. i was told to convert into prepaid which was done in first week of march and now i am told that there is 60 day advance notice in the clause in the contract. no information regarding this paticular clause has been provided at the time of number conversion by the gallery officer. I have visited the loop gallery on Andheri Kurla road and was assured that the same has been taken care of and there shall not be any further issues but the porting request keeps getting denied please address this issues urgently

                                        Hello Sir, i subscribed to loop mobile internet for Rs. 129/month which offers 5gb/month. But the speed i get is 32 bytes /sec to 3kb/s which is very very low n against the standard set by trai. I called up on customer care no 800 which made me wait for 7 mins and then asked me to call from some other number. Already 800 is chargeable 50p/3 min and now they ask me to call from other number which is ₹1 min which is a cheap tactic to gain the original speed which are my rights. I kindly ask you to serve justice.
