Rejection of Request to port out

activation on unwanted services from past 2 months

Low Internet Speed

Hello Sir, i subscribed to loop mobile internet for Rs. 129/month which offers 5gb/month. But the speed i get is 32 bytes /sec to 3kb/s which is very very low n against the standard set by trai. I called up on customer care no 800 which made me wait for 7 mins and then asked me to call from some other number. Already 800 is chargeable 50p/3 min and now they ask me to call from other number which is ₹1 min which is a cheap tactic...

says can't register card without last name

Dear Sir/ Madam, I had purchase a loop sim card from a distributor and when we sent the documents for verification the Loop people are saying that they can't register a sim without the last name. My issue is that as we don't use last name then how can we give our last name.
