Dear Sir/ Madam, I had purchase a loop sim card from a distributor and when we sent the documents for verification the Loop people are saying that they can't register a sim without the last name. My issue is that as we don't use last name then how can we give our last name. We also submitted the documents like Adhar card and on the Adhar card the last name is not mentioned because we don't use last name. As Adhar card is today's big proof of Indian citizen and it cannot be wrong then how can't these people say that we can't register your card and they rejected our documents and now its been 3 weeks now and no call response from them. Distributor took our money and these people are not responding.Now if we don't have last name then should we stop using mobile. Please help!!!!!!!!!!

Loop Mobile — regarding mobile rental

I am a customer of a loop mobile. I have taken 10 ka Gang scheme. As per the scheme daily rrental is 1 Re. But from last 15 to 20 days every day 2 Rs. are deducting from my balance. Please check why it is happening and refund my balance as soon as possible. My mobile number is [protected].

    I am a customer for LOOP Mobile from past 8+ years . But the service has been degraded from years. They call them selves as Mumbais No 1 network. But doesnt seem to be true. All fake promises. I have wasted a lot of money with this service provider.
    Below are the issues I am facing always:
    1) They disconnect the mobile phone without prior Notice
    2) The customer care is not at all educated
    3) The system from customer care side is always down
    4) They ask for forgiveness but they are never sorry.
    5) Range issues all around
    6) Data plans are cheap but never able to use it properly.

    Request you to use any other provider but never go for LOOP. Worst ever service provider

    and not ready solve my problem as well as they dont have clarification for the same

I HAD COMPLAINED THIS MATTER TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT STILL NOTHING HAPPENS SAME AD REGARDING HANUMAN CHALISA AND GAYATRI MANTRA DISTURBING MY SLEEP IN THE EARLY HOURS. IF PROPER ACTION IS NOT TAKEN I WILL FILE A CASE AGAINST THE SERVICE PROVIDER AFTER 48 HRS OF SUBMITTING THE COMPLAINT PLS CO OPERATE .

      I was took the loop mobile service, but after few days my SIM card was lost & i had registered complain to block the SIM & i have cleared that i'll pay my used rental bill & i want deactivate the SIM card service.

      But some of the loop mobile dealership is forcing me to use that number service but i have cleared that i don't want to use that service, again the dealers are irritating & forcing me to use that.

      whichever calls im getting that Numbers are as follows.

        Hi,

        My account number is 6.118068.10.00.100007

        My service was disconnected again.
        The reason i was given is, My due on the previous bill of around Rs.250 was not paid.
        As you can see, I have paid over Rs.1000 last month.
        I checked by calling 198, i was told that My rental was Rs.549 per month and there was a Internet pack activated for Rs.299 per month.
        I have no idea who activated that.

        I get unlimited GPRS with this Rs.549 plan.
        Why would i need extra pack.?
        I was also told that the data pack was activated on 1st June.
        So, I have been charged Rs.600 extra + taxes for a service I did not even need and was added without my authorisation.

        I have spoke about this 2 days back when I called 198.
        Yesterday I got a call asking me to pay the bill, I also explained this at that time.
        I told both of them to make sure that my services are not disconnected.
        But still my number is disconnected even after I paying what I have to pay.

        I have been facing a lot of issues.
        I am not gonna let this go anymore.
        Please make sure my issues are resolved before I take this up with Consumer Court.

        Somebody suppose to come to my place for collect the bill payment against [protected] postpaid remaining bills. My mobile no. still remain disconnect status. Please send immediately somebody to my place to collect the bill. I am fed up with BPL gallery location. Not a single gallery near by me.

        because they asking me my problems, then i told my problem to them, then they disconnect my call many times.


        I m using [protected] BPL /LOOP Mobile from Past 2 year ..having 4 connection with me...
        but I am facing a very very very bad network Problem..at my Residence at Wadia estate, Bail bazaar, Kurla (W), Mumbai-70.
        I cant receive or make a single call from my home, Bcoz there is no network..
        I have to go out side my society to do the same...even cant recv SMS also & many SMS are loss/laps by your system, They blocked my all incoming sms
        (SMS problem is From 05/01/2010 to now)..
        There is no problem in my SIM card & Mobile(I checked)& not also in my Phone message setting & message inbox is empty...
        I had done many complaints to mobile executives, but they not giving my resolutions, they many people giving me wrong information many times & different different statements about my problems.
        They making me angry by disconnecting my calls.
        Now they are not taking my complaint about SMS problem.
        Pls take strict Action against that people who want only FOKAT KI SALARY..

        this people disconnect my calls without any reason yesterday night between 10pm to 1am..

          I realised in less than 2 months that it is a big mistake to move to Loop.

          I'm given a 500 Rs credit limit but I'm on a Rs.549 per month plan.

          I was told i would get 1500 mins of calls (Local an STD) free per month.
          I was not informed that I have to pay for the calls I make and the free minutes will be deducted in my bills.

          I have actually started using this number only this month and I have paid Rs.400 last week and Rs.400 this week.
          Till now I have paid Rs.1100 from the start of the month for using the number for 16 days.

          Why do you call it a postpaid with a monthly billing option when I have to pay every week.?

          I was told i would get 1 month rental waived off.
          It has never happened.

          I paid Rs.400 yesterday morning because my services were barred.
          Till now it has not been re-activated.

          And when i try to call 198, my call is transferred to prepay.

          I was left with no service even after me paying my bill more than what I am supposed to pay.
          I'm on a 549 monthly plan. But i have paid twice the money till now.
          But i'm not able to make calls from my mobile even after paying more than what i'm supposed to pay.

          Never choose Loop again.

          Loop Mobile — harasment

          Hi my LOOP mobile number is [protected] i am being harased by LOOP customer service people. First they activate all irrelevant stuff on phone and deduct money from account on everyday. example cricket updates..

          Later i received a call from LOOP asking to convert it to Post paid. this number is used by my mom n she scold them saying dont ever call back and told her the problem that we are facing.

          that girl instead of solving the problem she disconnected the number this number is more then 7 to 8 yrs old and i cant afford to deactivate it. now today 29/11/2011 i called them more then 10times you can check the interaction with LOOP mobile and all the customer service agents are giving me time 15mins to get it activated. its more then 6hours now.

          Please give proper education to ur agents to talk with manners and respect the speaker. YOU GUYS ARE GETTING PAID COZ OF YOUR CUSTOMER AND THATS WE SO BEHAVE PROPERLY AND SOLVE OUR PROBLEM DONT CREATE THEM..

            Dear sir, i am Prashant k.mhatre, i have a complaints to register againts Loop mobile services. the complaint was in my post paid number ([protected]), bill amount of rs-160/- for the month of june. i made a call to customer care for my bill details. they said you had a extra charge started from this month ie rs 49/- for national roaming. i said that why you had started this services to my cell number without my prior consent,they reply that we loop mobile had given call or sms on 1st july for your confirmation.i said that i had no idea for call or sms & i have no given any confirmation to start this services to my number. so i request to you pls stop this services to my number as given above, & reverse my bill amount as per regular basis.

              Hi my name is Vaibhav n. jagtap residing in ghatkopar .i am studying law in d.y. patil law college . knowing the rights of a consumer i thought this was the best way to get this issue in the eyes of the public and hope for some solution for my harrasment. i m a loop mobile customer for about 8 months . i received a bill stating a usage of rs 2554 in 2 days time on 14.3.2013 this usage was incurred under the VAS (value added service) basically it stated that i had a usage of internet of two days charging rs 2,300 which was completely vague . as i had an internet plan of rs 100 . which they had not accounted . i refused to pay the excess amount at the customer care center to which they agreed and told me to pay the remaining amount , to which i agreed and paid . to my shock after payment of the bill . the loop mobile dissconnects my service without even giving me a prior intimidation. to which i called up their customer care seeking for answers to which they dissconected my phone several times.. suddenly i got a call back saying i get to pay only 50% of the amount to which i completly refused because it was wrong !. in the next following 2 months even after the suspension of the network they were charging me with the rental of rs 150 ! i was continuosly harrased by the company with innumeruous phone calls at any time stating to pay various amounts ! today at 31.5.2013 i again got a call from loop mobile stating the non-payment of bill to which i addressed the problem to her in detail she first agreed to what i said stating to give a call back .... i agreed . after a couple of minutes i get a call back stating that its not the internet usage rather its the calling charge! i was shocked here that as i had the hard copy in my hands which stated VAS to be rs 2554 after telling her to check into her system she started giving excuses that it is the calling bill or sms bill or net bill...! to which i said that i am ready to pay as per my plan + the internet plan which accounts to rs 200 to 300 as all my previuos bills. to which she replies that donot complain if we file anything against you. !
              to my horror this is clearly infringing my right to life! Their has been a great harrasment and mental agony for me. why should i pay a bill which is wrongly calculated ! it is the loop mobile company's fault for which i deny to pay.
              I am expecting a lot from this website as i am using it for the first time .. please give me my right!

                my mobile no. is [protected]. i am using postpaid connection of Loop mobile from last more than year. now in last month bill they charged extra charges of 366 Rs (Internet calls) i called customer care for confirmation they told me we will back with details. they never called i again called & asked for the details as well nail them regarding that i never used internet connection even i never keep on data setting on my cell. i just told them i want details of that when i used internet & what i used in that. they are unable to give that & after few days they today they Stop my outgoing service even i cant call customer care from my cell & today i paid exclude 366 Rs. i made payment of 428 Rs before 3 hours. i got much loss today because of Loop mobile.

                  I ported my mobile from idea to loop. At that time I clearly said that I want to have 2B-99 rs plan for internet as I had the same plan. Even repeatedly telling to the loop guys it was not activate. Now my mobile bill went to 2500+. You guys disconnected my cell and I lost contact for a day.

                  Now as usual I called to the customer care where I was told to pay 500 and give my complaint to the Loop galary. I paid 500 online and went to loop. There i was shocked when I was told to pay all the amount.

                  This has happened even after repeadedly confirming the data plan as I was using 2GB plan from previous service provider.

                  Please return me back my money by calculating the data plan from the start of my service.

                  Loop Mobile — non activation of my billing service

                  i received a call from the loop mobile call center regarding a offer of a new plan in their billing service. i was satisfied with the offer and decided to go for it, the same day their document boy came to my residence, took all the documents + the activation fees (rs 300) and they told me that my service will be activated with in 48 hrs, its be almost a month now and my service is not yet been activated, and now they dont even accept my call when i try to call them.plzzz try and hepl me out with this matter...
                  i have submitted the necessary documents for my prepaid card activation but still my card has yet not been activated.i submitted the documents on 22nd september 2009 in the loop mobile gallery of dombivili(E).PLEASE TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION OR ELSE I WILL HAVE TO DISCONNECT THE CONNECTION.

                  When I took the email for complaint from the executive from loop galary on pokharan road 2 thane i got following reply.

                  Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain loopmobile.in by mail.bplmail.com. [203.124.230.150].

                  The error that the other server returned was:

                  I submitted my porting request from Loop to Vodafone before Loop services were stopped. I had cleared my bills. Still my Porting was rejected. Please help Number [protected]

                    I would like to notify the following illegal/unfair practices by LOOP MOBILE to your notice:

                    1st Contradiction: Unlike as quoted by you, since the 2nd week of April 2013, the referred number ([protected]) has NOT been on roaming..I don't understand how the bill jumped from INR 1504 to INR 3821 to INR 4321 between April 13th & April 15th. If you retrospect, the average bill amount ranges from Rs. 300 to Rs.500 for the number!!

                    2nd Contradiction: Either your systems are dubious & fraudulent or its just a purposeful tactic of making extra bucks by generating incorrect bills REPEATEDLY, thinking the customers are negligent. In the benefit of doubt, I have already settled all my so -called "past dues" (which you noticed only 4 months later & it was not to my satisfaction) till March, 2013. However statement for April 2013 reflects a pending payment of Rs. 123.06. This is nothing but corruption, in my view, as its been a repetitive activity.

                    3rd Contradiction: Even the current un-billed amount on [protected] stands at over Rs.1500, I have no clue how?? Should you suggest its because of our GPRS usage, I would like to mention that our usage pattern has not changed at all. You may anyways deactivate the GPRS service on the number with immediate effect, till this issue is resolved.

                    4th Contradiction: Since the number was to be on roaming between 27th March & 6th April, we had walked into your gallery in Borivali West (as there was no answer on Customer care) to inquire about the roaming charges in UP, Delhi & Haryana. We were told if you are using the Trunet 199 plan, the charges will be same as your usage in Non-Roaming zones & there is nothing extra on roaming for postpaid. In spite of insisting, we were not given any document explaining the charges, however the executive assured us of the correctness of the information.

                    With the above contradictions, he is what I intend to do:

                    1) I urge the PRESS/MEDIA authorities to please take this up extremely seriously in the interest of many others (customers) who do not have access to you for highlighting such unlawful practice of the telecom operator.

                    2) I shall also be uploading this on other Blogs & Social Networking sites to reach to the masses & spread awareness among the public.

                    3) I am fed-up with the insistent issues with LOOP since almost an year across Billing, Network, Roaming, etc..It clearly indicates your disrespect for the association & hence we wish to discontinue the relationship for all our numbers (6-8) at the earliest.

                        i was using loop sim card from last 6 years, due to their recent unsatisfactory services i was planning to port my number to other service provider and for that i requested LOOP Mobile Services to proceed futher but after 2 days i got one message from them, that your proper documents are not with us so we are deactivating your sevices and finally they deactivated my service on 25/3/2013. Now, if they were not having my proper documents they must have informed me earlier, why are telling me this thing when i want to port my number. So now i am helpless as neither i can't use, nor i can't port that LOOP Mobile Number[protected]. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

                        Loop Mobile India Limited — network

                        my mobile number is [protected] and i m using the same for last 15 years.my work is telecommunication based and i m not able to talk when i m at my residence which is located at Chembur near ashish theatre so i m facing loss due to this.I had complained at least 100 times but there is no solution for this.So i request u to kindly have a look into this matter

                          I have purchased Loop prepaid sim card [protected] at cost 100 Rs. On 2 April 2013 after submitting the required documents (photo, address proof, ID) . Now its about 12 days ,still Loop company not activated my prepaid sim. I didn't get proper response on their no. [protected], [protected], [protected]. The company didn't responded about the reason why they have not activated the sim too. Please activate it soon. Thank you

                            Loop Network one of the Worst network I have ever used, they are tottaly deteriorating with the service day by day. Hence, because of this reason I decided to Port out to Vodafone Network. I was a Loop Network user (My Bad) Since past 3 years. The day when I decided to Port out they started showing their true colours.

                            Vodafone guys submitted my documents to Loop (as a normal procedure while Porting). However, Loop sends me a Msg saying that your Address is Incorect and Suspended my Network without even contacting me ATLEAST once.

                            I was wondering, I had provided my documents 3 years back and I was using the service without any problem. All of a Sudden when I try to Port out of my number from this Crap Network they come up saying that the Address is Incorrect (Tottaly ).

                            If I get a Chance, I would Sue Loop Network for Suspending my Network without even contacting me and Harrassing me mentally to re-submit the documents for no reason.

ANDRADE FROM DOMBIVLI,THANE I HAVE THREE LOOP MOBILE CONNECTIONS WITH ME BUT THERE IS ONE CONNECTION WHICH IS ACTIVATED BUT DOES NOT GET OPERATE IN THE HANDSET, SO TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM I VISIT LOOP MOBILE STORE IN DOMBIVLI BUT THEY DID NOT GAVE THE PROPER ANSWER.SO TODAY ON 12TH MARCH,2013 I CALLED LOOP MOBILE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER ON 198, THEY TOLD ME TO VISIT THANE GALLERY FROM THE COMPLAINT BUT AS I STAY IN DOMBIVLI I CAN NOT VISIT THANE LOOP MOBILE GALLERY FOR THIS PURPOSE. EVEN I PAID THE BILL OF RS.86 EVEN WITHOUT USING THE SIM-CARD. SO I REQUEST YOU TO CHECK THE CONNECTION AND THE PROBLEM OF THE SIM-CARD.

                                I have bought a New Connection of Loop Mobile Prepaid my mobile number is [protected] they offered me 1GB trunet GPRS free but I dissappoint by the speed of GPRS I got only 0.6k/s to 1k/s some times only I have registered complaint in 198 but there is not any satisfying result for me so I kindly request to them who thinking for buying Loop Mobile prepaid

                                BPL Mobile — very bad reception

                                i am using bpl for more than 15 years. i have never suffered from such a mess till yet..
                                since 3 months i am having reception problem and bad network problem.
                                i also complained at gallery and on customer care no. but they keep on saying congestion problem. and will be solved in 10 days. but those 10 days are still not over.
                                i hope this complaint might help me as well as those who are planing to buy new mobile connection.

                                My balance is automatically deducted.How this happen? When i not using any services or activate services then how balance automatically deducted.I am very nervous about BPL services and it would be very bad effect on the company because my friends are also suffering from this problems. Today i went to BPL gallary.I met the BPL representative(Name: Shehnaz) in fountain, churchgate. But i got bad experience. She had not solve my problems and also talking very rudely.She told that i am only giving information but i cant help to you. If the customer are not satisfied then how the business is going on.My two numbers are in BPL & my friends no. also are in BPL.I am very disappoint from this type of behaviour, servies.

                                hey.. dis ia a loop mobile customer... ive bought dis prepaid card recently... used it for about a week and den suddenly my out giong services go inactive... wen enquired i got to kno dat my documents were nt reached der though i submitted it on da very first day... on 5 oct, 2010.. dey recieved my documents and today i.e 7 oct dey say my card is active nw but still my outgoing services are inactive... i 've called da customer care n number of times but still though my card being shown active in their system, my outgoing services are inactive... to help me further wid my complaint plz mail me at [protected]@gmail.com

                                The Internet gets disconnected and Takes ages to reconnect. and most of the times it doesnt get connected.

                                And Loop shud close der Customer care as nobody is der to pick the call and when does picks up the call gets disconnected.

                                Really Disappointed with Loop ka GPRS and Customer Care.
                                I agree to both the comments. Even I am facing same problem. Better change your service provider. Loop is cheap in its call rates and cheap in its service as well. No option. Just move out of Loop.
                                I agree with all of you.Loop Mobile has no right to charge Rs.99 for Internet as their service is pathetic.The Internet speed is slow that it is better to switch over to Vodafone as Vodafone Mobile connect has very good speed because I was using the same since last 2 years.I made my biggest mistake by going for Loop Mobile.I have written to them that either they should give us proper speed and only charge us or else we would wait for 3 months to get over and then we would switch our operator .

                                loop mobiles net service is very poor and slow.I think it is waste of money.
                                Very bad net...not even 55kb is downloading well, , , if there is a server issue then why is running properly in morning...i think loop company is cheating to all customers...i advise everyone not to use loop..bcoz service is very bad and even customer care is very bad...plz dnt use loop..

                                  I have been using loop mobile for 4 years. It's always been a network problem with a loop so finally I decided to Port out of the loop. Yesterday 16th Feb 2013 I called customer care and I asked them how to port out they sent me information and I applied them with the request that I want to port out. After that I got a reply from loop mobile with the port no., today 17th Feb 2013 I got a call from loop mobile services that why you want to port out they almost convinced me to stay back but I said no to that. After saying no they told me that you have to use Loop service for more 90 days. They informed me you have to come on base Plan and after coming you have to use loop for 90 days. When I called to Customer care they didn't inform me about this. So on this they told me we were having two different department they don't know anything about this. This is ridiculous. Customer care doesn't know about this it is unbelievable. Every other mobile service provider gives portability service within 7 days then my question is why can't loop ?
                                  I need a justice in this. I need to port out as soon as possible. Please help me with my problem

                                  my name is mohd salim n i m using loop mobile service.my # is [protected] which i would like to switched to idea now i m fedup of loops network bcoz the cell is in full network but the caller is getting an error msg the # ur calling is swithed off some time its totally dumb n deaf but the call charges are deducted then to the shameless service provider has denied to port me out as i m their life time customer. as per the mch and trai rules one can change the service provider but has loop got all the right from goverment to reject port request or force the customer to be with loop for life time.

                                  plz help me and help loop mobile not to act like his previous name BPL is this provider really
                                  Abs right. Have been facing the same problem. One mth down the line and portability rejected twice. I've paid Voda Rs 19 twice. Loop says Violation of Contract. What about they violating the contract with me--no service, poor network coverage, and call drops!! I've paid Rs 500 up front for the rental and I dont want my money back---I only want to port out. I have ECS so Loop cant accuse me of non-payment of bills. Even they find it difficult to contact me as they get messages, either "not reachable" or "switched off". I really dont know whether TRAI is aware of all this and whether they are doing anything about it---not sure whether they have any teeth! Anywhere else in the world I could have sued Loop for harassment and obstruction of individual progress! Any suggestions?

                                      Loop mobile has sent the incorrect final bill for 4 days, from Dec 17 to Dec 20, 2012 amounting to Rs. 246 in which the internet rental is charged for Rs. 99 instead on pro rata basis. Also fixed rentals are charged are on higher side. My Cutomer Id is : 2235130,
                                      statement number is : [protected] and my mobile nos is [protected].

                                      Their collection department is following up and pressurizing for payment. Request to help for the same.

                                        Total of 150 Rs deducted from my account. Reason given by the company that SMS sent by me was wrong so a service that i wanted (internet activation) cannot be activated but they activated a new service (caller tone). If my SMS is wrong how can any service get activated? Beisdes 75 Rs was cut twice, reason accoridng to them I sent the message twice, which is not true. Besides, if one service is active on the phone how come it be activated again and money be deducted for that.
