My friend was fooled the same way, Louis Quartz 1032 got from his SBI credit card. His father has sent for the order and when he told me, i have searched it in google and found out the truth. I shared the news with my friend and he says he has ordered for it already. He has not received the watch yet, but he lost his money. People should think wise and take any decision. Thanks to you guys for sharing such information. But why are these companies still surviving, why cant we take any action against such companies. Whom to approach and how to handle this? Please brief.

A gaint company like jetlite promoting duplicate products. Very Shamefull. As I thought that since it was an offer from jetlite I went for it but find it to be fully defective and even the chain is broken along with few other problems as mentioned by other peoples.

Really Even the Airport Authority should take action against such mal practise under the name AAI in the airport itself.

Really shamefull from JEtlite.

You LOUIS Watch manufacturer please check it immediatly else peoples will start thinking this is the standard quality of yours.

I Too am a victim of this faudrant scheme

I travelled on 21st & was one of the luck to get free Louis watch. It looks worth Rs.3990/- inline to tag but unable to get real market value. The product do not have any sr no model etc. Some one pl came forward & tel what is this going on.

sbi cerdit card — regarding non receipt renue sbi credit card.

The same thing has happened with I ordered for Louis Quartz watch on 4 November, 2008 and have not received any wrist watch from them though the amount has been deducted from my Credit Card. SBI & AVA Merchandising are making a fool of public.

Today i too got the same watch on shoplite and about to order for the same.
just wanted to check before buying the stuff and got so many complaint messages. Thanks for posting ur experience.

After reading all that on Louis Quartz watch I got to see one offered by AVA on Jelite flights...
Its a fake one, but how Can we take this further, Is there a Consumer compliant service thr' which we can catch / hold these cheaters...

I got Louis watch through my Sodexo Gift Pass offer from AVA Merchandising Company of New Delhi on Dec 2008., and they ve collected Rs 550/- from My SBI credit card towards shipment of the watch. I am also having international guarantee card of 1 year for this wrist watch. That card does not contain any serial no. of watch, date of sale and service center.and also it does not have any email id or website or any contact number. And now I come to know that the battery is also duplicate one.
Please give me suggestion, what i have do right now.

I have got an offer on the Sodexo gift coupon. I have to pay Rs 490/ as handling charges and AVA Merchandising will sent me a wrist watch worth Rs 3990. I have got the gaurantee card and the bill with me, but i am not sure whether this is a genuine product.

i agree... even i had been fooled by ava and sbi... the watch they gave stopped working in 4 months and when complained, they asked me to change battery and next month the glass fell off...

They are selling fraud products of your company. please take some action againt SBI Credit Card & AVA merchandising . How any company make fraud business partner.
