[Resolved]  LPG — non delivery

I am having consumer No.26071 with Shree Graha Agency, Tambaram. It was understoot some problem with the agency and it has been changed into M/s. Pattammal Gas Agency, West Tambaram. For the past 20 days I am trying to book cylinder over phone and the phone eigther engaged or no response. It is also understood from this complaints form that the agencies first job is to put down the reciver. Kindly advise to M/s. Pattammal Gas Agency, West Tambaram to do the needful immediate action to book and deliver the cylinder to consumer No.26071.

LPG — NON Booking of gas

I am having consumer No.28301 with M/s Tirupati Balaji Associates Rohini, Delhi. For the past 10 days I am trying to book cylinder over phone and the phone eigther engaged or no response. Although i have done message also but of no use. It is also understood from this complaints form that the agencies first job is to put down the reciver. Kindly advise to M/s. Tirupati Balaji Associates Gas Agency, Rohini, Delhi to do the needful immediate action to book and deliver the cylinder to consumer No.28301.

i am a consumer of indane lpg service ...i am from darbhanga(bihar)
my consumer no. is gbt-488 . the service of my distributer is very poor .they supply lpg after 2 months booking.they also misbehave with the consumers..they don't follow the rule and regulation..therefore i request you to please do in favour........

LPG — delay supply

I am a LPG Indane customer with golden gas Agency, Gurgaon haryana and my consumer Number is g12121. I have booked for a refile on 15.01.08 under a phon book. Even though it is nearing seventeen days, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer.

I am a LPG Indane customer with ATOMIC ENERGY COOPERATIVE STORE, GAS SECTION,KALPAKKAM-603102, my consumer Number is 9102. I have booked for a refile on 07.01.2008. Even though it is nearing THIRTY days, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer.

I am living in Delhi. We are having our gas registration with Amrit Enterprise, with address Yamuna Vihar Delhi, authorised supplier of Indane Gas,

We have not received our cylinder of LPG even after 20 days of booking and what mare sad that even so called fortune 500 tag company INDIAN OIL is not concerned about the same in any respect thier grievences services are such poor that they can not stand even with a grocery store. Repeated contacts has been done to contact the GAS dealer named Amrit Enterprise of Yamuna VIhar in delhi,
they just have one thing to say INDIAN OIL is not supplying them enough GAS.

It is very sad and very unbelieving affairs

i think Indian Goverment should privatise this so called fortune 500 company or give license to a private player.

We have received Gas cylinder on 16/06/08 from agency "ICEEPEE", Palakkad, Kerala
but it is now only understood that the expiry period is over
since D07 is written on it.Please advice the agency that expired cylider should not not be delivered to the customers.

Pls take necessary steps for changing the cylinder

I am Surender sharma, residents of X-354, Mangolpuri New delhi - 83, and gas Agency :- Kitchan Flame, Cycle Mkt, Block – B, Mangolpuri. Delhi. having gas connection under Bharat. My consumer No. is 7037. For quite some time the Agency not provided services properly. They have not attended phone or not provided gas in times. We have lot of problems from this. Kindly, suitable action may be taken against the said company and give them necessary instructions.

LPG — Non delivery of LPG booked on 15-7-2008

Dear Sir:

My Consumer No.5003

Myself, Babu Oommen had booked LPG on[protected] for my residence for which given booking No.3641 dt.15-7-08 by your Distributor Kamala Indane Services, Cinema Parambhu, Kollam (Code[protected], Kerala State.

I am daily reminding over phone and taking follow-up with your distributor but my all efforts got in vain. Regretfully, state that they have so far not delivered LPG. Now one month is nearing completion. I do not understand why the delay ?

In absence of the LPG, I am suffering a lot. I therefore request you to kindly intervene in the matter and direct your distributor to immediately deliver the LPG without any delay on humanitarian ground.

Your swift cooperation in the matter will be highly appreciated. Awaiting action taken in this regard

LPG — Irresponsible attitude of the Dealer

Dear Sir,
My Consumer No. for LPG is 21468 and the Agency is M/s. Sindhu Enterprises, Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 95 with two landline telephone Nos.22581881 & 22575960. Some times even after trying for 2 hours or more hours these nos. for booking refil, I cannot contact them. Even I here the telephone ring is going on, they never pick up the phone. It is not the first time. This is my experience for the last two years. Finally I used to go personally to the dealer to book the refil at their counter for which I have to take half day leave from my normal job.

Please look into the matter and take necessary action on this irresponsible dealer at the earliest and oblige.

My name is Surender jain i am from Saharanpur my reffil book is dip in oil by my mistake & i am missing my orignal paper of gas conection i request to mr Goel (indane gas distributer) to make my new book and say to him that i can give him by written or by efidebit through court but he is not helping me please suggest me what to do?

I am requesting to give me second cylinder. But the dealer is telling that the second cylinder connection waiting list is cleared only upt to 2002. He is not willing to book. He says the procedure is

LPG — Not giving Second Cylinder

I have a GAS connection Consumer No. 13701 with CHempazanthy, Bhart Gas at Trivandrum. I have only one cylinder. I am trying to ge second cylinder. But they are refusing to booking and telling that it will be automatically allotted and will be informed. They told, presently only upto 2002 only are allotted and I have to wait for another couple of years. I have single cylinder connection since the yaer 2006. Kindly look into the matter

LPG — Poor Service

Dear Sir,

I have booked on 13.11.2008 vide booking no. 9702 for re-filling og LPG cylinder.In between i have reminded thrice to Agnihotri Gas Service for the same.Still they are not providing the filled cylinder ot me.They did such type of incedent regularly.Please look in to.Please change the service provider to enhence service level.
