Dear Sir,
I wish to point out the artificial / biased shortage the Panewadi (manmad) depot portrays just before a price hike. I am a dealer who is supplied fuel from the BPCL Panewadi depot. why is it that only during a price hike, a day before there is supposedly accute shortage of fuel in the depot. such shortage doesnt seem to exist if the fuel prices are going to be lowered the folowing midnight.
Even on[protected], we dealers placed our indents, RTGS for the required amount was taken and yet no invoice was made for my outlet on[protected]. same evening news is flashed all over on news channels of increase in petrol cost by almost Rs.3.00 per lt. if i would have had some stock with me in my retail outlet tanks, the same additional differential amount would have helped me buy more expensive fuel the next day and not have to face the burden of increased investment on purchase of fuel from the depot.
what irks me is the fact that some retails outlets were supplied with fuel and why not mine. i had RTGS taken even 1 day in advance for my other retail outlets and yet they were not supplied on the pretext of some fake fuel shortage. so how come some retail outlets that caried out RTGS on the same day got fuel and my outlet with advance RTGS was not supplied fuel.
it just leads me to beileve that the depot or concerned official enjoys to flex their discretionary powers which actually do not exist with them. this is clearly a case of biased attitude and UN-ETHICAL business.
clearly BPCL is not what it used to be a deacde ago.
I want to know the Panewadi Depot opening and closing stocks on[protected]. can someone help.

    I Booked LPG Gas on Friday 06.12.2010 I reminded Fifteen times for delivery
    of LPG every time promised that it will be delivered tomorrow. we are the wroking person
    so we cannot take personally , I took great pain and waste of conveyance expenses for repeated personal
    reminders and over mobile for delivery of LPG. Ultimately LPG was still not divelivere
    15th Ec 2010 ,,,,, why delivery not time Please look in to the matter and see that
    LPG deliver at the earliest time without giving wrong promises to consumers.

      Sir

      Our Tamilnadu govt provided Free gas to the public . This will be highly appreciated by our Cheif Minister M.Karunanidhi. I am facing the problem in refiliing the cylinder . Indane gas ordering the customer to refill the cylinder after 60 days and it will take another 5 days to deliver it.

      Particularly in Tiruvallur Indane gas dealers dominating by themselvels and for the FREE GAS holder facing huge problem in refilling the cyclinder.

      Pls provide the Government GO for the lead period for refilling the cylinder for the FREE GAS

      SO that I will produce the same to the Indane gas delaers to conclude these issues.

        Subject: Issuing of pending cylinder on my connection no.18472 dated 14/12/2007

        Sir,

        With due respect I here by said that I have purchased one LPG connection on my name on December 14,2007 vide subscription voucher no.[protected] from Grewal sales agency, near sunami Gate Patiala (Punjab). At that time I only get one cylinder and dealing officer statement was that with in three to four months they will inform me to submit security of second cylinder. In the mean time I went to the office so many times but I could not get the result. So I think now I have to approach the Regional office for looking upon the matter.

        I shall be very thankful to you for considering this application as soon as earliest.

          I had put petrol in BP petrol bunk in Venkatanarayana Road, CIT Nagar, Thyagaraya Nagar
          Chennai, Tamil Nadu on[protected], at 18.36 for Rs 100. The petrol putting people show the zero, but as soon as you look away from the meter, the number switches to a higher number and it stays at 100. Today I noticed this fraud at the bunk and I am pretty sure that even the manager was involved as he ignored my complaint and wouldn't let me measure the injected petrol. I am going to the consumer court if this is not solved immediately as I have witnessed this in many Bharat Petroleum bunks.

          i had faced the same situation on 09/03/2011(Yesterday) in Guaribidanur(Bangalore -hindupur road), Karnataka.

          i have put the Petrol in my New Car(6 months old) for Rs/-500.00, then The Fuel needle didnot shown, that the petrol is getting pumped, As i wan in hurry(Due to accedent to my relative, i was taking her to Bangalore), once i reached the Bangalore, the Petrol was empty(Lucky i reached to Hospital on time).
          i feel, Even thoughn the Reading shows rs/-500.00, They have filed only 5 litres, i believe.
          Sorry...it was BP Petrol bunk.

            Dear sir,
            sir i am a registered consumer of bharat gas in our city's gas agency M/s Preet Gas Agency. but i m suffring alot to get a refill for my cylender. its not delivered even after 50 days of registring on book. while we find a nexus between black marketiers and Preet gas agency. one can often find persons roaming around agency asking a refill at Rs.900. second big problem is gas is not given at our homes. agency people just stand at any place with their tractor trolly and start distributing wich is always 1-2 kms far from our locality. i am in a field job so i can not go conineusly in search to were gas is being distributed. my 73 year old mother hires a rickshaw and goes cont.for 5-6 days, then we get a cylender aftet spending 80 to 100 rupees extra. wenever in i have tried to ask for this malpractice we get a very ruff and abusive answers. sir kindly help us look into the matter and make a permanent solution of this problem,

            bharatgas lpg cylinder refill — non delivery of gas refill

            my consumer no.20560 with m/s miland gas service kesopur village vikas puri new delhi[protected], 2854180). always supplied refill after 8-10 days. on asking reason said shortage of gas. i booked on 12/8/2008 but not supplied till date. always insist for next booking after 21 days of previous delivery

            Refill of LPG Cylinder — Gas leakage from Refill new cylinder

            My connection no. 42204 with Punit Gas Service, Rohini, Delhi - 110085

            Today morning I had to change the gas cylider But when I broke the seal gas was leaking vary fast. I lodged a complaint with the service provider for which they said that they will come in a short while, but to our surprise one person came after waiting a long time. He examined the cylinder and advised that cylinder will be changed and will be done by 2 PM. But no body came to our rescue. I contacted to service provider again & again as gas was leaking profusely and any mis-happening may happen. But they were not concerned about danger. Till the time I am posting this complaint no body responded and misbehaved with me.
            My concern is to take the stern action against these service provider.

            Bharat Gas Lpg Cylinder — Non-delivery of Refilled cylinder

            I'm a customer of Bharat Gas through M/S-Samidha Gas with consumer No. SG 6832.
            HERE,WE HAD BOOKED OUR CYLINDER FOR HOME-DELIVERY
            ON 02.01.2010 AT SR. NO.15.
            HOWEVER, THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILY REMINDERS TILL TODAY i.e. 19/01/2010.

            I've booked for refilling of cylinders on 02/01/10 with booking No.15. However the cylinders are not delivered till today (21/01/10) despite my repeated reminders.
            This happens frequently with this agency and second time in a row for me.

            no delivery even after more than 15 days & no response from the H.L.R.D.C dealer of bharat gas.they have two telephone no.s, both are not working from 9 am-5 pm.phone calls are not being attended. customer care services is also contacted today i.e. 13th march, 2010.but nothing has been done.the services of the gas dealer for home delivery is poor.

            I Harish Arora, a customer of yours with deep regret would like to state that due to inefficient services of your Gas Distributor i am really regretting my decision of opting for BHARAT GAS. Earlier I used to wonder why people prefer Indane but now I know the reason.

            I am listing following grievenance. Not sure if you/ your staff would have time to bother about this complaint or like any other Govt office would just ignore this. However, being a customer it is my duty to report inefficiencies and that is what I am doing.

            1) I Had booked gas re-fill through your website ebharatgas.com on April 8’2010. Reference no 929263. However, when I inquired distributor about it the next day, he said this request is not with them. Why do you fool customers with multi channel booking when they actually don’t work.
            2) Subsequently I booked request with distributor directly on April 9’2010 and till date I am waiting for it. Your website claims 24 hours turn around. Is this 24 hrs? I never knew there is acute shortage of GAS. Atleast newspapers are not high lighting that. Why don’t you put in press that consumers have to wait to get re-fill so that expectations are set??
            3) As per your site, delivery is as per convenience of customer however, since me and my wife are working, we reach home late and your distributor is not able to service us. We come back by 6:00 PM in the evening and as per them they can’t supply late. What should we do in this case?? Should we take leave after every 1.5 months so that we can get GAS REFILL???


            This is not the first time we are having issues with delivery date/ time. It is a regular phenomenon.
            Hi, Why dont you get your connection transferred to some other gas agency, which can give you good service? Its a short process and easy to. You can read more about it here:

            There are two gas agencies of Bharatgas in your area, Raja Gas Dealers and Vinayak Gas, just ask people which one is better and get your connection transferred there.

            Bharat Gas — non delivery of LPG Cylinder

            My name is Bhupender Singh Rawat Consumer card no.17753 booked one LPG Cylinder on dt 21.11.11 from using net booking booking no.15067059 is , but when the LPG was not delivered within 10 days, I checked the status. I was surprised to see that there is no booking showing in Order History.
            After that I inform to Shiv Shakti Gas Service on contact no.[protected] on that their reply was it happens in few cases. They Told me to book LPG again and promise me that they will got LPG delivered in one or two days , I booked on dt 01.12.11 booking no.15445263 .
            But still I am waiting LPG to be delivered.
            Your are requested to kindly look into the matter & resolve the problem and update the Bharat gas software.

How can i book the cylinder ???????? "very phone busy"??????. The delivery time is also almost 5-6 days. Once the booking would be made afterwards i will have to wait that much.                 my cons no. 7143 i have booked my lpg cylender on[protected] my distributor anand gas service at serampore distributor was issue cylender on 22/11/2010 but my home delivery on[protected] in the middle of 12 days where was staying and why delay as same on 12 days not only this month on every month we are facing same problem we have launch complain many times but not solve the problem but day by day arise more problem pls kindly take up and solve this problem or give me a solid wayout how to solve the problem.

                  The above dealer is terribly corrupt and doesn't deliver Gas cylinder unless you pester him continuously for days. I book a Gas cylinder only after 5 months and I have got single cylinder connection but still he doesn't care. Despite Political leaders talking so big about growth rate etc, basic services under Govt. control are pathetically poor and third class.

                    My consumer no is 22761 and distributers code no is C,C.531810.by name Ahmedgarh Gas Agency Ahmedgarh. I have booked teh ceylender on 18.11.2010 and agencys registration no. is 98. Even after following for last 5-6 days the distributer is not replying nor he is giving the ceylender. Now a days there is more demand due to winter season, he is charging exorbit premium throgh his rickshaw walas To further surprising is that henot preparing invoice. As per the rule nothing can be sold without a bill. Is there any body or authority who can stop this malpractice. I suppose no body can do because he is influencial man. He has made this place as Taliban.I am a old lady finding difficult to survive. Any or every body is requested to help me.

                    sir, i have booked my cylinder on dated11-10-10 vide no 3827.my consumer no is 5384.davinder singh.butup till now at the time of writing this complaint they have not deliverd me gas cylinder.as it is approximately 46to go. they have delivered me last cylinder on7-10-10.

                      I am transfered from Sri Venkaiah swamy gas agancies, kovur, nellore dist, A.P to Rajeshwari enterprises, Doom light circle,Kolar, Karnataka on 6th December 2008

                      At the time of transfer I submited transfer documents to the gas agency and they are given gas book and alloted the number 17492 and given cylinder but not given any document and told document should come from their main branch Bharat Gas agency, Chintamani. I travelled number of times to Chintamani main Bharat Gas Agency but they are not giving any document and continuously postphoning.

                      I am getting gas regularly but unable to transfer again and possibility of my gas connection misuse.

                      Bharat Gas — unable to transfer the connection

                      I have to tranfer the connection from Adyar gas agency to Kovilabakkam gas agency so i have been trying a lot and got the distributor phone of the area that is padmavathy gas agency, but they dont pck the call . i feel helpless . I have only one cylinder i dont know what to do . my cutomer ID is :37659.

                      The adyar gas agency says i need ration card for transfer but i dont have that . how will i get the cylinder i am helpless.

                      I live in dera bassi.I have booked a cylinder 17 days on 27 sep 2008 from local gas distributor but yetI have not recieved cylinder.I think they are providing cylinder to sweet shopkeeper.
                      they do same when any festival comes.they are doing black

MY consumer No. TF15343, DISTRIBUTER NAME : TOLLY FLAME, CODE:461873, ADD: 1/69 NAKTALA, KOLKATA -47.I have booked the Cylinder 25 days dated 25.09.08, not yet received. From yesterday & today continiously ringing but responsing they will deliver within 2 hours and they confirmed me that they already issued 1 Cylinder for me but till now not yet received. I think they doing black. On time of booking they forced me to purchase Grosery products which they are personaly selling.I denied for purchase the goods, for these reasons they are not regularise for service. Is this GAS OFFICE OR GROSERY SHOP. Kindly take necessary action and do needful.
                      I have to tranfer the connection from panchvinsati gas agency bhatinda catt to Navsari bharat gas agency . I have only one cylinder i dont know what to do . my cutomer ID is :4215

                      The Navsari gas agency says i need confirmatio letter for transfer but i dont have that . how will i get the cylinder i am helpless.

                        sir m permanent resident of village side(rural area near border). i want to know the amount for new bharat gas connection, m not satisfied the information which i hv got from nearest office, once they askd me to pay 4400/- for new connection & then at the time of payment they refused the amount & askd for more payment about 4580/- for new connection. kindly tell me the exact amount for new connection for rural area so that i can proceed further to get a new connection.

                        I contact with Bharat gas service Chakan (m.s.) for booking of new gas connection.
                        But the concern person told that there is no booking.After that I want to know the time period for new booking but still they also don't know about that.
                        So plz tell me where i go for booking of new hp gas connection and what is the procedure.

                          I am consumer of Bharat Gas LPG Domestic Cylinder having consumer ID J11228,My local distributor is M/s Jagdeep Agencies,100 Feet Road,Bathinda.I have booked cylinder on 18/11/10, but till date I have not recd cylinder, while I visit there to get the same by hand, they said there is shortage of gas pls visit again & before 8:00 AM. The same is being happening from last 3-4 days.I am visiting the agency but reply is same that the GAS is over now pls visit again.

                          The staff behavior is also very rude; the executive name Kuldeep used abusive language while asked for the reason for delay

                          So are requested to take matter on priorty & get it resolved

                          I have booked my LPG Cylinder on 27th aug. through The bassein agricultural multipurpose co.soc.ltd. our gas distributor. At the time of booking they told me that i will receive the cylinder within 10-12 days. Again after 12 days i called them up they said i will recieve the cylinder after 3-4 days. And again I called them today they said I will get it after 3-4 days. Now its almost 18 days i have not yet received the cylinder. My cylinder is over today and my both the cylinders are empty. The distributor says that there is shortage of supply is it true? This problem i am facing practically every month their services are aslo hopeless. They even distribute gas cylinders at the rate of 500 to 600 hundred rupees. I am a middle income group person i cannot afford to pay extra amount. My consumer no. is 53600. Pliz help me out. I must get the cylinder atleast by tomorrow. 2NDLY THE BOOKING OF THE GAS CYLINDER IS DONE AFTER 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE CYLINDER.

                              I, biswajit datta, son of ranjit kumar datta (Consumar name) want to make complaints against the very late delivery of lpg cylinder since last two months (Consumer no.4792).In the month of october we booked on 09/10/10 and supplied on 30/10/10. After going personally 3 times to the distributor's shop that was the result. They told sometimes house was not found and sometimes no persons were present in the house. From 1991 onwards we are staying in the same house.
                              In november we booked the cylinder on 11/11/10 but till date
                              (25 days) it is not supplied.In the mean time 3 times personal requests were done to the distributor's shop after going there. Now also same story is being told to us like last month. Please do the needful asap otherwise we have to make legal moves to solve the regular illness of the system.

I Want to Book My gas Cylinder After Delivery of 25 Days on 18/10/2010 but they Reject My Booking and tell me We Book Your Cylinder after 30 Days of Deivery.But Rule is Booking is 21 Days of Gas Cylinder Delivery.                               This is inform to you that I have a domestic LPG connection with Bharat Gas dealer named "Shayama" in Bandel. My consumer ID is 8716 with name Madhusudan Mukherjee. They are not supply LPG cylinder to their customer properly. They are not receive customer call and if any time received they misbehave with them. They supply LPG cylinder after 50 days from customer booking. But other Bharat Gas Dealer supply this within 20 days from booking. They sell domestic cylinder to catering, hotel etc for the purpose of business and domestic customer suffer for this.

                              I beg to requesting you please take necessary action to this gas dealer for better service to us.

                                I had booked for a cylinder on 08.11.2010 . Its more than 27 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 10 calls to the shree raksha gas agency (nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered. Pl take care of thi gas agency whioch will help the customers

                                  We have booked the gas on 08.11.210 but till today we have not receive, & when ever we call to the agency, they say today we will send, & if we call next day they say they is no stock it's takes another 2-3 days, & sometimes they say we have sent. they keep on telling the reason, this happnes for everytime dont know why, I request if you take some action, that will help...

                                  I am Bharat gas consumer attached to Dhanalakshmi gas agency.The agency has 4 telephone lines and it is very very difficulty to get the line.One has to try continuously not less than 1 hour to get the line and talk to the agency for booking refill. Today (dated 6th Dec.,2010 / Time 10 am) i am trying the agency for the past one and a half hour to give a complaint of gas leak and to send a mechanic, but i could not get the line so far. Hence i found and tried the emergency number : [protected], but the person by name Mr. Hari is very irresponsible since he has cut the line with no proper answer. Then i have to call again, when he said that he can attend only after 5.30 pm and before that one has to contact the agency, but the agency's situation is horrible without quick access. (Dhanalakshmi agency numbers :25324905, 25321154, 25323264, 65287775 any one can try theses numbers and see how difficulty it is for quick access)
                                  I have asked the emergency contact person Mr. Hari, then what is the meaning of emergency when you donot attend immediately ? There is no proper answer for that.
                                  Then i have called the consumer care section of Bharat gas office at AnnaNagar. But it looks to me the consumer care section is not for the consumer but for helping the agency only, because many times when i have taken complaint about the agency the consumer section has rather tried to tell excuses as lorry strike, no supply, rains etc. throught the year than to solve the consumer grievance. So when today i have called and was telling about the gas leak/agency numbers unable to access/emergency numbers' response, the lady at the consumer care very uncaringly replys same excuses mentioned above. Then when asked about what is the meaning of emergency given,but the person is ready to attened only after 5.30pm, there is no proper answer for that.

                                  So one can understand the fate of the consumer especially of Dhanalakshmi agency of Bharat gas. I can only say the Bharat gas' consumber care is virtually dead.

                                    I am Alavi.I am a consumer of Bharat gas (Crystal gas agencies,perintalmanna).My consumer no is 15966.Lastly we received gas cylinder on 19 th Oct 2010.Now 46 days is over since we have received the last cylinder.When asked about the same they reacted very harshly and told us to wait for 15 days also there is no surety of that.They are selling cylinders for Rs 450-500 for those who are giving the money and also they get spot delivery.
                                    For your information our both cylinders are empty.Please take necessary actions as soon as possible.
