I have been using Bharat Gas through Gas agency My Con No 59574 ..I feel the sevice provided from the above agent worst..
every time they are accepting refill booking once in 20 days
from the delivary for previous cylinder.. when we go for follow
up for the delivary 20days after booking ..they say that Load
not received from Bharat gas and no other responce from
them after many follow up they inform that the invoice has been send to suppliers and will be receiving the
cylinder .. when I call the supplier for delivary either they will not
lift the phone or i will get the answer that he is not feeling well
or the delivary boys not available to give the delivary ...
for every refill i struggle a lot to get the refill in that i am speding
lot of my valuable time every month to get the delivay of the cylinder

Radha Gas have 6 nos for enquiry and booking to call them
we need to try the lines atleast half hour to get the line ..

    Regulator is fitting properly

    Address: Kasargod, Kerala

    It has been reported to BharatGas more than 03 days and more than 03 times, that the Regulator of the Cylinder does not fit properly and the Gas is leaking. Nobody has come to check nor anybody has called to enquire about the state of problem. Consumer No.353, Kasargod District.

    Dear Sir,

    Since 7th dec 2010 had placed the order & got Sr. no 300 from Bharat gas - Juinagar gas cylinder station, after repeated calling , excuses are given today , tommorow will make delivery , but of no help.
    some time the phone call no. 27723163, 65161437 & mob no. [protected] are either busy the whole day or switched off. please do something in this matter

      Dear Sir/madam,

      I am the Customer of Adyar Bharatgas Hindustan Gas Agency. 4E, 1 Main Road, Kasthuribai Nagar, Adyar, Chennai-600 020.Consumer No 43450. In This Agency we are facing very bad Service and the staffs who are working there are not giving a good customer service. First of all they are not picking the Ph. i am trying the ph no of this agency for past 1 week but i cannot reach them so i went in person to the agency. I said all other agencies are supplying gas at the prompt time but you people are not at all giving a good service, for that one of the staff is telling, please change ur agency we are not bother for it. she asked me, "Where are u coming from" . I said" Kottur Puram", for that she is saying "ok why are u coming here take the agency of chitra agency which is very near by u plz change i cant book ur gas. after a big conversation she booked my gas. Plz take a sufficient action on her.

Please, my cylinder is finished now, so send me the cylinder today itself.

          I am a customer of bharatgas service my consumer no. is 17983 and distributor name is Vijay Gas Agency and agency code is 113597. Home delivery of this agency is never good. Whenever I book to the refill they never reach to my house well in time. When I complaint in this subject they behave rudely. I am helpless to take refill in black. Kindly help me.
          I have never seen in my 10yr working exp such a worst, indisipline, un cultured, non proffesional employee, no proper comunicator who sits in front desk, all roudies un educated service boys who doesnot have basic sills, the more painfull is that such organaisation is associated with the trusted company like Bharat gas.(Suggestion-Please take out 'BHARAT")Dont misuge the name.The agency called Rasmi Agency.Propritor is Mr harish.

          Since last 3yrs i am having this connection, the painfull story started from there,
          Every moth required 100calls 10time need to visit the office to get cylinder, This moth after doing that still i am yet to get...
          when i will be getting??????????????? left to god

          lpg gas booked 20 days ago not deivered so far
          Hi,
          We have booked for a GAS booking for House hold LPG to Mahalakshmi GAS agencies, Dealer of Bharat GAS on 19 Dec 2009. Even now it is not delivered. People who are sitting in office not able to control/ coordinate the delivery boys to deliver them in time. Even they do not have a minimum courtesy to give priority for long outstanding customers. Delivery boys are much stupid guys, they even lieing to us.
          Our GAS code no is M10928.
          Hope somebody who is monitoring these complaints can instruct people at the agency.

          I am the resident of vasco da gama, Goa. we have a connection of Bharat Gas and the agency who supply us is Yashodha Gas Agency. We have booked our Connection on 26th December 2009 and till date they have not supplied the Cylinder. During this period we have been continously calling them atleast twice a day and the reply is constant " we will supply it tommorrow morning". This is the same story of every month and we are fedup of this services. I hope you will take necessary action and save us from the torcher.

          Once week back had gone to Bharat Gas office met Ramkrishnan customer service. I told him I want new connection he called Distributor Mr. Venugopal RJ Gas code is 631804, They were insisting me to purchase Gas stove & other home appliances from their office. My requirement was 4 stove busrner but didn't had for 4 days I asked them arrange mean while my collegues gifted me this stove within 10mins immediately I informed them I dont require Gas stove they said ok. When I went to have connection form to be filled up at thier store no one was responding & they asked me to speak to Mr.Ramakrishana customer help desk of Bharat Gas even he was insisting me to purachse gas stove I explained him everything but he didn't listen anything and he gave one area sales Manager number Ms.Sandhya I explained everything to her she said no one can force you to take the bruner for new connection she talked to RJ gas customer service and agreed and they we me Domestic Gas Customer card. Now they have to deliver the Gas cylinder and they have to inspect the hot plate. I had called Ms.Lina arrange the same for today evening morning she said ok now when I called her she is saying now it is not possible I dont have deliver person and the owner this agency gone for lunch he will come after 6pm we can not help you. This is the way to treat customer I have paid money yesterday itself but they not ready to talk in proper manner too. It is total customer harrasement . Is it compulsory to buyhome appliacne from disrtibutor to get the connection.

          I need reply for this even I am also in customer service in 11 years we never behaved like this with anyone.

          I have booked my gas on 16th of feb 2010. wherein the dealer of Bharat Gas at Vashi had promised me to send the gas in a day or two. Today on 8th Aplril 2010 when i call them they say the same thing that we will deliver it tomorrow. I have called up the Dealer around 20 times .. and i get the same answer of tomorrow. Now they have changed the date too in their database and tell me that i have booked it on 31st march. I had called them in between when they had told me that the gas had been delivered but i wasnt present. But they did not leave any receipt of the same. If this is the way people have to suffer from these people it is ridiculous.
          I have booked my gas on 23rd of March 2010. wherein the dealer of Bharat Gas at Harinavi, South 24 Parganas, Kolkata had promised me to send the gas in a 15 days. Today on 8th Aplril 2010 when i call them they say-You will get after a week.Now, They disconnect my phone after receiving.This is not new problems.They have done before several times same problem.I want to my service properly.I have many trouble due to less of gas.My consumer no. is 9590.

          I GKP SREEKUMAR (Cons No 3430) booked cylinder at Bhaskar Gas agencies.Even after two weeks they have not delivered cylinder. The counter state that west hill delivery boy is on leave.
          I suspect some foul play since Onam season and have all the reason to believe that they must have swindled the delivery.The agency has defaulted before also by not delivering gas on time.
          Please look into the matter.

          Dear Sir,

          This is to let you know how I have been made to wait for a cylinder since the 27th of September. I must have called them (Ratan Gas agency) near Rahatni... every single day since four days and everyday they say that they'll send it to me the next day.
          My consumer number is 025134. When I first booked for my cylinder, they said that I would get it within five days. But I waited for a week and the next day I was away from home when they had come. And when I got back ..I called them up and told them that I was away and they said that I had to book again...If anyone books for a cylinder ..does that mean we have to be there 24 hours every single day till they deliver us the cylinder...My last cylinder was delivered on the 28th of July. I did tell them that but they were not ready to listen. I have the signature and date on the booklet.
          Kindly help and see that the people working under you do a proper job.

          I have a DBC connection and I booked for domestic refill on 10th of September and got delivery on13th October and again I booked my cyclender on 16th of October through ebharat gas.com and my ref.           Sir,

          The Bharat Gas agency in Kasaragod town, Kasaragod, Kerala is become one of most treacherous agency by giving false promises of delivery of filled gas cylinder after 45 days of booking in their area.

          They maintain fair amount of stock as per their stock display displayed in their office. But, whenever the consumers approaches for the filled gas, they used to answer that the stock is not available and they are waiting for the replenishment of stock from their regional office. The load of truck/lorry is not yet arrived/supplied their required filled gas.

          When we notify about the stock position displayed in the board, they used to answer that it is defective. But, they do not mention the same in the board. While contacted their regional sales manager, he also blindly ask to wait for the delivery about 2/3 days. The complaint book also not available to register the complaint. But, it is given at the pressure of consumer from their hidden cabin.

          Therefore, we request to take necessary step to correct their long delivery schedule and maintain regular timely supply of filled gas at the most satisfaction of all consumers.

          I had booked a cylinder on 16/12/2010 .Its more than 45 days& have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 10 calls to the gas agency (Thaliadan Gas Agency Ottapalam customer code 621870) and remained them .Its of no use.Whenever I make a call I get the answer "it will be delivered toyou by within one week " But today it is not delivered

          Distributor Code 113579 Rahul Agencies, Jangpura, new delhi facing a strange problem whenever i like to book Gas for refilling cylinder it is replied that u have already booked and i can book after 10 or 15 days. i fail to understandwho books my gas no 6971 it must be nexus between jangpura staff anddelivery man.I always get cylinder refilled at there whims and fancies or i have to get it from black market.

          Above things are repeated with connection no. 13510which is in the name of my daughter living in ground floor in same address; I like to book on line always but when i ask jangpura staff Rahul agencies

          I am the customer of Bharat Gas from last 15 years, with consumer no. 26480 my connection is with Pradip Gas Agency nigdi,pradhikaran, I am facing this problem from last 1 year but not given a complaint I thought they will improve service but I don't think so, my complaint is about delivery of the cylinder. we don't get cylinder in time all the time the staff tells us shortage of cylinder, they don't talk properly with the customer. 25 days ago I have booked the cylinder and the delivery after 3 days.
          but still I have not recived cylinder.every time we phoned and they say you have recived tommorow. There is big problem to do the phone,because many times phone is enged Requesting you to please improve the service otherwise. Can anyone suggest me how can I take it further to the higher management's notice so that atleast we get a bit proper service.

          Even I faced the same problem with Pradip Gas Agency, Pradhikaran. There phone numbers 27653646 and 27641044 always gives engaged tone. I am not the only person who faced this problem. One of my neighbour is also trying their numbers since 1 week but no response. At last we went their and booked the cylinder. They told us that we have to wait for 15 days.

          Also most of the time the delivery person doesn't give the receipt so we have to demand for it.

          Pradip gas agency Nigdi should be stopped several times phones are busy 20 days goes for booking and delivery again 25 days total 45 days( getting those people on phone means prayers answered by god )
          I am the customer of Bharat Gas from last 4 years, my connection is with Pradip Gas Agency nigdi, pradhikaran,

          These peoples are very rude & landline phones are always bussy but when checked @ office reality is that
          they are fooling the customers .

          As per Pradeep gas booking order accepted after 21 days from delivery but when we book it never happens
          that we recieve delivery of gas within next 10 days . Always we have to chase up with them &
          every other person will come with innovative response, ideas to fool the persons.

          Every time we sms for book the refill, then every time fixed message of change of surksha tube though we called engineers .
          Most of the time drunken person come without any notice or call.

          Can anyone suggest me how can I take it further to the higher management's notice so that atleast we get a bit proper service.

            I have gas connection in Sarvoday Gas Agency.My cun No. 875 On 25 Nov 2010 i had book my refill ,till date i have not received it On contact they said that your refill has been sold out. And you will receive refill on tomorrow But till date I have not received .They told this story fourtime .And said that you are allowed to complain anywhere. Please help me and solve my problem.

                My name is Ramesh Chandra. I am a regular BP gas consumer. I am staying in bikaner and the dealer is siddhartha Gas Agency. Never I get cylinder in time. They take minimum 35 to 40 days to supply the refill from the date of booking whereas all the consumers in and around my house who use Indane gas are getting within 3 days or maximum one week. Can you kindly advise me what to do? Should I change the agency or the company it self?

                Twin City Gas company/LPG gas — Irregular supply of LPG gas

                Hi i am Pradeep Badatya, booked gas cylinder on 3rd of Oct. Today it is 15th october and still we are waiting for the delivery. I booked the gas on behalf Sunil kumar choudhury, consumer #523982. The dealer usually promise to deliver within a week but that is a false promise. Every month we face the same issue.



                After 1 week we usually call 5 times on daily basis, but that goes in vein. When we call they respond " Sir aaj bhej dete sham ko"-> we ll deliver it today evening but that evening is goin to be a dream for us.



                I would like to know who is responsible for this irregularity? Is there any customer care or grivience cell to solve our problem. I guess these distributors use the service illegally and sell the cylinders in black to get more money and create problems for the innocent domestic consumers.

                Sir, I had Register for my cylinder bottle dated on 5/10/2007.but we have not get our cylinder till date.I had tried to contact in Gyas office many times but there is not any response from gyas office. they never pick up the phone since we are tried to contact them prolonged . Now today my gyas bottle is empty and i haven't any spare bottle.we are highly suffering today.

                So, sir I kindly request you please inform to responsible person for supply cylinder within a specific time period.

                LPG — Gas delivery in a lethagic way

                Our connection got transferred from Sri Ganesh Gas agency to Sakthi Gas Agency.We have two Gas connections., due to the transfer they informed us that only one cylinder can be delivered at a frequency of 25 days and Refilling of the Gas after 25 days of the first issue. Therefore we could not have one cylinder as spare.
                This time we booked our cylinder on 14/03/2008, They informed us that within five days the Gas would be delivered. On 19th evening we called up and it was informed that the load has been received and the delivery had been made.They informed that the Gas would reach us before 6 PM on same day.
                On the next day same thing happened but over phone they said inspite of being sent we may collect it in the Office, As the distance between gas agency and our residence is more then 7 Kms we could not collect the gas as the Time frame is fixed by them (i.e to collect before 5 in the evening) As office goers this cannot be met by us.So we said we can wait for that day.
                Today morning they said the Delivery has been sent and in first delivery (which is to be made by 11 AM ).By 12.30 we called and while speaking to them the Staff conversed to each other and said that GAS CAN BE DELIVERED ONLY BY THE Next day (i.e tomorrow 22.03.08).
                They play a foul game to the customers and make them indisposed. As a part of conversation they use abusive language to the customers saying that it is a need for us to wait if we need a gas.

                Its a serious complaint .
                I booked my cylinder on 11 Oct 08 in the encyI did not recieve my cylinder even today -02 Nov-08.I compaint several times and they alwys said that I did not book cylinder.I showed them the Blue Booking book many a times but to no avail.

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                The bharat gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking.
                here, we had booked our cylinder for home-delivery on 03/03/2009 . but we have not received the delivery to till date. yeasterday day night our cylinder have been empty . we have no another fill cylinder.
                Second thing the agency telephone no. generally not responding to customer and mobile phone always switched off.

                Agent shahjahanpur Gas Agency. After 2 or three hours countiniuos call then they receive phone call.
                If you try for three days you will really understand how many consumer like me facing problem to book a gas.
                Speak or make some query to them you will find how they react or answer.
                The booking time per day is only 3pm to 4pm one hour. Pls try all this as a customer and you will really find what response a customer get with your agent.

                Bharat Petroleum Gas — non delivery of gas cylinder from past three years.

                1. The petitioner is the G P A holder of Smt. Bharambha w/o Late Sri. Sannathammanna, residing at Basaweshwara Nagar, Chitradurga.
                2. Smt. Bharambha, is an subscriber at Maruthi Gas Agency, V P extension, Chitradurga with Customer No. 0214.
                3. Address of the Respondents is as mentioned in the cause title.
                4. The Respondent is distributor/Agent L P Gas of Bharat Petroleum Company. As per the agency, he has to supply L P Gas cylinders to the subscriber.
                5. As per the norms of Bharat Petroleum Company, The Respondent -1 has to supply the L P Gas cylinder, as and when the customer demands.
                6. The petitioner is regularly demanding for the supply of L P Gas cylinders for the last 3 years. The Respondent is neither supplying the L P Gas cylinders nor informing the reason for which the supply of L P Gas cylinders is with held.
                7. The Respondent-1 is not providing the reasons despite of many requests in person, telephone, and letters,
                8. The petitioner has also filed many memorandums to the Deputy Commissioner, Chitradurga and latter with Deputy Director of Food and Civil Supplies, Chitradurga.
                9. The petitioner has request for the details, through Right to Information Act. The Respondent has not at all made any attempts to provide the reasons for not supplying the L P Gas cylinder to the petitioner.
                10. Due to the negligence of the Respondent, the petitioner has been continuously put to hardship for the house hold cooking activities; the petitioner is having every right to enjoy the facilities given by the Government as well as the Bharat Petroleum Company. Petitioner’s right has been deprived. The petitioner is forced to Purchase the Commercial L P Gas cylinders by paying huge extra costs. The petitioner has put to the loss to the extent of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One lakh only).
                11. This deficiency of Service by the Respondent has caused maximum loss of money and mental agony.

                12. Due to deficiency of service by the Respondent which has caused difference of opinion among family members of the complainant, which lead to day to day problems and unrest among the family members. Consequences caused loss of mental peace. These same factors has caused stressful and loss of professional life and earnings of the complainant.

                I am the consumer of Bharat gas MSR AGENCY Porur Chennai. It has meged to Purasaiwakkam gas agency for the past two years. They have not supplied regularly. Even we have single cylinder they have taken fifteen days to twenty days to deliver the cylinder after bokking. Even they supplied the delivery boy named as karthik will sell the cylinder to the hotels in black market and deliver to the customer as his own schedule. Kindly make arrangements to correct the delivery schedule.

                I am a regular BP gas consumer. I am staying in BHOGAL JUNGPURA NEW DELHI, and the dealer is RAHUL Gas Agency.my cunsumer no. is 5777. They refuse to book my Gas. They told me your Gas will be booked 21 dyas after deliver, but provision is we can book the Gas after 21 dyas to previous booked.                 I have a gas connection vide consumer no. MM11901 at Mohan & Mohan Gas Agency, Sector-37, Faridabad. Last time I had booked gas on 23.12.2009 and delivery received on 31.12.2009. In the month ending in Jan 2010, I tried to book gas over phone No. [protected] and they have told me that my last booking was on 14.01.2010, after 21 days I am consider to book the gas.

                On 04.02.2010 when I went to the said agecy and asked the counter to findout the fact, they denied the above booking and told that they have booked the gas and did not give booking number. I am trying to call at said agency over Tel No.[protected], 225 8762, 225 8201 and [protected] no body lifting the phone. They always put the phone receiver a side. Till date no delivery received.

                It is suggested that the said agency is over loaded. Nahar par colonies/ large numbers of consumers should be provided saperate Gas Agency Immediately.

They take minimum 15 to 20 days to supply the refill from the date of booking whereas all the consumers in and around my house who use Indane gas are getting within 3 days or maximum one week.                 Delay in delivery of LPG gas cylinder
                I am a regular BP gas consumer having connection No.288. I am a Central Government Official and staying at H.No.25, Mayur Vihar, Phase-1, Meerut and the dealer is Brahma Jyoti Gas Agency. Never have I got cylinder in time. They take minimum 30 days for booking and another 15 to 20 days to supply the refill from the date of booking. They never pick the phone for booking. I have personally booked the gas on 25/6/10 and received the refill cylinder on 07/7/10 at 9.30p.m. After complaint to Sr Sales Office at his Mob.No. [protected] and thereafter booked on 10/8/10 and received the refill cylinder on 25/8/10 again after message to Sr Sales Officer at his mobile no.[protected]. Can you kindly advise me what to do? Should I change the agency or the company it self? I also want to know that after how many days I can book the gas after delivery of a refill cylinder.                 It is very painful to submit that consumers of that agency have to wait almost for a month for gas cylinder and that cylinder has to obtain by the consumer from place fixed by the agency and that place is also not permanently fixed and changed by the agency of his own will. i.e.clear violation of the law relating to supply of gas and it is also gross negligence on the part of the baratiya gas agency.

                Despite booking of gas on 30/03/2011 M/S Shivshakti Gas Agency, Nirankari Colony, has so far not supplied refilled cylinder.I have told them about this number of times, there is no action taken against it. There is always delay of supply almost one month. The delivery boys has no slips what so ever for delivery proof. They r not picking phone nor giving satisfactory reply on visit.                 Vegetable oil by linking it with issue of 2nd Cylinder??.

                If one protests, then one gets a rude reply that “We will not sell you extra cylinder.(2nd cylinder has become a necessity due to short/irregular supply).

                I seek your explanation/clarification on such transactions by your dealer, when you regularly advertise that your dealers can not force a customer to by Hot plate etc from same dealer.

                My connection no. is 12661. I have booked my gas on 4th September 2011 but it had not been delivered till date ( even after lapse of 17 days). You may surprise to know that I visited the agency first to booking, second time to get it signed and then regularly to remind them for delivery. Every time they promised to supply it immediately, but they did not supply it till date.                 This is to bring to your attention, the unsatisfactory services rendered by one of your gas distributors "friend gas agency" in Bharat nagar,,New Delhi,,which has time and time again proved to be incompetent in handling customers who have been associated with the agency for more than 20 years. firstly they follow a self made protocol of not booking a gas within 21 days of previous entry,,and then the expected delay in the delivery of the gas ranges from 15 to 20 days, also "friend gas agency" repeated persist that we inform them of our booking everytime though we book the gas under proper procedure,,lastly the response from this agency is very poor,,the staff is unwilling to answer the calls,,the phone is deliberately kept busy on subsequent calls if the first gets disconnected and their behaviour is utmost rude and hostile,,as if they are doing us a favour by performing their duties,,

                    I am consumer of BP gas bearing the consumer no 20331. My agency is mukta gas agency, Malad (E), Mumbai. Even after 10 days back i booked the gas, till now it has not been not delivered.

                    Whenever I called there, an operator hands over the call to the delivery staff. The delivery staff takes the address details & ends up the call confirming the delivery "TODAY" This "Today" never arrise & he never turns up. What should we do ????

                        I am a consumer of Bharat gas. I am residing in pallikarai, chennai. My booking number is 38423. Bharat gas booking office is in velachery. In booking office they are not attending telephone calls properly booking for new cylinders. Customer care executives are not answering properly. They are keeping the phone down within 5 seconds. After a long struggle I booked for gas I was informed that within a week new cylinder would be given. Till now new cylinder has not been distributed. Please do needful.

                          THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING.

                          ON CONTRARY, OUR DISTRIBUTOR VISHNU JYOTI GAS SERVICE (CODE N0. 113506 BOOKS GAS AFTER 25 DAYS AND GIVE DELIVERY AFTER 1 WEEK OF BOOKING. WHICH MAKES IT COMPLETE 1 MONTH.

                          THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AND UN ACCEPTABLE. AND IS A CLEAR CUT HINT OF BLACK MARKETING.

                                I am a customer [ CONSUMER NO:14453]of your gas supply agency ( Venus Gas, Ambalamukku, Trivandrum).I have booked for refilling of gas cylinder on 04.12.2010 via SMS and my booking reference is 4860599. Since it was not delivered, I reminded the distributor on 16th and got the reply that there was some problem in networking and it would be delivered on the same day itself. Till date the same is not received. After that, when we tried to contact the distributor several times continuously from 10 am to 5pm all the telephone numbers were either engaged or not responding. It is a regular practice that the refilled gas cylinder is delivered only after repeated reminders from our part. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL ARRANGEMENT AT THE EARLIEST.

                                  Sir,
                                  i booked for new connection of gas cylinder for home. I applied for the same at bharat gas and well as at indane gas, but both says that you have to also purchased GAS CHULHA + TUBE+ GIFT (ONE KG TEA) at additional cost of 3250 + cylinder security amount. Then i say that i will pay only gas cylinder security amount only and i purchased GAS CHULHA + TUBE from out side market not your shop.
                                  then both distributors denied to give me new connection and say it is compulsory to take GAS CHULHA + TUBE with every new gas connection.

                                  i am not mentioning the distributors name, because i went to take gas connection at many distributors (more than 10) but same reply. than i consult my neighbors & friends and they also said that the same. but i am not satisfied so write to you.

                                  please sir look into the matter. I will be highly obliged to you.

                                  Bharat Gas/Indane gas — new booking

                                  I have applying to the booking of new number, but not answering the gas angncy head and owner regarding to the new number booking . i have purchased other cylinder more then cost please solved this probleme.

                                    Dealer refuses to give connection on transfer

                                    I am the customer of Bharat Gas vide consumer number 10299. I shifted my family from Dhone of Kurnool distrcit to KURNOOL District HQs. I constructed house at D.No.87/[protected], Ganesh Nagar, Kurnool-518002 and shifted my family permanently. So, I obtained Termination voucher (TV058) from the Vijaya Gas Service, Dhone and approached Bharat Gas Dealer at KURNOOL, who is nearest to my House i.e M.V.                                     My LPG Gas connection is of Bharat Gas. The distributer agancy is Shalimar Gas Service, Aarif Ashiana Complex, Chowk, Lucknow 226003

                                    The Gas connection No. is 6023.

                                    The agancy is not obey the norms of BPCL. The booking facility is not proper working on phone or SMS.
                                    The delivery is also very late after very great persuation.

                                    I am also talk to Agency more times but no any results in this regard.

                                    Please solve the problomb.
