Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to inform you that we have not been receiving proper supply of LPG gas cylinder on time inspite of booking the same 21 days in advance as per the norms set by BPCL services. We are facing the problem for the last two months inspite of repeated calls at the centre (Mukta Gas Service) there is no proper response. I had booked the cylinder on 22nd October 2010 and the booking no. 449 and when I called to inquire about the status of delivery after 8 days I was told there is no booking being made on the above mentioned date which led to a bitter argument and the phone being hung up abruptly. There is rampant black marketing in the area where the van comes loaded with cylinders but people who have done the booking dont receive the cylinders and the same is openly black marketed in hotels and non-subscribers of BPCL LPG gas.

    Dear Sir,
    Sub: undue delay in issuing cylinders and regulator
    Ref: Consumer no: 30063 (Indane Gas)
    In the above regard, this is to inform you that I have been using Indane gas for the past 22 years. Recently, I shifted from Mohali, Phase 6 to my own house at Gulmohar city, Derabassi. Unfortunately, there is no agency of Indane gas here and I was guided to Bharat gas agency situated at Barwala road, Derabassi.
    I have joined Mount Shivalik Ltd. as CEO at Ambala and in my absence my wife approached the Bharat gas agency for getting cylinders and regulator with my authorization letter on 25th of October 2010. On her visit, the customer care person informed that a confirmation from Indane agency is required. (even if the transfer voucher is present, a confirmation is required. This is a loophole in the system.) She went all the way to Mohali to get a signature (the behaviour of the Mohali gas service, Indane gas was also very rude –at the time of taking the connection, at the time of surrendering and also at the time of confirmation). Then she was asked to get the authorization letter attested from Tel Bhavan, Chandigarh. My wife went to meet the person there but was told that authorization is not allowed and I should only sign the documents. The customer care person at the said agency told that I should be present in the evening before 6 pm and that the cylinders and regulator will be given. But, later my wife was told that there is no stock and therefore I should come on Thursday. This delaying tactics kept on continuing and every time my wife called the agency she was told that stocks are not available and now they are saying it will be done only after Diwali. I do not understand the intention of this agency because they are changing their statements every now and then.
    I feel that you have lost value for old and loyal consumers. It is harassment and mental worry caused to the consumer for no reason. Such poor service quality and attitude of the local agencies is highly objectionable and punishable. We had approached some people in Derabassi and were informed that cylinders are available in black for Rs. 600. I strongly feel that there is a nexus / ulterior motive behind all this.
    I request you to look into this issue with all strictness and seriousness and ensure that two gas cylinders and regulator are supplied at my house with immediate effect. Failing which, I will be forced to approach the consumer court for legal action.

      Respected sir,
      I am MR. Sulaiman p k residing in cherpalchery palakkad district kerala having consumer no. 12523 in pavithram gas service agency. I had booked for my home cylinder on 24.09.2010. Pavithram gas service is poor and layer in service making delay deliveries. They dont pick up the phone for inquiring or gas booking . Because of the delay service my two cylinders are empty leaving me to use electric appliances. I hope you understand my problems and humbly requests you to modify this bad service.

          My name is Nagesh Mallya.K and my consumer no.13538. My gas agency is Blue Flame Agencies,Thailangadi,Kasaragod. I have booked the cooking gas on 13.09.10,even after 45 days passed not delivered cooking gas to me till time and till date. When I contacted over phone many times even today itself ,answer is delivered yesterday but not received till date Sir, as my gas exhausted two week back, we are struggling for cook something with gas. My humble request is do the favourable action in this regard at the earliest. My another question is how much days required them for deliver gas after booking

            My name is Bindeshwar Pandit from Delhi. I booked my LPG Cylinder on[protected] at Pratap Jyoti Agency, Avantika Sector-One, Delhi. My Cons. N o. : 50113
            But till today I didn,t get any response from them. If they can't deliver the service than why they are running the agency. Screw out them irresponsible persons. Also their employees are not good. They misbehave with me.
            This is not the first time. This the routine of these guys. Pratap Jyoti Gas agency's services are too bad.

            Please take a hard actions on it otherwise this kind of services
            will not work out.

            Hello sir, my name is Ajay arora from sector- 2, Rohini, Delhi.I booked my LPG cylinder on 08.03.2015 ref. booking no.[protected] which has not been delivered yet, but on[protected] i got notification through text mg on my no. that it is delivered.
            Please pay heed to my request and check whether it is not black marketed somewhere.And kindly delivr gas cylinder.

                    Not receiving gas

                    I have booked on 12th February 2015 vide booking No. 196694 but till date I have not received the Gas I have visited distributor office Central Gas Supply Code no 461723 they told me that they can't give us Consumer No.3596

Its more than 45 days and have not yet received the cylinder till date .I made severel phone calls to the THALIADAN GAS AGENCY, OTTAPALAM, PALAKAD,KERALA.(C C NO.114648)and remined them.Its of no use when ever i make call , i am getting the answer " it will be delivered to you by two or three days later" but they are not delivered.                         I am a Bharat Gas custormer ( Name ;Bhagwan Dass.13, Rajaram Maket Madangiri, Consumer No.18254) My distributor is not suppying LPG refill even after 3 Months after booking.
                        Name of the distributor: Eminents Computers Pvt. Ltd.
                        I have send a formal complaint Bharat Gas HQ through website. For past 1 hours there is no favourable action from the distributor. I request the authorities to do the needful and avoid such diffictulties to genuine domestic customers in future.                             Dear Concern,
                            This is not the first time i am suffering with the problem but now I am fed up with the service of bharat gas. Continuously I am facing the same problem. I booked bharat gas cylinder through sunandan gas agency on 13th Oct 10 and still the deklivery is not happened and when I called to the agency every time I am getting same reply..cylinder is out of stock. I want to ask you one question that if the cylinder is out of stock how come u can sold in black via charging Rs.100 or 200 more means this guys had a habit to sell it in a black..This is my personal experience.
                            My family is huge and we need gas frequently and when after delivery when I called for the second booking they always said that u have to book after 10 to 12 days..Now my cylinder is empty & in the morning when I called to the agency they said same Cylinder is out of stock and if I wil say I want to take in black they will come immedtly…From where should I go to have a food for my family.
                            If you guys are not interested to give the service pls tell us will find some other option..

                            I have a bharath petroleum gas connection at "Venus gas Agency trivandrum"(Reg No: 1887).Till now I was very much satisfies with your service. But for the last one and half week I am suffering the gas shortage problem .I booked for the cylinder on last monday(28/07/08); and after that every day I am making calls also.Response of them on every day is same, and they are telling that "we supplies it today and you will get it today itself".I had a trust on you, that is why I have taken connection from you. Dont sink me in gas shortage difficulty.Kindly do the necessary action in order to avoid the difficulty.

                            Need your co-operation for immediate action,i am the customer of Amit Gas agency kausal puri,from the last 3-4 months they are not deliverying the gas to my home.My father is esthamatic patient personally going to carry the cylinder on Bicycle from the last 3-4 months.

                            Today when i have gone there to ask why they are not giving delivery in home,so they said they do not have staff and gone for their villages,When i asked to appoint the staff then they said to me to provide the staff,even they are telling they if you need cylinder then you have to come personally otherwise we will not give you delivery.

                              I approached your dealer at Ganjdundwara (Dist Etah - now under Kanshiram Nagar). There (Mr. Devender Kumar, appointed as manager) is demanding Rupees Four Thousand Five Hundred for release of new connection. Agaianst this amount, the items will be given are :
                              One Cylinder : Rs.1250
                              One Regulator : Rs. 100
                              One suraksha House : Rs. 200

                              Total = Rs.1550

                              Thus, the additional amonunt of [protected] = Rs.2950 is being demanded as bribe for release of new connection.

                                I am a Bharat Gas custormer ( Name ;Girish.T.E,Consumer No.6998) My distributor is not suppying LPG refill even after 17days after booking.
                                Name of the distributor: Sandhya Gas Agencies,Fort ,Trivandrum
                                I have send a formal complaint Bharat Gas HQ through website and E-mail complaint to Custormer relation centre of Bharat Gas in Kazakootam,Thiruvnanthapuram. For past 24 hours there is no favourable action from the distributor. I request the authorities to do the needful and avoid such diffictulties to genuine domestic customers in futire. On line booking may be urgently introduced in Kerala including Tthiruvananthapuram city as a precautionary measure

                                BPCL — Non Delivery of LPG Refill

                                My consumer no is 74193. I have booked a refill on 22nd April 2008. The distributor R&DCCS Ltd, has not responded to thee request yet. On calling the staff behaves rudely and hangs off the phone without proper reply. I have also applied for an additional cylinder, for which the distributor keeps giving newer dates and different processes.
                                Since the distributor is acting on behalf of BPCL, request your intervention to close this matter.

I have booked for LPG on 2 Nov I recived the confermation "Dear NAVEENA CHANDRAN, Your booking reference is 4186519.Insist to check leakage and weight during the delivery of the cylinder for your safety." so far i have not recieved any delivery message or recieved delivery against my booking, on 12th nov again i have made a booking "Dear NAVEENA CHANDRAN, Your booking reference is 4387100.Insist to check leakage and weight during the delivery of the cylinder for your safety. please do the necessary.
                                Delay of Gas Refill

                                I Swapnali Keer and my consumer no.605791 and my mobile number is [protected].Name of the distributor is Hari gas service. i have done my booking on 17th Feb, till date i did not received the cylinder delivery. I called up Monday the lady said will take more 2 days, again i called up today she repeated the same will take more 2 days because they had shortfall of cylinder, cylinder truck has not come. Being a customer of BPCL such reasons are not acceptable

                                Kindly look into this matter as we are facing lots of problem as my mom is not well.

                                    DEAR SIR,

                                    THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING.

                                    HERE, I HAVE BOOKED OUR CYLINDER FOR HOME-DELIVERY ON 04/10/2010. But they yet to deliver the cylinder even after 17 days after booking.

                                    The local agency people confirmed that they will deliver the cylinder in 10 -15 days at the time of booking.

                                    I have Single cylinder connection and its very difficult to manage 17 days without the GAS cylinder.

                                    Even I have spoken with their Regional Sales Officer twice regarding this. She is telling the the GAS cylinder will be delivered based on the Demand/Supply and So she can not do anything on this. No one from Bharat GAS is ready to help for timely delivery of the cylinder

                                    Below are my concerns.

                                    1) I would like to have the GAS cylinder with in 15 days from the date of booking...To whom I should contact for the same.

                                    2) I would like to make public compliant against Bharat GAS as they didn't deliver the GAS cylinder with in the time line.

                                    Please help me to sort out this issue.
