[Resolved] Madhur Courier — Non-delivery of courier | |
My father has sent one important document on 26th March 2008 from Jaipur to Bangalore. The said courier company has not delivered the document & docket receipt has been signed by delivery man himself or some other person. Now concerned Bangalore branch manager & their subordinates are saying, we have delivered the courier & we do not have time to solve the problem. There should be some govt regulations to get license of a courier company & it should be cancelled immediately after certain number of complaints in a fixed time frame. They should also see number of open complaints, which has not been closed by courier compant. Every customer is having complaint with the said courier company, even though they are still existing in market. Was this information helpful? | |

i have sant two courier from BHATGAON to RAIPUR on date 22/02/2010 vide courier receipt no 36853101 & BILAIGARH to RAIPUR 12/03/2010 receipt no 12/03/2010 ( MR RAJESH JAIN AD-RAIGARH SALVENT MAHALAXMI CLATH MARKET PANDRI RAIPUR ) till date. my courier has been deliverd any one is giving proper response.

They are total waste and make fun of lack of consumer courts in india.
They should be banned .

I am Payal... my friend sent me a courier from hyderabad... but this Madhur Courir service people are not delivering it..making excusses by telling We dont have service to the marthahalli.. at last they got convenienced to deliver it on the given address at the cost of petrol price and they were asking for 100/-... from last 2days..these ppl has wasted a lot of time of mine... It was horrible experience.Their one of the attendent Indira Madam and his Boss are gone case.
