Madhur Courier Service, Indore — Absolutely non-sensical people.. very abusive...

I had sent a packet through Madhur Courier Indore and it never reached the destination. Leave alone reaching there, but when enquired about it the person on the phone was abusive and very rude. So had to then go to their Centre. This person became so abusive that I had to call the police. Then I found out from my other friends that this service is very very unreliable. The moment I would utter the word courier to my friends, each and every one said say immediately 'Don't use Madhur Courier'

The packet did not reach its destination but came back to me after 10 days. When I got the packet it didn;t appear as if it had been sent at all. I think they just kept it here in Indore and then when i got the Police involved in it they sent it back to me
