[Resolved]  Madhur Courier Services — non receipt of simple mail courier till the date

a parcel was booked in indore to morena on 19/07/08 . now it is bhopal according to courier authority . how & why god knows?

I have send one document on 17th oct from Mumbai to Pune and yet it is not delivered.
How can I trace where is it exactly?

One parcel under c/n [protected] dt 06 01 2009 booked by my friend, but till date 12 01 2009 not recd, although few mails were sent to customer care to know the status, but no body bothered.

one courier posted on dt.12.2.09 from chittorgarh(raj.) to delhi address 35 sawarn park, udhyog nagar, rohtak road, mundka, delhi-41 ( c.no.[protected] yet not delivered after five days.
