Dear Sir,

We are travel agent with www.makemytrip.com since last 3-4 year, but last one week ago they block our user id and all details, than after we put mail and also contact in call center regarding account activation, credit balance, but they not give us positive response, we contact in ahmedabad branch to Mr Amit Joshi - Ahmedabad[protected], Mr Jigar Sheth - Ahmedabad[protected], Mr Ashok Malla, and we also contact to Mr Chandan Madhani by mail for account details, still our account is block and we total unable to view any details and we suffering lot in business, and make lose because of not making new booking, who can bare this loss and also our unused money.

When account activation time they cant tell us this type of terms that " We block your account any time. "

I hope you can help us again this type of scam.

      Hi, I had cancelled my tickets on 17th January and was told that someone would contact me for my accout details within 24hrs. For 3days i did not receive any call so on the 21st Jan I called makemytrip and sent them my wire transfer account details via mail. I was told that my amount would be reimbursed within 15 days. I have called makemytrip some 4-5 times since then and everytime they say it is in process and someone will call you regarding the same. I never receive any call and its been more than a month but I haven't received my reimbursement or any positive reply from their side. Everytime I call them I waste 10-15 minutes of my time and it is really causing a problem because it is a big amount.

      MakeMyTrip — No Refund after 6 months

      Its been six months since we cancelled out tickets. MakeMyTrip did not refund them till now. I have been calling them every other week for a status updated and from six months they are telling me the same line 'We need to contact accounts department' - Will it take six months for them to contact their own accounts department ????
      I complaint needs to be filed on this company.
      this is a hopeless travel agency. they are out to cheat people. thay should change their company name to"CheatMyTrip.com"

      Make My Trip — no refund yet

      Hi All,

      I had tried to book a ticket from NDLS to ALD from MakeMyTrip.com but twice the process got stuck at the payments page . When I checked my account I was deducted for the transaction although no ticket was booked. My transaction IDs is RAL[protected].. the payment still pending although I have made hundreds of phone calls to them and every time the same answer 'Sir this time please wait 48 working hours and you will surely get a reply or a refund'but no Refund yet. .They are not concerened at all...please help me out..as i am closing my account from that bank in 5 days and i want the refund within 5 days....thanku...

      Make My Trip — No refunds

      I had booked a To and fro airlines Ticket Through this service where in i canceled one side ticket via their service . the cancellation was done by there personal but since then no refunds has been recieved till now. The Ticket No: NF[protected].

      Please Look into the matter

      Make My Trip — No refund of Amount

      I booked my ticket from Chennai-Patna and Patna-Chennai under booking ID NF[protected]. On 23rd of Apr. i requested them through mail that you are providing me journey on my required day then cancel my all ticket under mentioned booking ID. But they cancel tickets from Chennai- Patna not Patna-Chennai.

      They haven't return my booking amount yet. And also they are responding properly.
      I Shri Santabir Tamang is hereby stating that on 1st of this month I was trying to booked a train ticked From Dibrugarh to New Jalpaiguri from four different booking ID. At the same time the total amount charges for four times between the two had been deducted from my SBI Account but did not dispense a ticked... and sent a message that the deducted amount will be refunded within 7-14 days, thereafter I had make contact to the customer care at phone for three to four times and they too assured for refund. On 8/9/11, two amount have been refunded but two more amount is to be refunded that didn, t refunded till now. So my heartiest pleading is to refund as soon as possible... my trusted on the company will remain forever.

        To the management make my trip
        Good morning

        Received vouchers sent in yourthe below maildated 10/02/2013

        However i would like to express my deep displeasure regarding the following

        Four tofive incidents

        1) indica car provided without a/c functioning from first dayitself

        Temperatures of 46 degrees at cochin almost transformed us into ahot bolied

        Potato with car driverignoring our complaints and not informing the car owner

        About radiator leakages, fan belt not proper nor air conditioning not working at all for almost four days were wasted without doing any proper sightseeing since most of the journeytime was wasted in car repairs or tyre bursting on the fourth day was the height of all.

        2) at the height at hotel lake view plaza. Driver suresh next morning without informing us handed over his responsibility of taking us to pagoda resort

        Paying non a/c fare to the driver who told usthat he would drop us at pagoda resort, allepy only and his job was over we were left with no car on arriving at pagoda resort as soon as the havala driver leftin morning at 10.00 am

        Then the whole day we had to stay in hotel without any sightseeing.,

        3) there also at pagoda resort, allepyanother surprise was in store waiting for us.

        The manager refused to give us any room because the booking was not done nor

        Did he receive any mail from make my trip or vidushi kara. He was very rude to us.

        Without money transfer we waited for three hours at the rception almost dead tired

        Immediately we spoke to one of your representative of make my trip regarding the mess, who later called the hotel manager of pagoda resort, allepley.

        Only after money was received by the hotel we were given the room at the mercy

        Of the manager who thought we had not paid any money for hotelroom booking

        In advance.

        Then we were provided with a car next day afternoon where we checked out

        Of pagoda resort for another hotel stay atallepley beach resort hotel

        Without doing any sight seeiing or local journeyon that day.
        4) then mr akesh driver was alloted tou us when hardly three to four days of the tourwas left and we proceeded to kovalam beach for three days.

        5) on the last day of night stay at hotel mr akesh informed that we will no longer

        Be our driver on 02/20/2013 - saturday by calling us at 10.00 pm

        We were worried about the next day 03/03/2012 for catching our flight to bombay

        Without any mode of transport and help from car owner, we informed him at 10:30 pm

        When he assured that he will arrange for a car the next day at 11.00 am

        This was a very horrible experience for us for booking the tour with
        Travel agent make my trip

        Since almost half the journey - 5 days we were provided non a/c car, i should be

        Given refund of rs 10, 000/- out of the rs 20, 000/- paid by us for a/c car for 10 days

        As on date. The management is not at all interested in attending the
        Consumer compliant.
        We have been charged for services not rendered for 5 days
        Against payment of rs 25, 000/- towards ac car hire charges.
        Make my trip is also charging almost 50% extra for room booking
        Charges at hotels and resorts and the gullible customer has to
        Shelve out almost the double charges of the tour costs

        Please clarify immediately

        Make my trip has cheated us and not replying to any of our mails sent
        To them - from feb., 2013 onwards till date we have sent many e-mails
        But no response so far. The management is sitting tight over the issue
        The complaint has been lodged on their complaint corner net site
        But they same is not attended so far as on date 23/06/2013
        Highhandedness and no response does not suit a reputed company
        Who does not care for customer relationship and valued customer approach is lacking. Really shame on the management policy

        Duplicate Name in tickets

        There is technical bug in Makemytrip site - where by the passenger name is duplicated. This problem happens if the passenger selects from the MMT passenger list.
        If you call there Customer care, they are arrogant in replying back to cancel the ticket. This gives opportunity to MMT to make money while cancellations.

          I have launched a complaint at customer service at makemytrip.

          I would reiterate,
          The bus that was supposed to start at 10:30pm is still (at 00:30am) at its boarding point.

          The time to reach Ahmedabad is mentioned as 5:30am im ticket which driver now says will be 10:30am and mention that it is regular time. Whole of my further journey will be in jeopardy.

          The helper is completely drunk and he agrees to that saying that there is no risk/problem as he is not going to drive. We called the owner and his reply was - "jo hota hai karle"

          The complaint is not only abut me but so many passengers who would be travelling at risk of their life with this bus operator (Ashok Travels - Jain) where the drivers are totally drunk and irresponsible. Inspite of so many compliants to MakeMyTrip, they have not taken up any action, But on the other hand, that operator is still operating with them.

          Please think twice/thrice or more before you book anything with MakeMyTrip... It could be devastatingly different than promised.

            Horrendous, Ruthless, In-Sensitive, Non-Cooperative, Rude Treatmen

            I had redeemed my payback card on the makemytrip website on 17th feb 2013-sunday morning

            I had redeemed 15,800 points (INR 3750), for which payback has sent an order id on sms. order id-911166

            to avail of my discount which was Rs.3,950, MMT staff informed me that i need a e-voucher code which would be emailed by the payback team

            As payback call centre operates only till 7pm , I had to wait for 10 hours now to speak with their team, this is the most shocking bit

            When in conversation with the payback personnel (RAJAN CHETRI), I was informed that the evoucher is generated by MMT and they should have emailed it to me.

            I, then initiated a conference call between MMT, Payback and myself, At first Ms.Nisha from MMT tells me blatantly to put this down on email and they will take 24 hrs to revert.

            My only question to the above is"Why should i email, please call your senior"

            After waiting for 5-7 minutes Mr Rahul, supposedly the floor supervisor intervenes and warns me on the way i speak, WOW!!!
            He then put me on hold, comes back and tells me that the evoucher code would be emailed to me asap.
            Also informs me that as per policies if a customer does not get an evoucher code immediately, he will receive it within 24 hours.

              Booking Date - Fri, 28 Dec 2012
              With reference to No. mentioned above I booked a ticket for Kolkata to Delhi in Flight No:Jet Lite S2-3290 which was schedule to depart on 15:00 and I already planned for onward Journey through Railways, as earley as 28th December, 2012. On 26th Jan, 2013 to my surprise, I received a communication from MakeMyTrip about its rescheduled/Changed to Jet Lite S2-4543, to depart 17:50 and it will arrive Delhi at 8.05 pm, then how I shall be able to avail my onward journey through Railways?
              Please let me know why there is no provision of exemption of alteration/cancellation fees here, as a consumer why I shall pay for alteration/cancellation of flights, for which I was not responsible.
              In future M/s MakeMyTrip must be directed to mentioned time & schedule of flights may change along with flight Nos. clearly, so that recurance may not happen.

                I booked a Hotel room at igatpuri using Make My trip. but they did not book the room.
                I watsed my special day, 2500+ petrol and my complete holiday in this + mental harrasnment and Embrassement.

                Dear Make My Trip Team,

                This was the first time i used make my trip services and it was a special occasion in my life My First marriage anniversary.



                I booked Mystic Valley Spa resort in karjat from Make my trip. And since Make my trip is the leader in the industry and at the same time your confrimation mail said that no need to call Make my trip or hotel to re confirm your booking i did not call the hotel. But after leaving mumbai when i called hotel for directions they told me that there is no booking and i was in a state of horror. However that was just the start of my horror story.



                After that this is what has happened.



                A) At 11.17 i gave first call to Make my trip to register the issue ur CS tells me to hold and disconnected the line after i hold the line for 5 minutyes

                B) 11.25 I immediately called back and got thru some one called Shreyas shah was assured a resolution in 15 minutes.

                C) I parked the Car on highway since i had no where to go, After 20 minutes at around 11.42 i called again and he told me to wait for 5 minutes and he will resolve the complaint.

                D) at 12.02 i again called and got thru shreyas he said we are working on it and cut the line and while he cut the line i am still standiong isolated on the highway.

                E) 12.39 I again called him and he connected me to someone called devendra and he said we will resolve in 15 minutes and tell u.

                F) At 12.53 i called ur cs again and again no response they asked me to wait for more 15 minutes.

                G) At 1PM i called again and was connected to some one called pinky but by this time i had given up both on resort and make my trip and asked for a refund.



                Please note

                A) I wasted my special day because o[censored] guys

                B) I wasted petrol worth 2500/-

                C) I was isoltaed on a highway because o[censored] guys

                D) I was mentally spiked by your customer care team.



                I want an apology from Make my trip and a suitable compensation and if i don't get a satisfactory reply in next 48 hours then i will be forced to take this matter to outside parties include social media and Offline media. because what you guys have done today is not something pardonable and post this i will make sure that any of your customers don't receive this kind of treatment.

                  Booked a return Air ticket (Beijing-Kunming-Kolkata) on 12.11.12 through Make My Trip for my journey dated 09.02.13 . After 40 days, Make My Trip mails an other ticket for a different flight reaching India after 12 hours of the original schedule, without assigning any reasons and even without asking me if the revised schedule suits me. 10 days thereafter, it informs that the original flight is un-operational. I was thus compelled to cancel my entire travel plan and cancel a host of onward journey tickets in India. I furnished my revise travel plan to Make My Trip on 10.01.03. Make My Trip kept me assuring that they are looking into my case and need more time. Even after close follow up through as many as 30 mails, the travel broker kept me guessing about the prospect of my undertaking the journey. Not getting any definite reply, I contacted through live chat option of their website on 03.02.13 during which one of their staff informs that "now" the seats are not available for the alternative flight suggested by me. Even after this also they continued to send fraudulent mails stating that they are looking into my case and need more time.

                  In this manner, Make My Trip saw to it I do not undertake the journey despite having booked the ticket 3 months in advance and kept on giving false and misleading assurance of looking into my case. Till date they have also not refunded the ticket cost along with compensation for the harassment, inconvenience, monetary loss suffered by me due to cancellations of tickets etc.

                    While MMT site continues to dis -allow people to use step 2 of complaints section to escalate an issue, complaint ID '[protected]' , I am using this forum to escalate the issue

                    The E-mail communication received by ther service team after 20 days makes no sense at all... 'In your case for the booking ID NF[protected]free ticket) the booking date was 24 Dec 2012 and the travel date was 27 Dec 2012. Hence it is less than 7 days so we are unable to process your request.'

                    As I was told by the service team on call that the offer is valid for the same calendar year while booking for ticket 'NF[protected]' ... now they are saying that the travel date of the free ticket should be atleast have a gap of 7 days after the booking(which was not communicated earlier while inquiring about T&C of offer on call). That gives me a absurdly small window to plan my travel. This means that 24/12+7 days would be 31/12 or in my case no offer at all or just 1 day to avail this offer. from these nonsensical offers and communication MMT misgiuides its customers.
                    Please do not use offers on MMT. As for me, I will never use MMT again I have had enough.

                      Hello Sir/Madam,

                      I have booked 5 tickets from Guwahati to Mumbai via Delhi with through Make My Trip (www.makemytrip.com) dated 4th December 2012. The flight has been cancelled from the Airlines and I am yet to get the refund of the cancelled tickets. I am not getting any proper confirmation from this booking site and neither they are giving me any proper date for the refund of the same. I have been keep trying to reach them as well the Airline but none is giving me any assurance of my money. I cannot afford such a huge loss of money as I am not so reach to bear this. Kindly help me to get my hard earning money back.

                        1. I have raised a complaint with makemytrip that we have a confirmed booking(NH[protected] but hotel is stopping us to check-in to the hotel.

                        2. We were told by makemytrip executive that you will get the call within 1 hour. But we did not receive any call and moreover executive thinks that a senior citizen men and senior citizen women should wait on road for 1 hour to wait for call.

                        3. Also hotel staff misbehave with the senior citizens and have thrown their luggage outside the hotel.

                        4. Also hotel told us that MakeMyTrip have pending payment towards the hotel that is why they have cancelled the booking. Also they did not receive any payment for our booking.

                        5. I have also raised the complaint on 26th december 2012 with make my trip that hotel has call us for the cancellation of booking. After this makemytrip has send us the mail that your booking is confirmed and no need to worry but still we got our booking cancelled at the last moment.List of complaints I have raised are[protected],[protected],[protected].

                        6. Due to this we have to book another hotel at a very high rate.

                        7. Till now we have not received the booking cancellation amount.

                        8. Due to the conflicts between Hotel and makemytrip we have to suffer a lot.

                        9. After all these complaints I have raised another complaint on 28th December,[protected] and till now we have not received any resolution.

                        10. Why MakeMyTrip has listed such hotels on website?

                        11. Why proper actions has not been taken when concern was complaint was raised one day in advance?

                        12. Even after all these complaints on 21st Jan, 2013 we have called customer care of MakeMytrip again to provide the solution with our amount refunded on timely basis.

                          We write to you in response to your query on the refund status for the Kingfisher un-operational flight.

                          We understand your angst – you are not alone, there are 100s of our Customers who are impacted by Kingfisher not operating. As agents or intermediaries, we pay the ticket / fares to the airlines. In case of any cancellations (either by the Customer or by the airline), the airlines pay us back which in turn we refund to the Customer. Unfortunately, Kingfisher is yet to come out with a time as to when they will refund the fares for the cancelled flight and basis this advising our Customers to wait. Refund for your booking is on hold till further notice.

                          What I can assure you is that MakeMyTrip does not have or will have any intentions of holding any Customer’s money. The moment Kingfisher shares an update on the refund status; we will begin the refund process from our side. When this happens, you will hear from us immediately via email and SMS. Till then we request and appreciate your co-operation.

                          We are constantly following up with the Airline and trying our best to resolve the situation.

                          I have booked a train on 27th march but due to some technical problem ticket was cancelled and the amount is debited from A/c,
                          I have recived a mail that the money will be refund in 3 working days. However I have not got any single update yet.

                            This is a serious complain against Makemytrip, Makemytrip promotes travelers and does not cross verify their details.
                            I had a scheduled departure from Indore to Pune on Jan 28, 2012 and my pickup point was hotel foodie, Dhamnod. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 9:55 PM IST. I was at the stop at 9:00 and tried to wait for the bust until 11:00 PM. I tried calling 4 numbers of the bus operator and they were all non – functional. I called up Makemytrip helpline on[protected].
                            The helpline assistant gave me an another wrong number of the bus operator – RAT RATAN Travels;[protected]/ 200. I called up helpline again and shared that they have provided me with the wrong number. The call attendee kept me on hold for 25 minutes and shared that they cannot connect with the operator and I shall arrange my travel according.
                            Makemytrip has tried to mentally harass me by asking me to arrange my own pick up at 12:00 am in the morning from a place I don’t know. The operator assured me they will take necessary action in the next 20 minutes. I have not received any call from them in last 24 hours and have not even been refunded back with the money, and I still see raj rattan travels booking at makemytrip portal.
                            I want to take a serious action against MMT where they organize fake trips and bus operators do not respond. I have paid my money and am not even reverted back, my call center issue Log number is[protected] and my ticket ID is NU[protected]. They have neither refunded back money nor called me back.

                            Make a trip — Bus ticket booking

                            I was tried book a bus ticket through make a trip it was May11th 2011 from Bangalore to palakkd .My money was deducted from my account i got sms also it generated some booking id also NU[protected] when i compliant through web site as well as customer care also they saying within 72 hr money will reflecting back to your account but around 12 days my money not credited back what can i do for this legally to the people please help me

                              I booked a ticket through "MAKE MY TRIP.COM" for my journey from indore to madurai which consists of 3 flights connected from indore to mumbai , mumbai to chennai & chennai to madurai...

                              During booking, there was time gap of 40 mins at mumbai. Then there was change in arrival of indore flight at mumbai and further time change in departure of mumbai flight too for which i did not get any mail communication or call from them. Finally now i am not able to utilize the flights due to no time gap at mumbai. Last 3 days i made continuous calls but they were not able to provide any alternate options to me as well as now they are saying now there will be 50% cost cutting for cancellation and disconnected my call too.

                              This is very rude behavior without caring customers . This makes me not to use "MAKEMYTRIP.COM" for future requirements.

                              I request you not to go for "MAKEMYTRIP.COM" for getting cheated like this

                              make my trip .com — hotel confirmation for jodhpur still awaited

                              I had booked for a vacation to Rajasthan thru makemytrip.com on 17.9.10 for which I got hotel
                              vouchers (for our stay in Jaipur,Jodhpur and Udaipur)and airline tickets from them on the same
                              date. As the booking was for 25th Dec to 30th Dec, I started checking on the hotels on 17.12.10
                              whether the reservation was actually done. I got a shock when I was told that the Mapple Abhay
                              Hotel in Jodhpur said there was no booking on my name for 27th checkin and 29th checkout. Also
                              Krishna Niwas,Udaipur informed me that there was only room booking without breakfast though
                              MMT's voucher mentions with breakfast. From Fri day (17/12) till today I am making numerous calls
                              to Anita Dewnani (executive who has booked), Harsh, Janki Shah for the reason but they only assure
                              me that the booking is done,Not even once have they called up from their side to sort out my prblem
                              I have been making numerous phone calls and now have been told that Mapple Abhay will give booking
                              for one day and MMT is trying for the second day also.

                              It is so pathetic that MMT has engaged the services of such irresponsible executives who have not
                              sought direct confirmation from the hotel in the matter and put me in trouble at this last minute.

                                Hi,

                                I am Vishal Kapoor.

                                I had booked 4 tickets through makemytrip.com from New Delhi to Kolkata on the 12th January 2013 for Rs 2013(each) plus an extra charge of Rs500/-, total of Rs8552/- on Spice Jet flight SG-607.
                                The journey date was for 6th February 2013.The booking id is NF[protected]. The ticket was booked @ 8:57am on 12th Jan 2013.

                                However upon receiving the mail from makemytrip for the booking it showed my booking from Kolkata to New Delhi on 6th February 2013 through Spice Jet flight SG-219. I immediately cancelled the ticket @ 9:07am on 12th Jan 2013.
                                I tried calling makemytrip helpline @[protected] from 12th Jan to 15th Jan 2013. Either the line used to be busy or I was on IVR for 7 to 8 minutes everyday for 8 to 10 times that I called each day.
                                I finally got through on 15th Jan and spoke to Sumit and asked for a complete refund of Rs 8552/- or provide me with my original booking at no extra cost. Sumit confirmed that my case has been escalated and that I will get a call within 2 days regarding my issue and that I will get a choice either to have complete refund of Rs8552/- or a booking for my original ticket from New Delhi to Kolkata on 6th Feb 2013 or both.

                                My refund has been processed for only Rs 3552/- with deductions of Rs 5000/- { (1250*4) (1000 cancellation charge & 250 makemytrip cancellation charge) per ticket}

                                However till date I have not received any call or email regarding my refund status or a fresh booking. I have tried calling them again on[protected] but the line remains busy forever as usual.

                                Request your help in getting this resolved as my travel date is nearing.

                                  I am posting the grievance letter sent to makemytrip.Com which is self explanatory
                                  dear sir/Madam
                                  on december 05, 2012, I searched for a flight from indore to trivandrum(2 adults) on www.Makemytrip.Com and I was shown several results from which I booked tickets as my booking ID nf[protected]. The booking was for jet airways for the sector indore to mumbai and airindia express for the sector mumbai to trivandrum.
                                  Indore to mumbai dep: 08.20hrs arr: 09.35hrs
                                  mumbai to trivandrum dep: 10.35hrs arr: 13.00hrs
                                  the time gap between the two flights was just 1hr 15 mins.
                                  After the booking was done, I was surprised to see that the connection flight was from the international airport of mumbai (terminal2 sahar airport). The site never alerted/Informed me about from which airport I have to board my connection flight. This is misleading and sheer cheating of customer! when I contacted the makemytrip customer care for cancelling the second flight alone, they said that it is not possible and I may go on with the same as there wont be any issue in getting the connection flight from international airport as there is internal bus transfers inside the airport itself.
                                  My flight from indore, landed at mumbai, at 09.45 am, december 20, 2012, which means I have hardly 5 minutes to get transferred to international airport and do the check in for the connection flight. I availed the bus service at the airport & they could transfer to the next airport only by 10.20am. When I entered the airport the officials said that, we cannot board the flight as the counters are already closed 1 hour before the departure, I.E, at 9.50 am. The air india officials present there told me that I will be eligible for full refund as I haven’t travelled and I will have to claim it via makemytrip as I booked it through them. I could get the next flight to trivandrum only by the next day which caused me several damages, both monetary and mental. The tickets were charged rs.24818/- For two o[censored]s for the next available flight. We had to stay in a hotel for that day at mumbai.
                                  I contacted makemytrip for claiming the refund, who first replied me to contact the airline directly. If I have to take it up with airline authorities for cancellation, why I booked through makemytrip.Com, I could have directly gone to airline site directly for booking the flights. You people are taking the service charges from the customer and expect us to do all job ourselves? what rubbish is this? when I asked him to escalate the call to his higher authorities, he asked me to be online and went away for 30-40 mins putting me on hold @ roaming network. He came back and told me that he has escalated the complaint to his higher authority, but didn’t let me speak to him directly and said me that his higher authority will contact me back within 24 hours. Nobody contacted me back till morning of 22.12.2012. When I called them again today (22nd) morning the executive said that 24 hours is not yet over and saturdays & sundays are not working days, which turned to be wrong as said to me by a higher official later. Then the call was escalated the official was asking me the phone number and dates which I contacted them. He straight away said that refund is not possible as I have not called them. I entrusted my brother to call makemytrip on the next days of booking and don’t remember the phone numbers/Timing of call.

                                  When I asked him about the fraudulent & misleading data given in the site that the timing between the flights is 1.35hrs while the actual time gap is just 1.15hrs, he said the following to me, which was disgusting & unwarranted.
                                  1. You could have ensured/ Checked the timings of the flight & airports before booking the same.
                                  2. You booked that ticket blindly as it was the cheapest.
                                  3. You can go and lodge complaint anywhere.
                                  4. Go to our site and read the instructions/ Terms & conditions thoroughly before booking any tickets.
                                  I have recorded the call in my mobile phone.
                                  This is a case of sheer cheating of the customer who believe in you particular service. I have been booking tickets through makemytrip for the last 3 years. I haven’t experienced such a situation earlier. You people shoudnt have displayed that connection flight which nobody in the world can catch/Connect as the time gap for getting in to the next flight is just 15 minutes, that too from the next airport which will take at least 20 to25 minutes.
                                  I know very well how to claim for compensation from makemytrip for the entire episode. Currently, I am only claiming only the refund of my airindia express charges, I.E., Rs.11298/-
                                  As told by the official, in my recorded phone call, I will wait till tuesday (25.12.2012)for a favourable reply for refund, and after that, I will lodge a complaint & claim compensation in consumer court for cheating the customers.
                                  I am giving this in writing only to make a proof, so that you people wont ask me for the phone number/Time etc later.
                                  On 24.12.2012, one mr. Samirkhan pathan called me on my mobile and talked to me and apologised about the happenings and he said that a favourable decision is expected within 72 hours. Even after 72 hours, no reply is coming from their side.
                                  I lost rs.24828/- For the next flight ticket(next day,21.12.2012) from mumbai to trivandrum (spice jet sg275). I want rs.24828/- As compensation. Please note that the hotel rent for one day at mumbai and the mental torture are not included in this compensation amount.

                                  On january 3, 2013, One Kajal Devi from their Customer Delight Team, called me and emailed me and confirmed that she is refunding me Rs.24828/- in next 5 working days. Today is 19 Jan 2013. Till now I have not reeceived any money back. When I called them again, they are responding like such things never happened. I have escalated the complaint to their Management, This is the response/auto reply which I get From their Side..

                                      I am a registered travel agent under Make My Trip portal. My Affiliate ID is AFF12199. I had a booking at a hotel named Mi-Casa in Shillong, Meghalaya through the Portal on 12/01/2013 for two nights starting from 14/01/2013 to 16/01/2013. The hotel and the portal has confirmed the booking. But when the guest arrived at the hotel, the hotel authorities said that they do not have any available rooms. After 1 hr or so, they have provided a room which is not satisfactory to the guest. Kindly solve the matter at the earliest.

                                        I booked a trip through MakeMyTrip (hotel + flight) on 22nd Dec 2012 (booking ID NP[protected]. The travel date was 3rd Jan 2013 & I was supposed to travel with my wife & infant child. I got the mail confirmation of booking where that contained my hotel voucher & was written that the flight itinerary will be mailed shortly. When I didn't receive the flight tickets by 28th Dec, I tried contacting the company & raised my query online. Also I visited their Kolkata office, but didn't get any resolution. I also spoke to a representative in Gurgaon from their Kolkata office landline, but didn't receive any call back, as promised.
                                        Suddenly on 2nd Jan morning, I got a mail from them saying "due to technical reasons your booking is not confirmed". My travel date was 3rd & I made all the arrangements. I had to re-plan & went to Thailand instead on my own, with my infant son.
                                        My fault was I ignored the advice of two of my colleagues, who went through similar experiences.
