Incorrect refund amount for cancellation

I cancelled ticket for BLR to PNQ and return by GoAir for travel on Nov 17 (onward) and Nov 20 (return) booked through MakeMyTrip. No booking done but money deducted from my bank account

This morning i did a hotel booking on makemytrip.com site. Everything was fine and I made payment by internet banking. I got a message that said transaction failed. On checking my bank account i found to my surprise that the money had been deducted from my account, but i had received no booking confirmation via email or sms.

confirmation of railway booking
