Dear Sir,
My name is vinoth kumar. Working in Tirupur. I had booked the bus ticket from tirupur to chennai on 28/07/13 online using my debit card through makemytrip. But the process got failed but the took the amount of Rs.650 from my account and sent the email as follows,

Since this happened because of a temporary error you can try again and make a fresh booking on our website.

Because of emergency i tried for booking again in their same website. But the same thing i got again as follows and took Rs. 650 from my account.

Finally i did not get the ticket and i went by three different buses. i called their customer care and complaint regarding this and they said my amount will get refund within 2 working days. now its happen more than 6 working days but still i did not get any refund. i called their customer care and they transferred for many departments. every transfer i had waited for 5 to 10minutes. finally they said it will get refunded within 7 working days. i got more frustrated regarding this issue. because of their delay i cant apply for my bank exam. I request you to please take a needed action against these cheating fellows. Kindly do me the needful.

I am tired of escalating the complaints on your website, do investigate properly, as I have already confirmed with my Bank. As you mentioned I should provide you with the details like Agent whom I talked to, Date, timings etc . This is complete nonsense when you say something without investigating properly and publishing the URL i.e. advertisement on ICICI bank homepage. When I used the Deal Code " ICICIDF" and that was successfully redeemed and i was told that cashback will reflect post travel date .
Do you guys feel that customers are fools or something. There are plenty of other online service providers who are 100 times better than you .
