Makemytrip is without doubt one of the worst companies out there.

I booked a return ticket bangalore to mumbai and back via makemytrip.

I cancelled the return (mumbai to bangalore) but not the onward one.

I tried calling them a few times but each time even after 15-20 minutes and in one case even 30 minutes nobody answered. However the calls to booking section get answered in under a minute .
