Our group of 16 had a horrible experience with Make My Trip when we went on their Kashmir package from 19th to 25th May 2012. Some of the points on which Make My Trip terribly goofed up are :-
1) Despite booking at the beginning of February we were not provided details of the hotel till 3 days before travel
2)14 o[censored]s were booked on JetKonnect and 2 on Indigo. But at the last minute without prior intimation the 2 were issued Kingfisher tickets with long halts in Delhi. The Kingfisher flight from Srinagar was at 4 pm while JetKonnect was at 2 pm yet all were transported together from the hotel at 11am. The Kingfisher passengers were not allowed into the airport and had to wait out for 2 hours. Leaving the hotel at 11 am these two passengers reached Mumbai close to midnight.
3)Was told we would be staying in California houseboats in Srinagar but was put up in a lousy Shikhara
4) Despite confirming that 2 vehicles will be reserved for our group , the tour managers tried to squeeze 2 more passengers in our vehicles which we resisted . After , multiple calls to various people in MMT it got resolved after 90 minutes with all members loosing temper & wasting precious time . Still, the tour guys insisted that some baggage's to be loaded on our vehicles , which caused delay and missing the second phase of Gondola ride in Gulmarg.
5)Four of the 6 rooms booked was meant for 3 adults yet the room offered at Paradise Inn, Pahalgam was so small that an extra bed would not fit in.
6) The food arrangements were extremely poor at all locations . I can't comprehend with this crazy idea of MMT of hiring "Maharaj" from Rajasthan to serve us same food, day in day out at all locations . The food without exception at all locations was unhealthy , oily and inedible. At Shikara , in fact the food was uncooked . The standard menu was Roti, Dal, Paneer , Chicken , Papad . The Papads were kept in a corrugated box and no hygeine was maintained in the serving area. We were also forced to buy Mineral water at more than MRP at the Dal lake . WHEN WE BOOKED WE WERE NOT INFORMED THAT WE WILL NOT BE SERVED FOOD FROM THE HOTEL , AS TOURISTS WE EXPECTED TO BE SERVED LOCAL CUISINE AT LEAST ONCE. Because of the poor food quality we were forced to eat outside at least on three occasions . We tried Paradise restaurant in Pahalgam town for the local cuisine( owned by the same group where we were staying ) and were discussing with the owner of the sub-standard food arrangement at the hotel. He promptly put a disclaimer at the hotel saying that food served is from MMT and not by the hotel.
It is clearly found that Make My Trip is not equipped to handle such holidays and people should refrain from using their services.

Make My Trip — Poor unprofessional service

I booked my ticket from Make my trip. Now I want to change dates and they have so poor service. Most of the time they do not pick up the call because they work 8hr according to India time only .They have no 24/7 service. Even when I call according to India time they will tell their system is upgrading. Its been 3 weeks I am trying to contact them ,I am highly disappointed and shocked by such a poor service. They are not worth to book even a taxi ticket with so poor service.

    After booking the package, The tickets & hotel vouchers are promised to be given 3 days before the departure. But in our case, it wasn’t delivered till the day before the departure. Also, we need to call again & again for the same. Your Customer care executive Kept us on hold for almost 30 minutes. It took me more than a hour to get the thing done. Each time the calls gets transferred to the new executive to whom we need to explain the whole story with the ID then he transferred it to some random department ,from where the same things happen


    We recently had Himachal package from Make my trip & trust me the whole experience was so bad & troublesome.One of the Executive hired by MMT was totally new to the place.Also the package havent been planned properly, we literally wasted 3 days in travelling itself in bus & they mentioned it as 6-7 day package,The Hotel at shilmla "Kufri resort' was pathetic & they mentioned it as 4 star hotel, its was all pathetic,dirty,stinky.It had a big hole in the bathroom roof with leaky wash-basin.The guide didnt accompanied us at any of the destination nor the entrance fees were paid which was all inclusive.They have a brokerage cartel involving MMT agents who makes fool out of the tourist just to fetch more money.The whole trip was a mental harrasment for us with half of the time calling the MMT executives & travelling in bus,The spots covered by MMT are like half will be shown from the bus itself & other half are all situated at one place it self * MMT have exagerrated it well.

    To all the travellers, please please please do not opt for MMT for any of the packages.."Naam Bade Darshan Chote"

      Makemytrip gives upto 75% cash back on the booking amount of the subsequent booking if we make a new (first) booking on makemytip.

      The discount is as advertised here:

      I made a new booking (hotel) on makemytrip.Com and used the booking ID of this booking for discount on second booking (hotel).
      But when I tried to use the code, I got an error message saying "invalid code".

      When I called up makemytrip.Com (around 6 times for this issue), they said that the discount code has already been used. When I asked on which booking it was used, they said they cannot track it.

      Then I made the second booking on makemytrip.Com without this "upto 75% cash back" discount.

      Then I tried to use the booking ID for this second booking to get "upto 75% cash back" discount on my third booking on makemytrip.Com but again this new booking ID DID not work.

      I made all these 3 bookings withing 1 week (27 may, 30 may, 02 june 2012).
      This is wrong and misleading and wasted a lot of my time.
      Makemytrip should not fool people with such false advertisements.

          Hi, I have purchased a International ticket through Make My trip worth Rs: 4,21,000 ( Four lakhs twenty one thousand) routing through six countries which is NON Refundable and NON changable on a emergency official trip to South American countries on 2nd June,2012 from hyderabad to Brazil, 9th June Brazil to Argentina, 13th June Argentina to Mexico, and other countries. But due to delay in getting the Visa's I have to postpone the travel to next week. And My company is ready to spend for another ticket strating from Hyderbad to the next destination of my travel where I can utilise the old ticket to catch up with the flights with old ticket Itinerary to complete my other country travel. So, when I have requested Make my trip for this option they have simply refused and said my ticket will be cancelled for all other countries with out any refund. If I dont take my first flight from Hyderabad on 2nd June. Which is very surprising and we have been troubled a lot by putting us on hold on phone for long time.

          Apart from that most worst thing is if the call gets disconneted, we need to call again and we will be connected to a new person and we have to explain the whole story again to that executive, and when we ask them to connect to the person to whom we spoke ealier they are not ready to talk to us.

          Please help us, as now we have a serious problems with our clients in South America and also we are loosing a huge amount of money with out any use.

            VERY TRUE !!!! AFTER SEEING THE MEDIA AD OF MAYKEMYTRIP THAT....MEMORIES U WILL NOT FORGET......
            I GOT ACCOMODATION BOOKED IN HOTEL BRIDGEWAY FOR 3 DAYS OF 2 LUXRY ROOMS IN SUMMER HOLIDAYS MAY, 2011. FULL PAYMENT MADE IN THE MONTH OF FEB-MARCH, 2011. ON REACHING THE HOTEL WHAT I GOT CAN U IMAGINE........ONE FAMILY ROOM INTERCONNECTED (ON BACK SIDE OF HILL VIEW) OF WHICH ONE IS ROOM EQUIVALENT TO LUXRY ROOM AND ANOTHER INTERCONNECTED SMALL ROOM FOR CHILDREN. WHEN I ORDERED TWO SEPARATE LUXURY ROOMS (LUXURY MEANS FULLY AC, HILL VIEW AND BEST AVAILABLE IN HOTEL) WHY I WAS PROVIDED THOSE.....REASON DUE TO HEAVY RUSH HOTEL MANAGMENT WAS KEEPING THOSE ROOMS AND PROVIDING TO TOURIST ON DOUBLE THE NORMAL CHARGES. HERE WAS NOT END, HOTEL MANAGEMENT MISBEHAVED AND BLUNTLY TOLD THAT GO TOSOME OTHER HOTEL AND ASK FOR REFUND FROM BOOKING AGENCY. EVERYONE CAN IMAGINE, AT THE EVENING TIME WITH FAMILY WHEN I HAVE ALREADY PAID A HUGE SUM IN ADVANCE WHETHER IT WAS POSSIBLE TO SEARCH OTHER HOTEL....THAT WAS SHEER BLACKMAILING. I REPORTED THIS IMMEDIATELY TH MAIL TO MAKEMYTRIP BUT NO ACTION. REPEATIDLY I WAS SENDING MAILS, WITH PHOTOGRAPHS OF ROOMS PROVIDED BUT NO ACTION TAKEN BY BOOKING AGENCY. THEY SIMPLY REPLIED THAT ROOMS WERE OF THOSE FOR WHICH I ORDERED. WHO WILL JUSTIFY THEIR JUDGMENT (ARBITRARY). IS THERE ANY REMEDY AVAILABLE ? IS THERE ANY REGULARTORY BODY EXISTS TO WHOM I COULD APPROACH AND GET JUSTICE. NOT ONLY MONEY, MENTAL TRAUMA, HARRASMENT TO ME ANY MY FAMILY AND MISBEHAVIOUR ALL NEEDS COMPENSATION.

              I had booked a Holiday Package to Kashmir by Local Franchisee of Make My Trip - M/s Impect Marketing, Dhillon Complex, Bhilai, Chattisgarh in May 2012. When i reached Kashmir, I was told that the Houseboat on which i was suppossed to spend 1 night was changed. Later it was found that the hotels in Pahalgam and Gulmarg were also not the same as mentioned in the Voucher. The new hotels were inferior to the ones that were mentioned in the Vouchers given to me by Mr. Wasim of Impect Marketing. The change was also nor intimated to me and I had to go through a lot of harrasment when I reached the hotels that were mentioned in the Vouchers. Also other facilities promised to me by Mr. Wasim like complimentary Shikara Ride, 3 meals per day, complimentary gifts etc. were also not provided. The return flights from Srinagar to Delhi & Delhi to Raipur were also changed in the last minute and I had to stay for one night extra in Delhi due to last moment cancellation of my Original Ticket by Mr. Wasim. This has caused me lot of inconvenience and harassment.

              I have posted this incident on this website that people must be very careful when dealing with Make my Trip and their local partners. The can go to any length to hook their customers and then later leave them stranded

                I had taken on-ling Booking for Honeymoon Package for 3 nights and 4 days for my son who is recently married with Make My Trip Vide Booking Reference ID No. INW1205B00​101 for which I had remitted Rs. 24,000/- to Make My Trip. They make arrangement with Hotel Royal Partk Resort, Manali saying that it is a 4-star Hotel in Manali.

                I was really a shock when I received a Telephone Call after my son had left from Delhi to Manali (in the evening) from Make My Trip conveying that the arrangement by Hotel Royal Park has not been accepted and the Hotel has denied the accommodation. It was really a harrasment for me.

                During the talk they offered me accommodation in Hotel PREET, Manali saying this is also a 4-Star Hotel and is equivalent to Hotel Royal Park Resort. I had no option but to accept this offer of Make My Trip because at that time my son had already left Delhi and was on his way to Manali.

                When my son reached in the morning in Hotel Preet, he found this hotel is not 4-Star Hotel as conveyed by Make my Trip. It was a ordinary hotel in a very dirty condition. They room provided to me was less than a room of Dharamshala. The Hotel did not provided full facilities as conveyed by Make My Trip at the time of Booking.

                During the course of the tour my newly wedded son, his wife and myself faced lot of harrassment and mental disturbance.

                If needed, I can forward the E-Mails and other proofs incoluding Photographs of the Hotel, conditions of the Room and other details.

                I would request you to take up the matter to compensarte this irreparable loss.

                  This is about my recent transaction with http://www.makemytrip.com/ regd bus tickets...

                  I am disappointed with their cancellation policies and decided not to go with them for any sort of flight/rail/bus booking in future....

                  makemytrip.com cancellation policies are not only ridiculous but cheating customers by saying "This cancellation policy is liable to change at Bus Operator's end. The final cancellation policy is available in the e-ticket AFTER successful Bus ticket booking. Partial cancellation or Rescheduling or transfer of tickets is not allowed ".

                  I was disappointed to see the following ( HIGH and Ridiculous) cancellation charges after I booked my tkt ... I have attached the ticket here...

                  Cancellation charges for this ticket are as follows:
                  0 to 12 hrs:100%(2850.0 Rs.)
                  12 to 24 hrs:50%(1425.0 Rs.)

                  All the above timings are based on hrs before trip departure time. Partial cancellation of PNR is not permitted. For more details contact on the help line number.

                  makemytrip.com cancellation charges are VERY HIGH compared to others (e,g : travelyaari ) for the same service ( i.e Same bus and Same travelers SVR Tours & Travels Non A/C, Seater) ..
                  Cancellation Charges Time before Departure
                  1 100% Within 6 Hrs of Journey Time.
                  2 50% Between 6 Hrs and 9 Hrs of Journey Time.
                  3 10% 9 Hrs before Journey Time.

                  The Tkt fare is same but the cacnellation charges are VERY HIGH...

                    I had booked airline ticket for travel from Ahmedabad to Seattle(u s) and from Seattle(u s ) to Ahmedabad through makemy trip online booking portal.Due to unavoidable circumstances I requested the company to either cancel the ticket or postpone date of journey.They simply rejected the request stating that once the journey started the ticket can't be canceled and according to air line rules it can not be postponed too.There is no such condition mentioned on the ticket.

                      Makemytrip - Miscommunicating & refusing to Refund

                      Dear All,

                      I booked a ticket through Makemytrip.com (UN[protected] Chicago, IL to Mesa, AZ) and for some reason I had a problem travelling.
                      Before cancelling the ticket I repeatedly asked Vishal Sharma, the agent about the cancellation charges and he said charges are $ 80 and rest would be refunded back. I asked him at least twice and he repeated the same info. For past one week I am giving calls to know about the refund status and they are saying that this is a nonrefundable ticket and money cannot be credited back. My point is if this nonrefundable ticket then why they gave a wrong promise before cancelling the ticket. I wouldn't have cancelled the ticket if it was a nonrefundable ticket. I would have kept the ticket rather than cancelling as I might not change my plan and go ahead with the travel. Also the response from floor supervisor Riya was not proper as she deliberately kept the call on hold for a long time and with a blunt tone disagreed and disconnected the call. I have couple of more examples of their unacceptable behavior.

                      My call recordings are available with them but still they are not accepting their mistake. Please let me know how I can file a case against them as it is clearly a case of miscommunication from their end. I would like to file a legal case against them and ask them to present the call recording to make is clear mistake was from me or Makemytrip.

                        Ticket were booked in www.makemytrip.com on[protected] against booking ID: NF[protected], booked amount 13263/-. The ticket were cancelled on[protected], cancellation fee 2000/- refund amount Rs 11263/-.

                        Makemy trip refunded only Rs 4813/- out of Rs11263/-. for remaining amount, they said refund was done on same date and need to be checked in bank.
                        I called make my trip more than 5 times but everytime makemytrip customer care executive gives same reply " your problem is important to us and it will be settled in next 72 hrs. Every 72 hours has counted me to more than one month, when asked to put to some senior, they started rotating amoung themselves. After 5 calls, I was asked to submit bank statement of 3 month, when submitted, I received email asking for bank details which was provided to them. After 3 to 4 days when asked about refund status, customercare executive started saying bank statement is not readable and ask them to give in soft copy 'pdf format file'.

                        Makemy trip is a fraud company which I came to know only after facing it. On many website there are complaint against make my trip and their customer care executive hold you for more than 45 mins to 1 hour when enquiry with them.

                        Make My Trip — Non refund of cancellation amount

                        Sir,
                        I have booked 4 tickets through makemytrip.com vide PNR No-FLT[protected]. Due to some reason I cancelled the tickets telephonically on 21 Oct 09 (within the time Frame). I was assured by the representative (MS Purnima) of the call centre that the money will be credited to my account within 10 working days.

                        On not getting the money back I contacted the call centre and learnt that the reservations were not cancelled due to the mistake of the representative of the call centre(Ref No- IN0911R0019914). However, i was again promised that the money (Rs 16,150.00) will be credited to my account. I have talked to many representatives in this regard viz.Mr Lalit & Ms Sneha on 05 Nov, Mr Rahul and Anmol on 6th Nov, Ms Sikha on 11 Nov and Mr Rohit and Jagjit on 22 Nov. Each time i call they promise me that the money will be back to me within 3-4 working days.

                        I request you kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against tem so that these agents don't harass customers like this in future.

                        Make My Trip — Non-refund of cancellation amount

                        I booked a ticket from Lucknow to Mumbai for 11/11/09 by Kingfisher Airlines through Makemytrip (Sale ID - FLT[protected]. The flight got cancelled & I gave a request for cancelletion of ticket. Instead of refund amount Rs 5692, I received a refund of Rs 240. I have contacted their customer care executive several times but everytime they ask me to wait for another 48 hrs.

                        I had made a railway ticket booking through Make My Trip portal, while the payment was deducted from my Account the actual ticket was not booked. I have still not got the refund of the above amount even after writing several mails earlier. Take necessary action and refund the amount without any further delay.

                        manoj from pune here,i booked one ticket from Pune to Indore on 10th may 2013(Travel date 11th may 2013) but because of some reasons i cancel my ticket on same day 10th may 2013 by calling customer care,that cc executive told me that within 7days amount will be reflected in my account but that didn't happened so i mail them all the details regarding that issue in reply of that mail they are asking my bank account details,then i replied why you are asking my bank details its better to check your system after that there is no reply from make my trip hand.

                        got message abt cancellation of flight SG501 on 27/12/2014 from delhi to bangalore but if checked in pnr status it is not cancelled. if it is cancelled pl book my ticket to any flight on 27/12/14.

                          I booked my 02 days vacations at Munnar in Hotel Munnar Inn via M/s makemytrip. It was a nice stay but i didn't get what i desired. I browsed the net for about a week before planning my stay at Munnar and after going through numerous pics and availability as per internet records of makemytrip site i zeroed on hotel Munnar Inn and got it booked. But to my utmost surprise, just few days before my scheduled booking i received a call from make my trip agent saying that my booking has erroneously been done at Munnar Inn and as there is non-availabilty of room at Munnar Inn so i was asked to shift to another hotel.Although, the other hotel i.e.hotel Mermaid Inn was arranged by makemytrip only, but it wasn't compatible to the hotel Munnar Inn(comparing the pics of Munnar Inn that were displayed on net). This of-course is a matter to be viewed with serious concern. If rooms are not available then it must be immediately updated on the online booking site too and shouldn't display any existing vacancy.

                            I have booked a return ticket from Makemytrip (Booking ID: NF[protected] from Mumbai to Lucknow and return via kingfisher airlines. i was informed that my flights are cancelled and I will get full refund for that sector and no alterante option was given.

                            Now make my trip is not processing my refund(only half refund has been made).

                            They have told me that they are going to reply to my query in 24 hours on so many previous occasions however I did not recieve any call back from them or any email on the same. On toll free no i have made cal more than 3o times(i hav my phone details as a proof). They have told me that they are going to refund in 72 hrs many times but never made it.

                            It is so frustating how make my trip functions and its license as an agent should be cancelled. I would like to have my refund along with the exemplary damages for the trauma that I had go undergo till date.

                            MakeMyTrip — Charged for train tickets and didn't get the tickets

                            Today[protected] Morning I was trying to book my train tickets from coimbatore to chennai, after the transaction happened I got a blank page and I received the transaction number RAL[protected] through mail and sms.
                            I checked with the bank, my CC was charged.

                            After many attempts calling the customer care number, I happened to speak to a CC.exec and he has no information of the transaction. He asked me to call after 2 hours. I called once again and there is no proper response. They put me hold and wait for me to disconnect the call.

                            Such a worst customer care I have never seen, I would never recommend anyone to use makemytrip.

                            At the outset, regret the inconvenience caused to you. As updated by the service executive since this transaction did not go through due to a technical error. We have already initiated refund for on 26 Oct for INR 876 with reference number #. RRN NO.[protected].

                            I have Booked Return Train Ticket through Makemytrip.com on[protected] using my saving account with Vijaya Bank. But, due to some reason I have cancelled Ticket on[protected]. After that on[protected] I received mail confirmation from Make my trip that refund of cancellation is processed and refund is forwrded to my savings account. But, till date I didn't received any amount in my account till date. I have called atleast 25 times to makemytrip.com only I get assurance that your complain is forwarded to seniors and they will contact you in 48 HRS and I never get any responce in return. Also i have given mail but, no responce or refund I got.
                            I have booked a return ticket from Makemytrip (Booking ID: NF[protected] from Mumbai to Lucknow for 22 February 2012 and return on 28 February 2012 via kingfisher airlines. My onward flight from Mumbai to lucknow was rescheduled via Delhi and reached lucknow on 23 February 2012 therafter i was informed that my retun flight is cancelled and I will get full refund for that sector and no alterante option was given.

                            Now make my trip claims that i have utilised both sector and is not processing my refund.

                            They have told me that they are going to reply to my query in 24 hours on 3 previous occasions however I did not recieve any call back from them or any email on the same.

                            It is so frustating how make my trip functions and its license as an agent should be cancelled. I would like to have my refund along with the exemplary damages for the trauma that I had go undergo till date.

                              While booking the flight, MAKEMYTRIP charged Rs 2574 as taxes. Unfortunately I missed the flight. Airline is saying I was noshow for the flight and can only refund the tax amount which as per them is Rs 692/-. The booking ID is NF[protected].

                              How can the tax be Rs 2574/- at the time of booking but Rs 692/- at the time of refund. MAKEMYTRIP is clearly doing some sort of fraud here. I tried to get an answer on this question of difference in tax amount while booking and refund, but MAKEMYTRIP did not provide answer, instead just kept on repeating the same thing again and again, saying airline tax is Rs 692/-.

                              I just hope no one else is cheated like me by these fraud websites.

                              I booked ticket on spice jet airlines but after payments he gives me ticket of indigo airlines with different timing on same date. Because of him we suffer a lots. Please take immediate action.

                                I have refered " Make My Trip" to my German friend Mr. Andreas Rieche , he has booked the vacation : Reference ID :[protected]. The booking for complete trip was made in January 2012 for the tour in Febuary 2012. The package includes 2 flights (Pune - Delhi/ Jaipur- Mumbai) as well as car for Delhi/ Mumbai and overnight accomodation at Delhi / Agra/ Jaipur . The order was cater by the executive name Mr.Deepak Kull ([protected])

                                On[protected] Mr.Andreas Rieche & Mrs. Anke Rieche started the journey in pune with big surpise, the flight pune- Delhi which was included int he package they have booked in Jan 2012 was wrongly cancelled by make my trip in Jan 2012 itself . Early morning with big surpise and upset they tried to find out what went wrong and called make my trip office and no proper response and he ended up in spending CHF 200/- as mobile phone charges. The executive of make my trip informed him there was a mistake done at Make my trip and told them they have fixed it , but got information from Jet Airways nothing happended. They ended by in buying new tickets for lump sums Rs.43,168 ( for both Mr. Andreas Rieche & Mr. Anke Rieche)

                                On refered to make my trip they informed him they will refund the tickets on submission of the new tickets and after submittion of new tickets they got only the refund Rs.7,186 on[protected] and still they yet to get Rs.35,982 , no apology make and inspite of regular remainder through Mail by Mr. Rieche and me and telephone call to Mr. Deepak kull . No response from make my trip

                                It is very bitter experience and very poor service response .

                                Totally we upset and we need to file a customer complaint against make my trip about the cheating and poor service

                                  From last 6 months whenever i try to make any booking through makemytrip, my tkts never get booked before 3-4 attempts and my money remains with makemytrip for 6-7 days. I must have paid atleast 2000 to 3000 Rs as interest to make my trip against the refundable float.

                                  But yesterday was the worst, i arranged for Rs 10000 for flight booking and have to go to delhi for urgent work, my total money got deducted including return flight and booking was unsuccessful. Now i cant go for my urgent work as i'll have to wait for my money refund, where as i requested call centre to book fresh tickets against my money with make my trip. But nothing happened. i guess they are doing it intentionally , just to have money in float and earn free interest from customers money. this is highly unethical of the company like make my trip.

                                  I would never book my tickets through make my trip again.

                                    I would like to bring to your notice the horrible experience that I have to face while departing from Manali to Delhi via bus booked from MMT… I had booked two Volvo bus tickets (City Land Travels) MMT for Apr 8, 2012 i.e., last Sunday… for me and my wife accompanied with my one year old kid…

                                    At the time of boarding the bus, it was noticed that the bus was not Volvo it was just a sub-standard AC bus… without having enough sitting space, foot rest etc… The fact was immediately brought to the notice of bus operator presented in the bus… he immediately denied to entertain any complain regarding this… then with no option… I had contacted MMT at[protected] contact number printed on the bus ticket… one MMT executive picked my call and after getting my complain… he replied me that will revert you back after getting bus operator revert on this…. Again after around 30 minutes.. I got call from[protected]Mr. Rakesh from MMT)… he told that bus is Volvo not other than this as per the bus operator… it was totally rubbish… how can a person sitting at Delhi blindly lied… to prove the quality of bus… it had taken pics of the same… The same is attached for your reference…

                                    Ultimately I had to board the bus… as I had to report to my office to the next day morning… leaving no option to get ride to resulted problem.

                                    Apart from this… when I booked this bus.. I was totally relied on the information displayed on the MMT site (www.makemytrip.com).. For your ready reference, I am attached bus ticket mailed to me by MMT…

                                    By virtue of sub-standard bus.. me and my family (including my one year old kid) had to suffer physical and mental disturbance during my entire journey from Manali to Delhi… How can this be compensated… I have gone for vacation only for the sake of pleasure and to feel my family relax.. which was totally ruined by your act…

                                    Not after this… your guy.. (Mr. Rakesh).. has promised to get back to me within 48 hrs… but till date nothing happened…

                                    I have booked ticket from MMT… as I was in the impression that you guys are making travelers happy during their planned vacations… but nothing materialized…

                                        I was under the process of booking a ticket from Guwahati to Delhi on 26th Feb, but due to some connection problem, the transaction got failed from
                                        makemytrip's end, whereas my bank deducted the amount. The ticket was *not booked*,and Rs. 4377 was deducted from my account. I had already spoken to their 4-5 service executives, but didnt get any positive response. I mailed them some 10-15 times, and the only reply I got was I will get the refund in next 72hrs. The last mail said they have forwarded it to the payment gateway for reversal of the amount, but its been 10 days, and I haven't got my refund back.
                                        As it is a consumer platform, I request the attention of make my trip officials to please look into the matter at the earliest for my refund.

                                        Make My Trip — No refund after so many phone calls and emails

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I am really sorry but I am shocked that I have to again write a complaint against MakeMyTrip here as always I don't get a reply thru email and phone calls.

                                        I was trying to make rail reservation yesterday from you site through
                                        tatkal. My rail IDs are RAL[protected] and RAL[protected]

                                        When I made first booking RAL[protected] it showed me that *'the payment has
                                        been accepted and I need to wait as IRCTC is not responding properly. If
                                        your ticket is booked we will send the mail with the ticket. If not we will
                                        refund. And it was also written to check the site for ticket status and if
                                        the it shows failed you can go ahead and book another ticket '*

                                        *I logged in and saw the status as failed. So I started to book another
                                        ticket for the same journey. Again the same thing happened and I got
                                        *RAL[protected]
                                        Id with the same message as above. Again I found the failed status and lost
                                        hope and logged out.


                                        But to my surprise I saw both the tickets booked after half an hour or so on
                                        my email. This was quite astonishing and I had to then apply for the
                                        cancellation of the second ticket RAL[protected] as it was a waiting ticket.
                                        Since it was not a mistake on my part I would request you to please refund
                                        me the full amount of the second ticket. You can check my words by tallying
                                        the time of each booking attempts and your ticket emails.

                                        Till date I haven't received not a single rupee refund.

                                        I hope to get a reply soon.
