We booked a good hotel room (solitair exotica resort) in Koorg for our once in a year trip through makemytrip in Dec 2010. The booking was done a month in advance and the sent confirmation clearly stated that booking is done and threre is no need to further call and check with hotel. The provided contact info of hotel was wrong in booking confirmation letter

We drove from Bangalore to Koorg and reached to hotel at around 8 pm in the evening. After completing the formalities when we entered in to the room, we found that this was a newly constructed room and still not complete. There were no doors, roof filled with mosquitoes and bugs , no AC , TV was not working and various other mentioned room fascilitis were missing.

We spoke to the staff and manager and they mentioned that this is the only room available and all 22 rooms are filled. They also mentioned that the booking was taken inspite of they informing the management that no rooms availble. They said that this has happened 3rd time in this month and refused to take responsibility.

I & my wife waited till 11:00 pm at reception but they didnt do anything and eventualy asked us to move to an equally good hotel for that night. We had no other option and agreed for the same. Hotel records will show that we never checkedout.

The new hotel room was in no way equal to what we had paid for but somehow we stayed. Next day we didnt recieve any call till 12:00 pm and were not able to get through to anyone in hotel.. Makemytrip executives assured of taking care of it multiple times but nothing happened . Finally we drove back to Bangalore and have been following this up with makemytrip since Jan 2011. We have stopped getting responses now.

Even if we dont get a full reimbursement along with emotional & pshychological torture compensation but still wanted to publish this so that people know about these agents. Till the time everything is smooth you will be fine with your agent but true test happens when a problem is reported and the way company approaches it.

Makemytrip did not care about all this as they possibly dint see any harm from 1 such complaint but this demonstrated that if no one get to know then they really are not interested/concerned in any communication once they have taken the money. If there is a safe opportunity then they will take advantage.

Instead of seeing travel company responses during problems we should avoid them in order to pass the message that they cannot afford to be relaxed/casual about the complaints where they are accused of cheating.

I have stopped using makemytrip for all my domestic and international travel.

    The option o[censored]sing Make My Trip has resulted in a fiasco and a complete disaster of time and money.
    The booking ID NH[protected] was confirmation recieved that my room was booked for 2 days in Tip Top Plaza, Mumbai.
    On reaching Mumabi and the hotel I was informed that there is no booking from Make My Trip for the two days.
    Calling and informing the helpdesk also proved futile cause they seem to be having this tagged as my problem.

    I DONT NEED ANY REFUND BUT PLEASE DO NOT USE MAKE MY TRIP FOR ANY HOTEL BOOKING AND NEVER USE TIP TOP PLAZA, THANE (W)

      Today I booked a honeymoon package to Kerala from Makemytrip agent. Immediately after paying the whole amount of the package electronically, their agent (makemytrip) called me back and told me that I need to pay 1000 Rs for every night at the hotel desk. This "HIdden Cost" was never told to me until I paid the full amount.

      The explanation given by the travel agent of makemytrip and her supervisor was that they did not know about this additional cost and asked me that I would have looked at the hotel's website instead.

      I feel cheated as makemytrip agent did not tell me about this "HIdden Cost" . I want an explanation from makemytrip customer delight team as why I need to pay an extra amount which was not mentioned in all the calls and emails with makemytrip.

          I am proprietor of car rental company ( Himalayan Holiday ) and vendor in Make My Trip and i have provide the transport services to Make My Trip clients for 06 Months and our total billing was around 450,000.00 and they was stooping my payments due to non register vendor after that we show all email to them. Then they had clear my payments of Rs 400,000.00 ( Four Lakhs ). Mr. Rohit and Mr. Vinay Saini is very helpful persons and i m very thank full to him.

          But the person Mr. Ruchin Kothari and his mobile number is [protected] he used my car for outstation use for 3 or 4 times and the amount of Rs around 45000.00 still pending on him and they can not pickup my call from last 2 months if i will try his some from somewhere than he picked call and tell me i will file the case i[censored] ask me about payments. so now i m requesting to Mr. Deep Kalia please release my payments asap. we already sumitted 3 or 4 times duplicate bills to your accounts department to Mr. Vipin Koli.

          Makemytrip.com — Incompetent, Fraudulent

          We tried booking 2 tickets from Pune to Bangalore and the site 'froze' part-way through the process, but AFTER accepting our credit card details. There was no e-ticket or itinerarary confirmation sent by the company, so we believed that since their system had 'frozen' through the booking, the transaction was not completed and the booking was not made.
          We then proceeded to make another booking for the same flight, same passengers which was successfully completed.
          Imagine to my horror, when, 1 month later, I see 2 separate charges on my credit card, including for the first incomplete transaction! Even though none of the formalities were completed at my end, nor did we receive any confirmation from them, they went ahead and charged my card for the amount!
          This is a technical problem called 'two phase committ' which sites had almost 10 years ago, but has long since been fixed by ALL professional companies. To see this company with this problem in this day and age is horrendous and scary - they cannot be trusted with ANY online transactions and customers should not trust this site anymore.
          When we spoke to the company about this, they said it is 'our problem and responsibility to call the company if we believe a transaction has not been properly completed, NOT their problem or responsibility to ensure that all online transactions are completed properly!!". So the extra Rs. 23,000 has to be borne by us now!
          Needless to say, we will NEVER use this site again, and we are also proceeding against them in consumer court. THis is just to warn other passengers against using this site, so they don't suffer the same fate.
          Actually none of the online travel agents can be held accountable for such problems.

          The safest thing is to book directly on the airline sites by using sites such as ixigo.com that search across all airline sites and redirect you on airline websites to complete the booking. That way you will only deal directly with airlines and not get harassed for cancellation charges or service fees.

          Make My Trip.com — OVERCHARGING FOR UPGRADATION OF AIR TICKET

          I booked an air ticket through make my trip .com under ticket ID-IN1101B09711 ON DUBAI-DELHI-DUBAI SECTOR The issued ticket was partly business and partly economy..
          Ipointed out the mistake and asked them to upgrade the ticket to fully business class. They issued another ticket under ID -IN1101B09922 and charged me 28000 extra for upgradation,
          on reciept of the new ticket I noticed that even the new ticket was partly economy-and partly business.
          My repeated requests to the dealing person only resulted in promises to correct the mistake but no action actually and no correction of the ticket issued.

          Make My Trip.com — NEGLIGENCE FRAUD AND INCOMPETENCE

          We requested Flight + Hotel package in Sonesta Inns, Goa from 2nd April 2011, to 4th April 2011, for 6 adults on 27th March 2011.

          Our booking id was NP[protected].

          Makemytrip confirmed through your email on 27th March, the following:

          Departure:
          Kingfisher Airlines IT 131 Mumbai – Goa 0500 hrs, 2nd April, 2011.

          Return:
          Kingfisher Airlines IT 337 Mumbai – Goa 0630 hrs, 4th April, 2011.

          2 nights accommodation at Sonesta Inns, Candolim for 6 adults.

          Their office called on 29th March to inform us that you had changed our outbound flight, and that we would be traveling on Jet Airways instead. However, our return flight was to remain the same and had been confirmed. We received the e-tickets for these confirmed flights the same evening.

          Departure:
          Jet Airways 9W-479 Mumbai – Goa 0540 hrs, 2nd April, 2011.
          Status: confirmed , PNR no EABUF

          Return:
          Kingfisher Airlines IT 337 Mumbai – Goa 0630 hrs, 4th April, 2011.
          Status: confirmed , PNR no EOAEYR

          We arrived in Goa on Jet airways as planned, spent two days there and arrived at the airport at the kingfisher counter at the Goa airport for our CONFIRMED return flight, only to be told our tickets had been VOIDED, on the 28th of March itself, BY MAKEMYTRIP .
          I called their toll free line from my mobile from the airport and was on hold for 8 precious minutes before I managed to speak to a Mr Nitin, who was unable to help us and put us on hold for over 10 minutes. I called twice more and spoke to Ms Navpreet and then Mr Rohit. who were neither apologetic nor helpful. They all promised to call us back. They did not.
          Eventually finding myself and my family stranded at Dabolim Airport with no other way home, I was forced to purchase 6 tickets on Go Air.

          FOR 29 HOURS POST MY CALLS... NO RESPONSE... I called again and spoke to a Miss Anchita who connected me to a Mr Bhaskar who said that he will call back in an hour.. for 3 hours no response.. when they did call i was out of the room and they called only once...and never bothered to call back again

          which means
          1. THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND NOT GIVEN ME TICKETS.. THIS IS ROBERRY
          2. THEY HAVE MADE ME SPEND ANOTHER 40 THOUSAND EXTRA OR SO FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE .. AND THEY ARE NOT CONCERNED ABOUT THAT
          3. THEY THINK THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOUR BY RESPONDING TO MY PROBLEM???

          HOW CAN WE DEAL WITH THIS
          PLEASE HELP

          I am Anju Kansal from Punjab. I booked an air ticket via Make My Trip from chandigarh to bangalore. but the ticket timings has got changed. I called MMT customer service and told them that their is an error in the booking and a wrong flight has been booked. They said me sorry for this and said that we will change the flight within next 3 working days or we will refund you the whole amount. but 11 days have passed and still their is no refund or change of flight. The tickets fares are rising day by day but now they are saying that it is not their fault. and they r neither refunding the amount nor changing the ticket.           HE did not call us back till 31st oct, and not even ask us for balnce payment, we called him on1st NOV he then he sent the flight detail . HE changed it and our return flight is now @ 1:50 PM goa PNR NO ZJT2BD spice jet,
          and today on 5th NOV he is changing our RESORT to some other hotel Bella Rosa Hotel or hotel la paz garden .
          These hotel are not on the same beach as we selected .
          I request you to personally look in this matter and solve our problem as our schdule departure is very near and save our programe .

              sir i done a railway ticket booking on 24/08/11 through make my trip,but due to some technical problem the status showed is failed.and as per the agent the amount will be return within the next two working day.but till date idon't get any refund.i lodge complain also to the official site of the co.my transaction id is NR[protected] & my complain reference id #[protected].please take the neccessary action to refund my amount.

              Makemy trip.com is world's on of the worst travel portal which has no customer care support for their Rail customers, and always they claim to be no1, you will not be able to ever get connected with their customer care if it is for Rail booking, so i would sincerely request to every indian to not to use the services of makemy trip.com, and i am also trying to get appropriate section of gvt department to make written complaint regarding their mis conduct, i have transacted not less than 8 times and still i am awaiting for my refund, ,

              Just now i received a email from their rail care regarding the none confirmation of payment of for Booking Reference Number NR[protected] and truth is that i have not made any booking from makemy trip .com, and now they are claiming for money which can be debited from my card as per their wish,

              i am still awaiting for my refund of aprx 6 transaction...MakeMyTrip Booking ID: NR[protected] is a name a few,

              Do not go for make mytrip since they are not customer oriented,

                There was Emergency so I booked the ticket from Bangalore to trivium from clear trip.com. i got the confirmation after 1 hour (refer attachment) but didnot got E ticket from their side. I called so many times to customer care and they told i will get Pnr number within Half an hour. At last moment means at departure time they said ticket didn't processed you can take your ticket from the counter and we will revert your money to your account. Isn't it harassment to people ?

                  This is to bring to your notice the horrendous experience that I had to undergo after booking a travel package through you,for your ref I booked a kovalam package on 20th June and my booking id no is 1106B09783,I also booked the Indigo flight and the PNR no is CEYTAQ.I have stated below the sequence of events and would want your comments and action on the same.It was a very stressful and tension driven vacation and I would like to forget the same asap.



                  Till the time,package was finalised I used to get 8-9 calls daily from Mr Aarif,he was the gentleman who finalised our itenary.Once we had booked the package,it became impossible to ctc him,even after sending him messages on e mail...we never got a revert or call from him.



                  We were told by Mr Aarif that an extra seat would be provided for our child and he even charged the amount for the same but we were never provided the same in the aircraft and as usual Mr Aarif was not available on phone.



                  Our package included 3 breakfast/lunch or dinner,free aurvedic massage for a couple but the hotel refused this saying that they did not had any confirmation on this and we were only provided 2 breakfast/dinner and the rest we paid from our pockets,there was no complimentry massage also.We have written confirmation from Mr Aarif on the same.



                  This came as a big surprise to us,we called make my trip nos[protected]/[protected] TWENTY THREE TIMES on 13th aug from Kovalam but did not manage to speak to Mr Aarif as he was too busy to come on line.We managed to speak to Mr Raju who promised that he would call back but never bothered to do the same.In this age of internet and e mails,we could not get any confirmation till 16th about our package.It surely means that we were misled about the package by Mr Aarif.



                  This kind of service is not expected from such a big organisation,I would now think many times before reccomending your service to any body and I am also planning to put this up on social networking sites.I have given my feedback also on line and I am expecting some kind of damage control exercise from you guys.My holiday was spoiled big time by make my trip team,if you want I can forward you the email confirmation that were sent by your team.



                  There was no effort to provide the right kind of feedback and lots of lies and deciet was involved to gain the customer and once we were through with the transaction,everything was very conveniently forgotten....though I have given my on line feed back yesterday but I am yet to hear from you people.

                    I tried an online booking from makemytrip.com and the booking wasnt processed but still my money was debited from the account. And its been 24 days they give assurance of 72 hrs everyday but do not process on anything. Its a mental harrassment as online booking company like makemytrip have no local authorities to solve issues and they are not reliable. makemytrip.comis a fraud company confiscating consumer money for no reason.

                      I had tried to make a booking from MakeMyTrip on 18th July and the booking got failed for some reason.
                      They say they made a refund of amount Rs 5304 on 26th July and since than I have called up more than 10 times to check and they kept saying the refund will be in 21 days. It has being more than 21 days now and the refund is not made yet. Earlier they said it takes 5 days to get the amount reflected. And than started saying as 21 days.

                      I again called on 17th Aug 4.30pm to check on the refund with Rupali Gauchand and she mentioned MakeMyTrip will get back in 48 hours. Its being more than 48 Hours and now when I am calling again talking to Sandip Suri, they say it is 72 hours wait time. Everytime I am calling they have a new reason.

                      The refund is not done yet.

                      Over the last couple of days I talked to below representatives from MakeMyTrip.

                      20/8: Sandeep Suri (Sandeep.[protected]@makemytrip.com)
                      He mentioned that the amount for sure will get reflected on 24th Aug. Which is not done.
                      25/8: Tejinder.[protected]@makemytrip.com :
                      Same story is repeated by each and every representative.

                      I see a lot of complaints are being made. please take necessary action

                        i tried to book an air ticket for two persons from jaipur to new delhi through makemytrip.com portal and made the payment using my SBI account, but after the payment was successful the website showed error and after that when i spoke to the customer care they said to book the ticket again and that they would refund the amount in 72 hours, so the next morning i again booked the same ticket but when i spoke to customer care regarding my refund they put my call on hold several times (precisely 5 or 6 times) for more than 12 minutes and still they have no clue about what should be done or what went wrong or how this problem would be solved. so kindly look into the matter regarding the refund of the deducted amount and the poorest customer care service of makemytrip.com

                        On 18th november, 2011, I tried to book an airticket from Trivandrum to sharjah, uae by airindia express with www.makemytrip.com . I tried paying with my FGB credit card an amount of Rs.11630 /-. Due to low session timeout (a technical defect in makemytrip.com) the session was timed out and I received a mail from makemytrip.com with following details:
                        Booking Unsuccessful
                        MakeMyTrip Booking ID -NN[protected], NN[protected]
                        Booking Date - Wed, 18November, 2011
                        Rs.1024/ from my a/c of IOB, KOLKATA for one day (31.01.12) of 2 room hotel booking has been debited without confirmation . pl indicate the booking status.

                          We booked our honeymoon tour from make my trip, as promised they gave us 3 * hotel.

                          Some key things of so called 3 STAR hotel

                          · No AC remote control

                          · Fridge has patchy spots

                          · A small dressing table patchy skins

                          · No Door bell

                          · Wall does not have good paintings/colors

                          · Switch board is naked and hanging

                          · Bathroom does not have even bath tub

                          · Room does not have even cup plate

                          · No chair

                          · No space where no person can move

                          · A bed of 5*6 ???????????????????

                          · A 17 inch old colour TV

                          · Haphazard curtain on window

                          · No terrace

                          · A narrow Lobby (connecting room) where hardly two person can move together



                          Is it 3 Star????????????????? If yes then please check dictionary before planning anything. You people are only good to spoil someone’s good moment.

                          This room is not better than a servant room.

                            I booked Hotel Room in VIP Continental at Kolkata on dt[protected] for 3 night from[protected] to[protected] through Make my Trip booking id No. IN1108B06198 and i have paid Rs. 6667/- for Semi Deluxe Room.

                            When i was check out Hotel Reception showing me total bill of Rs. 5478 than why Make my trip charge me Rs.6667/-.

                            Secondly when i asked to Hotel person to give me copy of this bill he refused to give the same and told me that make my trip will give you bill.

                            According to Make my Trip they are very cheapest service provider in India but they are charging Rs. 1000 extra after the hotel bill.

                            Please look at the above mention matter, kindly advise me what should i do??

                              I booked an air ticket from Mumbai to Delhi from Make My Trip. The flight was of Air India's flight(AI-101) for 15th August at 800 PM. In the ticket it was nowhere mentioned that from which airport flight will take off. As there are two airports in Mumbai domestic and international . I was waiting for flight at domestic terminal when I came to know that flight is scheduled from International Terminal I had to hire a cab for going to International Airport as it was urgency I had to pay hefty amount to the cabdriver and had to bear lot of mental and physical trauma at the last moment.
                              I want to take some strict action against such kind of erratic services against the booking travel agent. I am thinking towards going to consumer forum and IATA for such kind of pathetic treatment of customers for avoiding such actions on my part I should be compensated adequately and promptly.
                              My Booking ID was NF[protected].

                                Nobody has reached even over phone. If makemytrip cannot do any thing if there is delay, u should not provide for the facility. its better to remove from offering such facilities in future.

                                It is obvious that every site provides for such a thing with an asterisk. it is lesson for all people.
                                Just want to share my experience with bus journey from Bangalore to Vellor. On 25th of September, My bus started from Madiwala at 3:45 pm.
                                I booked ticket twice from makemytrip in volvo. Each time I find somebody else sitting on my reserved seat and they simply refuse to give my seat.
                                When I talked to bus operator, he offered me some other non preferred seat.

                                Makemytrip says, the bus operator has the authority to change the seat at run time. If this is the case then I do not understand why they provide option to book the ticket and choose the seat.
                                I advise everybody that for bus atleast, DO NOT use the makemytirp gateway. Better u call the bus operator and get the booking done directly. You cannot rely the alliance between makemytirp and the bus operator.
                                If you get in some problem they are not going to listen you but give you a number of bus operator and request you to talk to them directly.

                                BEWARE OF THE TRAP...

                                  I have booked one hotel at digha through make my trip , details of booking is Hotel Aditya Interntional , inclusive of break fast, hotel amenities , a/c deluxe, mini bar at room on 9th august 2011 , vied booking id NH[protected] by paying 2310 upfront through my debit card for staying on 14th aug 2011 to 5th aug 2011. through make my trip online booking services.

                                  After that I received many welcome mails and my hotel confirmation voucher where it was mentioned that " my hotel booking is confirmed and i don't need to check the same with hotel or make mytrip."

                                  However I received a call on 10th aug from make my trip customer service from number [protected] that hotel aditya internetional is fully booked and i cant get accommodation there an they have booked my room to Hotel Rubina in digha , which is supposed to be a four bedroom package with same amenties, a/c , mini bar in room which is costing 3200 as per make my trip website and since it was a fault of make my trip that my actual booking of aditya international was not confirmed , so i don't have to pay extra charge. And the gentleman of your company confirmed that they will send me mail of my booking confirmation.

                                  However today on 11th august I didn't got any mail , and when i called your toll free number and spoke to mr Shammi, a cs executive I came to know that even Hotel Rubina is not confirmed and make my trip is trying to book some arrangement for me. We are talking daily with cs executive nikhil khalasof make my trip but nothing has been solved

                                  I would like to intimate make my trip that this was a planned trip and based on the confirmation of your company mail on 9th august 2011 that my hotel booking on aditya internation is confirmed I have paid rs 6000 for my car rental to go to kolkata to digha for 35 hours and the same is not refundable as per the car rental rules. So if it happens that my hotel is not confirmed i have to cancel the vacation , which will incurr me a loss of not only my emotion but also economical loss of 6000( car) + 2310(hotel, booked by make my trip).

                                  The company should arrange to refund my total loss of 8310rs which happened because of theirmismanagement and overcommitment to customers. Ho can you charge money and sent mails that hotel booking is confirmed when there is no place in hotel ??

                                  In spite of regular follow ups with the company , they are just not bothered.

                                    MakeMyTrip is cheating general people. Please refrain yourself booking any travel via MakeMyTrip. I have booked railway ticket from Barrackpore to Murshidab and my travel date is today 12th August. Return Travel date is 14th August. Yesterday morning, I decided cancell the trip due to some personal reason. I logged in MakeMyTrip to cancell the ticket. After specifying all details, website popped a message that it is now trying to cancell via IRCTC server and I may need to wait upto 5 mintues. I waited but cancellation didn't happen. I tried several time through-out the day and coudn't get success. Later in the evening, I called their customer support. Now, in 1st attempt, I was hearing automatic music and commercial. I waited for 10 mins (in a STD call). In 2nd attempt, I was hearing waiting music and automated voice saying that they are receiving high call volume so I should be pleased to wait !!! I waited for 12 mins but nothing happened. This morning, I tried to call them again, nothing worked. I already sent 2 mail and received automatic confirmation along with ticket number. But till now, no response from them. I also tried to cancell my ticket online this morning. same result. They are not reachable by any mean.
                                    My request to all viewers, please don't book any travel via MakeMyTrip and pass this alert to all your friends and relatives. I just lost Rs. 500. Some of your friend may loss much more than that.

                                      I booked few of my tickets through makemytrip.com a few days ago, and a tatkal ticket yesterday. However, due to some emergency reasons, I had to request for cancellation. I've been trying since yesterday morning to do the cancellation, but the site always return "Cancellation Failed... Please try again after some time." After several trials and failure, I wrote through the "Write to us" column to them, but got no reply. Then, I contacted them on phone, but the lines were busy. So, I wrote again to their email, and got no reply. I called them up in the evening again and the executive tried to process my cancellation, and after some 5-6 minutes reported that they were encountering error, and to contact in the morning. In the morning I tried to do the cancellations, but it still returns the same failure notice. I have already lost the possible refund amount that I could get on the tatkal ticket. This was the first time I did a rail reservation through this site and because of their poor link quality have begun to already lose my money. There is no other way to do the cancellation of this e-ticket except through this site, so makemytrip.com is responsible for all the losses I am encountering, and they are good and not answering our queries as well. Kindly help.

                                      I had redeemed my payback card on the makemytrip website on 17th feb 2013-sunday morning

                                      I had redeemed 15, 800 points (INR 3750), for which payback has sent an order id on sms. order id-911166

                                      to avail of my discount which was Rs.3, 950, MMT staff informed me that i need a e-voucher code which would be emailed by the payback team

                                      As payback call centre operates only till 7pm, I had to wait for 10 hours now to speak with their team, this is the most shocking bit

                                      When in conversation with the payback personnel (RAJAN CHETRI), I was informed that the evoucher is generated by MMT and they should have emailed it to me.

                                      I, then initiated a conference call between MMT, Payback and myself, At first Ms.Nisha from MMT tells me blatantly to put this down on email and they will take 24 hrs to revert.

                                      My only question to the above is"Why should i email, please call your senior"

                                      After waiting for 5-7 minutes Mr Rahul, supposedly the floor supervisor intervenes and warns me on the way i speak, WOW!!!
                                      He then put me on hold, comes back and tells me that the evoucher code would be emailed to me asap.
                                      Also informs me that as per policies if a customer does not get an evoucher code immediately, he will receive it within 24 hours.

                                        Buy Trouble Everytime you book from makemytrip free
                                        I have Booked a ticket from Bangalore to Miami through MMT. at the time of booking they told that flight changes and cancellations are permitted. When I asked for the flight change for a stoppover, first

                                        time I called some lady lift the phone and kept me on hold checking the information for almost 30 minutes.

                                        Then second time I called on Mr. Jaspreet told that we cannot provide a stopover or change the flight. After my repeated request he told not possible. Then I called Emirates airlines and they told the stopover is possible and the same can be changed only by makemytrip as the ticket is booked by them.


                                        Again I called makemytrip and told that emirates confirmed the changes are possible. after keeping me on hold for 15-20 minutes he told that changes are possible, then he went again on hold for another 10 minutes. after almost half an hour he told our systems are not allowing to do that, we cannot change it. I asked him check out the solutions and please give me a call back. But he told we cannot call back and we cannot change it also. I have almost spent 40 Minutes on the phone and not sure How to go about it.


                                        You cannot do anything as every time you call someone else will lift the phone and you need to tell the complete story to him. For Booking they called me 3 times to book the flight. But once there is a problem they are not even ready to call back with a solution. The only option now left is to go to local emirates office and ask for help.


                                        The Worst part is they don’t have courtesy to provide a call back to resolve the issue.

                                        I had a similar issue earlier when I booked a holiday from MakeMyTrip for me and wife to Singapore & malaysia. They worngly booked the tickets on other day. and then charged a penalty for the flight changes. Only Reason I booked through makemytrip again is American Express provides 10 times rewards point for booking through MakeMyTrip.

                                        Hope MakeMyTrip.com upgrades it standards considering it is listed in US stock exchnage now
