I had planned my hone-moon trip HYD-GOA and Come back for the period 19 - 22 Feb 2011, After spending one hour in cab and paying a good amount when I reached to Kingfisher Counter they explained me that the Ticked issue by Make my trip is not a correct one . Uncaring Incompetent Customer Care

I am going through an ordeal with Makemytrip.com. I chose Makemytrip to book a vacation for some friends visiting from outside India thinking that it would be convenient to have one agency responsible for all the hotels and cab, etc.

I will give you a Tip don't believe Make My Trip. "Fraudulent and Cheaters "

Below is my complaint I sent on Feb 2nd, 2011 to Ms. Chadha from Make My Trip New York Office for travel arrangements made from USA to India. I am waiting and still no action on it, I just cant believe this company is such a Unprofessional, uncaring, giving fraud service to its customers

Double charged for booking and refund not done yet

I made a booking for my travel using makemytrip. I was charged double by mistake and I was assured that the extra charged would be refunded to my credit card account within a week. However this has not happened and the Call center executives and the Booking consultant are clueless.

Refund Overdue

No refund for seat cancellation

I booked two bus tickets (C5,D5) on makemytrip.com for 16th Jan, 2011 from Bangalore to Hyderabad. However, when we reached the bus operator's office (Varsha Travels), at the designated time, we were told that our seats had been canceled. The reason was non-synchronization of seat booking at Varsha travel end and makemytrip.com end.

This caused a lot of mental agony and we had to pay a very price to another bus operator...
