Booking ID: RAL[protected]. I'd canceled three train tickets on 19 August, 2010. Train number 2809, Howrah Mail. According to makemytrip site, I was supposed to get the refund (Rs 2,850) by 26 August.

Since then, I've called makemytrip 7-8 times. Each time, I'm being given the same reply, "You'll definitely get your refund within 48 hours" and "the amount has been escalated to the accounts...

This is with reference to the high prices you charge saying its a discount.

I Have booked my travel ticket from Muscat to Trivandrum as on date 06/09/2010 for travel date 09/09/2010, As per their payment gateway alreay made the payment through SBT net banking service.

But, i have not received the booking ID reference and ticket confirmation slip.

I called makemytrip customer service today morning and spent my Talk time 24.25 minutes from muscat, they are not giving any solution and assurance...

The cancellation money which should come to my account is Rs 25275 (receipt attached) . But the money refunded to me is Rs. 23025 . I made a booking through Makemytrip, thinking that it's reliable agency and would be fair in dealing. But, I was wrong. I booked my ticket N Delhi to Edinburgh and back and the dates mentioned by me for return was wrongly done by Makemytrip and they booked it one day before.
