ANY EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM YOUR SIDE FOR MY HOTEL BOOKING & HAD CALLED MAKE MY TRIP CALL CENTRE AT [protected], BUT TO NO RESPONSE SINCE 3 DAYS NOW...& HAVE TALKED TO MANY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES AT MAKE MY TRIP CALL CENTRE & LODGED COMPLAINTS BUT NOONE HAS RESPONDED & IS TRANSFERRING CALLS FROM HERE TO THERE,NOONE IS CAPAQBLE OF HANDLING CUSTOMER CALL & PROVIDING RESOLUTION.

    WELL IT WAS A PATHETIC START TO MY HONEYMOON.WE REACHED THE HOTEL(MOVENPICK RESORT AND SPA)ON 13 MARCH 11 AT 1 30 PM THOUGH OURS PACKAGE WAS SUPPOSE TO START FROM 2 PM BUT STILL THERE WERE MANY COUPLES WHO CAME AFTER US AND GOT THE ROOM BEFORE US.WE WAITED TILL 2 30 PM AND SEEING THE ANGER ON MY FACE THE RECEPTIONIST GAVE ME THE KEYS OF ROOM NO.4207.AS SOON AS I REACHED THE ROOM IT WAS A SHOCKER FOR BOTH O[censored]S.THE ROOM WAS IN A PATHETIC STATE.WHEN IT WAS KNOWN IN ADVANCE THAT SO MANY COUPLES WOULD BE ARRIVING ON THAT PARTICULAR DAY WHY WERENT THE ROOMS NOT MADE AVAILABLE ON TIME.I IMMEDIATELY CALLED UP THE RECEPTION AND WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER BUT WASNT CONNECTED.THE DUTY MANAGER CAME TO MY ROOM AND INFORMED ME THAT THE PERSON WHO WAS STAYING IN THE ROOM EARLIER CHECKED OUT LATE.
    I TOLD HER THAT WAS NOT MY PROBLEM.SHE APOLOGISED AND AFTER ABOUT HALF AND HOUR THE ROOM WAS MADE UP THAT TOO IN FRONT OF ME.EFFECTIVELY WE SETTLED DOWN IN THE ROOM AT ABOUT 3 PM.I WOULDNT HAVE STARTED MY HONEYMOON ON A BAD NOTE IF THE ROOM WOULD HAVE BEEN MADE AVAILABLE ON TIME.WASNT THE HOTEL NOT INFORMED ABOUT THE ARRIVAL???
    IF YES THEN WHY WASNT THE ROOM EARMARKED EARLIER FOR US.

    THE SIGHTSEEING TOURS WERE GOOD BUT ON THE THIRD DAY OF THE TOUR WE WERE SHIFTED TO ANOTHER COACH IN WHICH SOME OTHER COUPLES WERE PRESENT WHO WERE UNKNOWN.WELL AFTER TWO DAYS OF SIGHTSEEING ONE TENDS TO MAKE BONDING WITH THE OTHER COUPLES TRAVELLING ALONG WITH YOU.BUT ON THE LAST DAY OF THE SIGHTSEEING IF YOU GET SHIFTED TO ANOTHER COACH YOU DONT ENJOY WITH THE NEW COMPANY.THE COUPLES ON THE NEW COACH HAD JUST ARRIVED IN MAURITIUS AND IT WAS THERE FIRST DAY OF SIGHTSEEING WHEREAS FOR US IT WAS OUR THIRD DAY.THIS SORT OF ADJUSTMENT IS NOT DONE ON THE FINAL DAY AND IT MEANT THAT THE TOUR AGENCY JUST WANTED TO FINISH OFF THE TOUR SOMEHOW.

    IT WAS MENTIONED IN THE PACKAGE THE A COMPLIMENTARY T SHIRT AND A PAREO WOULD BE PROVIDED BUT NOTHING WAS GIVEN TO US.WHEN WE WERE CHECKING OUT ON 19 MARCH I APPROACHED THE RECEPTIONIST FOR THE COMPLIMENTARY T SHIRT AND PAREO BUT SHE SHOWED ME A REGISTER AND INFORMED ME THAT IT ALREADY HAD BEEN PROVIDED AND WAS KEPT IN THE ROOM ON THE FIRST DAY IT SELF.WELL ON THE FIRST DAY MY ROOM WAS PREPARED IN FRONT OF ME AND NO T SHIRT OR PAREO WAS PLACED THERE.THERE WERE SIX OTHER COUPLES WHO WERENT PROVIDED WITH THE T SHIRT AND PAREO AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAID THAT I CAN UNDERSTAND FOR ONE COUPLE BUT SIX COUPLES IS NOT POSSIBLE.SHE WAS GIVING LOOKS AS IF WE WERE ON THE WRONG SIDE THAT’S WHY I TOLD HER OK FINE IT DOESN’T MATTER WE GET THE SHIRT OR PAREO BUT KINDLY CHECK YOUR RECORDS.




    WELL LASTLY THIS IS REGARDING THE PAYMENTS OF THE PACKAGE.
    I PAID A TOTAL AMOUNT 1.13 LAKHS RUPPES FOR THE ENTIRE PACKAGE.TO MY SURPRISE I MET COUPLES WHO HAD PAID AMT AS LESS AS 1.05 LAKHS TO MAKEMYTRIP.COM FOR THE SAME FACILTIES THAT I HAD GOT.I AM AN INDIAN ARMY OFFICER AND FOR TRAVELLING ABROAD I HAD TO GET A SECURITY CLEARANCE 90 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF MY TRAVEL.I GOT THE PACKAGE BOOKED IN JANUARY 11 ITSELF AND MADE THE FINAL PAYMENT IN THE LAST WEEK OF FEBRUARY.SOME COUPLES GOT THERE PACKAGE BOOKED AFTER ME WITH LESS AMT GIVEN .SOME HAD PAID TO YATRA .COM AMONT OF 1.04 LAKH RUPPES.I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO HAD PAID THIS AMOUNT THAT IS 1.13 LAKH RUPEES.PLEASE EXPLAIN ME THE ANOMALIES IN THE PAYMENTS.

    I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY REPLY TO THE ABOVE OBSERVATIONS SO THAT IF I PLAN FOR ANOTHER TRIP I GET IT BOOKED THROUGH MAKE MY TRIP WITH A BETTER DEAL.

      I booked 2 tickets from Chennai to Ahmedabad for 29th March, 2011. The booking ID is NF[protected]. I made a mistake in the date and there was no confirmation page on the website for me to review the details of my booking. The payment was deducted immediately from my bank.

      When I called their customer care to request for a rescheduling they wanted me to pay Rs. 1000 per ticket for rescheduling. They had no way to waive this penalty eventhough I called within 5 minutes of booking the ticket and they only had to modify the details.

      I found this exceedingly unfair. I also called the airline (INDIGO) who told me that they cannot change this because the ticket was under the control of the travel agency. How ridiculous is that? This is how these people are cheating innocent customers of their money. I want to sue them for this.

      I also forgot to mention that the Makemytrip.com call center executive (28th March, 2009 8.00 am) hung up on me when I was telling her I may go to court.

        I made railway bookings PNR Nos. [protected] and [protected], and Makemytrip Booking ID NR[protected], which was done on the 8th Dec 2010 for a travel date of 30th Dec 2010 and 13th Jan 2011; and had a confirmed birth for the same.

        As the person I booked tickets for met an unfortunate accident, I had to cancel the tickets on 29th Dec 2010, so, I contacted the customer care for the same, they processed the same and said that the money would get transferred in 7 working days (i.e., till 7th of Jan 2011), however till now they haven't made the transfer. I've made a number of complaints but no one called or mailed me in this regards except the one I will be quoting as follows:-

        But, neither a call or a followup email was delivered to me and not to mention about the money which is nowhere to be getting through my account. But, leaving all this apart I made a few more reservations with makemytrip and they were processed at that very instant as we had to make that trip, but when it comes to refunding the amount, it seems like makemytrip is not interested at all and to beat it all, they kept on sending feedback links to grade their services, how rubbish is that i mean?.. The customer care number sucks as most agents hang up on me everytime.

        I need your help, like me i guess there are more people being treated the same. They need to follow a more better business practice to be able to gain more customers, however i just need my money back. And, I'd appreciate it if anyone could tell me how to file an official complaint for the same in the consumer court.

        Because, it has already been 3 months or 88 days to be exact after requesting the refund and got promised for the same and as it has been mentioned, nothing has been processed so far.

        Any helpful/guidance comments will be appreciated.

          Credit card account has been charged twice for a single transaction. The travel was done in Jan 2011 and post reconcileation of the credit card account where the charge appears twice on my account a complaint was raised with makemytrip.com on 8th Feb 2011. So far have only received responses that there will be revert on my case after 72 hours. There has been several instances of the missed 72hrs deadlines. I have all the copies of the correspondence with this company.

            Dear Sir,

            I had booked my tickets from MSP to DFW and return via make my trip India website with booking ID NN[protected], However since due to my wife's medical problem I had to rush back to Minneapolis on urgent basis . So I had to book an urgent ticket for me from DFW airtport(Dallas) to Minneapolis (MSP) with the details mentioned below. However, with the first interaction to the customer care executive at 4:40 pm today (23 March 2011 US time),I was told that the ticket is worth 395.00 USD and then after two minutes putting on hold he told me that now its available at 325.00 USD after talking to his manager, and there are just three seats available, meanwhile the call was disconnected, When I called again at 4:45 pm , there was another person and he told me that the price has gone up and its now 454.00 USD, and there is only one seat available, I was shocked after listening to this, but since I had reached the airport by that time and there was no way I could leave my wife alone in her bad situation so I asked him to booked the ticket, also I informed him about my urgency.

            However, the more shocking thing was when I found that the flight was delayed by one hour and so meanwhile I tried to check the website at 5:30 pm for the prices, and I saw that the prices were 244.00 USD on many websites, I inquired at the the Sun country airline and they also told me that the prices is still 244.0 USD at 5:50 pm and there were two seats available at that time even after my booking my seat. I am completely frustrated with this kind of behavior of the customer care executive, and I request you to take some strong action against this. As I am a regular customer of Make my trip you can check my history by my email ID [protected]@gmail.com

            This has happened to me in the past also when I booked my ticket from Minneapolis to India (booking ID US1101B01293) the price on the website was lower and the customer care executive had booked it at higher price and I had made the complaint against that.
            Please look into this matter personally and seriously and refund my balance amount which was charged higher than the website price.

              I made a Rail booking PNR [protected], and Makemytrip BookingID NR[protected], which was done on the 28th Feb 2010 for a travel date of 23rd March 2011 and had a wait list of 17, 18 and 19. I waited for some time and called Makemytrip a number of times on [protected] to inquire about the status, and all they asked me is wait. So i gave it time till the 11th March 2011, by that time it just moved up 15, 16, 17, since the date of travel was coming up and a person cannot travel on a waitlist E-ticket, i cancelled it on the 12th March by calling the same tollfree number. They stated that the money would get transfered in 7 working days (19th Mar 2011), however till now they haven't made the transfer. I've many complaints ex ref no:- IN1103R0087510 – 17TH MAR 2011, IN1103RO114883 – 23RD MAR 2011 etc, but no one called or mailed me in this regards and to beat it all, they yesterday 22nd March 2011, sent me a Customer Survey form to ask me how satisfied i was, rubbish. The customer care number sucks as most agents hang up on customer. So the last two people i spoke with is Javed (wouldn't give me his last name or id) and Chandan Singh Adhikari (He's supposed to be the boss at the Gurgoan Office with ph no#[protected], and his e-mail id:- Chandan.[protected]@makemytrip.com)
              I need your help, like me i guess there are more people being treated the same. They need to follow a more better business practice to be able to gain more customers, however i just need my money back.

                Following are our experiences during a trip to South India during late December 2010.

                1. Bogus Hotel Vouchers (prepaid) – No help from call centre – had to find alternate accommodation on our own.
                2. Substandard Boat Accommodation – 2 star vs 3 star or better paid for.
                3. Charged for 11 days car vs 10 days actual use.
                4. Charge for two days at a hotel for one day stay per itinerary.
                5. Excess charges over and above those included in cost breakdown provided after return.
                6. Cash back promotion with ICICI bank not honoured.

                I visited the Connaught Place office twice. Agent admitted some of the problems but done nothing.

                Since my return back to Canada, there has been absolutely no response to a complaint filed through company website or a letter sent to Mr. Deep Kalra, CEO. They are hiding in the black cyberhole.

                The service only exists until the payment has been made. After that, they do not care.

                Avoid this company, Do not believe the promotions on the website or the response times promised therein.

                  I booked ticket 13 march 2011 from MakeMytrip.com.Yesterday (18 Mar 2011) when i called on Bus Operator Contact Number at 6.45, they told me that bus is late and will reach to Andheri on around 9.30 so i did wait there.when bus reached to me, bus operator told me that your bus is cancelled and you will get refund.Also after 9.30 i could not get any another bus for goa.who is responsible for that.today i am going to cancel my tomorrows return tucket because of that irresponsible people.

                  I called the customer care, they told me that they will give me refund. This is not the matter of refund but i could ot go to my native place for Holi and rangpanchami.

Your payment has been processed, however due to a technical error, the system was unable to confirm your booking. This is a rare occurrence and can happen when there is a sudden drop in seat availability on your chosen flight.

                    Your payment has been sent for refund processing and the same will be processed within the next 2 business days. We will send you a confirmation mailer once the refund is processed from our end.

                      Dear All,

                      It has been an annoying and frustrating experience of dealing with Makemytrip. I made a booking on 11 March 2011 for a trip from London to Delhi and paid 24,539 from my account with oriental bank of commerce. The payment was deducted from my account but booking ID was not generated. I call them immediately and they told me it will take 6 hours for me to get my booking ID.

                      6 hours passed but nothing happened. I called them again on 12 march 2011 and they told me that they will refund the amount within 3 working days and gave me a confirmation number in 1103r0059373. They also told me to send a mail with my bank statement to [protected]@makemytrip.com. I got a Reference ID:[protected] for this email. this email said they will contact me within 24 hours but no reply till date.

                      3 working days got over on march 16 and i called them again on march 17 2011. they said that payment is stuck with payment gateway and they cannot do anything.

                      Now should I go to the court to get my money back or to some other agency.

                        Hi All,
                        I booked my bus ticket in Makemytrip.com from Tuticorin to Chennai in PVT travels. I got the ticket confirmed. During the date of Journey, I was shocked to know that the seats which i booked through online were occupied by another guy. Perinba vilas travels,chennai guys allocate the seats to Agent in tuticorin without checking the status of Seats. Guys in Tuticorin Office was not answered properly, they ask us to go for Consumer Court if needed. After a long follow-up with Chennai office, they agree that the seats are booked through makemytrip. They promised me to provide the alternative seats, but on that day there was only one seat available. Finally after a long struggle they agree to refund the amount. It was extremely bad experience. I request you guys not to book any ticket in PVT travels online.Perinba vilas travels is allocating the seats with out checking the Online Booking status.
                        Just shared my experience with you, don’t get into such critical situation.

                        Its really very very bad !!! I booked 2+1 executive coach from tirunelveli to chennai for 1st Sep, 2011 (7.15pm). But I got only normal bus with push back seat which was very worst than Govt. SETC. Even the side mirror was not there in that bus.
                        Please dont be fooled by them again. Its my kind advice to all. Thanks

                          I would like bring you attention towards the monetary loss occurred by me due to carelessness of Driver from " Karthik travels" Driver name is-

                          I travelled to banglore-Mysore-Ooty during 27.12.2010 to 01.01.2011 which was booked through make My Trip through Vocher ID INW1011B00015 & NF[protected]

                          This tour package was inclusive of Air Travel from Mumbai to banglore & return, Sightseeing & transfers through non A/c indica car, & hotel accommodation at mysore & ooty.

                          Our returned flight of Banglore to mumbai was originally sheduled at 20.20 hrs on 01,01.2011 but it was cancelled , this intimation we got from Air India customer care & not from you.

                          Air india has given option to us of 17.00 hrs flight on the same day & accordingly we intimated the ssame to our tour driver on 31.12.2010 i.e. previous day of flight departure.

                          On returning we left Ooty by 8.00 a.m. actually which was supposed to left it by 5.30 p.m. atleast , this was we also discussed with Karthik Travels tour driver & he also agreed that since to reach banglore from ooty it will take at least 8-9 hours we have to left ooty early in the morning as we have to board 17.00 hrs as per revised sheduled.

                          but while returning due to negligence of Driver of kartik travels as he woke up late & came late because of we left ooty at 8.00 a.m. due to which we arrived aty Banglore Airport too late i.e by 17.10 hrs acutely we suppose to to reach Airport before 40 minutes as per Air port authority policy.

                          Since we missed our flight i booked another flight of Spice Jet which cost us Rs. 10866/-

                          therefore its my humble request that kindly guide me about how i can get compensation from Make My trip for this.

                          I have all the releavent documents as proof.

                            I have been contacted many times customer care of Makemytrip to get the refund amount of ticket canceled.
                            But still I didn't get the amount and no one is responding.
                            I have sent signed required documents for refund amount for Ticket cancellation on Feb 7th 2011 but still today - Feb 26th 2011 not received refund amount.

                            Please let me know when will refund amount will deposit into my account.

                              6.Today- 25th Feb’2011 ( 1 Month & 4 days) – STILL AWAITING THE CREDIT IN MY ACCOUNT.

                              EVERY TIME I CALL THEM A NEW CALL CENTER TALKS AND THEN ASKS ME TO WAIT FOR 21 DAYS.
                              THEY DO NOT ESCALATE THE CALL TO THE SUPERVISOR, AND EVEN IF THEY DO THE SUPERVISOR ALSO GIVES STANDARD REPLY.

                              PLEASE HELP
                              HAVE WAITED FOR 35 DAYS FOR THE REFUND AND HAVE NO SATISFACTORY ANSWER FROM MMT. EVEN TODAY THE AGENT TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 21 DAYS AND DISCONNECTED THE LINE.

                              ALL MMT SUFFERERS PLEASE UNITE AND TAKE THIS UP.

                              Make My Trip — Refund not credited even after 40 days from cancellation Of Flight Booking

                              These are the details of my booking and cancellation on Make My trip.

                              Cancellation Number IN1101R0090270,
                              Credit Note Number NF22655506 dated.[protected]

                              Since 4th of Feb'2011 I have been following up with Make My Trip that the refund is not credited to my accounts. Keep getting standard reply " we have processed the refund on 4th" . I have been asked to wait for various periods - 72 working hours, 7 working days, 21 working days , on several occasions.

                              Till today 40 days after cancellation there is no sign of refund credit in my account.

                                Payment was made using ICICI Banks Net Banking Gateway.
                                even after follow up by mail & Phone almost on a daily basis even After 1month 5 days there is no refund credit in my account.
                                Very casual attitude of Call Center Agents. No one seem to be bothered about my refund.

                                  I purchased a flight ticket from MakeMyTrip - Booking ID NF.............. and I also availed a Taxi service from their Vendor EasyCabs for a service charge of Rs.20/- and the fare to be paid to the driver directly which had an offer of FLAT 10% DISCOUNT. However the taxi vendor havent sent any details, and upon my call to them they took the booking on the phone... the customer care agant confirmed there are no discounts available and the complete fare has to be paid to teh driver. And also checked any issue about the discount or teh voucher has to be checked and validated by MakeMy Trip.

                                  I called makemytrip and they said its not the case ... the Vendor has to give discount... ulrimately I had to cancel the cab and arrange it myself. All these discount offers are just to con customers and MMT has no valur for customers business and time. The need to put a priority on customers for the simple reason that they exist in the market, else thecustomers will take their business elsewhere.

                                    I would like to bring to your notice incomplete information provided by Makemytrip.com while booking the ticket and behavior of customer support people from Make my trip. I had booked a flight ticket from Varanasi to Delhi for 3rd of March 2011 and wanted to change it to 25th Feb 2011. When I called up your support center first time I was informed that I am
                                    traveling with Infant and he is not sure if changes for infant are
                                    chargeable by Jet Airways or not. He took my number with a promise he
                                    will call me back within an hour. This never happened .
                                    I waited for more than 4 hours and called up again and this time a
                                    new person picked the phone and obviously the price that was to be
                                    charged for changes to my travel was different. Not only that they
                                    cannot bill it to my credit card because they want One time Password.
                                    I am traveling from Singapore and I had booked the ticket from
                                    Singapore only and no where in the printout it mentions I need one
                                    time password for any changes.It mentions about the fees that make my
                                    trip and airlines will charge but not about OTP. When I asked the
                                    support person that I want to talk to your senior the phone was hung up on
                                    me.

                                    I NEED TO BRING THIS TO NOTICE OF ALL THE PEOPLE WHO USE MAKEMYTRIP AND WHEN THEY LAND IN NEW PLACE AND HAVE TO CHANGE TRVALE PLANS DUE TO PERSONAL REASON THEY ARE IN FOR A TROUBLE.

                                    Make My Trip — incomplete flights

                                    Hello,
                                    My name is Michael Osei Bailey. I booked a flight from Koh Samui, Thailand to Goa with makemytrip.com and I was supposed to change flights in Bangkok and Mumbai to arrive in Goa with Thai Airways, Jet Airways and Kingfisher Airways on the 22nd April. The booking i.d is FLTINT[protected] and the PNR number is 3YAAVZ. When I got to Bangkok I was asked to pay for my excess baggage which came to 7,900THB after I paid 1,200THB on the Thai airways flight. I also didn't apply for an Indian visa because I thought that they would put a visa stamp in my British passport when I arrive in India. Therefore I couldn't complete the journey. My ticket is refundable but I am wondering if I can change the dates for me to travel when I get the visa at no extra cost with Jet airways and Kingfisher airways. The whole trip cost me just over 22,000 THB but there was no specification that it was an open ticket. Is it possible that I have the right to redeem the flights at a later date?

                                      I had planned my hone-moon trip HYD-GOA and Come back for the period 19 - 22 Feb 2011, After spending one hour in cab and paying a good amount when I reached to Kingfisher Counter they explained me that the Ticked issue by Make my trip is not a correct one . A long telephonic call with Make my Trip Customer care and lot of channel also not able to give any reason why I am not able to travel. Here is attached air tickets .

                                      I do not know what happen with my hotel booking .

                                      Even I do not know when Again I can make the plan again. I will check Make my trip in Consumer Forum and Seek my answer for this .

                                        I am going through an ordeal with Makemytrip.com. I chose Makemytrip to book a vacation for some friends visiting from outside India thinking that it would be convenient to have one agency responsible for all the hotels and cab, etc.

                                        Initially, everything went off well. They were able to find a decent itinerary and a decent price. Disaster stuck a few days later when on checking the hotel and cab vouchers I found that I had been listed as the passenger instead of my friends. I informed Makemytrip about it and for days they claimed that they were working on updating the vouchers. Finally, when it was the day before the trip I frantically called them and they assured me that I would get the revised vouchers that evening. I was relieved when the vouchers arrived with no mistakes in them.

                                        However, the next morning I was horrified to find out that the taxi that came to receive them was refusing to take them because the taxi company had not been informed by Makemytrip about the correction in the voucher. It took an hour and calls by me to Makemytrip, the cab driver and the cab company owner to get their journey started.

                                        All seemed to be going smoothly until this morning. My friends were trying to check out from their hotel in Thekkady but were not allowed to because the hotel had not yet been paid by Makemytrip. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with both Makemytrip and the hotel to help my friends check out. Makemytrip's representative, Nausheen Mansuri kept making excuses that the payment was made already and that their was some problem with the transfer. I told them that if there was a problem, it should be sorted out between the hotel and Makemytrip. My friends had paid Makemytrip in full and did not deserve the rest of their vacation to be ruined by justing waiting at the reception cluelessly.

                                        After so many calls the truth finally emerged. Makemytrip had not made the transfer. Since Makemytrip does not enjoy any credit with the hotel (because of previous payment problems), the hotel staff called Makemytrip to get the transfer done but Makemytrip was lazy, incompetent and uncaring. They actually had the audacity to tell the hotel to keep the guests waiting till the transfer came through and then after that stopped taking calls from the hotel. To me, Makemytrip's representative, Nausheen Mansuri, lied that the problem was at the hotel end. At first I was willing to give Makemytrip the benefit of the doubt until they started cutting my call and refusing to put me in touch with their supervisor.

                                        As I write it has been almost 2.5 hours that my friends have been waiting at the hotel with no solution in sight. They still have another 4 days left on their vacation and I shudder to think what else Makemytrip will screw up. Already they have wasted over 2.5 hours which could have been spent on the houseboat from Alleppey to Kumarakkom. I am expecting that Makemytrip resolves this problem and compensates my friends for their lost time.

                                        Make My Trip — Unsatisfactory trip at Alleppey

                                        My name is Prateek. I booked the tour package from Make trip to Kerala for 8 days 7 nights. Where they have given the stay in diffrent locations. There was a stay of 1 night on hose boat in Alleppy but we felt totally unsatisfied as the food given was not as per our selection and the preparation in the house boat in not up to the mark.
