Refund Cheat in case of Failed transaction

WORST every customer service. After spending last 3 hours trying to change one ticket, I completely give up on this company. and can you believe it in the morning I had got a call from this company HR representative to join at a senior management position. Regarding refund of amount

Sir,

I have done a transaction of amount Rs 5693.0 with MakeMytrip on 8-sep-2010.
Booking did not happen , but amount was deducted, and (my bank also connfirmed) the Makemy trip team told me amount is with them, but even after so many calls and requests, they have not yet refunded my amount.They always ask for 72 hours duration , but they never come back.

Wrong information about offer mentioned over phone

Make My trip is selling festival promotion offer over phone,
On phone they are not giving proper information and ask to by offer on the spot.
I also purchased the same offer, at that time they mentiod that I can use the voucher for Air Travel tickets.
Now when I get the voucher it says vouchers can be used only for Holiday pakages.
From last 2 days I am trying to call them but no one is responding on given numbers.br...

Cash deducted without booking - TWICE

I tried booking my flight from banaglore to ahmedabad via makemytrip.com TWICE, both times it deducted my balance from my account and ticket did not got generated.

And it is almost 24 hours to be and still my cash has not been refunded.

My Bank Account statement speaks that it was credited in the account named TECHPROCESS SOLUTION.

Not Refunding the Money

I have been facing severe issues with my refund of 22,000 from Make My Trip.

All it started a month ago(sep 7th 2010) when i booked my air ticket and the transaction got cancelled. I had calling Make My trip since then and they have been telling that the money is in their accounts department, and it will take 72 hours to refund.

It has been a mental trauma since then that i keep them calling again and again....

Personal Abuse by a makemytrip employee

I had logged into makemytrip.com for 1 hour regarding my travel plans from US to India. The agent spent his own time and after an hour gives me an iternary which was not at all suited to me . I outrightly rejected it BUT to my surprise I get an email from the same person ( from this personal email id ) abusing me .
