I am Mahendra A Shiraguppi from Belgaum Karnataka i had booked a online ticket through make my trip from Mumbai to Delhi for the date of 1-Aug-2011 flight timing is arriving from Mumbai is 17:10 and departure to Delhi is 19:15 as shown in menu and flight is Go Air G8-106 i did book for this and my ticket came as Delhi to Mumbai so i cancelled that ticket and they took 1000rs fees for cancellation...

We have taken a customized travel package from Make My trip for Italy. The itenary was sent to us on mail basis which we made the payment also.

However, now they are refusing to give us the same package citing unavailbilty as the reason.

This is highly unprofessional and amounts to cheating the customer.

We have repeatedly called the customer care helpline but our calls are being disconnected...

I had confirmed ticket NF[protected]. But when I reached Bangalore airport, the GoAir informed me that because makemytrip did not paid them, they cancelled the ticket. Since I had urgent meeting in Bombay and was suppose to return same day, I had pay on-spot 5086 rupees and get new ticket issued for the same flight of GoAirlines from Bangalore. I am making a serious complaint of one of the well known company in tourism MAKEMYTRIP.. I see the advertisement of this company on various channels which saddens me further.This company has a little focus on giving service to tourist.

I booked several airline tickets through online website www.makemytrio.com on 1st June, 2011 and cacelled them on 4th June, 2011. They are not refunding my money against cancelled e-tickets. Contacting them on phone is most difficult work because of intervention of computerised phone operation. I complained through Customer Feedback Service and they responded with an assignment of their Reference ID[protected]. But they are not making payment...

Make my trip is only making people to fool.

Pl remain away from this fraud company. This company aim is to only make copmission rather than satisfy the customers.

On 8th June, 2011, I tried to book an airticket from Trivandrum to Bangalore by Indigo Airlines with www.makemytrip.com . I tried paying with my Icici bank credit card an amount of Rs.2,834/-. I recently booked ticket from Chennai-Phoenix for my family. When i tried to book the Bassinet seat for my infant and i found out that the actual airlines itself is charging less than MakeMyTrip. MakeMyTrip has charged me 400$ over the airlines price. When i called them for price match, they are talking about all unnecessary rules and will not refund.
