Cancellation amount not refunded

I have tried to book hotel accommodation at Kodai Resort Hotel in Kodaikanal on[protected]. Without even confirming the availability of rooms, Rs. 10 272/- had been debited from my account. Regarding absurd charges for preponement of flight dates

I had preponed my ticket from 11th July return from Frankfurt to Kolkata to 8th July and I was charged Rs. 7800. I have enquired with the customer service office of Air India regarding the charges and they said me it is around 42 euro or 50 US dollar i.e around Rs 2500. Unprofessional, uncaring, fraud service

I booked 4 tickets for my daughter from edinburgh to bangalore through makemytrip.Com on 16th april. I have paid rs.40, 000 for four tickets through standard chartered credit card. I money has also been paid to standard chartered, and the amount has been credited to make my trip.Com
I even got a mail saying that tickets have been confirmed.
