Airline Ticket — refund not done

I have recently cancelled my ticket on go-air. They haven't refunded my money and on talking to customer care I was told that they have no refund policy.

Instead they have given me a discount code which I can use if I fly by go-air next time

Kingfisher airlines & make my trip.com — No refund for cancelled flight

I have booked international flight through makemytrip.com vide booking reference NN[protected].
On 24th June 2011 during retrun journey flight from Delhi_Pune was cancelled by Kingfisher airlines.All Kingfishers member have informed us that you will get reimbursement for the cancelled flight.This reimbursement you need to collet from your booking agent.Now both Makemytrip & kingfisher airlines are denying for the refund.Each one is passing the buck to each other.

At the outset, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. This is not the level of service which we deliver to our customers. We write to you in response to your query on the refund status for the Kingfisher flight.

We understand your angst – you are not alone, there are so many other customers who are impacted by Kingfisher not operating. As agents or intermediaries, we pay the ticket / fares to the airlines. In case of any cancellations (either by the Customer or by the airline), the airlines pay us back which in turn we refund to the customer. Unfortunately, Kingfisher is yet to come out with a time as to when they will refund the fares for the cancelled flight and basis this advising our customers to wait. They were supposed to give the update on this matter by 31 Jan 2013 but unfortunately, they have not done yet. Your opting for a refund against the non-operational / cancelled flight is recorded in our system and as soon as we have a concrete revert from Kingfisher we will update the status.

We are trying our level best to get all the pending refunds from Kingfisher. The moment Kingfisher shares an update on the refund status; we will begin the refund process from our side. When this happens, you will hear from us immediately via email and SMS. Till then we request and appreciate your co-operation.

We are constantly following up with the Airline and trying our best to resolve the situation.
