inconvenience during service and rude behaviour

your people called us for the 1st servicing of swift car. the time when we sent the car they rejected the car by saying that they wont wash it this is a complaint about the neglegence of service and rude behaviour of the person who called us and now the same person is refusing to talk to me nor answering my calls

I am very disappointed by this and will really have to reconsider buying another maruti product in the future.br...

    I HAVE TAKEN MARUTHI BRAND NEW CAR ALTO LXI DELIVERY ON 30TH NOV'2011 AND FOUND THE NOISE FROM GEARBOX AND FRONT BONNET HAD BEEN REPAINTED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE IN A BRAND NEW CAR WHICH DELIVERED BY KAPICO MARUTHI DEALER AT NEAR PACHAIAPPAS COLLEGE WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE ISSUE THEY ARE NOT IN THE POSITION TO GIVE ME THE PROPER FEEDBACK AND TRYING TO REPAIR THE BONNET AND TO SOLVE THE ISSUE HOW CAN THEY DO REPAIR IN A BRAND NEW CAR ?       I had given my new swift for first service on 20Th December 2011at Sagar motors,bannerghatta road Bangalore, I did get the car from service on time.However, the gave the car back with scratches on the seat belt panel and dash board. When approached, they said the scratches were there from before and they were not responsible.However, there were no mentions of the scratches on the job card.The manager refused to take a second look at it even though the scratches were fresh.Can some one please suggest me as to what to do.

      And I kindly urge people,no beg people not to step into sagar automobiles for any reason what so ever.

        hi sir my father has purchase a new maruti swift.after purchase it run well for few month,but after that the electronic fuel injector is not working properly car stop in between the road.and its really not good for my father and mother because then are alone me and my young brother stay in kolkata.we have call the dealer from we have purchase the car,they came and change the parts twice.but problem remain same,and 3 days before my father and mom went for a family marriage function.and again my car stop because of that my father could not attained the function .its really a embrace suction for my parents new car . pls do some thing .my contact details [protected] ([protected]@yahoo.com)

          I HAVE PURCHASED A SUZUKI ACCESS 125 IN APRIL 2011. ONE WEEK BEFORE IT WAS STOP ON THE WAY. I HAD SAID TO LOCAL DEALER WORKSHOP MANAGER MR VISHAL BUT IT WAS VERY SURPRISING THE MANAGER WAS COMPLETELY DENAY TO PICK AND START THE SCOOTY, HE WAS SAID YOU MAY PLEASE CARRY THE BREAK DOWN SCOOTY AT MY WORKSHOP WHICH IS 28 - 30 KM AWAY FROM MY HOME. IN THIS REGARD, I HAD SUBMIT A COMPLAINT FORM IN SUZUKI WEBSITE BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE.

            in a minor accident front panel of suzuki access cracked from one side and now from last three months we are getting no response from dealer for the availability of the front panel. Everytime we go same answer we get that company doesnot have the stock, how come they are selling new scooters if they dont have any single front panel.

              Sir I have a Access 125, purchased @ ABT Chennai, in 2007 December. Since the day one I got the scooter I am facing Service Problem with the scooter and ABT service, Having a Good vehicle it is very important that to select a good service setup.

              My very old existing problem till today.

              I was complaining about the Tyre which was worning in a side wise.
              This problem is due to the fork or chassis bend only.
              By several arguments and repeteadly insiting till now I had not got solution for it.


              My recent Problem:

              Past four months i have got fed up with the service they do for my scooter. I gave a complaint that my scooter is not control in slow speed when idle. It was not arrested till now. Past two service they simply adjust the air screw and will deliver the vehicle, when i start within 10 - 15 kms the scooter will get raising up heavely. Again If i come in the evening they will slow down it. Again after 10-15 kms the slow speed will not get adjuste the engine will get off during signals.

              From the past two service after the service my vehicle will not start. I have called the ABT Service person they came and will start the vehicle and give it to me. This practice thrice in the last three months.

              I a mechanical engineer I requested them to adjust the tapped valves. Because some times if the valves are loose
              the carburator will not get adjusted. I was running the vehicle for the two months having this complaints not rectified.

              Now at 3rd December 2011, I had left my vehicle for service. Complaints are,

              There was a sound from the bottom left side at initial pickup.
              Sound near the head (tapped sound).
              While I was leaving my vehicle for service I doubtly asked the service personnel to check for oil in the engine.
              The oil was less. I asked them their is no leak in the engine any where ? How the oil got less. Also asked them
              Past two servcies was done at your centre only within the span of 3.5 months. I doubt that they may have poured
              less engine oil or forgot to pore oil for the past two services.

              After One week I came to take the vehicle. They gave a estimate of Rs,3500/-. I tested my vehicle. The same
              Noices were comming after changing several parts in the head. I asked them why should I Pay Rs.3,500/- since the same noice is comming. They tried to mannage in a smarter way.

              Again they commited along with their Service Manager that they will arrest the sound.

              Today I went to collect the Scooter.

              Now the engine is giving some other noice which was not at the time of giving service. Now their estimate is
              to Pay near Rs.10,000/-.

              I shouted at them and asked them the vehicle delivery today itself having rectified the problems.

              I was near the service Person. They are Optionaly changing other spares and doing R& D to arrest the sound
              for which I have to Pay for all the spares which they had replaced which is not faulty.

              My blood got boiled at that time and came out of the service centre.

              My blood is boiling during this letter drafting . And I dont have words to express my worries. Pl Help me in getting a good service with resonable payment. I even dont know weather the problem will get solved within this week. My Service Order Number is 8152 dt 03/10/2011.

              I have lot more to say but I dont want to tell.

                Sub- Complaint against Maruti SUZUKI Dealer (Amar Cars Ltd. - Gorwa, Vadodara)

                I had booked a car- Wagon-R Lxi CNG model at Amar Cars Ltd. (Gorwa, Vadodara). At the time of booking their Executive Mr.Amol had committed me to sanctioned my loan from any of the bank with 11.25% to 12% rate of intrest. I booked a car just because of this assurence from him. I paid 11000/- for booking. He gave my file to different bank's DSA. After few days I asked them about my loan procedure. They simply said, my loan is rejected for irregular payment history. (Bad history which shows in their system is just fake, I have the NOC & regular payment receipts of that loan). Side by I booked the same Car from different Dealer in vadodara, because I needed urgent delivery. They did my loan in just 2 days, where Amar Car's Executive took 1.5 months, even he could not do my loan. And more over Mr. Amol told me to cancel my booking rather than to do my loan as commited. When I filled a form for cancellation, he told me about deduction charges, 1500/- rupees which was not informed me earlier.

                I have not cancelled booking because of my personnel reason. Amar cars has toward me for cancelation by showing their incapability. Why should I charged for their Incapability ?

                If I am defaulter in Bank records as per Amar car Executive, then how other dealer did my loan, just in 2 days from the same bank....?

                Even I agreed to deduct 1500/- for cancellation to avoid unnecessary hassle, though Amar cars Ltd is not giving my remaining due amount (Dues are not cleared since 15/11/2011).

                They are not allowing me to talk with their owner too.

                Please do the needful for the same.

                ALDEM MOTORS - VADODARA — BOOKING OF CAR

                I HAVE BOOKED A CAR HYUNDAI VERNA FLUDIC 1.6 SX ON 7TH JUNE 2011. AND I WAS COMMITTED THAT I WILL GET DELIVERY WITHIN 3 MONTHS, AFTER TWO MONTHS I VISITED SHOWROOM AND ASK FOR STATUS. AND GET REPLY THAT YOUR WAITING NO IS 29.
                AFTER FURTHER ONE MONTH I VISITED AND ASK FOR STATUS AND THE REPLY WAS 44 .
                HOW IT IS POSSIBLE ?
                THE SALES MANAGER TOLD US TO TAKE OUR BOOKING AMOUNT RETURN IN VERY BAD MANNER.
                SIR, A MAN IS LIKELY TO SEPNT RS. ELEVEN LACS AND SUCH PERSON IS MISBEHAVING LIKE ANY THINK IS IT O.K ?
                I WANT TO BOOK MY COMPLAIN AGAINST SALES MANAGER ,AND ASK FOR RETURN MY BOOKING AMOUNT WITH 18% INTEREST.

                  This is to inform you that, my son Mr. Supratim Mitra, had purchased a Maruti Suzuki Alto LXi (Chasis No. MA8EY081S01459032 Engine No. F8DN4296580) your esteemed dealership on 28.08.2009 vide Order Booking/Customer Checklist dated 28.08.2009. A cheque was issued from my State Bank of India account for an amount of Rs. 2,75,284/-.

                  Also to inform you that, another bill (Bill No. AUG/09-10/254) dated 01.09.2009 was raised on account of Road Tax and Registration (Rs. 22915), Extended Warranty (Rs. 1790) and Insurance (Rs. 9074) amounting to Rs. 33,779.

                  Now, when I got my Smart Card (Certificate of Registration-Form 23A), I noticed that in the Hypothecated part a “Y” had been written. I then called up your Darga Road outlet, and even personally went to find a solution but nothing happened. So, on 30.05.2011, my son went out there once again and this time he had made a written complaint, which was received by Mr. Ghosh.

                  That for the last seven months, I am running from pillar to post, to rectify the problem that was carried on from your part, but everything had so far gone in vain. The Public Vehicle Department had told me that whatever that had been written on the Form that was filled up during the registration of the vehicle they had gone by that and if there was any mistake done from the dealers part, it was not their fault, and that the dealer had to rectify the same from their end. My son had informed the same to your Darga Branch office, but they are rigid in their argument and is not cooperating in any way whatsoever.

                  Firstly, that it clearly indicates that the registration was done from your end vide Bill no. Aug/09-10/254 dated[protected]. Also a sum of Rs. 22915 was taken on that account and also my son had signed the form only, while the details was furnished from your end, as I have the photocopy of that form at my end.

                  Secondly, as a customer I hoped that a company like Maruti Suzuki or a dealer of your repute, should have some courage and admit your mistake and help customers like us to help rectify the same. Instead of that your people are boldly denying the fact and blaming the same on us without any proper justification. As the registration part was done from your end, it clearly indicates your liability in the matter, as a customer we don’t know what you had written while filling up the said form.

                  Thirdly, customer is customer till the time payment is done. Once the payment part is over you don’t even care for any problem. Either the people you have recruited feel the same or this may be your company’s philosophy. When it was mentioned to you that the Smart Card issued was with the remark that the car was hypothecated, your so called corporate personnel guarding your interests only, didn’t even bothered to find out any solution for the same but still you get 12 consecutive awards in the Customer Satisfaction Index. What a mockery of the award and I would eagerly like to know how your company bags such awards with such horrible service and satisfaction? Hope this award are given on the overall performance of the company.

                  Now, that I am looking a solution of my problem at the earliest and hope to get a real time solution this time after a period of seven months.

                    First of all I want to express my current opinion about my car Ritz.

                    Very Nice car manufactured by you but service after sales is pathetic.
                    I purchased my car 3 months back from your satara MH showroom

                    Worst ever services provided by your chowgule showroom hell lot of pains given by then to deliver the car to me which I cant write in mail.They have informed me if you have tax receipt of RTO you need not to worry about your car number
                    RTO pune has fined me Rs1000 for not having registration number.

                    Then I struggled myself to get number from RTO no one from your showroom was there to assist me.
                    Till today I have not received my smart card of my car if at all I fined from RTO you will be only responsible

                    Today I had my second free servicing at your ambegaon, Pune showroom which was really unsatisfied

                    I struggled to take appointment for servicing as I am having free servicing no one bothered to entertain me when I contacted to your manager then they did the servicing which is not at all satisfactory


                    Its my wrong decision to purchase maruti suzuki car.worst ever experience with your organization

                    I could have satisfied to take TATA nano car than purchasing your 6 lacs car

                        i have send my swift dzire for service to maruti service masters , G T KARNAL ROAD, car number is BL2550 . They have charged 1,850 for gasket which is a get affected by its own . i have nothing to do with it .but they charged for it very high . My car is under warranty , and they still charging me for everything like my car clutch is not working properly and they are charging me very high when i asked them to repair it when my car sill have warranty then why should i pay for it .Maruti dzire has warranty in terms of km is of 60,000 km and my car km is 48000 km which means my car still have warranty . then why should i pay for all this . please help me as soon as possible otherwise i will do case on maruti service .

                              I had purchased SUZUKI ACCESS 125 at IBAYS Motors from Hyderabad dt:15/05/2011,since from purchasing onwards we facing problem,as vehicle is not getting starting,when we have given for service they are saying that will see and rectify,however they are not doing any thing,simply they are charging and giving back the vehicle.Till now we had given 3 times for service and paid service is also from our end,simply they are wasting our money doing nothing.

                              Since from purchasing onwards i am facing the same problem,By spending my money and roaming with your service centres really i am fed up by taking your vehicle,Request your intervention on my complaint and do the needful on priority.From seven on month onwards i am facing my problem your people are not at all responding,if the same thing has been continued further i will take with consumer court,as I am having all the proofs with me.

                                This problem started in the last year after 3 months of buying a new Swift Dzire VDi from TCS Faridabad, i am appending below my previous communication to Maruti, Now again i am facing the same problem & still the service centre people taking it as a routine problem:

                                THE BELOW WAS WRITTEN ON JUL 8th:
                                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                I bought a Swift DZire (vdi) from TCS Autoworld Faridabad in Oct'10 first week bearing Chasis no: MA3FSEB1S00297708. Prior to this car I used Maruti Alto for Six years & drove that for more than 170000 Kms in 6 years (alto still being used by my wife).

                                The first set of brake shoe went bad just after 8500 kms in 3 months from DOP. When I discussed at service centre that how the brake shoe can go bad only in 8500 kms, the person dealing me refused to comment then I met the manager he said today is sunday I will let u know tomorrow, next day he confirmed to give 50% discount and charged around 1500 rs on brake shoe but didn't give me any invoice. Now again at 17500 kms Brake shoe have gone bad and I am clueless what to do.

                                Please help in rectifying this manufacturing defect.

I Deposited Rs 14800/-(fourteen thousand eight hundred only) in State Bank Of India ,name PRAKASH KUMAR Account No [protected] on 22/10/11 as REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSITE for the interview in advice of Mr. Aiko Hiroko .Again i have received a mail to pay 23800/-for Letter of Guarantee and verification from the Home Ministry Anti-Terrorism Clearance Certificate Supreme Court Letter Of Clearance .I replied that i cant pay the amount due to my financial constituents .Mr. Aiko Hiroko called said that he can give one more day time to arrange the cash .even though i couldn't do it from the next day i tried calling Mr. Aiko Hiroko to explain the situation.but all the phone numbers are not in use till date no reply from his mail also.

                                    here i am attaching the payment bank slip.

                                    so please do the needful to get my deposit amount.
