    Dear sir, i had purchased a Maruti Suzuki A star on March 31.2010 form MANDOVI Motors pvt ltd, Basaveshwarnagar, Bangalore. since then i am getting a very low mileage from the car which is nothing more than 09-10.5 km /ltr on city roads with A/C. This is all the more disheartening because the purchase was made keeping the high fuel efficiency in mind which Maruti Suzuki strongly says and the tall claims made by Maruti 21.6 Km /ltr on highway & 16 - 17 km/Ltr in city limits. i waited till the first two servicing to expect the mileage improvements , however that never happened and by the third service i knew something was seriously wrong. Then some where in between maruti came up with that fuel tank complaint for A-Star which was nothing more than a gimmick.Nothing helped my car have a better mileage so now I am all fed up with the mileage issue as well as low pick up, like it will take first gear everywhere & sometimes not even in first gear i can climb some height roads n i am trying to find some other gear may be -1 gear. I keep wondering how can a company like Maruti Suzuki manufacture such substandard cars and make such tall mileage claims .If this the way things go then it will surely earn a bad name for itself .Is there a solution to this dismal mileage , someone please help me or else i may have to look for other ways .Let me add to this that my driving is not all that bad ,, i am driving for the last 15 years and have driven various car models .So please don't come up with those endless excuses !!!

      This is regarding the quality issue in one of the tyre in my Wagon R LXI duo.

      Purchased from Manan Auto Link, Ahmedabad. vehicle's chassis no. 794759 & Engine No 4619400.



      I regret to inform that the car has hardly run 10000 Km since purchased on 1pril 2009.

      But one of the tyre got burst while driving.

      Just wanted to know what kind of quality checks are done, or if the workable quality of these parts are only few months.



      I am surprised to see this kind of quality in Maruti which is not expected.

      As a customer I request to look into the matter and do the needful.

        Sir/Madam,
        I had sent my New Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire ZDI for 1st Servicing after covering 1000 Kms. but I have been very disappointed the quality and service rendered the washing of both Interior and exterior of my white car as I loved my car the glaze and shine after 1st servicing has deteriorated many folds and I hope the same problem is being faced by other valuable customers too who are not in a state to lodge a complaint and have to bear with the poor service providers. When asked why such a poor servicing is being done then we were told that "How much do you expect in 1st servicing.
        So you are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action as per rule.

          This is regarding my purchase of Ritz - ZXI (Temp registration HR99 GAT 2685) car from Competent Automobiles (Infocity, Gurgaon). I chose this particular dealer because that was near to my office. Now I really regret that selection of mine. They are just trying to create a bad name for Maruti. Its my second car and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Maruti till date. Its really shame for them to do such acts, story is as : today due to some scratches on rear and front bumper, I had to send my 3 month old car (Baker Chocolate color Ritz ZXI) for repainting whole bumpers. Paint job is not satisfactory as promised by contact person, I am promised that paint color's difference will subside itself after 2 months of driving, but I am really afraid to believe them after one thing that body shop guy told me while I was receiving my car today. I was really stunned after hearing this, he told me, did you buy this car from us ? I said yes why ! He told me something is wrong with this new car. Bumper is repainted. Well, what can I say then nothing can be done now. Sir Please make a notice of this thing. I know now, everything is based on facts, but how one simple buyer can identify such frauds.

            i had given my Maruti Suzuki Zen Estilo for some minor repair on 25-aug-2010 at Asia's biggest service center for maruti suzuki in naraina new delhi. When i gave my car for the repair they had given me the estimate of Rs.20000/ but afer some days the amount move upto 40000/ it was really shocking for me when i asked them why are they taking that huge amount from me for the minor repair they told me that the whole engine fo your car will be overhauled as well as the head had to be also changed first of all how could it be possible that the engine had to be overhauled when the car is just 3yrs old and just 25000kms had been run and also the average running of my car is just 20kms a day but as i am facing so much of problem without my car i agree to pay the same and i again visit the service center to collect my car as (the time given by the engineer) they told that the break pedal will also be changed worth Rs4500/ as well as i will get my car in the month of November as there deputy manager(Mr gupta) is on leave if these all things had to be changed in just 3yrs just the body is left i am very harrased by the service as well as whenever i had call ar visit the staff had also misbehaved with me. So, I want that some serious action had to be taken on this. Details of my car are mentioned below:

              sub: poor management of service department

              Myself dr. vipul gurjar, MS-general surgeon and professor of medical college. I have observed when we went for service of my car they asked to come at 7 am . so we wake up early in the morning we went your service dept. But there was no attendence for your car except security guard. So we stand like stupid till your incharge come at 9 AM. So we lost our prestigious 2 hr and sleep of sunday.

              Moreever when i went to kiran motor chhani jakatnaka branch on 12 october at 7.30 am, attendence came at 9 am but they are not ready to accept our car because staff was not came due to corporation's election. But date of election was pre decided so you must do arrange before time and if your staff is not coming than you must tell when we reache at 7 . 30 am . Ultimately you have accept a few cars at 10 am. So i lost 3 golden busy hour due to your mis management.

              please reply me and improve permenantly for same. you can give number and time on phone before days or you must accept a car at 7 am and than u must relived us immediately.

                Chu chu problem is not solved so far - GJ6DB 5838

                Trust you are fine. Kiran motors has satisfactorily solve the noise problem being generated from front co drive side wheel. The best part of Kiran Motors is that they give a ZERO value invoice which shows what parts they have changed.

                Chu Chu / Kik Kik problem problem coming from rear side has not been solved so far and it is more than 3 months that Ms. Maruti Suzuki has not solved this problem nor wants to extend warranty.

                Further from the driver front wheel, we get TAK TAK sound. Ms. Amar car verbally told that they had changed the jumper of driver’s wheel and this could be probably be due to bad fitting. God knows what they did as they do not give anything in writing.

                I will be giving my car again to Mr. Ketan Bhut. I have called him twice and he will look into my problem and assured me that he will sort it out.

                When you come to Vadodara, please let us know so that we can meet to discuss about warranty issues.

                  I the customer Pallavi M Topre has booked the vehicle at Siddhi wheels Pvt ltd,163-a,Rly lines , old employement chowk, solapur 413001 .Tel.[protected], fax[protected] on 03.08.10 with booking amount given till date Rs 35000/- vide receipt no 4270 dt 3.8.10 & receipt no 4760 dt11.10.10 but after passing 75 days. vehicle is not deliver till date. The manager said that you have to wait some time.

                  Suzuki Access 125 — Vehicle not delivered

                  Vehicle not delivered after 1 months of booking
                  I have booked for an access scooter with kothrud suzuki on 28 12 2009 by paying
                  an amount of Rs 47553. At that time they promised to deliver the vehicle in 15 days.On 28th January my waiting period is 1 months.On repeated enqiry the dealer is not giving any proper reply other than "the load has not come" for the last 1 months.I request you to advice the dealer to deliver the vehicle immediately or otherwise I will be compelled to approach the Judiciary for any loss to me on the escallation of price and for non-delivery
                  I think Suzuki and even Honda as there dealers are also causing the same problem, should look into this matter. These dealers are ruining the name of honda and suzuki

                  I too faced a prob during the delivery of the suzuki access bike which I booked at SABOO motors secunderabad.It took a lot of time even after paying the amount full in cash I did not get the vehicle at the time promised.Now I have another problem.Suzuki Access bike was delivered on Aug 21st 2010.But till date I have not heard or received the bike insurance papers.I have called them many times, but they have not yet acted on my complaint.I just got a cover note at the time of delivery but the policy document is not yet delivered.

                    I had booked a Maruti Swift Dezire(petrol) with Akansha Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Rudrapur on May 30,2010. I was told that the car would be delivered in 2-3 months.

                    Till now I have not got the delivery of the car (it is 4.5 months), apart from that after around 3 months the dealer told me to take white color as he said the beige color would take another 15 days. As i did not want white color i told him i will wait for another 15 days. After a lot of follow up there was no hope of the delivery.

                    In these 4.5 months the ex showroom price of the car has increased by around 30,000 and also the banks have increased their loan rates. So,this is an additional cost i would have to bear now. This is not fair. Now the dealer is saying that the beige color is not available and hence he would be able to give us the car. Now he is suggesting that you can take the higher model or you buy SX4. I do not understand the logic behind this. I wasted so much of time and energy behind this that now I am exhausted to go to another dealer.This is not expected from the dealer of such a reputed company

                    Hope someone from the company takes action for this kind of behaviour of the dealer.

                    I booked Swift Dezire Diesel Vdi. your one of the chennai dealer of Indus Moters Kattupakkam Branch on Feb 15 th. That time your peoples committed test drive fesilities with in 2 to 3 weeks to me. But still now i didnt get test drive.

                    Last 2 weeks i asked for test drive, but your peoples told me, Diesel vechile Test drive not available in show room. only petrol vechile only available in show room. How can i know the perform of diesel vechile. i cant understand your peoples thinking.

                    Same time i asked that petrol vechile for test drive. Still now i didnt get.

                    Also my waiting period 75 days from my booking date. Days are going on. Still now i didnt get any response from your side. everyday i am calling your peoples but no response.


                    Note: last 9 years its my fourth Maruti vechile. every 2 years i am changing my vechile

                      I had boooked Zen Estilo LXI from Kataria Automobiles Ltd./Vapi on 23/08/2010 (receipt No. 01527) by paying booking amount of Rs. 5000. Persons from Kataria had promised us to give delivery on 11/09/2010. Kataria Automobiles were unable to arrange car by 11/09/2010.

                      I made full payment on 14/09/2010 ( Rs. 353790 Recpt. No. 01640). Every time they keep us promising that vehicle will be delivered in 3 to 4 days.
                      Even after daily followup so far i have not received vehicle.
                      Today when we called Mr. Rohit Mistry/Harsh Patel. They replied that they are not manufacturers & delivery will be possible only when they receive car from
                      Maruti Suzuki.

                      If they were not able to arrange car on time they should not have received full payment.

                      Now we want refund of full ammount allong with interst for 1 month

                      We urge Maruti Suzuki Personels to look in to matter & take necessary action.

                        I booked the vehicle 20 days before from SB motors, Rajahmundry, E.G Dist.

                        My vehicle is not yet delivered. I don't know the proper reason.

                        I went to Show Room i.e., SB MOTORS, RJY, and i enquired about my vehicle (Wagonar V X I ). The show room sales manager and the team leader were not giving good response to me. They were telling different reasons about the delay of vehicle.

                        I had booked Maruti Swift DZire VXI with Ms. Bagga Link Motors Ltd., Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi on 19th June 2010 vide SOB10000891 and I was promised delivery of the vehicle within 2 months. Despite my repeated follow-ups, nothing happened. On 26th August 2010, the dealer took complete payment (6 Lacs) from me saying that vehicle will be delivered within 1-2 days. It has been more than 1 month when I did the complete payment, but I am yet to receive the delivery of vehicle. Dealer has been playing games with me, telling me that the status of my car is showing as Pending in system. This has become a case of mental harrassment for me.                         We have booked a car @30, 000 swift dzire diesel colour grey on 15-feb-2011 on the name of Zulfic in Assam jorhat Anameka Motors, but they are not able to deliver me the car tll Today 8-Apr-2011.When I ask them about the car, They requst for ten or five days.
                        So, I am not sitesfide in delar.Because now we are paying interest in bank, without the car.They said ous after booking the car we will be deliver in 15days.
                        So, pleased respond to customer requst.

                        I BOOKED A SWIFT VXI AT CSD RATE FROM AADHI MARUTI COIMBATORE IN OCT AND DEALER TOLD ME THAT THE NEW MODEL WILL BE ARRIVING IN NOV FIRST WEEK AND I SUBMITTED THE PURCHASE ORDER ON NOV12. TILL NOW I MY VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AS THE REASON FOR THE DELAY IS THE RATE FOR CSD IS NOT FIXED TILL NOW...TRIED TO CONTACT JAIMON CHAKKO WHO IS IN CHARGE AND DID SEND SMS TOO..HE IS NOT RESPONSING TO MY QUERY. KINDLY DO THE NEED FUL TO DELIVER THE VEHICLE AT THE EARLIEST OR I WILL BE FORCED TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND GO FOR SOME OTHER CAR.

                          I am a medile class person and after a long strugul i purchase Marithi 800 car in the year 2006, even the loan recovery was not compleated so far and the news that marruthi is withdrawing the car from the sigment.

                          I request Maruthi to think again or please a alternative addon instrument with which we can run the vehicle in the metros.

                          Also i request the all the users of Maruthi 800 people to send their request to mauthi.

                            I am Prof.S.Kalainathan, VIT University Vellore. My Alto car number is TN 23 AA 3197. I gave my car to Ganesh cars for service on 8.10.10. I have informed the service people what are the parts to be serviced including very small parts of cost even Rs.4.00 also. At that time the side mirror was in good condition. Today (10.10.10) I have taken the car from the service centre and found that the side mirror frame was damaged. During the delivery time Mr.Ramesh (customer care) also with me and he also noticed the damage and promised me to solve the problem. Later I contacted the car service in charge through mobile ( [protected]. But the response was not good. But he is telling that the damage happened before giving the car to service. But it is not true. Through mobile the service person explained me about the service and what are the parts going to be changed while the car was in the service centre. But, he did not tell anything about the damage of side mirror.

                            I have purchased the in 2004. So far I have given the car for service many times to Ganesh car. It is the first time I am not happly with the service and facing the problem Kindly do the needful.

                              I’m a proud owner of MARUTI SUZUKI ‘SWIFT DEZIRE vdi’. I have bought my car recently from A.M.Motors,Malappuram,Kerala. I was quite satisfied with my new car. I finished 1st service also at the right time.
                              My happiness didn’t last for a longer period. Recently, after 1500km, I had a very bitter experience on the road. When I was traveling in a highway I met with an accident. I was traveling in a speed of 60-70 km/hr. four people were there in the car. The road was clear and empty. There was no problem for the visibility also. But I was not able to stop my car. I had a braking distance of 45 meter or more. It was not just stopping even after applying the brake. Car was totally out of control and it just went and smashed with the other vehicle. My car got damaged so badly and lots of psychological trauma for me and for my family too. Thanks to the Maruti for the damages in my car and trauma to me.
                              It gave me lots of sleepless night. I was just thinking if it had happened to a small kid or a pedestrian instead of the other vehicle.
                              I was not able to understand what happened to my new Dezire. Because its not a simple normal accident which happened because of carelessness. I could see the road and the other vehicle and I was trying to stop the vehicle. I was not alcoholic also. But without stopping, the car went and hit the other vehicle.
                              I know that there is a loss of control in electronic power steering, but I was not traveling in such a high speed. I shared my experience with my friends and colleagues. It was surprising that I got the same feed back from the other people too. That is they all are complaining of loss of control for Maruti Dezire sometimes. And they had the same experience also. So I just wanted to inform the MARUTI authority about the DANGEROUS condition. And I don’t know if I should go ahead with the legal procedures for the company’s product defect. So I kindly request you a proper technical explanation for the same. (I do feel so safe in using my Maruti 800 than my new Swift Dezire, because of this brake defect.)
                              As a doctor, honestly I want to tell you that its a matter of life, nothing else. So I Hope you will do the needful and get me a reply.

                              I do have the same problem with my Dezire VDI and met with an accident in same condition.I also felt a lose of control with the increase in speed.The break defect is a serious problem...

                                Sir,
                                I am the owner of the vehicle mentioned in the refernce and i have purchased it on 11.03.2010
                                from the dealer named in the subject.

                                The bike has shown some fault on the back break during the fourth service period and i have
                                consulted this matter with the said dealer on 30.07.2010.They have replaced the BreakLiner on the
                                same date by the mode of paid service.After one week of the replacement,the same fault has shown and
                                i have visited the dealer again.By this time they told me that the Back Hub has faulted and the officials
                                assured me that they will make replacement of the affected part at the earliest.But till date they
                                haven’t make any corrective measure for the last two months.During these days I was forced to use the
                                bike without sufficient break and now it is in a condition that unable to use

                                At present they are telling that they didnot have any fault on their side and also arguing that it is
                                the only fault of the company,which has not been sent the mentioned spare part them and that is why
                                they are unable to replace it . I am sending this letter to know me about the reply which i got from the
                                dealer is true or not.

                                I have lost much time and money for getting the corrective measure from the dealer.So if ther is no corrective measure from
                                the responsible side again,then the only way infront of me is to file a case at consumer court and publishing the same matter in a
                                daily editiong at the earliest.

                                Hope that you will take necessary action in this regard and kindly reply me soon.

                                Suzuki India — regarding delivery of vehicle

                                This is Aashish k Charkha from nashik, actually i ve booked suzuki access 125 at your dealer M/S Kapadia Auto Nashik on 10th june2010 with the committment of getting the delivery within 3 months. already the time is lapsed and also with continuos fall up for the vehicle they are giving me the answer for the delivery of vehicles in the month of november now. i have contacted the company persons but even thay are not ready to come up with the issue. here the vehicle is available immediately if 4000/- extra amount is paid. this is really cheating and fradulent act which the dealer and the company is performing , hence in future we suggest one should think twice before booking the suzuki motorcycle. i want you to look into this matter at the earliest.
                                It Happens with most of the dealers, as long as we buy the bike or car they will talk very nice. if there is some issue then the will become totally reverse. we (customer ) do not have enough awareness and time to fight against those kind of _______ fellows. there are two solutions.
                                1) they should change themselves to be honest.
                                2) We should get united and fight against them through formal govt body.

                                I think (1) will never happen. hence (2) is the only solution, come lets get united, share the knowledge, help each other and fight for freedom form those problems.

                                please update the contact number, mail id, documents related to these issue. let me also try.
                                However we need to talk to the motorcycle company persons to take these problems to their knowledge. Most of the times the company persons would be good enough to give proper support. we need to find the address or contact mail id of these persons.

                                of course there are good service centers here and there. Please some one post about the service center address which does good job. so that we will go there. naturally after a while those fellows shut the door or should change to be honest.

                                Most of the company not giving the contact numbers or mail id. I request them to add the mail Id for sending these kind of complaints. so that the company can take some action against them (I hope they will do).

                                these all due to individuals on the work place who make these issues with out the knowledge of company and some times that of the managers of the service centers itself.
                                I too got delivery of Access after 5 months in Nashik after lot of follow up with dealer as well as Suzuki Area in-charge. Suzuki officials are aware of malpractices but are not interested in taking any action for obvious reason. In fact, they do not respond to any mail. The only solution is to drag them Consumer Court.

                                Suzuki India — Suzuki is declining to replace my engine after it threw a rod

                                My 3 year old Suzuki with only 56,000 miles threw a piston rod now they are declining my claim because I don't have records of my service. I only had the Dealer do the service (they say only 3 times) 7 or 8 times.
                                I also had another service station perform service and I did it my self at least 3 time.

                                Now the dealer ship is telling me that it is going to cost me $5,600 to fix the car.

                                If an engine has 100,000 mile warranty and engine blows at 56k miles they manufacture should step up and replace or repair the engine!

                                I beleive they should step up and do the right thing!!!!! Replace the engine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                hi this is dinesh . i bought my bike on 4th feb 2010 in Erode(TN) . In this one year i have faced much problem in my bike its not cost worthy. frequent engine noice . much vibration in front doom & in disk too . back wheel skit . very poor milage .

                                Suzuki India — warranty

                                I bought a new suzuki swift, from the main agents in Mauritius. It was made in Japan, dated April 2010.
                                I have had it serviced at the correct intervals by the main agents. It has just had it's 30,000 K service and one week later the rear wheel bearings have failed. Suzuki will not cover the repair as it is now out of their warranty period. As you may appreciate I am not pleased.

                                on 3/8/2011. Three days after, there was rear tube leakage, after 15 days starter was not working.Last 3 months, I am facing more problems in my vehicle. Three days ago, engine failed, and it was repaired in your work shop. Today 22/7/11 the same problem continued. Please change my vehicle i am unable to continue with this vehicle.......

                                  booked the vehicle on 15 jul 10 at chogule moters kolhapur vide their receipt no 7490 dated 15/07/10. At the time of booking promised the delivery within tow to three months. Before two weeks informed by the dealer that the vehicle will be delivered within two days and keep the amount ready., and again two later informed their was mistake and my number in queue and the vehicle cant delivery.. Now before one week on enquirer they informed that they are putting in billing and the vehicle will be delivered within 10 to 15 days. Now the 10 days have been lapsed. On inquiry on 08 Oct 10 they are stating that due to Commanwelth games the delivery of vehicle is stopped and now the delivery will take place in next month if possible. Other than these the way of behavior of the dealer is very rude. Kindly look in to the matter.

                                    Right side-rear wheel tyre wears very fast from day one,approached dealer, they told its tyre problem then approached J.K.tyre dealer,they took test drive and noticed disturbing humming sound but declined to accept it as tyre problem. In this repeated visits, months passed and warranty period ended. Maruti authorised service centre namely SAI CAR care,bhuwana,udaipur where this car is serviced regularly,changed spindle R.R wheel, but without any improvement. Now i am told by the dealer and service centre that main pin(rod) between two wheel is defective, if it is so its a manufacturing defect for which i am suffering mentally,financially and it is posing life risk,driving on highways with one tyre depleted badly.My car never met any minor accident so please solve my problem immediately otherwise I will have to move to consumer court and demand replacement of car from maruti suzuki for driving 1 lac km. with mental tension for five years every day.kindly make sure that this problem is solved.

                                      im from goa...booked a suzuki access on the 3rd of dec 2010 from the margao Quadros motors...no sign of it till date... the dealers asked me to pay rs 25000... and said that ill get the bike in months time...what i dont understand by this is if it can be delivered in 3 months time by paying 25k why not otherwise...inspite of making full payments if we dont have the bike in time...i too feel the company is hand in gloves with the local dealers...in fleecing money from customers...why is there such a delay...all this seema hoax ... sorry to say...

                                        I had purchased a wagon r duo car from COMPETENT AUTO -SOHNA ROAD GURGAON ,HARYANA in 12 march 2010. At that time i didnot know about the document of a lpg car. iknow only simple document.After some days i get document of car and apply for registration.when i go to registration authority for taking R.C. I came to know that my file was objectioned due to non receiving of LPG CERTIFICATE OF CAR. I contact to dealer for this many time for this.Once they say that the salesman who sell us car has gone to Haridwar for kawar.After that they say that they have sent mail to their H.O. Every weak i contacted with but in vain.I also go to Gurgaon for this 4 times.Last time at 25 sept. i was there then they say dont tell us about this, contact the person who is middleman between us , who is an finance advisor.at last i complained to toll free no. of maruti at 03 October.Today 06 OCT. they say that dealer will contact soon with us.
                                        How can anybody wait for 7 months for the documents.I dont know how can they run a showroom of india's top car company.
                                        I wants to say if any body can help me in this matter plz HELP........
