Massive illegal construction is going on in Basant Gaon DDA Janta Flats (Vasant Apartments), Vasant Vihar. Public lane or public space is encroached blatantly and large-scale illegal construction is taking place in many flats creating lots of nuisance and inconvenience to the law-abiding residents. Police personnel are roaming from time to time, but no efforts are ever made to stop the unlawful activities.

The Owner of the property is encrohing on the pubil land and creating unauthorised balconies. You are requested to take immediate action and stop this illegal construction and take action against the property owner.
