I called up McDonald's Aundh outlet in Pune to place my order but the person in-charge told me to call the customer care no. 022-66000666 which is their call center in Mumbai. I gave my contact details to the call center in-charge and he asked for my address. I gave him my full address but he insisted that I give him a street name. I told him that this street has no name in particular but is just 5 minutes away from the McDonald's outlet in Aundh. I gave him all possible landmarks near my house. He refused to give me a delivery only because I did not give him a street name and that he could not add me to his database. My point is, why can not they have a LOCAL phone number where the customers can call and place their orders? The people of Pune know what is where, but what can an incompetent call center employee do sitting in Mumbai? And when I told him all this and that their service was bad, he said it was not! If McDonald's is going to treat its customers this way, it will soon have to shut down. Sheer wastage of time and completely disillusioning.

Noname — Poor Customer Service

I had registered a complaint with Airtel as our lines were down. My god! the proceedure is tedious, we will have to speak to countless people on the same subject and each person will give you a separate no. to contact. My experience with a person by name Venkatesh available on 080 41115395 was worst. He asks me to read modem indications for him over the phone & I say i can't see the same as it is fixed to the wall. He then spontaneously tell me "Unless you read the indication, I CANT HELP YOU". The tone was as though he is doing me a favour. If we have to do the trouble shooting then we do not need these kind of people. Atleast if we are requested to help them, we can. But if we are ordered to do things, then we have to pity Airtel for recruiting such kind of people who do not know how to behave with customers.

Be careful, dont buy these camera because they will not allow you to use them as a WEBCAM. The software "ZoomBrowser EX" provided with the camera, WILL NOT allow you to use the FUNCTION Remote Shooting. So you cannot use it as a webcam.
Apart from service issue they had also become dishonest to customer's.
My entire family is a regular visitor's to McDonald family restaurant's on weekend's.today also we visited Mac donald in Allahabad(Uttar Pradesh) outlet.My wife purchased burger/cold drink worth Rs 125.00& paid Rs 500.00 to the sales executive.He paid back Rs 275.00 & asked to get aside for other customer's, my wife counted the money & asked the executive that the money is short.he refused & started counting money in his cash counter & said he had paid the exact balance amount & if we does not agree than he will have to pay from his own pocket.

We gave him the entire change of Rs 275.00 & ask him to keep it & he kept it.

I think Macdonald don't pay there executive a sufficient salary, so that they can be honest to the Customer's or if they pay them good salary than they should appoint Honest executive's so that customer should not loose confidence in them.
you guys are wrong. Mcd peoples are very honest. I have lost my wallet over there at allahabad outlet. the wallet had a lot of money as well as my cash cards. i have been called by a person of mcd who returned my wallet and there was no money short in that. When i had given that person Rs. 1000 for his honest gesture, he replied the company pays him that much salary by which he can earn his livelihood. I am totally against yours complaint
I and My Friends are Regular Customer of Mac, I think Mac service is awesome, but service given by Mac Outlet (Th Hub Mall-Goregaon East-Mumbai) proved my thoughts wrong by giving poor service .This is happened Not only first time but on sixth time, I place an order for delivery and i always prefer coke without Ice and whenever i placed order i give instruction to order taker for No Ice In Coke, Even the instructions was given by the order taker too, But i think Peoples at operation (Outlet) are not bothered about customer service .Every time i get coke with Ice and when i confirm same with Delivery boys they have a simple words with them SORRY SIR . May be you guys are doing Good sales thats why you are not bothered about Customer Service .Or you are not providing the Customer service training to your team .
Really disgusting if this type of service a customer get .
Now i m thinking to quit from Mac Order.

french fries supplied at fun republic mall at gomtinagar, lucknow on 15/9/2012 evening were bad and bitter in taste caused sickness after consumption of same.

We had a party in Mc Donalds. Detail as below.
Date of Party : 21.11.2012
Time : 07.30 to 09.00 pm
Your branch : Opp to Big Bazar, 10 Acre shopping mall, Raipur, Ahmedabad – 380008
Party Type : Birthday party of my 10 years old daughter. A package of Rs. 4, 000/- was offered for 90 minutes function.

Our Feedback & Experience as below :::

1. MUSIC QUALITY
 When we reached at 07.30pm, nothing was ready.
 Your staff was struggling with their so called music system which was not working well.
 They could manage to start music by 07.50pm.
 Music quality was less than worse. Speaker quality was dull. Not clearly audible. Certainly not suitable for party.
 Staff was playing music from PEN drive. After every 2 / 3 minutes music stops and staff starts struggling once again to start music player.
 During entire party, your staff were just struggling with music system.

2. FOOD QUALITY
 Because of heavy rush outside the party, food served was not as per Mc Donald standard.
 Burgers served was not hot enough. It gave a feeling that it was cooked an hour ago and we were served cold.

3. STAFF QUALITY
 Host did not have manners at all.
 They don’t know how to talk with elder people in the party.
 Kids were not happy as your only 1 host was just busy with repairing of music system.
 No impressive gaming.
 When we complain to Manager, we were told to complain in writing.
 Staff got angry and told me that this is just how Mc Donald is doing parties. If you want, continue. If not, go somewhere else.

4. GIFT QUALITY
 All kids were given return gifts. (Total 22 Kids participated)
 Next day, we received 3 complains from kids that few items were missing in their gift box.
 My daughter had received a special gift. After reaching home, we opened that special gift and we found that it was just empty. Then we immediately called Mc Donalds executive and he sent me another gift immediately on the same night. Please find attached photograph as an evidence that 1st gift received was totally empty packed. This box was opened at least in front of 11 people including some neighbors.

5. OVERALL EXPERIANCE
 Worse.
 We lost money and could not enjoy party.
 My daughter was crying a lot as her party was waste. Her friends were teasing her for giving worse party without music, good food and dance.

Mcdonald's — cleaning, hygiene

They don't wash their tray in which they serve food for customer so please take a look and then take action against them they should keep their shop neat and clean
