THIS STORY is ABOUT EARTHWORM FOUND IN MCDONALD'S COKE - / DIRTY HYGIENE/ BAD SERVICE/ Arrogant MANAGEMENT/ no RESPECT for the CUSTOMER/ AND MANY MORE -- on 4 TH FEBRUARY 2015 I Was In Kalyan [ Mumbai Maharashtra ] McDonald's Family Restaurant And I Ordered Small Meal. After I Finish My Burger And Half Of The Coke, I Taste Something Weird, I Checked My Coke Glass AND I Found Something Very Dirty AND Weird Thing Bottom Of My Glass. i Took It Out And i Found IT WAS EARTHWORM in My McDonald's Coke Glass [ Kalyan Thane - Maharashtra ] McDonald's Was Not Ready To Except " MCDONALD'S RESTAURANT MANAGER / CUSTOMERS CARE / DEPUTY MANAGER EVERY ONE Said to Me WORM in McDonald's COKE " is HIGHLY IMPOSSIBLE. Not POSSIBLE in McDonald's. I Said GIVE Me THIS ANSWER in WRITTEN on PAPER or in EMAIL . All Of Them Said Sorry We CAN'T Give You ANSWER in Written, As We Are Not AUTHORISED. This is a BIG BIG JOKE That McDonald's Are Not even SURE About THERE HYGIENE STANDARD. As They Only SPEAK BUT CAN'T Give ANYTHING in Written. McDonald's DEMANDED TO Me For THAT COKEWORM Sample for Lab Tasting TO THERE Quality Team. i WAS Ready To Give But I Ask For ACKNOWLEDGEDMENT, On Companies LETTER Head That McDonald's TOOK worm SAMPLE From Me For There LAB Check. On THIS Too McDonald's SAID No Sir We CAN'T GIVE Anything IN Written. So The Question is Why or HOW Can I Give that coke worm Sample TO McDonald's. If They Are Not Ready To Give Me in Written. Than I Called For Local Camera Man As Video Proof For Handover Of Cokeworm Sample In Front Of Camera. But On That too McDonald's Not Ready And Did Not Allow Camera Man For Wormcoke Video Shooting. Than I Ask McDonald's Management / DEPUTY MANAGER / CUSTOMER CARE / FOR WRITTEN Explaintion In Email With Answer And Hygiene STANDARD GURANTEE in Written Email. But McDonald's REJECTED THIS ALSO. I Did Complaint TO FDA THANE - MAHARASHTRA. And FDA Thane Have Promised Me That They Will DO INQUIRY And Will Send Me A REPORT Within 15 -20 DAYS. But Unfortunately ALMOST WAITING For 2 Months , I DIDN'T GET ANY Reply From FDA. And Than I Did Complaint To Food AND DRUG MINISTER MAHARASHTRA . And MINISTER ESTABLISHES a INQUIRY TEAM UNDER MINISTRY IN WEIGHT AND MEASURE DEPARTMENT LEGAL METROLOGY MAHARASHTRA. And IN THAT GOVERNMENT INQUIRY THEY CALLED ME, MCDONALD'S people, AND Thane FDA INSPECTOR, AND OFFICER. And Surprisingly DURING THIS INVESTIGATION I Came To know THAT ON 3rd MARCH 2015 FDA DID ALL Respective INQUIRY As PER THEIR FDA law. But They Hide THAT All INQUIRY And ALL REPORTS To Me. Thane FDA Did Not Provid Me OR INFORM Me Anything ABOUT INVESTIGATION Done in McDonald's and FDA HIDE ALL REPORT And INQUIRY. FDA Took COKE SAMPLE on 3rd MARCH FROM THAT LOCAL MCDONALD'S WHERE THE INCIDENT TOOK PLACE. FDA SEND SAMPLE FOR LAB TASTING TO PUNE. And FDA INSPECT EVERYTHING IN THAT MCDONALD'S AND THEY FOUND AROUND 22 LAWS OF FOOD AND DRUG RULES HAS BEEN BROKEN BY MCDONALD'S RESTAURANTS AND FDA SEND SUGGESTIONS AND IMPROVEMENT NOTICE AND INSTRUCTION REPORT TO MCDONALD'S HEAD OFFICE. AND IN THIS INVESTIGATION AND IMPROVEMENT NOTICE FDA ALSO AGREED THAT THERE WAS WORM IN MY COKE GLASS, AND IT CAME THROUGH ICE MACHINE, BECOZ ICE MACHINES PIPE WAS DIRECTLY PLACED IN DRAINAGE LINE AND THERE WAS NO COVER ON DRAINAGE HOLE., SO IT IS HIGHLY POSSIBLE THAT WORM, FLYS, INSECT CAN DIRECTLY COME IN CONTACT IN MCDONALD'S KITCHEN AND IN OPERATIONS. THIS INSPECTION REPORT IS BEEN PROVIDED BY THE FDA Thane.. AS I HAVE ALREADY ATTACHED PHOTO COPY OF FDAs REPORT COPY BELOW. AND IN THIS FDA INSPECTION INVESTIGATION FDA FIND THAT THERE WAS DIRTY TOMATOES, EGGS IS BEEN USED IN McDonald's KITCHEN . DURING THIS INSPECTION FDA ASK FOR MEDICAL REPORTS OF ALL McDonald's EMPLOYEES JUST TO CHECK WHETHER ALL McDonald's EMPLOYEES ARE MEDICALLY FIT AND THEY ALL ARE NOT SUFFERING FROM ANY DISEASES. THIS IS AN ENQUIRY AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE OF FDA. On THIS QUESTION McDonald's HAVE GIVEN EXPLANATION WITH 16 COPIES OF MEDICAL REPORT OF THERE CURRENT WORKING STAFFS. WITH SAYING " YES WE DO ALL REGULAR MEDICAL CHECK UP OF ALL OUR MCDONALD'S STAFF ". THE BIG BIG LAUGHING PART IS THIS . " ALL THAT 16 MEDICAL FITNESS CERTIFICATE COPIES OF MCDONALD'S EMPLOYEES WHICH HAS BEEN PRESENTED VERY PROUDLY BY THE MCDONALD'S, IS BEEN ALLOTED BY THE LOCAL D.H.M.S DOCTOR. AND AS PER MY SMALL KNOWLEDGE AND AS PER INDIAN MEDICAL STANDARD AND LAW D.H .M.S DOCTORS ARE NOT ALLOWED OR DON'T HAVE AUTHORITY TO GIVE ANY KIND OF MEDICAL FITNESS CERTIFICATE. BUT FDA DID NOT TOOK ANY ACTION AGAINST MCDONALD'S . WHY ? I DON'T KNOW ? FDA SHOULD HAVE PROVIDE ME ALL THIS INVESTIGATION INFORMATION FIRST TO ME AND THAN MCDONALD'S. BECOZ I AM THE COMPLAINANT. THEY SHOULD PROVIDE ME ALL INFORMATION. Why FDA Hide THIS ALL ? ON GOVERNMENT INQUIRY Day That Means ON 27 April 2015 The Government INQUIRY OFFICER Ask For That McDonald's Coke Sample Report At FDA Officer. And His Answer Was " No Sir We Haven't Got Sample Report Yet " How it is Posdible "its BEEN ALMOST 2 Months And HAVEN'T GOT SAMPLE REPORT ??????? And The Very Very Shoking Part Is This ON Very Next Day That Means ON 28th April 2015 They GOT Coke Sample REPORT FROM PUNE LAB. HOW I DON'T KNOW ? IN BETWEEN THIS I HAVE BEEN Threaten by MCDONALD'S DEPUTY MANAGER in McDonald's MEETING when he CALLED ME for PERSONAL DISCUSSION on THIS INCIDENT and TO FINISH THIS ISSUES. In This Conversation He Challenged Me BY Saying This Sir finish This issue You Can't do Anything Against McDonald's AS WE ARE VERY BIG GAINT, McDonald's DEPUTY MANGER THREATEN ME BY SAYING THIS "STOP RAISING THIS ISSUE ON SOCIAL MEDIA, IF YOU RAISE THIS ISSUE ON SOCIAL MEDIA THAN YOU WILL BE IN TROUBLE." I AM STILL HAVING AUDIO RECORDING AS PROOF IN THIS CONVERSATION MCDONALD'S DEPUTY MANAGER CLEARLY AGGRE THAT HE THREATEN ME BY SAYING THIS " YOU WILL BE IN TROUBLE. IF I RAISE THIS Issue MORE... I KNOW McDonald's IS SCARED NOW AND THAT'S WHY THEY ARE DOING THIS ALL. MCDONALD'S PUT FAKE ALIGATION ON ME. AS WHEN THE GOVERNMENT INQUIRY STARTED MCDONALD'S PUTS fake and false aligation on me by given fake statement in front of investigating officer " THAT I ASK 50 THOUSAND rupees at DEPUTY MANGER OF McDonald's TO FINISH THIS ISSUE. THIS IS NOT TRUE, ON THIS ALIGATION, INVESTIGATION OFFICER ASK FOR PROOF AT MCDONALD'S DEPUTY MANAGER AND HE SAID we dont have proof.. AND I AM SURE THAT MCDONALD'S Won't HAVE ANY PROOF OF THIS ALIGATION, BECOZ I DIDNT ASK ANTHING OF THIS, THAN HOW CAN MCDONALD'S CREATE OR PRESENT ANY PROOF . I KNOW MCDONALD is SCARED NOW AND THEY ARE DOING THIS ALL FAKE ALIGATION JUST TO SAVE THERE BUSINESS. In BETWEEN THIS MCDONALD' FIRED THERE RESTAURANT MANAGER WHO WAS WORKING IN MCDONALD MORE THAN 5 YEARS. I HAVE a QUESTION IF MCDONALD'S' ARE VERY CONFIDENT THAT WORM IN COKE IN HIGHLY IMPOSSIBLE IN MCDONALD'S THAN WHY THEY FIRED THERE RESPONSIBLE RESTAURANT MANAGER. WHEN I ASK THIS QUESTION AT McDonald' DEPUTY MANGER HE LIED TO ME BY SAYING THIS " RESTAURANT MANGER is BEEN SHIFTED to other outlet. [ I have phone call record as proof AND Submitted too ] BUT WHEN I CALLED McDonald's RESTAURANT MANGER HE CLEARLY SAID TO ME THAT " I have BEEN FIRED WITHOUT NO REASON GIVEN AND JUST TO SAVE MCDONALD'S . " And THIS ALL FIRED PROCESS IS BEEN DONE PURPOSELY BY THAT DEPUTY MANGER." AND RESTAURANT MANGER CLERLY SAID TO ME THAT " MY DEPUTY MANGER FORCED ME AND THREATEN ME TO RESIGN. DEPUTY MANGER SAID TO ME THAT IF I WON'T RESIGN BY MYSELF THAN HE WILL FIRED ME AND HE WILL NOT HELP ME IN FUTURE FOR JOB REFERENCE . HE WILL GIVE NEGATIVE REPLY TO OTHERS IN REFERENCE. [ I have a audio record proff with me AND Submitted too. ] WHY McDonald's DID THIS..? Deleted CCTV FOOTAGE.* McDonald's HAVE ALREADY BEEN INFORMED AND ASK BY ME AND FDA FOR THE CCTV FOOTAGE WHEN THE INCIDENT HAPPEND, THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN WARNED " NOT TO DELETE CCTV FOOTAGE AND KEEP IT FOR THE RECORDS " BUT THEY STILL DELETED ALL THE FOOTAGE. THIS ALL AUDIO / VIDEO/ PICTURE / PROOF I HAVE ALREADY submitted to THE MAHARASHTRA GOVERNMENT INQUIRY PANEL . LET'S SEE WHAT HAPPENS. Now I AM WAITING FOR MAHARASHTRA GOVERNMENT INQUIRY REPORT ON MCDONALD'S To MANY Questions ON McDonald's - 1) WHY McDonald's was not ready to give anything in written ? 2) WHEN the incident happend that day on the request of restaurant manager, i have called more that 20 times on McDonald's head office number.which has been given as " custumer contact" on bill, but no one received or replied my call. Why? ????(Have proof) 3) McDonald's was very confident about there hygiene standard than why they are not ready to write it down on paper ?????? 4) WHEN I was ready to give that worm sample for McDonald's lab tasting and I just demanded for written acknowledgedment. Why McDonald's refuse that too????? 5 ) WHY McDonald's did not allow camera man for sample handover video shooting as PROOF ???? 6) WHY McDonald's deleted all CCTV footage. ? 7 ) WHY McDonald's did not give me any written explanation on email ???? 8 ) ALL McDonald's staff was exceptED that " yes worm can come in coke machines. " [ have video proof as well.] But why McDonald's management is not ready to except this????? 9) How can McDonald's present D.H.M.S Doctors fitness report of there working staff???? 10) What is the meaning of " YOU WILL BE IN TROUBLE.." ????? 11) WHY THEY Fired Restaurant manager, with no VALID reason given..???? So many Question McDonald's, so many ???? Some of the Question on FDA Maharashtra -Thane as well. 1) WHY there is no surprise visit is Been Done alternatively in all McDonald's ???? 2) WHY FDA did not informed ME as soon after inspections done in McDonald's.????? 3)HOW Can FDA directly send instructions And improvement report to McDonald's ? FDA should send it to me first???? 4)HOW CAN FDA EXCEPT A DHMS DOCTORS FITNESS CERTIFICATE ???? 5) WHY 2 MONTHS PERIOD time taken for just coke sample report???? This messages is for EACH and EVERY ONE PLZ ASK THIS Question to every McDonald's staff and on McDonald's FACEBOOK PAGE AND TWITTER Account . THE QUESTION IS → WHAT is the MEANING of "YOU WILL BE IN TROUBLE."

    Hello today i ordered one medium aloo wrap value meal, and with it French fries is not properly fried . When i ate some, its like not fried properly . You should take this in consideration. with out proper fried french fries its like not cooked.

      I made an order for home delivery from the Restaurant. The VAT has been charged on the services provided (Packaging), and Service Tax was charged on Complete Bill (including the Ordered products), which is completely wrong. Double Taxing has been implied on Service as well as products (food items) 1) Packing Charges which are applicable for Services Tax, has been additionally accounted for VAT (Illegal Tax / Double Taxing) 2) Product/Order Charges which are applicable for VAT, has been additionally accounted for Service Tax (Illegal Tax / Double Taxing) The details have been mentioned underneath..and please find the proof attached with the complaint. The total charge for order (as per menu, exclusive of tax) = Rs. 345/- They took Packing Charges = Rs. 26/- Acc. to Govt. of India, the U.P. VAT is applicable on the Gross Amount, i.e. Rs.345/- in this case. So, @14%, the VAT amount is Rs. 49.56/- only Service Tax @5.6% on the Packing Charges should be Rs. 1.46/- The Total Bill Amount should be (345 + 49.56) + (26 +1.46) = Rs. 422.02/- But they have made a Bill Amount of Rs. 444/- using the illegal taxing procedure as elaborated below - Total Order Charge = Rs.345/- Packing Charge = Rs.26/- ServiceTax @5.6% (charged on Rs371/-, which should had been on Rs26/-) = Rs. 20.79/- VAT @14% (charged on Rs371/-, which should had been on Rs345/-) = Rs. 51.94/- Thus Billing the order amount = Rs.444/- (Rounded off)

        To, McDonald’s India Today 11/June/2015, I have visited to McDonald’s at The Pentagon Mall, Haridwar, Uttarakhand 249403 around 4:00 PM. I had the Grocery items purchased from Spencers outlet available at same location. Because I purchased a lots of items form Specncers thus I had the trolley with me to carry those items. But when I entered at McDonald’s at The Pentagon Mall, Haridwar, Uttarakhand 249403, the executive girl stopped me and asked me to put the trolley full of grocery items outside. I asked who will take care of my Grocery items out side because they had not security guard outside the outlet. What if some one can steal some items from my basket? The girl behaviour was rude and very bad, even there was no notice published over there for keeping grocery items trolley outside the outlet. People comes to McDonald’s either before shopping or after shopping. You people can not deny the people coming along with Grocery items trolley with in same place. I really felt bad and respected that time. I really want some action regarding this from McDonald’s India. I will also ask with my advocate if we can do some legal action about it.           So, here i would like to raise a raise a complaint against the product, services, and representatives of Mc. Donalds. Here a product i am referring is a Toy, services as Packaging services, precisely a Happy Meal Box which was not there and my order has been packed in a brown envelope. And the representative Bhaskar (Asstt. Manager of Vikaspuri Branch) and Karan who didn't register my complaint and the promise he made to give me a call back in 5 minutes but his call never came. Expecting a quick response and a proper action against the above complaint from the Mc Donald. 1. why my complaint has not been registered by Karan ( a centre staff, a floor sup) 2. Action against Bhaskar an Asstt. Manager at Vikaspuri Branch, New delhi, India for his indecency towards a lady customer by calling at her landline number in the middle of the night. and his non'sense attitude he has shown towards a customer described in the complaint. 3. Why the agent has committed a Barbie toy to the customer even getting enquired by the customer several times. 4. Packaging standards which Mc. Donalds is charging from The customers have been compromised. Cheating of customer has happened.

            On 19th may 2015, i visited McDonalds @shaikpet branch, Hyderabad. I am surprised to see the bill of this world reputed brand. The cost of individual items doesn't sum up to the total that mentioned below. Have a glance of the bill below and take your stand on sharing it. I tried contacting them through email and facebook but then dint respond properly. We can check and ask for refund but what happen to service tax that need to be paid to government. I cant know whats going on utill some one from the comapny respond and give the explanation. I doubt Online server cant do this blunders unless did voluntarily

              The order was placed at 1.24 pm, same was promised to be delivered in 30 mins. The order was not delivered. At 14:32, Mr. Ajay Mishra call’s up from the Chakala, Andheri East store and mentions that they can’t deliver. He refuses to listen and does not have a valid argument, when he was questioned why it takes more than an hour to revert back if they are aware that they can’t deliver. It’s not expected from such a prestigious organization. I didn't mind the order not being delivered but the way the employee spoke is devastating. He was very rude and was not ready to listen. If he is frustrated from his job, he does not have the right to take it out on a customer. I have the recording of how he spoke. I am glad to share it with you, if you are interested in solving the issue. Thank you for your time. Hope someone listens in the organization.

                I had been to the Mcdonalds store in Magnet Mall, bhandup west, mumbai where i took meal of around Rs. 518 and i tried to make payment through my central bank of india debit card. But the swipe machine at the store showed that transaction was declined. This happened for one more time. then i made payment throught State bank of India debit card and the payment was successful. But i received the message on my mobile that my money was deducted twice during the failed transaction. when i asked the store manager he told that your money would be refunded in 48 hours. This incident took place on 16th may 2015, saturday; i was waiting till yesterday but money was not refunded.

                  I have placed an order on 17th May 2015 at 3:14am, order no. 22270. Before the order was delivered I have made 3 complaints, by calling[protected]. The order was delayed by more than an hour. (Attached invoice for reference) After I got the order, one of the item(Ice Tea) was missing and delivery boy mentioned he would get it in next 10 mins. I got the Ice tea after 10 mins. and then as claimed by McD, and if you do not get the order in 29 mins, you get an coupon worth Rs. 50. On asking about the coupon, he told he doesn't have it. I was so pissed with the kind of service McD has given upon which are charging service charge for this kind of pathetic service. On asking further, delivery boy about his name, he was not ready to tell the same and just moved away on his bike without answering me anything. Taking this further again to[protected], I asked him to connect the next level of escalation and he just kept my call on hold. To mention here, this was my 4th attempt to put the complaint and everytime I got an answer that I would get an call back from store manager which never happened. Upon all this McD is charging delivery charges, service tax, VAT for this kind of horrible customer service. I would never ever order again from McD or will go to their restaurants.

                  I found raw chicken in my burger

                  Its so dissappinted... I ordered mc chicken burger. At surat dumas road mc donalds... And i found raw chicken as it is my burger... Thats so unexepected... i started eating and u feel something awkward... Thn i see that raw chicken in my burger...

                    At about at 3 am we ordered our coffee, at Macdonalds and the overall bill was 197. The note given was of 500/- My brother demanded three re's change apart from other money. The employee on the counter said I wont give and raised his hand on my brother. Furthermore when the issue increased he also took an iron equipment from the parking and tried to hit him, but couldn't hit. Its very disappointing to receive such an awfully pathetic treatment from your employee. Did not expect this cheap treatment from a brand like yours which brags so much about its quality. We have lodged a police compliant and will surely take the case ahead.

                      I had placed and order and after not getting a delivery got to know that order was cancelled, I had dropped a mail to McDonalds team and I am still waiting for a reply even after a month. Email Dated : April 11, 2015 Email Subject: Auto-Cancellation of Order after an hour Email : Hi Team, I want to raise this serious concern where I ordered for 1 Mc Veggie Meal Large and 1 Mc chicken Maharaja Meal and had asked for a home delivery. The person on phone confirmed my order for Rs.468 and committed a delivery within 29 mins. But when I call back again from my registered number - [protected] after 50 mins they say that there were no orders placed. The person whom I first spoke to on[protected] at around 8:30 p.m from my registered number was offering me to note down the order number but as I was on road he said he will send across a SMS with the confirmed order. I would like you to go through the recorded tape and give a proper explanation why I as a customer was supposed to wait for an hour before I knew I am not getting served and will have to go to bed hungry. This is not acceptable when a committed order is not delivered and a customer is made to wait for his dinner in dark. I would want you to come up with a proper reply instead of a simple sorry as my repeat order was not accepted as well after speaking to the escalation team as well.                         I had ordered online from the Aundh outlet of McDonald (order no. 23287) on 6th May 2015. After I ordered and made the online payment, I got a call from the Aundh outlet[protected] saying that they do not deliver in my area (which is not true as I have seen McDonald delivery bike in my area many times). So the person (Gautam) said that he will not deliver in my area and said that he will cancel my order. He was very rude and unprofessional. He also warned me against ordering online ever again. When I got angry and asked him his name, he quickly detracted saying that they will deliver this one time but never again. Even the boy who delivered forbade me from ordering online again. I was so embarrassed by this entire ordeal. My complaint against McDonald's is that:- 1) If you don't deliver in my area, why do you have the option on your website? Aundh is a mere 2.5kms from my house. 2) What on earth do you're employees think they are to warn me against ordering online again? 3) What kind of employees do you have dealing with paying customers? Has McDonalds never heard of customer service.? Hope to get some kind of reply and/or apology from McDonalds and hope they take these employees to task. This is not how you run a multi-million dollar business.

                          I have placed an order online for a Burger & Pizza Mcpuff today at around 12 noon. After 12:30 I received a call from the MGF Mcdonald that the area in which you are placed does not came in our domain so they have transferred the order to other store which can handle the same. After 15 min I received a call from the other Mcdonald Store that they also can't deliver because the rider they have does not know the address, so they can not supply the order. There is some Mr. Rupesh Kumar (obviously, I think the name is wrong) he said that he can not do that and have asked to call the customer care. Icing on the cake is after some another 15 min, I receive the call from customer care, where the guys calling has all the time want to justify that they don't provide service to the area where my place is located, even after their is only one JMD Regent Plaza in Gurgaon and they have the same in their drop down list of Mcdelivery Online. I think, Mcdonald should remove such areas from their List if they can not provide the Services and stop harassing the Public.

                            I had ordered online and made the payment online on 25/02/2015, however i did not receive any order no. and the amount of Rs.519 got deducted from my bank account. When I contacted mcdonalds on 66000666 they said that due to technical reasons the order was not placed and the amount which was deducted would be refunded within 5-7 working days. I tried calling up the office at 49135000 but din't really get a positive reply.The amount is not yet refunded in the bank account.and asking me to share my bank statement so as to get the proof that money debited has still not been received by me. why do i share my personal account details.. why dont they keep on their records?????

                                I just a bought a spicy paneer wrap and the paneer tikkki isn't even cooked properly and its literally as hard as stone and not edible! The quality of McDonald's India haven't been upto the mark big time! This is really terrible !I did a take away and thought I will have it at home but I can't because it's just not edible and now I am feeling really hungry and the store is really far from my house so it's practically not possible to go back and get another one! SHIP A SPICY PANEER WRAP RIGHT NOW TO MY HOUSE OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO COURT AND WILL SUE YOU AND GET YOUR COMPANY CLOSED! This is the last time I had (or infact tried to have)mcdonalds!if any of you guys want to have fast food like a burger I would recommend have subway or kfc because mcdonalds just sucks!

They Fool the customers by fake advertising and customer serveice sucks ...

                                    In my order number: 15902 Rs. 361 [protected], I found small pieces of hairs in two burgers of very small size of 5-6 mm. 3 hairs in chicken burger and 1 hair in paneer burger. Its very clear that the person who packed burgers definitely had a haircut today and is leaving hairs in all order for sure. I would say that such a unhygienic practice is going on at McDonald, Pune in Hinjewadi. I want people to be very careful and must keep eye on the hygene and if this thing continues than a complaint must be launched here and to the food athority of india as well so that mcdonald will be forced to make strict employee policies for hygene. Very disappointing experience, i almost vomitted when I saw hairs.

                                    Further update on this complaint is that same night store manager called back to the call received from Mumbai office on my feedback. Manager said that I will replace the order immediately. Its been almost a week since his promise. Ha ha ha. What a joke mcdonald is making of its customers or of themselves. I will inform my readers to pay extra attention and do once open burger before eating, but dont be surprised if found something creepy inside just like I did. If it would have been a single hair peice in a single burger I would have never bothered to complain but, how can there be 4 hair pieces in 2 burgers in a single order. Thats disgusting!!!

                                      I was placing online order for McD home delivery for the first time As I was about to pay I noticed something fishy about the amount I was being charged Sub Total - 196 Delivery Charge - 25 VAT - 33.63 Service Tax - 12.41 Education Cess 0.25 Higher Education Cess 0.12 Gross Amount ` 267 Can someone explain to me what % are they charging for VAT and service tax and are why are they higher than the usual 14.5% and 4.5% respectively (I am in Bangalore)

                                      Yes they are. Even I am not aure about that as its similar in Pune. I also had a very bad encouter in Pune. You should really think twice before ordering with them. I found 4 pieces of hairs in my order. In a single burger 3 small hair pieces and one in another one. If I would have explored may be i would have found more. There manager called me after complaint and said sorry though.

                                        Its true that taxes are for the government, but that doesn't mean they are not part of the price of the product. The Mc Donalds, are advertising price without tax and while billing make the consumer pay more.the consumer makes his or her choice based on the prevailing Price, since they see less price their brains are tricked to buy more, or buying at the first place
