Dear team, I am a regular at McDonald's but this is for the first time that I have encountered such a bad service.I placed an order of Big spicy chicken wrap and a cold coffee at your number 6600066 and they placed it at the nearest store i.e Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt. Ltd., McDonald's family Restaurants, G-A5, G-A8, Lake city Mall, Kapur Boudi Junction, Ballkum Road, Thane west. My order number is LCT[protected] and order time was 12:52:51. I received the order at 13:36:00. So as a result I was entitled to a cash coupon worth Rs 50 which I didn't received.When I opened the contents, I found out that instead of Big Spicy Chicken Wrap I got Big Spicy Panner wrap and the so called cold coffee was actually lukewarm. But by the time I noticed these things, the delivery guy had already left so I called the number from which I got the inquiry call(Regarding the exact location of my house). I called at that number twice[protected], but they didn't picked it up. I am also attaching the photo proofs along with mail. Hoping for a speedy response. Regards, Harman [protected]

    I'm Akhil. I've been serving from SIS mall mc donalds in kukatpally, Hyderabad. They've served me 3orders till date. even yesterday they served my order and today when i placed my 4th order, i've got a call from that store stating that they cannot deliver the food as my home was far. Last 3tyms also i've agreed when they told me that they cannot deliver within 29mins. i've agreed for what they said. Being already served thrice from the same store i don't know why they are refusing now. They should have refused the order when i placed it for first time itself, but they didn't. When they've committed to deliver my order, i don't know what's bothering them. Such a worst staff i've ever seen in mc donald's. Hoping that my complaint will be fixed as soon as possible. Thankyou.

      COMPLAINT DON'T SUITS McDonald's India. STILL A LOT ARE HERE NOW. I have been visiting Mcd daily (except Sunday) since one and half a year, at the elements mall jaipur location. And i use to have large EVM with extra McVeggie and a puff, for a long time to spend we go for more stuff. Staf[censored]se to know us very well. 1.) A few days back i bought a pizza McPuff, a large fries and a soft serve with chocolate topping. The topping was not at all up to the mark. When i asked the counter boy about the topping and the quantity of fries, the man with dark green shirt ( might be floor manager, with a name tag Vivek or something, will post his name and photo as well by today ), replied very rudely that we serve like this only, it might be you got extra before. I was like pissed with that behaviour. The place i was sitting at was having a leakage. 2.) Yesterday i ordered two McVeggie, two Large Coke and a puff, the counter boy billed me a single McVeggie, a puff and two large coke. the bill was 251, the screen was not showing anything. The boy asked me to pay 351, i was sure that bill cannot be this much. Before making him sure that i ordered two McVeggie i asked for the bill ( as that counter boy never use to provide the bill and never ever the screen on the client side use to show anything ), the bill total was 251, i was totally pissed this time and asked him that if the bill 251 is then how can you ask me to 351 and you were providing me a bill as well, before i go a further discussion. The man in the dark green shirt ( same as last time ), with a very rude voice replied me that its your duty to collect the bill. And it happens that the counter boy miscalculates the total amount ( here, when the total use to show in the billing machine the how is it possible ). I was totally pissed now, i asked for the feedback/complaint form, but he provided me a suggestion form with no use i guess, when i left the counter one of the guy commented me from back DHANYAVAAD and all of them were giggling. There was no other manager or someone to complaint with. I was so pissed that i just ate Mcveggies and left my both cokes and puff and left the store. 3.) You can visit the store and you will find lot of flies disturbing you and other tiny insects on the mirror side. HERE I WANT A ANSWER IF I AM OPTING McDonald's to go for a meal and paying a good amount, DO I DESERVE THIS. Even here comes a point When a daily visiting customer gets a service like this then how long will McDonald's Brasil or McDonald's UK or McDonald's Italia or wherever it is, will go with its service after coming to such a name and level. McDonalds authority should go for the footage at yesterday between 6:00 PM-6:20PM and check for this complaint is genuine or not, i was wearing a black nike t-shirt printed Barca Just Do it on it .         Hi sir, Yesterday(27th April) I went to Mc Donalds with my friend at around 9:30 PM. I asked for one Chicken Burger Meal for my friend and one Mc spicy paneer Wrap meal for myself and I paid for it. He gave me Chicken burger after 2 minutes and asked me to wait for 5 minutes for my Meal. After 15 Minutes he gave me my meal and the instant I took a bite of it I experienced some different taste and it was chicken wrap meal. I am pure vegetarian and it is a big religious issue for me. After this instance, I took that meal and I went at counter to speak with their manager. They understood that they had made a big mistake and their manager came after 5-10 minutes and started making excuses that "sir there are lot peoples and our guy got confused" and had started blaming me instead of realizing his own mistake. They gave me paneer wrap at that instant and ran away from the situation. I could not able to do anything because I was hungry and I took that wrap and ate it.           I went to the restaurant which is in vapi. Full address is Gunjan crossroad, Vapi, 396191. I ordered couple of things but i wanted a coke or fanta but they only had diet coke and minutemaid. It took nearly 20 minutes after i order my food to serve. I've never had to wait this long in any macdonald i have been before. They also didnt had enough soft drinks available and food was also not availble as per menu.

            I visited the HSR outlet of McDonalds(Bangalore, Karnataka) today with my family. Just before I entered the premise I noticed a McDonalds Employee grab a street kid and run into the outlet through a side door. The door was next to the take away section. I peeped through the take away section and couldn't see the kid. So I went inside and saw that the employee had locked the kid in a room and was holding the door so that the kid couldn't come out. He was standing outside while the poor kid was crying and begging. She was so petrified. It took at least 2-3 minutes of my arguing with him before he released the kid. Even after that he was unapologetic about what he did and acted as if harassing a 5 year old kid was his right.

            The employees name is Harish. I talked to the store manager Mr. Mani and he said he will look into the matter.

            Is this the way McDonalds trains its employees to deal with kids? Have you given your employees freedom to use your premises to harass kids? This is terrible and unacceptable.

              Hi, On March 1st 2014 I tried placing an order through Mcdelivery India'sIndia's online portal. An amount of Rs.508 was debited from my Axis bank account but order was not successful for unknown reason. The payment gateway used by Mcdonalds India was DirecPay. I called McDonald's India phone service to inform about the transaction & claim refund. I was told to wait for 7 working days & the amount will get refunded automatically. After the said time period, I called again for the refund & this time I was asked to call the head office[protected]. Hardly anyone responds on this number. I was also asked to email on [protected]@mcdonaldsindia.com. I emailed them 4 times (last one on March 19th). Not a single acknowledgment was received from them. With lot of difficulty I was able to talk to prateek who said that he will investigate & have the amount refunded. There was no response until March 21st 2014. Then someone by name Shalini Mishra (Admin) picked up the call. She again took my details & reiterated thethe same thing (transaction will be investigated & amount refunded. It's been 25 days but no refund. I request someone to take up the matter with Mcdonald's India & get my amountamount refunded. Also let me know how to file a legal action against Mcdonald's India.

              Same thing happened to me on 22 March 2014, I lost my 253 on online transfer and they haven't refunded me that amount yet !! I called them and did all procedures for like 6-7 times !

              McDonalds really sucks at product and serives ! Now a days they serve poor quality products. I once ordered large coke in meal and they filled large coke with regular coke bottle from big bazaar x( Why the heck I pay 62 Rs for coke ? Cause from their machine it tastes batter.

              Someone please post some good procedure for this so we can get our money back.

                As far as I know the maximum retail price (which is inclusive of the VAT) of an item is supposed to be shown in an advertisement. In this case Mcdonald's advertisements are very misleading. They show a burger costing only Rs.25 in the ad whereas if you buy the same burger at any Mcdonald eatery or franchisee it will cost you around Rs. 34. On being asked the man behind the counter will say that the extra money is the VAT. Thia is a wrong practise as they should be showing the correct amount inclusive of the Vat in the ad itself. Most people neglect this fact but this is in public interest and action should be taken upon it.

                  Dear Manager (Customer Care), This mail is regarding a complaint that I want to put forward to you. On October 8, 2013 (15:25 hours) I visited Mac Donald’s restaurant Shop No. 321, Third Floor in Elante Mall, Plot No. 178-178A, Industrial Area Phase-1, Chandigarh, Code-160002, India. We ordered four items, (1 Cola Coffee Frappe, 1 small Coke, 2 Pizza Mac Puff and 2 Mac Egg) from these items 1 Mac Egg contained inedible and very hard plastic material that came into my mouth while eating. It was so hard that I could not break it manually. I complained at the counter about this. They handed over the matter to the senior. Senior behaved very badly to me and my guest. He badly humiliated me that is beyond my tolerance. I showed him the Mac Egg containing plastic, he himself tried to break that but all in vain. He denied it to be a plastic material. When I said this material to be a plastic material again and again, he played over smart and said it a part of egg which is stale . The senior in front of all said it a stale part of egg. If for a moment we agree it to be a stale part. It’s the violation of the rule and laws to serve stale edibles to the customer. I requested the senior to either give me his statement in writing or contact number of the senior concerned above him in the hierarchy. The senior person tried to snatch away the tray from me but I did not let him do this . He did not gave me statement in writing because he said “he do not want to take the responsibility and I am the only senior person over here.” He in very harsh and humiliating language with raised voice challenged me to do anything regarding this as if he is indifferent from the consequences. Unfortunately your personnel are performing badly with the negligence of the duty. I could have consumed the plastic. I might get some serious health problem. All this is recorded in the CCTV camera at Mac D, Elante Mall.I also have the pictures of the concerned episode. Some of them I am sending and other I will produce in the court. I am also sending my pictures so that you may confirm the episode from the C.C.T.V. footage. Enclosed is the picture of the bill. I will take The Mac Donalds to the court not only for the bad service but also for humiliating me and my guest. I am very much confident about my case and know that you will face a legal action in the future for the same.                     I had been to McDonald’s, PRASAD IMAX, Hyderabad counter on 13.09.2013, ordered for 1 Mac chicken, 1 Spicy chicken and 2 Masala grill chicken burgers. First of all there was immense delay in the delivery and after unpacking I found the chicken patty in the Spicy chicken burger to be burnt and not edible. Service of this kind is highly unethical and unexpected from a reputed brand like McDonald’s, which boasts of good service. Guys... I suggest, please do check your order before leaving the counter.

                      Hello Team,

                      I am a resident of Pune and I am a regular customer of McDonalds.
                      Every time I visit "Amanora Mall" in Pune, they refuse to make a card payment.
                      It depends on their mood. The staff is not behaving with the customer in a proper manner, rather they are using harsh language. This is not the way to treat your customer.
                      I am writing this mail because I faced a lot of trouble today as my brother wanted to have a McDonalds burger. For that I spended almost 20 minutes at ATM to withdraw the cash.
                      Sorry to say but you will loose your customer very frequently as in this modern world, nobody carry cash along them.
                      Please take a strict action against it. Very unsatisfied with the service.
                      I hope the problem will be sorted out by the time I pay my next visit to McDonalds.

                      McDonalds — long lasting colic

                      one hamburger (the so called MAJARAJA's) at Delhi's McDonald's has provoked in me a colic, which still is producing a loss of weight and a continuously bad sensation after eating even the mildest food.
                      9 days after and 5 kilograms less and still running...

                      McDonalds — Expired butter

                      i went to mcdonalds dwarka sector-5 on 7th december,2012 and ordered hot cakes with syrup and butter.After recieving the order as i began to consume the hot cakes i realised that the butter which was provided had expired 2 months back.the date of manufacture was march 2011 and it expired in the month of october 2012!

                        The Mcdonalds India has offered a free aloo tikki burger on online order. But despite of half an hour effort from before 9.00 PM, the site was not taking online order. I have talked to the nearest Paschim Vihar Mcdonalds store at ph 66000666 and [protected] but he could not help it. He asked to order by phone which was resulting order amount increased a lot and that too without the offer. On enquiring about the difference He said that it is becouse of home delivery. I have ordered few days back by phone but the amount was billed as per rates shown in the website. I think perhaps he is making bluff with me to charge higher rates.

I askd for a cokefloat without ice after waiting in the line for about twenty minutes. then wen I askd for a coke float without ice I got a half filled coke float way below the red line. when I askd the pale blue shirt guy with a hat tells me that since I dint want ice I get jus that much. excuse me?? I pay for my coke not for the ice in it! how cheap

                          I would definitely like to know what kind of shameless people mcdonalds has recruited to represent in India.

                          i placed a home delivery order to mcdonalds nd they accept my order and gave me the commitment of delivery in half hour.
                          but when i called back again after 40 minutes to know the stauts,the guy replied that there is no such order placed from this number.

                          It is very ridiculous thing i faced from stupid mcdonalds and i will never visit in mcdonalds and i know it will never affect on your company but i want to tell that it is very very ridiculous.

                          I also know that u will not mind this complaint and never give me reply of this mail,so i just wanna say go to hell mcdonalds and all its staff members !!!!!

                          McDonalds — Hurt Religious Sentiments, misleading product packaging.

                          Mc Donalds Saket branch served me a non veg product in the packaging of a veg product. My religious sentiments are badly hurt as i am a pure vegetarian and because of Mc Donald i ate a non veg product. I want strict action to be taken against them. I also have sufficient evidence against them. Please help me.

                            I usually go to McD's for evening snacks. Usually, I have it near my office McD's they prepare Paneer Wrap very nice and appropriate. Last time(10th April 2013) I went to drive through at Naurangpur McD's I did not have good experience (wrote an email right then, didnt receive any reply). Yesterday, I thought of trying at Manesar McD's. I went there and ordered my favorite paneer wrap and 1 mcpuff.



                            I sat in my car and started eating Paneer wrap while going towards my home. The paneer they used was very stale and chewy like a chewing gum and it was tasteless and stale. I dont know whats wrong with the McD's food preparation now-a-days. This was the last time I tried Paneer wrap or any item at McD's, i will rather take a sub from Subway starting from my office which is atleast satisfactory as compared to McD's. I am highly dissatisfied with the food quality. It is all stale and unproperly cooked when it comes to Paneer wrap. The kind of quality we get even after paying 150 bucks is this kind then its better we stop buying from McD's at all.

                              My name is Siddharth. I visited the McDonalds outlet in Noida sector 16, (Savoy Suites one) on 24th April around 6 PM and requested for 2 VEG burgers from the drive in area. I was handed my packet which in place of 2 VEG burger came out to be NON Veg burgers, since i had driven down a few kilometers I ignored it assuming human error.

                              This incident repeated with a week on 4th May at 6 PM when I ordered 2 veg and 1 non-veg burger from the drive in and was handed over only 2 burgers 1 veg and 1 non veg instead of 3. Again I had reached my destination when I opened the packet and when I tried to call the branch back they instead of sending me my burger started to tell me that they cannot deliver it and I should visit their branch again. I had spoken to Jaspal(The Asst. Manager).

                              On Monday 6th May i visited the branch, narrated this incident to Jaswant the store manager who after a alot of big talk did not have the sense to refund my money and instead charged me for the new order that I placed. After my suggesting to him that he should have refunded the money he said "sir i would do that if you told me to"

                              I am a consumer and am not supposed to tell him as to what a manager should do. He should be intelligent enough how to handle this situation.

                              Then I called up your Jor Bagh office to speak to Ms. Vineet who said she will have someone call me to resolve this and no one called me.

                              This is pathetic service and the only option I have is to go to the consumer court against Mc Donalds, if my problem is not solved.

                                On 24th April 2013. i.e Mahaveer Jayanthy along with my two friends i had been to Mc Donalds Brigade Road, Bangalore.

                                The bill was around 300+ only, for that they didn't accept card only cash :-(

                                I had ordered VEG Grill burger and was having along with my friends

                                Last but 2nd bite, Big sound with in my mouth, i thought my tooth broke out, when i kept finger inside mouth , i was shocked to see a nail, which is almost a inch size.

                                i took it to branch manager Ms.Shweta Singh, she told she will check with the Quality team and get back to me, she took my e mail and phone no, but as of today SHE didn't get back to me.

                                after 3 days i wrote a mail to [protected]@mcdonaldsindia.com with in a day a person called and said we are checking on it and will get back to you at the max of 48 Hours. Even this didn't happen after a week time.

                                Knowingly or unknowingly i forgot to collect the bill from them.

                                Surprise for me How did it happen to Mc'D and Many of the Indian Students learn from their Case studies and i am shocked to see such a stupid client retention they have.

                                Any tips or suggestion for me to take this further or shall i drop it.
                                120 Rs. for a burger where most of money is charged for Service only but didn't get proper service :-(

                                McDonalds — Burger cause indigestion

                                My children had chicken burgers yesterday (April 3rd 2012 )at McDonalds at Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta Rd, children are having food poisoning, they are vomiting and also developed loose motions. Can the authorities take action on them?

                                  I have ordered three item i.e. Evm spicy chicken wrap, evm m coke without iceand french frivies medium and for that i have made the advance payment of an amount of rs. 215.63 i.e. Rs. 216 by way of cash.
                                  After placing the order they told me that they require 15 min time for preparing the order, i agreed on the same but i got astonished to see that when my order was placing to me it was not in the condition to eat, i requested them to change the same then firstly they opposse but agreed and give me another time for 15 min i again agreed for the same and returned the order.
                                  Again they have given me the same order and when i said that the person who has taken my order started souted on me after that i have cancelled my order and asked to refund my money back and but the person started abusing me in front of the public and when i asked for the manager for making the complaint than the manager supported his crew member.
                                  I therefore requested you to kindly took swift action against them.

                                    Impostor at McDonalds (Tele-Caller) and Pathetic and Rude behaviour

                                    I placed an order at mcdonalds delivery number[protected] , on 11th March '13, at 16:52 pm, the staff took about six minutes to take the order asking all the details from my address to the various details of the order placed, after that I was very conveniently told that due to technical problem the order could not be registered. Immediately I asked the name of the person concerned , since I was really confused at his behaviour..He even went to the extent of asking me how he could help me after failing to register the order. On my inquiry he informed me that he was Sumit, but I could make out from his dilemma that he was trying to mislead me. After disconnecting the call I called up again at the same number at 16:59. Some Ms. Megha picked up the call and on being asked I was informed to my utter surprise and disgust that there was no one by the name of Sumit . On request she transferred the call to Mr. Karan, MANAGER, who totally denied the call with the impostor who disguised himsel[censored]nder the name of Sumit. He also confirmed that there is no one by that name in the organization. He informed without any remorse that only one call has been registered from my no. My question is 'who is the guy who misled me saying that he was Sumit and why is Mr. Karan trying to protect him? My second question, when we register our order we give all our residential detail and mobile no. with the organization.. we feel it is not quite safe because we are confiding in our details to some careless hoodlums who are threat to the civilized society. Has McDonalds taken any action against the previous complaints made by innumerable customers?
                                    My fourth question is would I get any satisfactory feedback or should we lodge complain at the Consumer Forum?

                                      The problem is I requested for large mcflurry oreo but
                                      they gave me only HALF or LESS than the container,

                                        Mc donalds is losing its credibility. Couple of days ago when I visited the outlet near our place customer service sucked big time. None of the attenders had a smile on the face. They were so laid back to take the order as well. The food was cold and I was very clear I'm allergic to sauces(specially mayo) still the food had sauces.The chicken was worse than rubber. I had to literally discard the food. None of my family folks consume the sauce and the food was almost stale and did not taste like it was cokked fresh. Truly very disappointed with the way McD is functioning. I try to visit the forum to give feedback previously but Alas! looks like McD doesn't value customer feedback from other places other than the US.They dont have forms for Indian outlets.After lot of struggle and search I found this site.Hope they hear complaints here. I might think a hundred times before I visit McD next time and will also advice my friends and family also to be aware and take care of their health and share my experience with them. Either they respond to my query satisfactorily or I would see to it my friends circle would never visit any McD outlets.
