Hi, On March 1st 2014 I tried placing an order through Mcdelivery India'sIndia's online portal. An amount of Rs.508 was debited from my Axis bank account but order was not successful for unknown reason. The payment gateway used by Mcdonalds India was DirecPay. I called McDonald's India phone service to inform about the transaction & claim refund. I was told to wait for 7 working days & the amount will get refunded automatically....

As far as I know the maximum retail price (which is inclusive of the VAT) of an item is supposed to be shown in an advertisement. In this case Mcdonald's advertisements are very misleading. I had been to McDonald’s, PRASAD IMAX, Hyderabad counter on 13.09.2013, ordered for 1 Mac chicken, 1 Spicy chicken and 2 Masala grill chicken burgers.
