9.01.2010 WE WENT TO DINE IN AND MY KIDS ORDERED FOR 4 MAC BURGES AND THEN THEY ASKED FOR THE AMOUT ..FOR THIS ''MANAGER-MANISH RANJAN'' STARTED USING FOUL LANGUAGE AND SHOUTED AT THEM INFRONT OF ALL PULIC INSIDE THE STORE ONLY..THEY CAME TO US ''CRYING''.MY HUSBAND WENT TO THE ''Manager- manish ranjan'' AS TO EXPLAIN WHAT WENT WRONG.TO MY SURPRIZE ,UTTERLY DISGUSTED HE SHOUTED AT HIM TOO...!!!!!! MAC ALLOWS STAFF TO TREAT PPL LIKE THIS????????AND THAT THEY EMPLOY INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE SO RUDE.........>>WE ASKED FOR COMPLAIN BOOK TO WHICH HE DENIED BUT THE OTHER STEWARD STANDING NEAR BY BOUGHT US THE BOOK I MANAGED TO WRITE FEW THINGS BUT LATER HE SNATCHED IT FROM ME HURTING MY HAND .......The manager MANISH RANJAN is rude and was blantenly attempted to me MY HUSBAND and my kids and made zero attempt at apologising.PEOPLE STANDING THERE TOLD US TO CALL POLICE EVEN AS HE''MANAGER''EVEN TRIED TO RAISE HAND ......this episode happened infront of all public dinning there during dinner rush..we have contact numbers of 10-12 peoples dinning there and the recording too….

HAD WE NOT BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH LACK OF RESPECT I WUDNOT BE COMPELLED TO COMPLAIN AT ALL.

Contacting McDonalds for home delivery is a mess. The Number given by the company '66000666' is not reachable at dinner time. I spent and wasted 1 Hr calling that number. I got connected a couple of times but the line was dropped or cut by the other side as soon as the line was transferred to the customer care executive. It is frustrating to call these people.

I was handed over a coupon to redeem their meals but i am not able to reach out to these people !

I have 5 times placed order at Mc Donald's - MG Road, Gurgaon. Everytime my order used to get delievered to some other building of my office. My office has 4 different buildings in Gurgaon. The first time when my order got mis delivered inspite of the correct mentioned address, I got extra cautious while giving my order. I used to get my address details rechecked with the person who was taking my order. And everytime I had to make 5-6 follow up calls to trace my order. This used to make me wait for one and a half to 2 hours after I placed the order. But to my luck even after waiting for 2 hours and making several follow up calls I was told that by mistake my order has been mis delivered to some other building and that it would never happen again. But it kept on happening.

Today when I again placed the order, my order took 1 hour and 15 mnts to reach me, but atlast I received my order. I clearly instructed the person taking the call that I want my food to be delivered hot and fresh and to be delievered with chilli sauce sachets at teh correct address. I was again assured that it would be done accordingly. BUT EVEN TODAY I RECEIVED COLD AND STALE FOOD AND THAT TOO WITHOUT ANY CHILLI SAUCE SACHETS. I only got 2 normal ketchup sachets and my freezing burgers and mc puff.

Is this Mc Donald's food quality and service ??????

It is an outrage that the brand (Mcdonalds) that we trust for its hygienic standards has such a low benchmark for healthcare. It was a total disgust to have a DEAD COCKROACH in my plain hot tea at McDonalds, Kothrud branch, Pune on 30th July, 09. Though, i have been paid back the amount of the tea, I would like the responsible authorities to take notice of such an utter awful experience.
I request a right action to be taken.
And i hope other customers are not deceived further in such manner.

I had ordered for home delivery of 2 burgers from macDonalds Pune, Aundh outlet but received only one of them. My home delivery order no. was- AUN-14/6/[protected]. I was in a hurry and did not check inside the pack. I paid the Rider named Ganesh Havale whole of the amount as per the bill which was for both the burgers. After this i called thrice at MacD and everytime I was informed that my burger was on the way. I waited for 2 hrs and then gave up hope at midnight.
This is really poor service. If they did not have the burger, they should have at least payed me back the amount of the burger. Or at least let the customer know that the order cannot be delivered.

working in nearby Corporate we visited McDonalds to have lunch in Shoprix sec 61, Noida.
we ordered Mexican Chicken Wrap with some other food items, but these people took more then half hour.. more over when we denided to take it delivering boy didn't even bothered to ask us why we are not accepting it. he just left with Chicken Wrap and above all when we complained about it to the manager. he said "you can take your money back".

McDonalds has begun to sell Kinley water bottles. But they are doing so at the double the Maximum Retail Price!
From my understanding of the law, this is blatantly illegal. A bottle costing Rs.8 was sold for Rs. 16.
If this is indeed illegal, then a giant corporation like McDonalds has no right to infringe on the law. I hope that appropriate action will be taken against them.

Very non-professional behaviour by the company employees. Since the past 20 days we are waiting for our postpaid connection to be connected but nothing has been done as of now. On contacting the concerned people, nobody is aware of the problem or they do not respond to the call. We don't expect this kind of behaviour from a big name like AIRTEL. Please contact back for the same.

My name is Anuj Joshi, mobile no. [protected] .I was a regular customer of this company but the problem started when i started getting order at my office in Saket (New Delhi).
i always ask for w/o onion and garlic Burger from them and specially mention them 3-4 times that i want it w/o onion and garlic so plz write it in bill also but even after all that pain their PVR Saket people who deliever at my office always put onion in it or delievr the order in around an hour or so, even when it is specified on the bill also.as a result i always used to ask them to change the order and more to that they are not even ready to accept the mistake and in my religion it is strictly prohibited to have onion so i want to warn McDonald's that these guys are harming my religion beliefs which is a serious issue.
so plz suggest shall i go against it coz now its happening alsmost on every second day i am facing the problem and more to that the manager of that mcdonald's put the blame on me for that.
so i need quick solution for that.
