Manager is very bad ok and Between the name of the manager is lazy exactly serve the sihoravala Sajid Yunus to talk to him he will say, is not random, but with me he used bad language ok pleas action his in manger

I had ordered a chocolate shake large which was pathetic in taste. I immediately complained the store manager regarding the same. The storeanager changed my shake but the changes one was also not upto the mark. We were totally pissed with this kind of service from the mc donald. We had to throw the same shake into the dustbin as it is. This is the first time I had to face such issue frm the restaurant. Previously they use to make the shake exceptionally good. Dear sir Myself dipika malhotra n i was worked mcdonalds company 2 years.I left my job in april 2015 n i submit my pf form in july 2015 with all documents who need in pf formalities but i do not get my pf generally employee get their pf in 90 days but it's almost 240 days n i do not get my pf amount n nobody give right information .who is responsible for pf .i also want extra 4 months interest to geting let in pf please kindly arrange my pf amount in my account thank u dipika malhotra mcdonalds restaurants ashram raod ahmedabad emp code:[protected]

My complaint is addressed to www.mcdelivery.co.in This is with reference to order number PJM[protected] which was placed at 7:43 p.m. and should have reached by 8.13 p.m instead the order has not reached till 9.15 p.m and the store operator gives excuses everytime of rush and all. Above this he mentioned the order as dispatched over mcdelivery app so that no action could be taken over him by the company. Really ridiculous experience.

My Order No. is KHA[protected]. Everthing was BAD. The Bun in Indi McSpicy Paneer was bad and old, the bun was breaking while lifting. The Wrap was very loosely packed and the roti of the wrap was half cooked or something like that i don't know but half of the roti was very hard, i had to take out everything else and the roti, and lastly The McFlurry Oreo Medium was half filled, they are charging for medium and giving the same quantity of the small one.

I ordered Food from macdonalds website www.mcdelivery.in on 18/11/2015 at 12:15pm. The contents of my order were "mc aaloo tikki meal+chicken mcgrill meal+promo mc spicy chicken+ conversion of two cokes to iced tea" .My order number is VIB[protected]. But instead of the order i placed they delivered me "two chicken mcgrill meals and coke instead of iced teas". When i called the customer support they kept telling me that they have to talk to their senior and they will call me back. This kept going for almost 2 hrs and every time i called them they responded me with the same answer. The customer support guy named Ketan who lodged my complaint asked me to mail them the screenshot of the order i placed. I mailed them immediately. But got no response from them. Later when i called them again that guy was not there as his shift was over. So there was no action taken by the customer support reagarding my complaint. II have attached the screenshot of what i order and the image of the bill.

I ordered food from McDonald's on 15th November 2015 at 21:46 my order no. being 80673. After waiting for a long time, 1 hour 59 minutes to be precise, and calling the helpline twice to find out the status of my order, once at 22:37 and being asked to wait for 5-10 minutes to receive a call from the store but not getting a call and then after 20 minutes, calling them again at 22:59 being told to wait for another 5-10 minutes I got a call at 23:04 telling me that my order will be delivered in another 10-15 minutes, I finally got a call at 23:45 to collect my order. I had ordered a large McChicken Meal and instead of coke asked for an iced tea without ice. When I collected my order and finally sat down to eat after not being able to have any meal since morning, I saw that they had sent a coke instead of iced tea, I then had to call them up again at 23:51 to ask them to replace the coke with iced tea and was told that they would it be done as soon as possible but to my disappointment, didn't get the replacement of my iced tea. I would like to be compensated in the following way: 1. A written apology from the person(s) concerned. 2. Supply of free meals for a month.

Date of incident : 6th November 2015 i ordered food from Mcdonald's restaurant. My food was delivered at my home. On receiving the bill, i saw service tax was being levied to me although no extra service was offered to me. For home delivery, i was charged Rs 25 which is agreeable. i want the restaurant to return the money that they have charged and stop charging service tax on all home delivery transactions since no service extra service was offered and home delivery charges were paid.

Mcdonalds has an online ordering site through which i ordered. The nearest outlet from my house is only 5 mins at Kstar mall chembur. I reside at Sindhi socirty chembur. However after placing the order online I got a call from that outlet saying that they do not deliver near my house. It wasted my valuable time, this should have been informed on the web page only.

My name is Darshak Thakkar I live in Mumbai, This incident took place on the[protected] when I newly registered myself with McDonalds for home delivery purpose prior registering with McDonalds i asked the Customer Care Executive whether the Branch in Chembur inside K-Star Mall delivers in Kurla east where i reside. The executive asked me to wait for a moment and reverted "YES" WE DO..so i went ahead with my registration and gave my order.He gave me my order number which is 27721.

Now after 20 mins to be approx the Restaurant gives me a call saying that we don't deliver to Kurla east.i asked to transfer the call to your Branch Manager Mr Shekhar Pagare and he quite bluntly said the same thing without being apologetic.I argued with him by saying your customer care service has confirmed that you do deliver in this vicinity and how are you negating it.he asked me to call the customer care number and i gladly did over there i spoke to Mr Deepak Mishra who said that the guy who took my order was was new and he didn't know what to say..and Mr Deepak also said that we dont have any provisions for such kind of complaints.I fail to understand how can McDonald's India not have a provision for such kind of a complaint?

I demand a compensation as a customer who was misinformed and misdirected by the McDonalds India.

We have place an order for chicken macgril They provide burger without tomato bits of onion piece and even not bother to inform it's ingredient is out of stock Such a careless service and staff Felt like they are roadside stall Will not come again to Mcdonald ever

Went to McDonald's at chikhalthana road, auranganad, Maharashtra. Manager name is Rahul sharma, who was not available to attend any complaints. Worst staff, who were not capable to manage a handful customers and served cold food. Coffee was smelling we ordered hot but got cold.

Hi, Inv#: [protected] My Actual order : 2 Aloo tikki burger without cheese, 1 Aloo Saucy Wrap, 1 Ice Tea medium I got: 1 Aloo saucy wrap, 1 VM Med McAloo which includes 1 aloo tikki, ice tea and one French fries(which I dnt ask for) Location: Mc D, Near Santosh Nagar, Dange Chowk, Pune When I ask for my order there was a lady who was on billing machine, I just ask for the actual order (2 Aloo tikki burger without cheese, 1 Aloo Saucy Wrap, 1 Ice Tea medium) but she insisted me to go for the veg meal which will include all my requirements and in addition I will get French fries, I ask her again I will 2 aloo tikki, 1 wrap and an ice tea..she said correct sir you will get all these but when I got my order I come to that I got only 1 burger, 1 aloo wrap, ice tea and French fries...one of my burger was missing. I ask her what is this, I dnt get my 2nd burger...now here comes the wonderful reply...sir V Meal have only one burger if you need I can swipe for 1 more burger and you have to pay around Rs. 30 more...I told, I ask for 2 buger I dnt ask for French fries (I really hate) and you told its included in V Meal...she reply no sir you have to pay extra. I just say "you are making Mc D lovers fool" and really I will never try to go to Mc D again...its better I will try Wada Paw or will go to some other food giant. The whole thing is, I paid extra amount and I dnt get the food of my choice.

Hy, I visited on 17th October at McDonalds(Cannuaght Plaza Restraunt, Gurgaon) i.e. located at near M.G metro station Gurgaon. I tried to made a payment of Rs. 226 through my debit card twice but both the times transaction failed, so i made payment through cash, but my amount debited from account twice i.e 226*2=450. out of two, one transaction has been reversed but second not yet credited in my account. Please refund the Rs. 226. Below are the transaction no [protected] [protected] Please refund the amount ASAP.

On 10.10.2015, I took the delivery of eatables from McDonalds drive thru at Karnal Branch(Savoy Greens), Haryana. When I open the lid of the glass, I found MOSQUITOES in my drink. Then I came back to the outlet for the said complaint, checked the kitchen, and I found mosquitoes in the ice tray and took the photos of the same. I was very disappointed, distressed to see that, as I also suffered food poisoning due to this.

We had been to McDonald and we ordered than we went to upper lobby and some staff girl came and told not sit here and she was so rude she said that she will refund the money but she will not let us to sit. I don't know than y they have kept 2 lobby ground and first floor and with in a second she refunded the money asked us to lev. Sir, I m the regular customer of your brand.Yesterday i visited to mcd in shipra mall at Gaziabad and i really get shocked because mouse are running here and there it is not hygienic even when i talk about the staff regarding this they give me rudely reply which hurts me a lot.

We are a regular client not only in india but in the middle east also. however my recent outing we chose to get some takeaways from mcdonalds lulu branch ernakulam. as per order (attached picture) we did not get 1x focacsia breads and the drinks provided was just carbonated water.

I had paid money for piri piri and it was for take away, the order taker was busy for other things and then he forgot to give me piri piri...this inncident happened in rmall thane west...date:26/9/15...time:20:23:09...crew id:20015928 Amol.J...Vat Tin:[protected]v and CST TIN:[protected]C and dtd:01/04/06...please tell them to not do it again
