Dear Sir,


I am kapil Chaudahry working in a company as a deputy manager. Please launch my complaint againt micromax for mental harrasment.


I have been frustrated by calling customer care again and again. They peoeple are just telling please wait for more 10days more15 days n more only.I think this is only work i have to do in my life. Please resolve the case ASAP.


I have launch a complaint (No-[protected]) on 18/07/13 regarding my micromax phone A89 which audio incoming speaker was not working.

After 4month this speaker got unresponsive which kind of quality they people are assuring ?? & after submitting the phone to service centre its more than one month has been passed but there is no response till today.
A small speaker could not be replaced in 15 days what is this man???

Now i dont want to repair my phone I want my money back because i can not bear micromax in future due to such a horrible service. They people are torching me mentally from more than one month.

I have same problem. I deposited on 25 July 2013. Phone was dead. They say same thing to me also. Parts are not available. And they are promising for 7 days again & again. I don't think they give me it back. They are selling repaired mobiles to second hand customers..

I want to give minus rating but there is no option.

    I had booked Canvas 4 on 03-July-2013 by making online payment of Rs. 5000 as booking amount through my HDFC net banking . After the launch of the specification of the same mobile i decided to cancel the booking for the same on 10-July-2013. And i made cancellation request by using micromax given user id/password through micromax site. As per your commitments and the policy of micromax my refund request should have been processed withing the 7 day's after making cancellation request but till now i have not received any penny from Micromax as my refund amount. Several times i have approached your customer care team on[protected] but every time i am getting the standard reply that money will be credit to my account in two or three day's. Now approx 1 month has passed.



    I had trust on micromax but now i really feel very disappointed with the issues and responses that i am getting from micromax.

    I recently purchased the micromax x511 mobile and i entered into the pen caliberation mode But there is no way specified in the user guide how to get away from that pen caliberation mode to previous mode

      I had purchased micromax phone (model- A89 ) on 30/01/2013. Aftre few days of purchasing i had problem in charging.so as per your service center suggestion i submitted my phone for near about 10 days.after receiving my phone,i faced same problem again,and again i submitted my phone for near about 10 days.After that i again faced same problem for two times,and finally i had submitted my phone for 4 times,and till now my problem is not solved.and service center people do not give a proper response.so,as a student,i am tired really and my time is very important.....
      so.I kindly requested you to help me and please replace my phone as soon as possible.

      my mobile is not in service on the date of 01/09/2011.
      than i go to mobile service center of micromax abc telecommunication ramesh nagar metro station delhi 110015 on the date 03/09/2011.

      My complaint for device over heating battery and phone auto redial the last number, and hanging problem of my phone,
      And company executive said to me that your phone is repaired on Monday 05/09/2011.
      on Monday, I go that service centre and he said to me your phone is not repaired and it is send to micromax company,
      And your phone is repair on this Saturday 10/09/2011. And I go to service center to received my phone on saturday 10/09/2011. but i found that my phone is not repaired, He said Your phone is not ready at this time. And we are promise to you that your phone must be repaired on this Saturday 17/09/2011.
      but after 18 day gone my complaint as same.
      that is your services
      please give the reason my problem is not solved that company
      who`s responsible for ( time loss, money loss, mentally loss).

      Micromax Mobile — Disturbing of Handset

      Dear Sir / Mam,

      I have got a complain against Micro max mobile model no.GC257.I
      had brought this cell phone on Nov. 2011 but after a month the
      speaker was not functioning properly.Secondly,the head phone had got
      no function ,I was not able to hear anything.presently,there is
      problem in the network as well.I had contacted my area's service
      provider several times even then I could'nt get a solution.Every time
      when I call up they tell me to come on Tuesday but till now I dont
      think that that Tuesday has come.I had given a xerox copy my purchase
      bill to the service center twise but now also they are asking for
      another.The person who has taken the service contract in my area,when
      I asked him for a new speaker he denied giving it to me by making
      silly excuses. please make out a solution of my problem.

        I really can’t start the mail with any greetings, I believe. All I can say in the beginning is frustrated! Yep, I’m really frustrated and am cursing myself for giving a chance to such cheap company. Excuse me for being rude but I must say it was my first and last business with your so-called “Company”.

        I’m a student and I bought Micromax funbook infinity tab as I read on internet that it’s a good companion for students and also, it was in my budget. Although I never go out of the brand product but this time I took a real risk because my budget was tight and I couldn’t afford the pioneers, Samsung and apple. I bought it sharp 13 days back on 04-Aug from ebay.in and was happy after getting it. I used it without any hassle for 11 days, neglecting the compact features and lack of proper screen resolution as I convinced myself saying that I can’t expect much in this budget and from Micromax. The 12th day I carried the tab in my bag as I downloaded something in it that was to be copied by one of my friend. Then I brought it back and kept it as it is in my locker. At night, on my usual timing when I tried it on so that I can surf the internet, I was really shocked as if someone has knocked-off my brains. The tab showed a blank white screen with several linings and at the end, there is a spot which looks that there is a crack on the screen. So I touched the spot to inspect if there is any crack but couldn’t find one. It seems to be some internal damage. Then I started thinking from where it could get such damage? At the last I found the conclusion that it might have got some shocks while I was walking, but then I though how could possibly it can get any damage by the shocks of walking?

        Now I want the clarification about what cheapest quality product do you manufacture that can’t even bear a little, or almost negligible shocks? How can it get any internal damage although it was kept in bag and between two books to prevent from any kind of shock? Also, are the shocks of walking that much drastic that it can damage the tab internally? It’s all about the cheap quality product from micromax that swallowed almost 5,500 of a student in just 12 days. I even tried ringing your customer care and at last they gave me the number of their so-called “Service center” nearest to my place of which one number is incorrect and the other land line number keeps ringing but no one bothers to pick it up. Worst quality of product, worst after sale service and worst customer support. I never had such a bitter experience with any of the product from the brands in past.

        I want the answer…How can the tab gets internal damage although it was kept in bag? What kind of cheapest material was that, that it couldn’t bear the negligible shocks of waling? The tab is just 13 days old and I want either replacement or exchange. I’m not gonna leave the matter so easily. I’m gonna sue you in consumer court for selling cheap quality items and worst after sale service.

        Now that being said, I will definitely never recommend any of my family member or friend to buy any micromax gadget. I will definitely air my story in my locality so that others should not commit the same mistake as I did.

        The item is still under warranty period and I’m having all the bill and VAT paid documents. Either you should repair it or get the item exchanged or get ready to be sued in the consumer court.
        But before that, I want the answer…How can it get internal damage from almost negligible shocks while walking? And how are the branded items capable of bearing heavy shocks that they don’t even get a single scratch even after feeling from higher station?

(5000Rs on 7th july and remaining on 15th july) After that many time i have talked with your custmer exucative on Micromax customer care but every time i have got same answer since mobile booking.

            i realley fustrated with Micromax mobile services sevices

              .after just six month mobile got hang and didnt work properly due to waranty i just give it for reair so they give it to service centre patan gujarat . after service of 35 days i got my mobile back .but within three days mobile again did not work and send back to service centre patan from last 30 days no reply from him and now waranty period is going to finish. till i belive mobile is useless for me so i want new mobile please help me in this matter .

              i wish i will get better result from here so i didnt contacted to grahak suraksha. in the bill of shop one thing is printed that they will not take back to the salled product . which is out of rules . please help me i want new mobile as soon as possible.

              Micro Max — mobile phone quality

              Hi , my name is SriTeja. I bought a micromax mobile in the month of november and in the month of jan the mobile is spoiled.

              i gave it for repair as the repair is genuine, they took it and sent it to head office for repair which took around 65 days for my mobile to come back to me.

              Now when my mobile is given back to me, with in just 2 days the mobile is having the same issue.

              now what can I do??? I am in a very bad position. Its been so far 4 to 5 months I got the mobile and have not even used it for 2 proper months. And still its not working fine..

              nature of problem : head set in and out.

              now they are saying they will not replace my mobile. It will again take 60 days for the mobile to get repaired and mean while my warranty period will be completed.

              and they will care a damn .. please advise. Its really a trouble and no body is there to care..

                My mobile handset Micromax Canvas 2 model no.- A110 got some problem in touch on 2nd July 2013, for which I deposited my device to the Micromax service centre in Indore (SLR-Ayushi Electronics,M-115, yashwant Plaza, Indore, MP) under the jobsheet no- N[protected], dated 05/07/2013, with the same i also made a complaint on the Micromax customer care about my device under complaint no.-[protected]. My handset is under warranty, but the service centre is not giving any proper answer to me even after 40 days from my complaint. I called to the Micromax Customer care many a times during this time, but everytime they give me a date after 7 days, saying your device is still under process, it will get repaired in 7 days, its been 40 days now, but i dint got my handset repaired yet the company is just giving false hopes and keep on committing useless dates to me, about my device getting repaired. and the service centre rarely answers the call. Please help me out with this problem.

                Sir,
                I am Swapnil Patil using Mixcromax Handset. One day that handset was not working. so, i went to Mixcromax Service Center on 22/11/10. They give me job card for my handset & told me to come on next week. As per their instruction i went there on time so, again they told me that your handset is not ready give us a call & then come to collect your handset. I followed the same. I was called them on call they told me that my handset not yet completed you come next week. After 3 week I got confused what happen actually. So i went on Service center & asked them what happen, that time they told me that "your handset now went to Nashik for reparing" it will come next week 100%. Again they miss the deadline...
                Today is 22/1/2011, Now 2 months passed but I haven't received my hand set & they always answering me that you come by next week & collect your handset.

                Please, can you do something for the same... so, it's not happen with anybody.

                I spend my time & money on this, but not yet got my handset. I'm very frustrated from this...

                  Hi I went to service cenetr for my battery change. The girl sitting there behaved rudely and wasn't intrested to attend me. I had battery problem and she said she will update software.
                  I don't understand the logic behind battery and software updation. Inspite i said to check battery she said we will not do anything, go to another service center. I was surprised by her response. I know micromax is flying high but if costmers will get these type of responses, it is never to to touch sky.

                  Totally disappointed. :(

                    I purchased Micro Max Mobile (Model No. a25, Andorid Mobiles). After 6 months its getting problem and switch off automatically. I submit my phone to Udaipur Service Center and many follow up they returned me after 20 days. In these period they rounded my many times. And now its also giving the same problem. I fade up with Mixromax and not happy with his product. Please tell me what what should I do. I email everyday please replace your mobile otherwise give me proper solution but they are unable to do nothing for me.

                    I bought a micro max hand set in the the month of September 2011. After 3 months the keypad was not working properly and then after a month phone was not getting charged. I gave the phone to the micro max service center in Anna Nagar twice but the problem remains the same. I tried getting the solution from the customer care but got the rude reply i.e. we can not replace the phone you need to go again to the service center. i want to register the complain against the micro max.

                      I have given my phone (micromax canvas A110) which is under warranty for display and touch problem. It has been almost a month now. The service centre people do not respond at all on call. The number given by them[protected] is always either busy or when ringing they do not respond. When you go there personally you are told you will recieve sms when your handset is repaired which has till date not come. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

                      they are not repairing the hand sets and returning the same to us and when we ask they r just asking us to
                      write the job sheet again and next time they give u your handset only after your warranty period is over
                      in the same old condition

I purchase a mobile model Q3 its under the warrant period as it suddenly power was dead and there is noresponse we had approch your customer care, which is located at Dwarakanagar 5th line Arun cell care on the date of 22/11/2010 and job order no is 9901 from that day i use to call to your customer care to mobile no on job card there was no responce as to go there my residence is too far about 40km to customer care how ever i went there and met front office they said that there us some board repair to be send to main office so it gets you by december 22nd and i said that there is no responce on mobile give any other no they had given a no 2792500 named swathi as well she also said the same thing and extended the same thing as we are roming around your customer care every day now they saying that janary 18 as still iam not having any mobile replace of this so kindly settle the matter

                        I have purchased A110 (W) in December 2012 from Snapdeal.com, however last month there was some problem and memory card was not showing.

                        I went to service centre in thane on 01 July 2013, wherein they taken my mobile and told me to wait for 15 days as there is problem in mother board and need to replace with new.

                        It has been 1 month 13 days and till date my phone is not repaired customer care people don't give proper response.

                        They have standard sentence to say your phone will get with in 7 days.

                          My brother have purchased a micromax a116 canvas hd mobile on dated 06/06/2013 but it stopped working within a week. So i gave it to the service centre situated at noida named satyam communication, j - 34, sector-18, noida-201301 under request no. N[protected], on dated 22/06/2013.
                          It gave me time of repairing it within 10-15 days, but still the service centre did not return it to me even after the given time.
                          I request you to take necessary action against the service centre and help to get back my mobile. So that i can do my routine activities in time.

                          Micromax — BAD SERVICE OF MICROMAX

                          I indent to lodge a complaint on MICROMAX's any Mobile Phones. B.coz this company's mobile phones are not worth paying.

                          Like other Brands, Micromax also promises for the best quality and service at all times. But when it comes to service, then they are one of the worst service providers in India. Coz, i'm facing the problem from the service centre M/s. S3 Communications,
                          Jayanagar, from past three months.

                          Let me explain the long long story, I buyed Micromax X510 Handset on 11 June 2011. Upto seven months the mobile was working absolutely fine.
                          But the very next month itself, i started facing the problem of Charging. Everytime i charge the phone, within 15 Mins, it starts displaying a message as "BAD CONTACT OF CHARGER". On 10th May 2012, i visited the serive centre and informed about the problem, they said the mobile's charing pin has to replaced. As the mobile was in warranty period, I told no issues, kindly
                          get it replaced, they gave me the first job sheet and they did their job within 7 Days. After 7 days (i.e., 17th May 2012), i collected
                          the handset and but again there was the same problem.
                          I said them about the problem was not solved, they told that the mobile has to be sent to their head office which is in Delhi i think.
                          They told it will take atleast 15 Days to get it repaired and they gave me the second job sheet. After 15 Days, when i contact them,
                          they said the phone is still in their head office. You can collect the mobile next week, i.e., on 8th June 2012. On 9th June i called up
                          the serive centre and inquired about the handset, they again said the same answer, the mobile has not yet received from their head office.
                          On 29th May 2012, i went to the service centre and finally my handset arrived but unfortunately, this time the Touch Pad was not working.
                          I don't know whether my old problem was solved or not. But as the touch pad was not working, they said it has to be sent to their head office to get it replaced and they gave me the third job sheet by promising that i can collect the handset within 10 Days.
                          On 27th July, when i went to the service centre, they promised to give the handset on saturday within 4:00 PM.
                          But today, its 30th July 2012 and still the mobile is lying in their Delhi Head office only.

                          I've to tell you that the person Mr. Sohail, in service centre M/s. S3 Communications, in Jayanagar, is so rude that he is least concerned about my handset.
                          He rudely answers that i can't help, the handset has to come from our head office. You wait untill it comes otherwise leave.

                          This type of such a good service is been provided from Micromax.

                          But one think they promised correctely, as the logo says, "NOTHING LIKE ANYTHING". They are absolutely true, they are nothing like any other
                          Brands.

                          ITS TOTALLY A WASTE OF MONEY BRAND AND WASTE OF TIME.

                          Please help me out, i've suffered this problem but i don't want any other micromax user to suffer such type of problem.

                          MICROMAX A116- MISERABLE PRODUCT AND MISERABLE SERVICE FROM THE SERVICE CENTER M/S MSN COMMUNICATION IN BANGALORE.


                          I purchased the A116 recently and from the very first day itself I have had problems with it- problems with display and software.
                          When I took it to the service center MSN communication in Jayanagar, Bangalore, they said that the software needs to be updated and also the display needs to be changed and it would take a week to do it. This place is about 40 km away from where I stay . So after a week I picked up my phone from them and realized that they did not change the display ( inspite of instructions clearly written in the job sheet). So again they took my phone and said it would take 2 weeks to change the display.

                            It has been 40 days since I given my Micromax Canvas 2(A110) to service center and yet not received it.
                            I have submitted my phone on 3rd of july at Meerut service center. They told me that I will be informed when defective part of phone arrives. After 30 days I lodged a complaint(Comp no:[protected]) on customer care no. and they told me to inform me within 10 days regarding my complaint but I didn't get any response.
                            Lastly I had email my problem at micromax email [protected]@micromaxinfo.com and they had again give me a cold response that they will contact me shortly which they haven't done so far.
                            Please help me to resolve this problem asap....

Thereafter this mobile deposited with Bhagwati Service Center due to some technical problem. Therefore Micro max Company has given me another mobile Micro max superfone Ninja A 89 which was collected myself from Bhagwati Service Center Ahmadabad. On 27 Jul 2013 at 0400h to 0600h in the morning in train No 19018 between Borival Station to Bandra Terminals, unsocial elements cut my two pickets in the train and looted me with above phone and another items. I have already given report to Bandra railway police station but they nothing do till date.                                   I buy a tablet of micromax model number funbook p360. It cost me Rs. 6900 on the date of 29 march 2013. It works only for 2 days after the date of purchase. So i submitted my table to micromax service centre on 7 april 2013. They returned me tablet after the duration of 2and half month but it is again not working after 6 hours only and so i again submitted my tablet to service centre then they return me my tablet after fifteen days. After even this it is not working for many times and many times i go to service centre. But they are not reponding well. And as me that they are not responsible for any problem. So i request you to change my tablet at an cost. I am irritated by going to service centre. Kindly replace my tablet.

                                    I want to log a complaint against the Micromax Mobile company.

                                    I have newly purchased a Mobile – Micromax Canvas 3D (A115) model dated on 15th May, 2013. Within a month i.e. on 29th June, 2013 the touch pad of the mobile is dead and given to the service center for repair & rectify the problem. The person from Service Desk replied that the same will be repaired / replace in 10 days but yet not completed the job.

                                    I have communicated with the company directly and at each and every reminder they are just giving false information (not commitment) the issue will be resolved soon.

                                    Till date the job is still pending and not getting any satisfy replay from the company.

                                    I have attached here with the copy of the service center receipt of Mobile Phone, Communication with the company. Plz suggest in this regards for the procedure of complaint against the company.

                                      I bought a brand new Micromax Canvas 4 phone from Cell City shop near Four Bungalows, Andheri West Mumbai in morning on 8th August '13 at 11.00. The phone was working fine all day when I took it home I tried to put in the free flip cover given in the box.

                                      I gently removed the cover from the back carefully since its my brand new phone worth Rs.19,000/-. However along with the back cover the camera lens cover came out. I tried to fit it back it went back in but was loose and kept coming out.

                                      I went to the shop owner who said he will fix it and gave it back in 5 minutes. The lens cover again came out within 30 minutes, upon visiting Cell City again the owner tried to fix it, This time the cover came our within 10 minutes of him returning it to me. I had to go back to the shop owner and demanded a replacement. The shop owner said as per Micromax policy I need to go to the service center. Upon repeated demands Cell City, Four Bungalows Mumbai did not care about me as a customer and kept saying I need to visit the service center.

                                      I called Micromax customer care where Ankur the service person was very helpful he has told me to go to the Vile Parla Service Center and get a DOA certificate from the company and get it give to retailer who will give replacement.

                                      Today being Eid the service center is closed. So I am going tomorrow and hope that my I will be given DOA certificate and a new replacement phone which does not have this same issue.

                                      This a complaint against Micromax for all the inconvenience it has caused by creating a cheap quality built of the camera lens cover.

                                      I have been using Micromax A90 for last 1 year and always recommend Micromax to my friends and family. This has been a very shocking experience and I hope that I will be given a replacement.
