Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased Micromax Bolt A26 on 11/09/2013 from Metro Watch Sai Chowk, Pimpri, Pune-17. On 16/09/2013 i have experience display problem as half of the display was not working. As i called customer service they told me to visit Service centre in Kharalwadi, PImpri. They checked my phone and after waiting for 3 long hours they told me it's Company defect and as 7 days have not been passed from purchasing date they gave me DOA letter (Phone to be replaced with new phone) As i visited Metro Watch on 18/09/2013 from were i had purchased the phone and he told me to come on 29/09/2013. I called Metro watch today and i was shocked that he told me that company says it was an internal defect that has been solved by company and i need to pay Rs. 550/- On calling Customer Care they told me that if i have got DOA letter my phone needs to be replaced. Also i have got unsealed phone from Metro Watch. I am waiting for your reply as i don't think i should pay more Rs. 550. I will wait for 5 days and immediately i am Going to Times of India office and will published the complaint Against Micromax and Metro Watch.
Micromax customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Dear Sir I have purchased a micromex-X 231 mobile phone from Chawala Mobile Shop. WZ-1566/2 Nangal Raya New Delhi-110046 Bill No-1490 book No-025 on dated-05/04/2013.After four month mobile was not working and I have register a complaint in a Micromex service center M/S Rapid Comunication (Vikaspuri), WZ-1 Ganesh Nagar Opp.Metro pillar-535, New Delhi -110018 with a job sheet No-N[protected] Dated-21/09/2013.When I go to service center on dated 25/09/13 to check my mobile status first they told me your mobile under process and when I make pressure to repair my mobile they told me that your mobile can not be repair because the internal circuit board banded due drop this mobile on floor.this an unsatisfactory response from service center. how is it possible to bend the circuit board in side the body and body safe no scratch/dent on body.If my mobile was not in warranty why they accept my mobile to service under warranty.Please help me sir to repair my mobile Or if not repairable replace by new set.

      Dear Micromax Support, I had been to Sai Mobiles Shop No. 31, Charmas, Opp. Hardy Complex, M.G. Road, Secunderabad Micromax service center for micromax funbook p300 repair, they have kept my tablet for complete one month and later they have returned without resolving issue, and a person called Sai Kiran who hold that service center, Replyed saying we dont provide service, Please go head complaining. Instead i have kept emails to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com, me aint receive any email. Hope hyderabad people can go through it and careful while buying micromax products.

        I wish to inform you that i had purchased 1 mobile handset of make MICROMAX A110 before approx. 3 months ago during this period the handset started giving problems for which i have handed over my handset to the companies authorized service center (M/S Shiv Enterprises Agra -282002) on dated 09.09.2013 bearing Request no. N[protected] since than i am contacting the service center regularly to know the status of my handset but so far they have not repaired or replaced my handset nor they are are giving satisfactory reply so i request you to intervene and help me in solving the above matter

          i have purchased a micromax canvas withn 20 days it get hang i submitted it to micromax service center till 16 days after they have not repay my mobile and asking for 15 days more...and i do not expect that i will get after 15 days becoz there are many customers who r saying that we have not get our mobile till 3 months and more

            Sir, my name is srinivas ([protected]) I purchased Micro max A-57-2.1 model. By using this mobile after 5monthes the touch will not working then I given a compliant in Micro max service center(complnt id:2541), they said they will service it and return back within one week of time .after completing of one week I went to service center they said some square parts are damage so we will replace the phone with in 15 to 20days of time then I went after 25day they again said it will take more 10days it will repeat again and again at last they gave my previous mobile only while asking about replacement they said we replaced the square parts of phone I took the phone then the next day the phone speaker is not working again I went to service center asking about speakers they said we will replace the new speaker within two days of time when I went to service center they said it will take more two days, at last they gave mobile when checking the mobile same problem occurs again what they did I don’t know while asking they will said we will repair it. 2 months completed but my mobile is still under repair only. Micro max service center (chikkadpally) the worst service center. Lot of people struggles same these kinds of problems. Response of service center is too bad they were not doing work in office, they just came for chitchat. when u approach about your mobile that time only they will start work and they will say wait for 5mins it will take some hours when we ask they said your mobile only checking sir (how much time will take to check?) if you are not giving good service then you are selling mobiles your mobiles .they don’t know how to rectify the problem how you chose these people to work in service center. So please take action about this and rectify as soon as possible it will help to so many people …..

              I had purchased MICROMAX Q75 in April 2013, I hardly used it.. it has so many problem..1:- the sound was not coming, i was not able to listen the call..so i had to use Earphone to receive the call or make the call. I lodged complaint at 201, 2nd Floor, V Star Mall, Opposite Loop Gallery, Opposite Railway Station, Chandavarkar Road, Borivali West.the problem got solved after approx. 9 days. later, after few days, i found another problem 2:- The mobile was getting auto switched off whenever i was getting incoming calls...I again went to abovementioned centre, they said there is problem in motherboard...and resolved it in 25 days..I got the mobile now the auto switch off problem is solved but again ..1st problem started.i have to use earphone to speak on call...i do not want this piece please make an arrangement to replace it...                 Hello Consumer Forum, I am completely disappointed and disheartened while reporting the issue I faced from Micromax service center - Hari Hara Electronics, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. I do not want to start my complain on how much days they took to first of all get the LCD replacement done. But I want to write about my experience with phone after that. My complain is - 1. LCD and touchscreen replacement was not done with proper care. Ideally technician should put a gum between LCD and touchscreen edges so that they stick together properly and no dust goes in between. 2. After the replacement, no such care was taken. LCD was replaced and not sticked with touch screen due to which touchscreen was completely loose and when you touch the screen, you could see the whole touchscreen is being pressed inside. 3. Also no proper care was taken for dust particles and touch got great amount of dust inside after the replacement. 4. I went back to service center and complained about it after which they kept me waiting for 5 hours to clean the LCD and touchscreen and remove all the dust. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and when they claimed that now dust has been removed and LCD and touchscreen are now sticked together, I had to accept the claim and leave without checking properly. 5. After reaching home I noticed that dust was still there and now minor scratched have appeared on the inside on touchscreen. Since the day I am trying to call the service center but no one picks the call. I could not go to service center again and again as it is really far way and going to service center means skipping the office for that day. I pray consumer forum to to give me a way to escalate my complaint to Micromax officials and get a better resolution of my problem. Having so good phone but worst service is like a night mare.These third party service centers destroy the name of good company and product.                   I have submitted my Micromax Canvas 3D (A115) at Micromax service center (Prince Communications), Lalbagh, Lucknow-226001. Phone no.[protected] on 24th August 2013 My mobile is in warranty and it has a display and lock button problem, Job sheet request no. N[protected] On 13th September at 7.42pm i got a SMS from DM-MICROM that your request has been processed and kindly collect your MMX device. On 14th September 2013 when i have visited service center than they told me that come at 5.00pm, i have visited again than they told me that Micromax has sent them wrong parts and it will take days to order and repair. They told me that i will get a call when it will get repaired they didn't give me any other receipt or complain no. but after sometime i again got a SMS from DM-MICROM that your device has been deposited under job seet no. N[protected] for repairs. On 23rd September, they had returned my mobile but now my mobile has new problem, touch is not working, may be because they had changed my mobile's parts thats why. I have checked my IMEI by *#06# and i was shocked to found out that my IMEI is changed. When i had complaint about changed IMEI to them then they told me that IMEI got changed because they had Flashed my mobile, new software was uploaded. On 24th September they told me that my problem will be solved as soon as possible and they have ordered for new touch for my mobile and it will be repaired soon and they will correct my IMEI also. Its only third day o[censored]sage, one they gave me in replacement is also an defected one. I am an working person so, felling harassed by paying so much money to company and not yet satisfied.                       I had purchased a Micromax A116 Canvas HD from Maha Gauri Communication, Haridwar (Uttarakhand) for Rs. 16700 /- on dated 14/04/2013. The details are as under :- Invoice No.- 15010 dt. 14/04/13 of M/s Maha Gauri Communication, G-1, Surya Complex, Ranipur More, Haridwar Model No. - Micromax A116 Canvas HD IMEI No. - [protected] Purchase Date - 14/04/2013 I Had decided to go for Micromax Mobile Set having high expectations and being sure of excellent quality. The set however yesterday developed problem in lighting of the display panel. The light started flickering and then went off completely. As a result nothing is visible on the display panel and I cannot perform any function on the mobile. Virtually the set has become useless for me within 5-months of purchase. I contacted M/s Maha Gauri Communications, Haridwar who advised to contact the Micromax Service centre at Haridwar. I presented the mobile set to authorized / official service centre at Haridwar today. The service centre official informed that some part (perhaps PCB) has become non-functional and is to be replaced. On asking him to take care of the problem he demanded charges for repair to the tune of approximately Rs. 5000 /-. I showed him the clause no. 1 & 2 of warranty statement card as per which the defective part / product should be repaired / replaced free of cost. I also told him that being a technical person myself i've been keeping the set with extreme care / proper handling. He however expressed his inability for same. I’m dismayed and disappointed by the response of service centre who does not even know the terms and conditions of warranty. Please instruct company / its service centre to immediately repair / replace the part / mobile set to avoid extreme inconvenience, trouble and discomfort to undersigned.                       Hi Atul,

                      it is very hard to face something like this after investing so much money on a product which was not worth it. i myself am an unlucky customer of Micromax who bought the same model as yours on the 9th of this month and just within 10-12 days the display of my phone is all gone. So i call the service centre and they say that a replacement guarantee is possible only for 7 days and i bought the phone 15 days ago. Now what customer loyalty is Micromax offering if it cant satisfy their customers genuine complaints. This is highly an act of irresponsibility and injustice done to the customers.

                      Hope necessary actions shall be taken by the Micromax team, and our problems be adressed at the earliest.

                        I buyed new micromax canvas2 plus mobile on 11th Aug. 2013 last month. But its working only for 10 day that means only upto 21th Aug. My new phone gets hang and automatically shutdown when open any application or make a call. I gave my mobile to Micromax mobile center and my dealer for resolving issue but from last 20 days they do not give any answer to me. Please help me to back new moblie or my all money because i m very frusted with this and i m using my new phone only for 10 days.

                          I have a mobile of micromax and it is in warrenty, when i got problem in that mobile so i brought that to the service center of micromax on[protected] and they told me that ur problem will be resolve during 10 Working days but it still not resolve it have been 1 month and when i go to service center than they told me it resolve whithin 5 days and when resolve u will get call from me but still today i dont get any call and they never told me that whats the problem when the problem will exectly solve

                            I had submitted my Cellphone Micromax-A87, for repair on Micromax authorized service centre i.e. Chauhan Communication, 308, Hans Plaza, Ambedker Road, Ghaziabad on[protected]. At that time my phone was under warranty. They said me that within a week they will repair it, but its almost two months but there is no response from there side. Every time I call customer care they say that my phone is under repair and within 15 days they will repair it & said me to wait another 15 days. I am afraid weather they will return my phone or not.                                 I made complaint accordingly in your micromax gallery they committed me to return the phone after 25 days in good condition but very sadly inform you that now eve after 1 and half month is over I have made complaint now they are saying that they will give me replacement of A34 but my cell phone is A35 as you surely knowing that A34 has may less feature than A35 I cannot accept it On 14th one Representative from micromax gallery called me told me that he have A35 model ready with him He request me to come & collect it, according to that I went to gallery today but that representative not present in gallery I wait till 12.00 pm & after that he told me that A35 piece which is-send from company is defective. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE I really don't know he was lying to me or you send defective pics only I actually did not expected this kind of service from your company really got very annoyed I humbly request you to please take my mail into consideration & intervene in this matter and replace me with A35 I hope at least from your side i will not betrayed & I will get positive result.                                   Dear Sir, I have purchased a small Micromax mobile thru my Son Mr. Tahir from Ayushi Mobile (Shop No. 2, Bldg. A64, Sector-1) Mira Road (E) Near Station - Bill No 019 dtd. 11/09/2013 but its a duplicate bill where he is just playing on it by selling a mobile, where he has tho issue original invoice because he is charging the full value, where vat is applicable. He get the mobile from the shop and return to home, once he reached to home my Wife found there is small problem in the Mobile on the keypad, second day early morning, he went to that shop asking to fix that fault, he refuse to do so, and he suggest to go to Service Center, he did that also, but they said its fault of the shop and not the Micromax so you go back and ask the shop keeper to do the same. But know the shop keeper is refusing to help on this, the mobile cost is only INR 2600 only but as the fault of he mobile the shop keeper should resolve by fixing or replacing the same. Sir its a request to help my son in this issue.

                                    Hello All, I want to bring to your notice the “passing the ball game” that is happening in your company regarding customer problems. I bought Micromax Canvas A115 from Snapdeal on 13th May 2013. Since 10th August I have been facing problems with my device. The power key button of the mobile is not working and the mobile is not getting charged. I went to service center in Nasik as mentioned on your website. The technician checked the phone and replaced the power key, but that did not solve the issue. They advised that motherboard needs to be replaced and I will need to submit the phone for 20-25 days with the service center and accordingly they gave me Work order number : OSMS - 739 . I got the handset from the service center when they told me that they have not yet got the part despite keeping the handset with them for over 15 days. I spoke with Amit/Sapna/Suresh (TL) from service center to inquire if the motherboard had arrived. They informed me that no such request has been raised against my phone's imei number. The work order number for the same is OSMS – 739 – no job sheet was created. I got in touch with Tech Solutions (authorized service center - Megacentre, hadapsar,Pune) in Pune as advised by the “superfine email support”. However, they refused to check the phone as there was no warranty seal. They believe that the warranty seal would have not been put back by Nashik Service center and they were insisting on submitting the phone to the nashik service center only. I am trying to get in touch with the Nashik service center on the number mentioned in the work order[protected] since the last 2 weeks, however I am unable to get connected to them as I am getting the number is switched off. I work in Pune and do not have that much time to travel to nasik to submit my phone. Moreover it is been over 2 months that my phone is rendered useles, i cant use it to make any outgoing calls or sms. I can only get incoming calls. I had a very bad experience with the quality of work done by the people at nashik service center. They did not raise any case for replacing my motherboard. More over the people out there are very unprofessional and lack the basic sense of talking to their valuable customers. I am tired of this passing the ball. In case that micromax can’t help out their customers in such a scenario, I would request micromax to take back my phone and refund me the entire sum that I paid for this phone. I will think of buying some better phone like samsung who do have service center staff that have the decency and the audacity to be polite and professional to their customers. Kindly advise what can be done, either replace or fix my phone asap or refund my money for the phone within a week. Kindly do not provoke me to stall up any legal action as I have reached the limit of my patience. I have been using a useless phone from 10th August till now i.e almost more than 40 days. I would appreciate speaking to an executive from your legal department if you are unable to give any satisfactory response to me.

I want my money back for the handset as I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of services offered by you guys. I have lost my patience and temper now and expect a response within the 72 hours, if not, I would look for legal proceedings as this is mentally harassing my life.

                                      I’ve purchased Micromax funbook 3G P600 online from Snap Deal on 25th March, 2013 with an invoice no of 1309206, Buyer Order No:[protected] and dispatch document no as: [protected]. Model No: SERMOB0251, IMEI No: [protected] When I've received my online order of Micromax Funbook 3G P600 on 25th March it was not getting started, post that when I've charged it for 2 hours it was again not getting started, and after a miraculous 3rd day, Micromax funbook 3G P600 has started automatically, with auto on and auto off mode which was not mentioned on its manual and eventually it worked for 3 months and have given me a tough time to handle this funbook which has software problems and auto off was a common feature. And one fine day my so called funbook was dead and all i could see on its screen was “FUN BOOK 3G” After juggling with this product for 3 odd months with a common feature of, hang problem and auto off & on finally i decided to visit a Micromax service center in Sitapur on 3rd July, wherein after keeping the product for good 3 days i was told to take the product to Micromax Lucknow service center. I've deposited the Micromax funbook in Lucknow at Prince Communication with a complaint no of mmx[protected], Job sheet no: N[protected] on 11th July and i was told to collect the product in 15 days, post 15 days i was again told to wait for another 15 days as they have send the product to their head office due to some software issues, then i was asked to call on one toll free no and check the product status. It has been 2 months now, there is no revert from their end. I am disgraced from this act of casualness, and surprised to get an awful after sales service provided by the brand named MICROMAX. After this experience i will not be able to experiment any of the MICROMAX product and if they can show some courtesy to return my money invested on this piece of crap. Connect at: [protected]
