I’ve purchased Micromax funbook 3G P600 online from Snap Deal on 25th March, 2013 with an invoice no of 1309206, Buyer Order No:[protected] and dispatch document no as: [protected]. Model No: SERMOB0251, IMEI No: [protected] When I've received my online order of Micromax Funbook 3G P600 on 25th March it was not getting started, post that when I've charged it for 2 hours it was again not getting started, and after a miraculous 3rd day, Micromax funbook 3G P600 has started automatically, with auto on and auto off mode which was not mentioned on its manual and eventually it worked for 3 months and have given me a tough time to handle this funbook which has software problems and auto off was a common feature.
And one fine day my so called funbook was dead and all i could see on its screen was “FUN BOOK 3G” After juggling with this product for 3 odd months with a common feature of, hang problem and auto off & on finally i decided to visit a Micromax service center in Sitapur on 3rd July, wherein after keeping the product for good 3 days i was told to take the product to Micromax Lucknow service center.
I've deposited the Micromax funbook in Lucknow at Prince Communication with a complaint no of mmx[protected], Job sheet no: N[protected] on 11th July and i was told to collect the product in 15 days, post 15 days i was again told to wait for another 15 days as they have send the product to their head office due to some software issues, then i was asked to call on one toll free no and check the product status.
It has been 2 months now, there is no revert from their end. I am disgraced from this act of casualness, and surprised to get an awful after sales service provided by the brand named MICROMAX. After this experience i will not be able to experiment any of the MICROMAX product and if they can show some courtesy to return my money invested on this piece of crap.
