Dear Sir,

I have bought MICROMAC A90S PIXEL SMARTPHONE from one of the company's channel partner M/s- Shri Ram Sales, Varanasi on 25th Nov-2012. i was facing some problem but manage by me. but 25/05/2013 i have facing the outgoing calls voice not received by receiver once i made a call to them. so it is clear problem raising from MIc of Mobile device. I went to Micromax Service Center Point - Named-

and Deposit My Micromax A90s Pixel Smartphone on dated - 01/06/2013. and they said, "It will get repaired n serviced in 10 to 15 days n accordingly inform by them through sms.."

i have got message so i went there to pick it. but still my problem get not resolved so then taken back for service again.and said as before para. So I given again as recomplain. So that I have get message again but problem did’nt solved by them n they every time telling that- they are getting defective parts so not resolved and also saying that new parts is on transit n will reach here any moment. But it is not reached till the date.
I have deposit my handset for repairing on 1st june, 2013 and it is not get repaired till the date .. and I visited there so many times. But still not getting it. So, kindly look in to the matter and resolved it ASAP.

Micromax — No repairs services given

I have been calling the service station for now one &half month now.I am having a Q6 model of micromax whose screen got damaged due to my fault but now the company is not having spares to get it repaired.I contacted all the services stations in Ahmedabad namely

Hi I had purchased a Q6 and the screen got damaged. I am ready to pay to have this replaced but the service center fools are of no use. Ek mahine se mobile phone diya hae Repairing ke liye. aur mera handset worranty period me bhi hae ... phone pe bhi thik se response nahi milata...please resolve my issue as soon as possible...

    I Dhaval Joshi has submit my Handset Canvas A100 to Micromax Service Center (Raj Communication, Anupam Complex, Udhna Bus Stand, Nr. Gurudwara, Surat) due to Screen & Audio Problem during call on 15th June 2013 which Job Sit No. is W[protected] and they told me you will received your handset after 20-25 days but after 25 day's no budy call me or given me information that when will i received my hand set then on 17th June 2013 some budy call me from Service Center and told me that your handset is not repairable so Co. will give you new Handset in 10-15 day's but till date i haven't received any call or information from Co. and Service Center.

    and whenever i call to Micromax Customer Care No. which is [protected] but they also not given me any setisfy answar to me. and Service Center both Contact No. which is [protected] & [protected] are not contactable.. after 1 and half month.. and whenever i went there they people not given me any aswar talk with me very rudely.

    I request you to please ask co. head of the department that when will i received my hand set.

    i have log Complint also at Micromax Customer Service Center which is MMX[protected]

    I hope you can understand my this problem and you will take approprite action against Responsible Person also.

    Today again i call in Micromax and some Mansi Talk with me and she told me that more 7 working day you have to wait for your hand set as Co. working on your handset reparing and if your handset will repair will give you other wise will Replace your Handset in next 7 working day's.

    Every time they are given me diffrant type of Excuse and i here listen diffrant story..

      i am facing severe service issues from micromax which requires your attention also
      My funbook p300 was given for battery replacement and software upgrade issue at M/S UNITED TECHNOLOGIES

      We had to follow up and visit atleast 3times but the same was given back after a week without even looking at it.The phone numbers are purposely switched off.

      The service report was also not given on request.

      we are forced to move to consumer court under consumer protection act,1986 for mental harassment if this is not resolved immediately
      Now i have given the tablet at M/S CELLQ COMMUNICATIONS PVT. LTD.

      they are telling it will take one month to three months for the board to come and repair the tablet.Already one month has lapsed since the tablet is given at all your service centres one by one.
      I request you to replace the same and extend the warranty as i have purchased the tablet to use and not keep for repairs.

        Sir I deposited my Micromax A100 Hand set (IMEI No. [protected]) with M/s. AKS Telecom,SCO 1092, Sector 22B, Ist Floor, Cabin No. 10-11 Chandigarh (Tel No. [protected]) (Authorised service centre of Micromax) vide Job Sheet/Request No. R1304FCHD3594958 on datred 26.04.2013 for wifi connection problem. Though a period of more then two months has elapsed but their is no resolution provided to me by the company/service centre. They(Service centre) itself open/close the complaint regularly but no resolution has still been provided to me. Some time they say that the part is not available and the hand set will be replaced with a new one some time they say that the part is awaited. I am fed up now. Please look into the matter and help me.

        Micromax — giving faulty mobile phone

        Macromaxx mobile service centre does not provide quality service, i have q7 mobile of macromaxx having a microphone fault. I have given to authorised service centre in Macromaxx mobile which is in santacruz- vacola pipeline. A month ago there have not repaired the mobile, when i call there office they used to say you will get in 3 to 4 days and they take of 1 month, yet they have not repaired the cell phone.
        Please take action to this guys as soon as this possible, my job card no. is 1642183.

        My personal suggestion not to buy any micromax phone… it will make your life hell… it is damn sure that you will get some problem in mobile set.

        if you go to service center they ask minimum 20 days to repair and after 20 days dey will keep begging for 7 more days till next couple of months…

        so it’s better to purchase any other Chinese mobile but don’t go for this company.. They don’t have parts available in main manufacturing unit…

        Worst company… I think we should not use mobiles of this company and let them realize that we Indian are not fool…

        I want to thanks consumer com plats which helped me to resolve my problem. Thanks to Micromax as well.
        Micromax replaced my handset with brand new handset Super phone A101.

          Hi Team,
          I bought Bolt-A65 on[protected], and since i purchsed it has battery problem. Phone is drastically getting down by batterry. Once its reach at 70% of battery level it get switch off automatically, Then i have to recharge phone and use it, I went to service station of Faridabad - Cosmos Communication, Shop# 67, Huda Market, Sec-29, Faridabad-121001. They have returned it with DOA and asked to me to go shop and change it but shop keeper is not ready to return it and your service team is also denying and refuse to change it mobile.

          Kindly advise me on same.

          I PURCHASED MICROMAX A 65 ON 11th JUNE 2013. ON 2nd JULY IT JUST GONE DEAD.FROM 3rd JULY TO 13th JULY ITS IN SERVICE CENTER AND WHEN I ASK FOR PHONE THEY JUST SAY THAT COMPANY HAS NOT SENT THEM PATH ITS JUST DISGUSTING THAT I AM NO GETTING MY PHONE SINCE LAST 10 DAYS JUST W8ING FOR IT GOD KNOWS WHEN IT BE ARRIVED TO ME AND NEXT IS ITS RESALE VALUE IT HAS 0 RESALE VALUE.I PURCHASED IT OF INR5800 AND I M NOT GETING EVEN INR 5500

            I PURCHASED MICROMAX A89 FROM INOX ENTERPRISE BARODA ON[protected].IT WAS WORKING FINE BUT ONE DAY I SUDDENLY COULD NOT START OR SWITCH ON MY DEVICE.IT WAS NOT CHARGING OR GIVING ANY RESPONSE.THEN I GAVE THIS DEVICE TO SERVICE CENTER IN BARODA.I SUBMITTED IT TO "DS MOBILE,BARODA" ON[protected] FOR REPAIR.THEY TOLD IT WILL BE REPAIRED IN 25 DAYS.THIS IS VERY VERY LONG TIME FOR REPAIR BUT I AGREED.THEY SAY IT IS PCB PROBLEM AND MOTHERBOARD WILL BE CHANGED. I CALLED AFTER 23 DAYS OF REPAIR AND MANY TIMES AFTER THAT DAY.ALL THAT SERVICE CENTER GUY ALWAYS TOLD WHEN I CALLED THAT PART IS NOT IN SERVICE CENTER AND IT IS YET TO REACH SERVICE CENTER.I WAS FED UP BY THAT SAME RESPONSE EVERY TIME.THEN ONE DAY I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND I WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE 7 TO 10 DAYS.I AGAIN CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND IT WAS SAME COPYCAT RESPONSE.I ALSO CALLED SERVICE CENTER AFTER THAT ALSO TODAY BUT PART IS NOT THERE EVEN NOW AND HE TOLD THAT ANOTHER PIECE OF A89 IS PENDING FROM 55 DAYS.IS IT SOMETHING TO BE PROUD OF???NOW IT HAS BEEN LIKE 35 DAYS.I DO NOT WANT TO GO TO SERVICE CENTER AND WANT MY DEVICE REPLACED OR PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK.PLEASE AKOSHA REOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.I WILL BE REALLY GREATFUL.             micro max cell — still not repair

            Respected sir,
            mera nam amit bhosle he me baroda city in guajarat me rehata hu.. mene micro max cell liya tha within one weak me cell band ho gaya.. mene ek call bhi nahi kiya aur nahi ek ring tone suni.. mere galti wo thi ki mene bhr cell dikhaya mene socha normal problem he.. bt jaha par mene bataya usne kaha warranty me ho jayega.. so mene cell micro max service station de diya.. service station me muje kaha paid up service hogi.. mene kaha koi bat nahi bt aap cell doge.. unhohe kaha cell aapko 15 days me mil jayega.. mene jab cell dene gaya tab vaha khade customers bhi chilla rahe the ki abhi tak cell kyu nahi aaya.. mene socha problem bade hoge cell me .....
            but mene socho ek ka ho sakta he sabhi customers ka thodi na ho sakta he..mene unko kaha me 20 days k bad aaung .. fir me 25 days k bad gaya unhone kaha cell abhi tak nahi hua .... mene 30 days k bad call kiya unhone fir kaha cell still hua nahi.. muje bht gussa aaya bt me kya karu agar gussa karunga to koi bada problem kahege nd cell ka bill bada bana dege..so me chup raha ..
            mene vapis 5 days k bad call kiya bt fir bhi cell nahi hua... muje itna gussa aaya ki vaha par jake 2 ya 3 thappad mar du.. bt kya fayda... aur vapis call karta hu to kehte he ham aapko samne se call kar dege aapko call karne ki jarurat nahi he... so i hv to request u plz do something.. plz...plz.. plz..

                  i purchased Micromax X272 (Black) from shopclues.com on 6 june 2013,first of all they give me defected piece on 14 june 2013,so i went to micromax service center for service,they keep my mobile on 17 june 2013,after that they said to me there is a problem in speaker,come back after 2 or 3 days,but every time when i go they said to me 'your handset in company,come back after 2 or 3 days". and they are using very bad and abusive language.so i am asking from you,this type of service provided by good companies?
                  its my mistake to purchase mobile online or purchase micromax mobile.
                  very bad experiance with shopclues.com and with micromax company.

                    micromax mobile handset — Handset not repaired and not received

                    I have purchased a micromax mobile handset Model GC255 (dual sim) on 18th November 2009. I submitted my handset to one of the service centre of micromax named "Micro Technology" at West Patel Nagar, New Delhi in the month of June 2010 due to the set was not charging. The engineer at service centre has checked my mobile and found that the handset was not opened or repaired by outside agency nor any water symptoms was found as the water seal was OK.

                    They returned the handset to me on 17th July 2010 saying that the set was repaired. But due to unavailability of the charger I could not check the set at the service centre. After coming to home I found that the set was not charging. Being the holiday on Sunday and Monday I once again approached to the service centre on 21st July 2010 and told them that the set was not repaired and also not charging. They once again check the set and collected from my for repairing. After one month they returned the set telling that there is a water found in the set and the set could not be repaired by them as the centre was closed and told me to contact to the new centre.

                    Then I contacted to the new centre on the same date and they collected my handset for repairing. But after few days I try to contact the service centre but could not success, as the centre was closed. Now almost 4 months have been passed I didn't get my handset and even I don't know from where and to from whom could I get my handset.

                    Micromax Mobiles — charger not working, service centre not repairing nor changed the charger

                    I have purchased a MICROMAX MOBILE H/S ( Model No. X-266) on 13.03.2011. my charger was not work properly and get defective. i have gone to Service centre at Durgapur but they didnot repair either nor changed the charger.
                    If possible please do something.

                    sir pls ap hamri help kare ,ai bahut pareshan ho gay hu maine bahut round laga diye vo mujhe yaha se vaha bhej rahe hai to ap iska nirakaran kare pls sir

                      I bought a micromax funbook infinity p 275 from Croma Koramangala Bangalore on 17 feb 2013. Serial number is v[protected]
                      mep no 8503

                      in the month of march the software of the tablet got corrupted and I had submitted to Croma service desk for repair.
                      From croma it went to Micromax service and after frequent follow up finally Croma received the tablet on May 2013. I was called to collect it. When I checked the tablet to my surprise 1) camera was not working, 2) not getting charged, 3)screen is replaced with old damaged screen, i could see the screws are also not tighted properly.

                      I have resubmitted this to Croma and Croma to Micromax on 09/06/2013. there no update on this yet.

                      Micromax — fraudulence

                      i have tab p350 micromax has not stated that it is only compatible with tata photon i cant use 3g network on it by sim or by usb nor the 2 g network works on it i am just confused which network to use on it for internet they have duped cheated me
                      I have submitted my phone ( Micromax A120 ) to service center on January 21, 2015 and since then I have not received my phone. I keep going there and every time they said phone is at Main office it will be back till next day or next week. On 8th time ( 1 month and 7 days ) went there and shouted to give me my phone back and then they gave a phone and said that it is the phone that have came from repair. The phone was of same model ( different IMEI ). Its condition was like hell. The requested me to take this and promised that they will 100 % replace it next week but I returned it very next day, because it can broke anytime and I don&#039;t want to take the risk. I returned the phone and was told to come back after 1 week. But, I went there after 2 week and told them return my phone then, again they give me a phone ( same model but with better condition then the last time ). When I returned home, I found that phone is not charging. I went back told them that it is not charging. So keep it back and returned my JOBSHEET back but they refused saying that could not return my JOBSHEET and I have to get a new JOBSHEET for this issue.

                      I call Micromax Customer Care No. ( They do no not have any Toll-free no. So don&#039;t search and waste your money and time). They give me the same reply that I have to apply for the new JOBSHEET. That means you will never get your phone back because every time you will get a defective phone and when you will return it, you will get new jobsheet.

                      This is like endless cycle of wasting your money.

                      Now its been 2 months and I have not received my phone. I don&#039;t know why but they return different old and damaged phone instead of mines&#039;.

                        I have bought micromax canvas HD from snapdeal. Initially I had to wait for more than one month to get my phone because of the stock issues.
                        After I got my phone, I did not use the phone for more than 20 days and it stopped working. I gave it to the SAI SRINIVASA TECHNOLOGY in bangalore and they said it is a mother board issue and gave the job sheet number S[protected]. They said that I will get my phone in 20 days. But now, it is almost two months still I haven't got my phone. I contacted the SAI SRINIVASA TECHNOLOGY and they told me to contact micromax customer care .

                        I called[protected] and filed a complaint MMX[protected], they said the issue will be resolved in 10 days. After 10 days when i called the customer care, they said to call me after 7 days. And from then everytime I call them, they keep on telling call me after 7 days. I have called the customer care for more than 5 times till new with a period of 7 days but no body is taking any action. they just keep on telling wait for 7 more days.

                        Even the customer care is not supportive, when i ask for the cash back they says there is no cash back policy, whenever I ask for replacement they said there is no replacement, when I ask them to connect to there manager always the response is manager is in meeting and they are not aware when he will be back from the meeting. They are not ready to arrange a call with manager, they are not ready to give any commitment that when the phone will be repaired. Only thing they are asking me to wait for 7 days.

                        Till now only once they connected to there manager lalit and in my last conversation he said, it will take another 7 days and then when i call the customer care they always says that lalit is not available.

                        I am very dissapointed with micromax now, I already paid 4 EMI for this mobile but not used this mobile for more than 20 days.

                        Many people warned me not to buy the phone, despite of there warning I bought this mobile, Now I am suffering with this. Kindly help me in getting this issue resolved.

                            Present Scenario:

                            I purchased a Micromax 116 smart phone, It had manufacturing defects.
                            I wanted to collect all issues that I face and then take it to service center.
                            I was not aware of the fact that If I bring the phone back in 7 days, It'll be exchanged.
                            Anyways my priority was to get it fixed and running.

                            I took it to the service center with complaints on poor network connectivity, low speaker phone volume, and some dots on mobile screens.

                            I was told that it'll be fixed in 8-10 days. Its been 4 weeks now and I am waiting for any update from customer care.

                            Interaction with Service Center:

                            1. Initially they told me that there is no stock of spare parts. They wanted me to check with them after few days.
                            2. On complaining about this to Micromax Support, Service Center refuse to answer any queries on my mobile device. I was told to reach Micromax Customer care for details.

                            Interactions with Micromax Support Center:

                            1. I mailed them for the low speaker phone volume in the handset, which is being faced by many others and internet is full of such complaints and feedback. I informed then that Service Center Engineer is telling that not much can be done in that respect. I shared many links where customers have shared their grievances regarding the low speaker volume.
                            2. After two weeks, I started chasing them for following two questions:
                            a) ETA (Estimated Time for Availability) for my handset?
                            b) How is the speaker issue being addressed?
                            I am not getting any response these legitimate questions.

                            I have been asking these questions on customer support phone, customer support mail, and Service Center.
                            Any help will be greatly appreciated.

                              I gave my phone to micromax serving center because it was dead and not working. They gave me time of 1 week to repair it. After 1 week they couldn't repair it. After the time of 1month they still couldn't able to repair it. They are saying that company is not making new motherboards for the phone so they couldn't repairing it. So begged them to give my phone as it is. Now my phone is still dead and neither of any service center of micromax able to repair it..so what i do now with the dead .phone. i cant tolerate such bad service from micromax.

                                I had given my micromax a89 phone for repair on 30th april and have not received my phone till now.
                                I had bought my phone near the end of march and the phone is in warranty period. I have just used my phone for a month and it has been in the service centre for about 2 months.
                                Every time i contact them they tell me that it would take another week for repair. Sometimes they say the phone has been sent to the company for repair and sometimes that the company does not have the parts for repair. I have contacted both the service centre and the micromax helpline several times but did not get any satisfying answers. I also asked them to replace my phone or give me a refund but they denied it.

                                  I have bought Micromax A116 Canvas HD phone in on May 9th. I had accidentally dropped the phone and the touch screen was broken. I went to this repair center SV communications in Kukatpally for repair. I have submitted my phone and also received a job sheet number S[protected].
                                  They said it will get repaired in 2 weeks. They have also quoted the price of screen as 3200/- which I said I will pay for it. Its been fourth week now and the repair is not done. When I call SV communications, they say that they have not received the part from factory. When I try to call Micromax customer care number it does not work. I just dont understand when micromax has parts to manufacture the same model of the phone why dont they have parts and ship the parts to the service centers asap. Now I am worried whether I will get my phone back or not.

                                    It's regarding to Micromax Canvas HD - A116, purchased on 12th may '13. On 27 may i'm facing some problems in my mobile
                                    1) Memory card not showing in Gallery, but it shows in ' File Manager'.
                                    2) Mobile display was not clear, shows grid lines.
                                    I visited same day to micromax authorized gallery to clear these problems, but service people said 'there is an display problem, & to change the new one, also will take 20-25 days minimum.' So, i submitted my mobile were i received my job sheet no. W[protected].
                                    Actually before purchasing i'm compare between HD 116 v/s Samsung Grand Quanto. But finally bought HD A116 for good features & price. It's value for money phone.
                                    Then why this problems happen after purchasing?
                                    Also As helpline nos. - Micromax Customer Care Number for Smartphones[protected] is always busy, also service center nos. not contactable[protected] & [protected] were i submitted my Smartphone. On above all contact nos nobody can attend the call; I can't trace my mobile status. Daily I’m tried 4-5 times to contact with them but no answer.
                                    I called up to Micromax customer helpline no. [protected], first they told will take another 7 days, again called up after few days they said 10 days to repair. Why this false commitment to the customer?
                                    On 12 June i revisited service centre, 'mobile point, thane'. Were i faced very POOR, PATHATIC & UNEXPECTABLE service from him. When i asked, how many take time to repair for smartphone?, the service people said, "don't know, jab company se part aayega to mil jayega", what is means that?? Were i received an commitment from your call center executive- will receive in 7-8 days. But service people neglect.
                                    Also i asked to service people, if your call center checking through job sheet no. & given status, then why this difference, mis communication with customer?? So, service people said, both systems are different...!!!,
                                    i don't understand what is meaning that "different".

                                    Sir, tell me one thing.....if someone open an particular authories service center & represent to that company, then what is your responsibility ?? - TO UNDERSTANDS THE PROBLEM, SOLVE THE SOLUTION & SATISFY TO CUSTOMER.
                                    But here i getting very unexpectable answer (in service center).
                                    I again called up call center, were executive given an commitment of 10 days, these are confirmation or false commitment.
                                    NOW, TODAY COMPLETE A MONTH FOR MOBILE BUT STILL UNABLE TO USE IT.

                                      Myself Swapnil Janardan Rathod from nashik had bought funbook 300 tablet of micromax company last year on month july. And by the date of buying this product I am facing many problems regarding its maintenance.
                                      About 14 to 15 times i have submitted that handset to service centre at nashik. Still I haven't get any proper service by respected centre. Actually for every visit they told me that they have changed different parts of handset. At the last visit they replaced whole tablet. But no choice for me again.. product again getting switched off.
                                      Now its a year for this stuff and now onwards i cant spend anymore on this. Kindly request you to refund my money and I dont want that product back. Please take me out of this, because i am not getting any fruitful response from service centre.
