It is a shame that even today we consumers are being cheated. I really tried trusting an Indian brand as against certain top line MNC's. But it is sad to see that once again my trust for Indian brands has been tarnished. Bought a phone on 3rd Dec 2012, within a month, the receiver on phone started giving problems, showed it to MMX centre in Mumbai, Grant Road (Jagger communications). They charged me Rs. 250 for their service even though on bill. And later they took the bill back saying they register all their bills. FINE. A month earlier, i started facing over heating problem. (The temperature went as high as 55 degrees). Yest went to MMX centre again. The people say since i had serviced my phone from somewhere else, my warrant is void and i will again have to pay Rs. 250 for flashing my software & Rs. 1200 for changing the motherboard.. Feel completely disgusted & cheated. I dont mind the amount, but is this the trainiing micromax is giving its service centres. What is the sense of a warranty if we being charged with everything. Will never buy another micromax product in my life again.. (Earlier had thought of buying a Canvas 4, but now, am hapy not having bought it)

Have already mailed the details to this email id. Have received an email stating the concerned people would contact me. Still waiting. Your company has no idea the number of problems & the frustration faced by me as a consumer & a businessman wherein, the calls cannot be made or received at numerous occasions. And i would never suggest anyone for buying any micromax product in the future.

    I have purchased my phone of micromax canvas A57. There is problem in wifi and bluetooth conectivity before one month. I was go at Dev enterprise (Authorized service center of micro max) for repair it on 18/07/2013. Service executive told me they give me phone Within 20-25 days, mobile will working fine and your problem will resolve. But after 20 days, there is no update from micromax and when i visit the dev enterprise than he told me that more 7 days will be take for repair.then i go ther many times means they give me a date but then they told me that phone is not repaired . now today after 1 and a/2 month completed my phone is not repaired. Kindly take legal actions against micromax and dot he needful. Mobile No: [protected] my jobsheet no : w[protected]

    Send them a note saying that I am putting in a complaint in consumer forum for deficiency in service and say that you want a replacement or refund since they are unable to replace it. Look on the internet for how do draft a complaint to a service provider/company. Most of the times the burden is on the company to prove that they do not have deficiency in service in a consumer court. And your problem certainly sounds like that. I assume you know how to use the device to turn on wifi and bluetooth.

        I had bought micromax a89 device and it was charging problems from the first day and few months later the charger failed also the charging hub stopped working so i had submitted the device to customer care on 4-8-13 and they said it will take 5 days to repair it and since then it is a month and in between when i called they said that it will take few days more and merely to change a charger and replacing a hub will take 20 minutes maximum and when i called today and i said that when m i gonna get my device the man on phone said 20 days and when i said that m gonna write it down on consumer complaint he said "go ahead" minimum 20 days............ What the hell is this...... I am repenting that why had i bought this device..... And anybody who is reading think 100 times before buying micromax devices..... Because m not gonna buy the micromax another time in my life......

            GREAT HEARD BUT WORST EXPERIENCE OF MICROMAX CANVAS 4: I have purchased a Micromax- Canvas Model A-210 Mobile Handset on date. 19.08.2013 from MOBILEWALA @ VADODARA GUJARAT-(PH NO.[protected] with IMEI NO> [protected]. BILL NO. 29447 DT. 19.08.2013. The Piece is looking good. I started to use it from 19.08.13 and just after 11 days on 30.08.2013 while I was playing it’s Media Player, the mobile sound started murmuring (KHARKHARAHAT) and just within 10 minutes, it’s speaker burst and it could not play sound. It’s speaker collapsed. I contacted it’s Authorised service Centre- DS Mobile SB-7, Vraj Siddhi Tower Khanderao Market Char Rasta- Vaodadara, where a board was displayed that because of very much complaints in Micromax Hand Sets, The Service centre is closed. Please contact some where else. This is harassment to customers after selling such Worst hand set by Micromax. Please do needful to replace the piece immediately. Also please use good & genuine parts in your Handsets to sustain long in market as you know that there is a lot of competition in Mobile Handsets in Indian Market and your good earned name will be spoiled very early if you sell such worst & non genuine Handsets at a cost of Branded Smart Phones. Please take it seriously and improve your customers’ satisfaction otherwise you better know that what will happen with your Brand with such bad experiences of customers like me. Thanks.                 I purchased Micromax MMX353G USB modem on 30 Mar 2013 from Cost to Cost Computers, 106, Meghdoot Bulding, Nehru place, New delhi vide Invoice M-RI/108608 dated 30 Mar 2013. After 01 month 15 days it showed problem “ Failed to Detect” I Went to Micromax authorised service centre “ The Delight Services” Shadipur, New delhi phone no[protected], email address- [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com. The depoisted my USB modem with them first time on 20 May 2013. From then 08 times USB modem complaint is been lodged. But still today as on 31 Aug 2013 I didn’t got servicable my Data card. Evertime when I used to visit service centre, I found they are returning unservicable USB modem ( when I checks it at service centre). The behavoir of the staff is so rude. I spent my lot of my pricious time and valuable money which is not not countable.The detials of Jobsheets are as follows: (1) NO[protected] dated 22 May 2013.                   I have purchased A65 Bolt dated : 22.07.13 from Mobile Store at Kolkata.
                  On 08.08.13 its touch screen become workless. then i have submitted it to the service center at nagpur and launch a complain to customer support. service center said that it will take 20 -25 days to repair it. But on 26.08.13 when i call back to service center, they said that it will take more 10 days because o[censored]navailable of parts.
                  then i call to Customer Relations no. [protected], but don't get any positive feedback from them, and i havn't any further handset to use.
                  please help me in this situation.

                      micromax mobile rajendrasinh rana Aug 25, 2013 micromax bolt A35 I have buy micromax bolt A35 on home shop 18 order no.[protected] and the h.s. is not working properly in good condition.so i geve to the h.s.in pooja electrical in Godhara service centre on 8th july 2013 and the h.s.is returne on 6th august 2013 but the problem of h.s.is continue no chainge .so onthat day i geve second time to the h.s. in this service centre and the h.s. is returne on 23rd aug 2013 once a problem is continue .1st jobsheet no.w[protected]. 2nd jpbsheet no. w[protected] micromax complain no .[protected].on 14.08.2013 ,so please you change my h.s. and solve my problem. the service centre is 80km far from my house so this is very dificult to going many time to service centre .[h.s.=hand set]

                        hi, i brought my Micro-max A73 mobile on 26th Aug. 2012 in t.nagar poorvika., till now i have change my touch twice in T.NAGAR, PMW care! 1st time they take 15days to solve my query, but they forget to flash my mobile again i went next day for flash my mobile. But now more than 20days gone but i didn't get my mobile and any proper reply from that service center if i make a call and ask about mobile they take more than 5 to 10mins to response & said "u got Ur mobile within 2 to 3days", but no use. i suffered a lot because of there irritating reply. I submit my mobile on 03.08.2013 in PMW care, T.Nagar, Chennai service center contact number[protected]

                                  I have booked an canvas 4 handset through Micromax Official Site on 27th of June by making online payment of Rs.5000 /- and on 9th of June i canceled my order.It was listed their on Micromax site that amount would be refunded in 15 days.but didn't got a single penny.After One month i tried calling their customer care and even mailed them reminder mails consisting details of my order and transaction details.They replied to mail asking me to provide bank details but event after getting details they are not refunding money.Its more then three months now.Micromax took my hard earning money without any reason.

                                    I bought a A116 hd before 20 days and it has stopped charging now. i have to switch it off if i want to charge. when i go the service centre, it is frightening, people with the same problem says, it will take more than a month. what should i do?

                                      I have submitted my mobile handset to them on 2nd of august and its 19th august and still they had repaired my handset yet. Every time when i asked about my phone the only says we haven't receive the parts yet. And when i tries to call customer care it never get connect. i asked for DOA also on the 8th day after purchasing the handset nut they decline saying that time limit for DOA is over.
                                      I have submitted my mobile handset to them on 2nd of august and its 19th august and still they had not repaired my handset yet.                                         I am kapil Chaudahry working in a company as a deputy manager. Please launch my complaint againt micromax for mental harrasment.


                                        I have been frustrated by calling customer care again and again. They peoeple are just telling please wait for more 10days more15 days n more only.I think this is only work i have to do in my life. Please resolve the case ASAP.


                                        I have launch a complaint (No-[protected]) on 18/07/13 regarding my micromax phone A89 which audio incoming speaker was not working.

                                        After 4month this speaker got unresponsive which kind of quality they people are assuring ?? & after submitting the phone to service centre its more than one month has been passed but there is no response till today.
                                        A small speaker could not be replaced in 15 days what is this man???

                                        Now i dont want to repair my phone I want my money back because i can not bear micromax in future due to such a horrible service. They people are torching me mentally from more than one month.

                                        I have same problem. I deposited on 25 July 2013. Phone was dead. They say same thing to me also. Parts are not available. And they are promising for 7 days again & again. I don't think they give me it back. They are selling repaired mobiles to second hand customers..

                                        I want to give minus rating but there is no option.
