I have purchased Micromax P600 Tab from “The Mobile Store” vide Inv No 2679/9083673 dated 18th May 2013 for Rs.9302. But battery charging was poor from the beginning and after 4 months Tab is not charging and become dead. Hence, I have approached Micromax Service Center – Deprosys Technologies, Chennai -17 and handed over the Tab for servicing on 21st September 2013. They have given only manual Job sheet without complaint Number due to Server Down. Their contact number is[protected]. They told that Battery and Charger are not working and hence they will change it free of cost as it is under warranty within a week time. But till date, my Tab P600 is not serviced and Deprosys keep telling that they are yet to receive stock from Micromax Stores. 27 days have gone till date and there are no improvements and still I am unable to use my tab. Below is the feedback from Deprosys Technologies. Dear Micromax Customer Care

I have called today Micromax Service Center – Deprosys Technologies, Chennai -17 for my Tab P600 status. But the representative by name Ms. Jaya is repeatedly telling that my tab will get ready within this week and they have yet to receive stock of battery and charger.
I am really surprised why Micromax is taking such a long time for replacement of battery and charger.
You have become leader in the market not merely by your marketing and low price strategy but also by customers who recommend your products to their friends and relatives. This achievement and growth has happen only because of customer like me and I my self recommended to buy Tab P 600 to 2 of my friends and Canvas to 3 persons [ 2 friends and one of my sister-in-law]
If your customer care is poor and worst like this, you will be slowly pushed out of the market.
Till today, 27 days have gone and till you have not sent the stock to the service center for replacement of battery and charger.

    I have just bought canvas 4, specification says that it has multiwindow like samsung but I could not find any option to use multi window also there is no option for call reject or add to reject list which is a general function in any of the normal phones. pictures are not very clear inspite of it 13 mp camera. fetures shows it is having 16gb internal memory but it is having only 12.5 gb memory only.service center says it might be a manufacturing defect. what should I do... reply urgently. my contact number is [protected] and my mail id is:- [protected]@rediffmail.com

      I have purchase the Micromax mobile (Model - A73) on 9th November 2012. In two month it had problem of mother board. On 4th February'13 to repair my mobile I went to Micromax Service Center (Kavya Enterprise Pune) (Job Sheet No. was SALMH294R2802). I get repair mobile after one and half month. But it is very unfortunate that now my mobile getting some problem. So I went to Micromax Service Center at "Fantasia Business Center at Vashi, Navi Mumbai". They told me, my mobile already get tamper. I explain them I have repaired my mobile in Kavya Enterprise Pune and never open my mobile in any other shop, but they didn't agree to take my mobile to repair under warranty although the warranty period is yet to expire. I also mail this detail to Micromax costumer care. They also not giving proper information about the same. As I want to repair my mobile in warranty, what I should do, please guide me.

            This is to bring you information about my Micromax Mobile Phone thst has been replaced by the service center. I gave my phone to Micromax cervice centre, M/S THE MOBILE CARE, B-36 GURU NANAK PURA OPP. V3S MALL Laxmi Nagar DELHI-110092 on 01/08/2013. They returned the phone after 40 days on 12/09/2013. I used the phone about 2 days and after that the phone was stopped working. Then I gave my phone to same serv. center on 17/09/2013 and they returned the phone on 12/10/2013. When i matched the IMEI no. of my phone and given, I found it was different from my phone. The IMEI NO. of my phone is (i) [protected] (ii) [protected] and the IMEI No. of returned phone is (i) [protected] (ii) [protected]. After I submitted the phone, they returned me another with different IMEI No.(i) [protected] (ii) [protected] and the phone is yet not working properly. Kindly take action on it.               Dear sir/madam,

              I submited my Micromax mobile (CANVAS 2) in Ghatkopar Service Centre on 4th Sep 2013. I received the processed message on 12th Sep 2013.

              After receiving the processed message, I visited the Micromax service centre at least 6 to 7 times. But every time they said come on after 1 day. The motherboard has not delivered. This is enough. Every time i go i receive the same reply. Even they have not provide any contact number to contact them.

              I am requesting you to take a necessary action against the Micromax Service Centre in Ghatkopar Service Centre.

Sub: Mobile stopped working and no help from service center. Dear Sir, On 22nd January, 2013 I purchased a Micromax Canvas 2 (A-110), IMEI: [protected]. I made this purchase at Suntract Electronics PVT.LTD (1/1A Biplabi Anukul Chandra Street, ”Electronic centre “, 3rd floor, Kolkata -700072, WB). Unfortunately the mobile has not performed well and within the first 5 month of my purchase the mobile started giving problems (auto reboot every minute). I went to the nearby service center about 30 times within the last 3 months. During the first 2 months they changed my mobile battery and even updated mobile software but nothing worked. They even send the mobile to Delhi head office but my mobile was in the same state as it was before. After waiting for more than 3 months I went to the shop from where I purchased my mobile but they were not able to help, they even tried to exchange my set to a new piece but they were not able to do so and another 2 weeks were wasted like this. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate i[censored] refund me the money or replace my mobile with a new piece. Enclosed are copies of my records (Tax invoice of my purchase and the 2 job sheets).                 I had send u mails more than 20 times but the same reply comes back, only copy paste is dont and nothng else my mobile is with micromax since last 3 months so finally i decided to complain in consumer forum. I[censored] need any information u can check in the letter above all the information is given there . the service center called me last night n said that my phone is working nw bt if it wont this time i would like u to replace it wid a new piece because it seems its difficult for u to repare a set since last 3 months and if the set would be working i would like u to give me an extended warrenty .

                  its been a month since i have given my tablet for servicing and there is no report of my tab where it is. every time i used to call them, they used to say it's going to come in this week .i asked for job sheet also 4 it is required when i used to complain directly to the company but neither the job sheet nor any status of my product is provide.i don't know what to do next .I'm tired of making phone calls and visiting service center to ask for the status of my tab.

                    To whomever it may concern We feel Very sorry to share the Bad Experience of the company but this is a hopeless company and having the Hopeless staff. We have submitted the Handset on 26/09/2013, having some Problems and been informed that within a 7 days it will be repaired and to communicate with the Service Center on their Contact No. On 30/09/2013, we contacted the Service Center - Harichandra Enterprises - When contacted Personally, we have been informed that still display touch screen is not available, it needs more than 2 to 3 days to repair for the same. When we once gain on 8/10/2013 contacted the Service - Harichandra Enterprises, we have been given the Job sheet No. W[protected] for replacement of Display touch screen. We have already Communicated to Your company vide our e Mail Dt. 06 / 09/2013 about our decision for Display touch screen of the Handset. But the company not responded as on date. The Job sheet for replacement of Display touch screen was Raised by Your Service Center without consulting or informing us. Today i.e. 8/10/2013, we inquired the matter at Your customer care - [protected], Your executive - Bhavna, Mansi & Kamal Supervisor has Informed that Handset can not be Replaced Now. We asked them about the escalation matrix fro Resolution of the problem but she informed us that there is only single point customer care. And now, company could not do anything in this regard. This is cheating with the customer and in this regard your customer care is not listening to the Customer or the company does not care about the customer. Also your staff is rudely behaving with the Customers.Please teach them how to talk with the customers.My handset should get repair in next 2 days & i will not wait after that for a single minute.                         Dear Team, kindly look deeply into the matter as i bought a micromax phone (A116 canvas HD) on 05/05/2013.The phone was working fine... But, After Three months, my phone suddenly started to get switched off itself. when i try to switch on my phone but after sometime i found it switched off again..i waited a couple of hours and find the same problem again and again...In this connection, i contact with My Area service center (Shahardars's computer rescue)-anantnag kashmir.. and they assured that my phone will be okay within 40 days..because of sending the cell phone out of state for service..and provided me the job sheet with no. N[protected] After 40 days i went for the same, But my phone was not repaired on time .. Now form last 20 days..I continuously visited the service center But the employees are not telling the truth and every day i am being wrongly informed that tommorow you will get the phone..The employees gave me the contact no. af their Service Manager(Mr. Anmol) from jammu([protected]). I spoked to him and he advised me to wait for few more days.as your problem will be solved...But he didn't gave proper response after that day... Today, i also called micromax service center they told me to wait for 20 days more.                           Hello, I am Ankur Jain, I bought Micromax A-88 Canvas Music phone in July-2013, just 4 months ago. When I want to move (CUT) any file from memory card to phone memory, then it performs COPY operation that means, the file which i want to move, exist in both phone and memory card. Only Copy operation is performing in the mobile. Another Problem occur in every 4-5 days, when i want to transer any media file in Whatsapp application, it shows me an error mesage like this - "Unable to download the media file". This problem resolves when i restart my phone. This cause a big frustration because it happens in every 4-5 days. I have repaired my phone in Micromax Customer care of Indore just befor 10-15 days. But still these problems occur. This platform is the last hope for me. Please help me to sove this problem as soon as possible.

                            i submitted my handset in authorised service center micromax andheri branch(tammanna infotech)on 1 oct 2014 but still they are not able to repaired my handset.i am follow up with them many time but hey are giving me new date.i am very frustrate.please look into this matter

                              Dear Sir, I brought Micromax A72 phone at 10/05/13 and after 4 month o[censored]sage, phone Touch pad is showing some mistake, that's why i gave the phone to my nearby universal showroom( Univercell Palai - kottayam district ) at 10-9-13, but still this day they don't provide any support for me.while we approaching them they always ask excuse for 1 week more. So please provide a better solution regarding this. After so many mail they provide me a service complaint number - MMX[protected]. But still its pending and not provide any response from the service provider.

                                I have purcheshed smartphone Micromax a116 . From. 2Nd day flash of camera was not working. I given my cell to service center in mathura. They did not made job sheet of my cell . And damaged my cell . Again I have given cell to micromax service centre. They have damaged my cell and was making me fool not talked properly. At last today they gave some other cell which they told its new phone came from company but its not new and its not working normally . When I m typing or using touch its opening wrong options. I m very disappoint now . I lost my original phone and using this worst phone . Kindly make solution . I. M not able to go daily on service centre IRS too much expensive to travel and waste of time . Please replace my cell .

                                  Dear sir, I think it happens only in India, Where different-Different types of fraud company and person work to make money.In that category This micromax company in terms of quality of phone and service.They sell there product just as a china mobile use and throw. I am// also a victim of there service, My bad luck started when i bought first time in my life this bogus company`s phone x-328 on 02/08/13 and just after a month it is auto on and blank white display, i give this china phone to just like mobile company service center they given me 3 days time to repaired and after that they given me 7 days time and a fraud no [protected] which is always busy in whole 24 hours. I lodge a complaint in customer care MMX [protected] and now they given me another 25 days. I dont no how and how long you make money by this.Please afraid of God. I think i should forget my Phone, but always remember and never ever suggested anybody to buy micromax phone. If anytime in future my phone repaired .you can call me at [protected].                                     I have purchased one Micromax Funbook model P350 on 10/11/2012 vide IMEI No-[protected].Since one month of purchase due to problem in device i have visited 4 times to service centre but every time same problem exists. Now also My device is laying in service centre M/s Techno world, Bhangagarh, Guwahati, Assam since 10 days.But nobody in there is ready to give me the exact time when it will be ready.some bogous SMS are coming stating that your device get ready and u can collect But when we visit your service point they tell that it is not ready and we shall intimate you over phone when it get ready, But not a single time they phoned.Today they tried to return my device without repaired and without any explanation.Now i want company should exchange my defective device with another good one.                                       mobile handset of make MICROMAX A44 before approx. 3 months ago during this period the handset started giving problems for which i have handed over my handset to the companies authorized service center (M/S Max care, durgapur -713213, burdwan, west bengal) on dated 07. 07. 2013 bearing Request no. E[protected].but phone was given in[protected].but at time of delivary the set was not servicing.the set will have the same problem then when i deny to receive the set.then the sevicing center filed another request to the company on the same date[protected]. since then i am contacting the service center regularly to know the status of my handset but so far they have not repaired or replaced my handset nor they are are giving satisfactory reply so i request you to intervene and help me in solving the above matter .i bought the set in[protected], means my guarrente preiod in on.but make delay.so please help me...RUPAK SARKAR-[protected]
